Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of the Application of Accounting For Responsibility, Budget Participants and Job Relevant Information on Managerial Performance at opd Aceh Tamiang. The population of this study is people who are involved in budgeting and understand about the budget in the Aceh Tamiang OPD as many as 32 OPD. The sampling technique uses the Saturated Sample method where all OPDs are sampled. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents. The data obtained were then analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). The results showed that simultaneously the variables accounting for accounting, budget participants and job relevant information had a significant influence on managerial performance. While partially showing that the Variable Budget Participants have a significant influence on managerial performance. Meanwhile, the variables of Accountability Accounting and Job Relevant Information have no influence on managerial performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the product quality of the Menu Harianku application and recommend improving the quality of the application based on the ISO/IEC 25010:2011 model with 6 characteristics in product quality dimensions namely Functional Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Usability, Reliability, Security, and Portability. ISO/IEC 25010:2011 standard was chosen because of its very suitable characteristics for measuring software quality. Starts with identifying the problem, Design quality, Testing performance quality, and making application improvement recommendations. According to technical characteristics of Functional Suitability, of 97 test cases, there were 11 failed. Performance efficiency of Mobile and Desktop devices scores 86% of the improvement criteria. Reliability Hosting is only accessible in Asian (Japan) and European locations (all) for no more than 20 VUs. Security with Medium-level vulnerabilities. The portability of the application runs well on 6 Desktop & Mobile browsers. According to users the characteristics of Functional Suitability with a percentage of 84.1%, Performance efficiency at 84%, and Usability at 83.5%. As for the application recommendations related to the results of application quality testing that can be used in improving the quality of the Menu Harianku application.

Abstract

the primary aim of this study is to examine the mediating effect of corporate governance on the relationship between accounting information system (AIS) and risk management. The population of the study comprised of the entire Jordanian Industrial Shareholding Companies numbering 54. The study objectives were achieved by developing a questionnaire and distributing copies to the employees of the companies accounting departments. Data gathered was analyzed using SPSS 25.0 tool to test the relationships between AIS, corporate governance and risk management. Based on the findings, corporate governance fully mediated the relationship between AIS and risk management in the context of the Jordanian Industrial Shareholding Companies.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi berdampak pada semua sektor tak terkecuali sektor teknologi dan informasi. Salah satunya adalah dengan munculnya teknologi bernama internet yang kemudian menghasilkan berbagai macam ouput contohnya seperti web. Saat ini hampir semua bidang kehidupan memanfaatkan keberadaan web tersebut sebagai media penyajian sistem informasi manajemen. Sebut saja pada bidang pariwisata. Namun demikian, masih terdapat daerah yang belum menggunakan web dalam sektor pariwisatanya. Salah satunya yakni Kabupaten Tegal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi penerapan sistem informasi manajemen pada objek wisata di Kabupaten Tegal berbasis web. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Temuan penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi yang ditujukan kepada Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Tegal untuk membuat website resmi pemerintah sebagai hasil dari analisis penulis sekaligus upaya penerapan sistem informasi manajemen pada objek wisata di Kabupaten Tegal untuk menunjang kegiatan promosi pariwisata agar lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Posyandu di Dusun Glagah, Mertoyudan merupakan kegiatan swadaya masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memelihara kesehatan masyarakat khususnya balita. Sampai saat ini, pencatatan data pada posyandu di Dusun Glagah, Mertoyudan masih bersifat manual sehingga pengolahan data dan informasinya masih mengalami banyak kendala terutama dari segi akurasi dan efektifitas. Zaman sekarang perkembangan teknologi menjadi semakin pesat dan menyebabkan hampir semua bidang kehidupan manusia melibatkan teknologi karena mempermudah pekerjaan manusia diberbagai bidang. Melihat hal tersebut, maka muncul gagasan untuk membuat sebuah rancangan sistem informasi pencatatan data pelayanan posyandu berbasis desktop dengan tujuan mempermudah pengolahan data pelayanan yang ada di posyandu. Dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan para petugas posyandu, penulis memperoleh beberapa data yang diperlukan untuk merancang sistem tersebut. Adanya sistem informasi ini merupakan salah satu solusi terbaik untuk mengatasi masalah pencatatan yang sering terjadi seperti kehilangan data, karena dengan adanya sistem ini, semua data tersimpan dalam database dan pengolahannya menjadi lebih cepat.

Abstract

Banyaknya jumlah berkas khususnya keluar masuknya surat yang ada di Kantor Kelurahan Cibubur membuat Kelurahan Cibubur harus segera melakukan transformasi khususnya di bidang pengarsipan. Saat ini, Kelurahan Cibubur masih menggunakan sistem pengarsipan manual yang mana sistem pengarsipan ini memerlukan banyak efek samping baik dalam jangka waktu menengah maupun dalam jangka waktu yang panjang. Efek samping tersebut dapat berupa penuhnya ruang penyimpanan fisik, hingga kerusakan berkas yang tidak diinginkan yang mana hal tersebut dapat menghambat kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kelurahan Cibubur. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam melakukan kajian penulisan jurnal ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kantor Kelurahan Cibubur telah berada pada fase semi digital yang mana pada fase ini Kelurahan Cibubur tidak sepenuhnya mengunakan arsip manual, tetapi tidak sepenuhnya juga menggunakan arsip sistem informasi. Kami selaku peneliti telah membuatkan sebuah saran mengenai aplikasi sistem informasi manajemen yang berkaitan dengan pengarsipan di Kelurahan Cibubur sebagai media dalam melakukan penyimpanan berkas-berkas yang dirasa penting dan rahasia serta berkas-berkas umum.

Abstract

This study aims to examine : 1) Influence of Task Technology Fit on Individual Performance, 2) Influence of Task Technology Fit to Intensity of SIA utilization, 3) Influence of Intensity of SIA utilization on individual performance, 4) Effect of SIA utilization intensity to ease of the use, 5) Influence of ease of the use to Individual Performance, 6) Influence of ease of the use as mediator between utilization of academic information system on individual performance. Respondents of this study are the Lecturers and Employees at the University of Mercu Buana Yogyakarta and obtained respondents as many as 113 respondents. This research uses survey model and purposive sampling method as sampling technique. In addition, this research also uses Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique with LISREL as an analytical tool. Based on data testing result of this research, it is found that: 1) Task Technology Fit has influence on Individual Performance, 2) Task Technology Fit has influence onIntensity of SIA Utilization, 3) Intensity of SIA utilization has influence on Individual Performance through ease of the use 4 ) Intensity of SIA utilization has influence on Ease of the Use 5) Ease of the Use has an effect on Individual Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to apply the 2019 Cobit Framework to build an IT Governance design in Instidla. This research belongs to the type of descriptive qualitative research. The method used in making this system is to analyze the relationship of the state of the data and collect data by field research methods, namely by conducting interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. Based on the results of the capability level obtained and the target level as expected, it can be concluded that the gap analysis in the APO01 process is at level 1, which means that the Instidla process more or less achieves its objectives through the implementation of a series of activities that are incomplete or not very organized.

Abstract

Internet Dedicated bill payment process is determined by the operational achievement of its internet connection. If the internet service provided by the ISP (Internet Service Provider) is not in accordance with the SLA (Service Level Agreement), it means that there is a disturbance in the internet connection and the payment will automatically have an impact on the imposition of restitution. To support the decision-making process whether the claim is subject to restitution or not, it is necessary to make decisions that are fast, targeted and accountable to be the main focus. This research was conducted to change the determination of restitution on Internet Dedicated bills conventionally with Ms. Excel became a computerized database. With the development of the system analyzed using the waterfall method. The result of this research is a web-based application for determining the value of restitution.

Abstract

As the number of competitors increases, the space for displaying products becomes limited, alternative choices become limited, marketing still relies on strategic locations and partners, and promotion is less effective and reach is still limited to certain locations. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based truck and bus sales system that does not depend on location and can easily expand its market share. In the economic field, technology and information play an important role. For example, in the context of buying and selling media, trucks and buses can be bought and sold from various sellers. At the XYZ Car Showroom it is still done manually, namely by coming directly to the showroom to see the trucks and buses that are being used. Meanwhile, visiting the showroom will take an unspecified amount of time and it is not certain that the desired car is in the showroom. To make it easier for members, a web-based car sales application was created. In this web design, the FIFO (First In First Out) method is used to ensure the latest information is always available. Where the first members will get the car or bus they want. With this online car sales application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for members of the XYZ Car Showroom to buy trucks and buses online.
