Abstract

Implementing the Health Information System (SIK) in managing information technology-based data and information using the E-Digis (Electronic Digital Information System) application is a breakthrough made by the Pasuruan City Health Office in public services to realize good data and information management. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the implementation of the Electronic Digital Information System (e-Digis) in managing data and information at the Pasuruan City Health Office has been run by the provisions in data and information management. In addition, to identify obstacles and obstacles to implementation so that opportunities for improving the performance of the Electronic Digital Information System (e-Digis) can be identified. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that there was already a conformity of e-Digis with the processes running in data and information management at the Pasuruan City Health Office. However, there were shortcomings in its implementation such as supporting infrastructure and system user training.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara mahasiswa melalui kegiatan information gap di STIKes Mercubaktijaya Padang. Dari penelitian pendahuluan, ditemukan bahwa mahasiswa keperawatan mengalami kesulitan dalam berbicara seperti pemahaman, pengucapan, tata bahasa, kosa kata, dan kefasihan. Penelitian tindakan kelas merupakan desain dari penelitian ini. Dua siklus yang terdiri dari empat pertemuan untuk setiap siklus dilakukan dalam penelitian ini, dan dua pertemuan tambahan untuk melakukan post-test setelah siklus I dan siklus II. Prosedur penelitian penelitian ini terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Mahasiswa Keperawatan kelas II menjadi subjek penelitian. Sebanyak 56 mahasiswa dilibatkan untuk mengikuti penelitian tersebut.Analisis data menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan berbicara mahasiswa di setiap siklus. Hasil siklus I memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 2,82. Peningkatannya sekitar 1,00. dibandingkan dengan pre-test. Hasil pada siklus II (post test) meningkat menjadi 4,00. Dalam aspek berbicara, peningkatannya adalah 1,27 untuk kelancaran dan 1,20 untuk pemahaman, 1,02 untuk pengucapan 1,02 untuk kosakata dan tata bahasa 0,97. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan information gap efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara mahasiswa keperawatan di STIKes Mercubaktijaya Padang. Siswa memiliki kepercayaan diri untuk menyampaikan topik mereka. Peningkatan yang lebih terdapat pada kefasihan dan pemahaman dibandingkan dengan aspek lain. Kata kunci: Kegiatan information gap, kemampuan berbicara, mahasiswa keperawatan

Abstract

The main thrust of this paper is to critically examine the place of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the effective Teaching and Learning of History in the Nigerian institutions in the 21st century. It argues that the new Information and communication technologies of internet and multimedia which have led to positive impact in the field of education in most developed countries are still at infancy or not used at all in the classroom instruction in most developing countries (Nigeria inclusive). ICTs are potential powerful enabling tools for effective teaching and learning in educational institutions. Thus, the paper argues that the central role of ICT is to provide additional strategies that can be used to address major educational challenges being faced by teachers and students of History Nigerian educational institutions in the 21st century. The paper, therefore, concludes that the appropriate use of ICTs can positively influence and change traditional methods of teaching and learning of History in Nigerian educational institutions, thereby making the teaching and learning of History more concrete. The methodology adopted in this paper is qualitative and analytical utilizing materials from the primary and secondary sources

Abstract

The application of ICT in the learning process greatly affects students' interest in learning, because students get new experiences. For example learning by using computers and projectors, students will be more active and will observe learning carefully. Compared to learning without using technology, students will feel bored if they only listen to the teacher delivering material using only the whiteboard media. Learning through the internet (e-learning) does not require physical needs such as classrooms, teachers and students are facilitated because they can carry out the teaching and learning process anywhere and anytime even remotely. This can be useful for students and teachers who don't have much time to come to schools and classrooms. Not only that, learning through the internet (e-learning) can make students learn independently, so that students have free time to hone skills other than learning done at school. The application of technology in the form of an LCD projector can make it easier for students to receive learning materials because students are actively involved in the learning process. Using an LCD projector can also increase students' interest in learning so that the learning process is more interesting and fun for students. Arie Kurniawan said that during the learning process that utilizes ICT students have high learning inspiration compared to people who do not use ICT because students show positive reactions when using ICT in the learning system.

Abstract

The library is a learning resource center that can support in achieving learning objectives, creating active, creative, effective, and fun learning towards quality learning. The library functions as a source of information, supporting learning for students and teachers at SMA S Assyfa West Pasaman, West Sumatra. The problem that exists is that the data collection process is still manual so that it slows down the performance of librarian in borrowing and returning books. By using the library information system design aims to maximize the performance of librarian with the help of web-based software in processing data quickly and precisely. The method used is the waterfall method with data collection techniques, namely observation and literature study. Web applications have convenience including easy access and flexibility, no need to install, fast server setup and can be updated easily. The results of this study can provide a solution to improve the service and performance of librarian in terms of managing library administrative data and speeding up transactions for borrowing and returning books by students.

Abstract

With the increasingly sophisticated information technology available for the public to access, easier it is for the public to know what is available and what is desired. The use of this information technology has also been used by the public to publicize the potential of a company and institution. Access to information technology on agricultural products is still lacking, which makes it difficult for the Department of Agriculture to market agricultural products directly to the public. With this information system, it is hoped that it will help the agricultural office in the Bojonegoro city area to record the harvests of farmers in the Bojonegoro area precisely and accurately. The making of this information system is assisted by using the prototype method. This research produces an information system that can manage data on agricultural products in the Bojonegoro area which will be managed by the Bojonegoro Food and Agriculture Security Service.

Abstract

There are often cases where irresponsible individuals create social media accounts using other people's personal identities as if the account is the original account of the person whose identity is being used, hereinafter referred to as fake social media accounts. Such actions can be threatened with Article 35 jo. Article 51 paragraph (1) of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE Law). The type of research used by the author in this study is prescriptive normative law research with a statute approach and a case approach. In Verdict Number 1739/Pid.Sus/2020/PN Jkt.Brt, the defendant was declared guilty of committing a crime under Article 28 paragraph (1) jo. Article 45A paragraph (1) ITE Law. Not only fulfilling the elements in Article 28 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law, but the defendant also fulfilled the elements in Article 35 of the ITE Law. However, the defendant was not found guilty of a criminal offense under Article 35 of the ITE Law, even though Article 35 of the ITE Law was one of the prosecutor's indictments. Based on this research, the defendant was not found guilty of a criminal offense under Article 35 of the ITE Law because  the form of the indictment in Verdict Number 1739/Pid.Sus/2020/PN Jkt.Brt is less precise. The form of indictment used by the public prosecutor is an Alternative Indictment where ideally the public prosecutor ought to use Cumulative Indictment on a concursus realis crime that the defendant committed.

Abstract

Dengan adanya peningkatan pemanfaatan infrastruktur teknologi dan system informasi (TSI) di UMPR (UMPR), semakin diperlukannya sarana penyimpanan data dan sistem didalamnya. Kompleksitas teknologi penyimpanan data dan system mendorong institusi seperti UMPR untuk mulai beralih dari teknologi penggunaan server fisik, kearah pemanfaatan infrastruktur berbasis komputasi awan (cloud computing). Dalam hal perencanaan implementasi infrastruktur komputasi awan, perlu diadakan analisa terkait sistem apa saja yang ada dilibatkan pada layanan Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). Hasil dari perencanaan ini dihasilkan bahwa ada 4 sistem utama yang akan dilayani dalam perencanaan ini yaitu Server Perpustakaan, SIAKAD, Sistem Informasi Terintegrasi, dan Server Website dan LMS. Sistem informasi terintegrasi memuat Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian, Keuangan, Penjaminan Mutu, Manajemen Asset Universitas. Perencanaan infrastruktur ini dalam implementasinya nantinya perlu diterapkan audit teknologi informasi dengan menggunakan COBIT 5 Framework.

Abstract

Universitas pejuang republik indonesia merupakan perubahan nama dari universitas veteran republik indonesia, nama universitas tersebut berrganti sejak bulan februari 2015 lalu. Universitas pejuang republik indonesia memiliki dua lokasi kampus yaitu di jalan bawakaraeng dan antang. Permasalahan yang ada adalah terkadang mahasiswa untuk mengetahui jadwal dosen ataupun status kehadiran dosen harus mendatangi front office untuk mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Sebuah sistem front office dalam universitas atau perguruan tinggi dibuat, dimana seorang mahasiswa atau dosen dapat mendapatkan informasi mengenai dosen dan jadwal dosen serta status kehadiran dosen dari front office .Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dapat mengetahui jadwal dosen dan mahasiswa dapat mengetahui status kehadiran dosen. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat membantu para mahasiswa untuk mengetahui jadwal dosen dan juga status kehadiran dosen tanpa harus datang ke front office dan membantu pegawai front office untuk memonitoring kehadiran dosen dan mempermudah proses pelaporan ke bagian keuangan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the administrative system applied at SMP Boarding School al-Muayyad by utilizing technology to make it easier for teachers to record and assess students. This research is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. This study took place at the Al-Muayyad Boarding School Junior High School. Sources of data in this study are the results of interviews, observations, and documentation. The analytical technique used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are an information technology-based administrative system that is applied at the Al-Muayyad Boarding School Junior High School including forms, advantages, and disadvantages in the technology-based administrative process. This research also provides an overview of how to create and process code-based applications. These results offer codular optimization as an aid for institutions to facilitate the creation of an Android-based administrative system. Thus, it is hoped that there will be more formal institutions that can use codular as a tool to facilitate the implementation of the administrative system in their schools.
