Abstract

An application-based transportation system connected to an internet connection that is widely discussed by the public is an online motorcycle taxi. One of the leading online motorcycle taxi companies in Indonesia is Gojek and In-Driver. Each customer has a different level of satisfaction with the services provided by Gojek and In-Driver Indonesia, so there are always pros and cons in the form of suggestions and complaints. Judging from the existing problems, a solution is needed in the form of analyzing the suggestions and complaints received by the company. The problem of classifying a sentiment sentence into certain classes can be solved by the Multinomial Naive Bayes Classifier method. The data used amounted to 1000 data and the data used were the first 500 data and the second 500 tweet data as a comparison value. The results of the gojek data calculation resulted in an accuracy value of 73%, precision of 72%, recall of 100%, and f1-score of 84%. The results of the indriver data calculation obtained an accuracy value of 85.71% accuracy, precision of 85.185%, recall of 95.833%, and f1-score of 90.196%. This proves that the Naïve Bayes classification algorithm is more suitable for use on a smaller amount of data.

Abstract

During a pandemic like now, ways to improve the quality of learning activities really require the application of technology and learning tools to support the process of teaching and learning activities. Technological developments make it easier to access existing learning tools. Today's learning tools must be accessible to many people and without any limitations of space and time. The application will be made as attractive and interactive as possible for its users. The application is designed to be mobile based and uses the Android operating system. Application development is supported by Google Android. The designed learning mobile device application includes syllabus, RPS, open materials and other supports. Abstract

Hyperemesis gravidarum is a disease that causes excessive nausea and vomiting in pregnant women. Due to dehydration, this disease can interfere with daily work and get worse. Medical personnel generally recognize hyperemesis gravidarum as one type of disease. In fact, hyperemesis gravidarum is divided into 3 levels, namely grade I or general hyperemesis gravidarum, grade II hyperemesis gravidarum and grade III. This shows that information about hyperemesis gravidarum has yet to be widely known by some medical personnel. If this is left untreated, these two conditions can cause deep vein thrombosis in pregnant women. This study aims to apply the Case-Based Reasoning and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) methods to produce accurate information on the diagnosis of hyperemesis gravidarum levels in pregnant women based on symptom management in cases of an old diagnosis. The study used medical record data for hyperemesis gravidarum sufferers in 2018-2019, totalling 228 data. The calculation results of the Case-Based Reasoning method with the K-Nearest Neighbor using the confusion matrix produce an accuracy value of 74%, a precision value of 55% and a recall value of 57%, which indicates that this method is good enough to diagnose levels in patients with hyperemesis gravidarum.

Abstract

Education at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Medan considers religious values, ethics, leadership, and participation in extracurricular activities as an integral part of student character building. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a classification system that integrates these various aspects to ensure that the best students not only excel in academic exams but also have strong social, leadership, moral and extracurricular abilities. The purpose of this research is to implement the Random Forest Ensemble method in predicting the best students of MAN 1 Medan and build a system in predicting the best students of MAN 1 Medan using the Random Forest Ensemble method. The data used is 550 divided into 385 data as Training data and 165 Testing data. In the implementation of Random Forest with three decision trees formed from entropy calculations on 385 training data, followed by testing using 10 testing data from a total of 165 existing data, the results show that the model predicts 8 data as class 1 (best students) and 2 data as class 0 (normal students) from a total of 10 testing data. From the test results using 385 training data and 165 testing data, the Random Forest model predicted 70 data as the best students (class 1) and 95 data as normal students (class 0) with high precision for both classes (0.94 for class 0 and 0.99 for class 1), as well as high recall for both classes (0.92 for class 0 and 0.99 for class 1) The overall accuracy reached 0.96, confirming the model's ability to classify the data well overall.

Abstract

CV Gudcare Indonesia Corp is a company that operates in the fragrance or perfume sector and oversees 2 brands within it. CV Gudcare Indonesia has an information system that is used to carry out stock management. The evaluation was carried out to ensure that the use of information system CV Gudcare Indonesia Corp was running effectively and in line with organizational goals and was able to fulfill the company's vision and mission. Using the COBIT 5 framework subdomains APO10 and APO11, which is useful for measuring the capability level of the performance of the stock management website and knowing how far the process is going. The results of the evaluation that have been carried out show that the capability level gap value produced in the APO10 process is 2, with the Managed Suppliers process at Level 1 (Performed). Meanwhile, in the APO11 domain, the resulting capability level gap value was found to be 2, with the Managed Quality process being at Level 1 (Performed). In future research, more process domains can be added in both the Governance and Management areas, so that evaluations can be carried out more comprehensively.

Abstract

Indonesia can be a country of justice based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Everything related to government has been regulated in the Law. Indonesia itself has gone through three phases of government since proclaiming Independence on August 17, 1945. These three phases, specifically, the old order, the new order, and the reformation, still have an impact today. This is different from the previous two phases, where all choices were centered on the government. In this study, the method used in classifying the 2024 general election commission is Support Vector Machine (SVM). The SVM method is one of the advantages that can be implemented relatively easily, because the process of determining the support vector can be formulated in the confusion matrix. Sentiment analysis and opinion mining are fields of study that analyze a person's opinion, a person's sentiment, a person's evaluation, but in its implementation there are many things that are considered by voters that this election is not in accordance with existing rules. Starting from the aroma of fraud voiced by netizens, the non-neutrality of law enforcers against one of the candidates for the presidential and vice presidential pairs, and the implementation that is not JURDIL or Honest and Fair. Everything is widely voiced through social media, one of which is twitter. It is known that of the 2084 data obtained from tweets about the KPU, 29.5% are positive sentiments and 70.5% are negative sentiments. The results of sentiment classification about KPU using the Support Vector Machine algorithm that matches the actual data amounted to 307 data out of a total of 418 test data The accuracy value of the sentiment classification about KPU using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm obtained is 73%.

Abstract

Education is an important aspect in forming the potential of the young generation where the use of mobile platforms has become an integral part of everyday life. Over time, gadgets have become an access to learning besides books. Therefore, the increasingly complex development of the technological world encourages individuals to be able to apply technology in all their activities. Mathematics learning at elementary school level is often faced with challenges to make the learning process more fun and interactive. A common problem among students in Indonesia is that mathematics is considered a difficult subject. Monotonous learning reduces students' interest in learning. Therefore, designing learning games for elementary school students, especially in mathematics learning, can be an innovative solution to improve the quality and attractiveness of learning with interactive learning media. This research aims to create a game that allows students to learn more effectively which focuses on game development using the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) development model. This research produces a translation game from mathematics book learning material with the theme "Counting Numbers Up to 10,000" using the Unity 3D game engine which functions well and the application of the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) method also functions well.

Abstract

This research explores the evaluation of IT governance capability in managing operational contracts under PSAK 72 within PT. XYZ's Government Service Division (DGS). The study adopts the COBIT 2019 framework and the Gallegos method, focusing on three selected domains: EDM03, APO14, and DSS06. Interviews and questionnaires were used to assess current capability levels and identify areas for improvement. Results indicate that EDM03 and APO14 currently stand at level 2, while DSS06 is at level 4, falling short of their respective targets. Operational challenges in the LGS segment, such as missing contract data, affect PSAK 72 compliance and employee incentives. The study proposes recommendations to enhance documentation practices and IT risk evaluation. The usage of COBIT 2019's design factors provides a clearer focus on problem areas, making implementation more straightforward compared to COBIT 5. Addressing these challenges will optimize IT usage and ensure adherence to PSAK 72 requirements.

Abstract

Website is one of the necessities needed by organizations, including educational organizations. Telkom University Jakarta Campus (TUJC) is an educational organization that needs it. Analysis methods needed to be conducted to find what needed to be improved. WebQual is utilized to gain this insight. Web Quality Index and Importance Performance analysis are performed to calculate the results. The results of the Web Quality index show that users' perspective is 60% on average and got a negative gap analysis. Therefore, the website needs improvements to satisfy the user. Importance Performance Analysis is used to find the indicator that needs improvement. The Importance Performance Analysis shows that timely website information and security are the main priority for improvement.

Abstract

The Healthy Way Card (KMS) is a valuable tool for documenting and tracking the growth and development of children between the ages of 0 and 5 years. The aim of this research is to make it easier for cadres and parents to see the development of toddlers as well as reminders of posyandu activity schedules in real time. This research uses Firebase Realtime Database for storing toddler data and Firebase Storage for storing media/photos. Use of Java and Android Studio as programming languages. The Waterfall system development method is also used. Push Notification is divided into 2 privileges, namely Broadcast for routine posyandu information which is sent to all users and Private which is pushed to each user's account for the development of toddlers after activities. The Towards Healthy Card Application System has a multiplatform, namely Mobile and Web. The system used can run well. The system can be accessed by several users so that it can be used to record data on toddler development, as well as obtain information on posyandu activities in real time. Thus, from the test results, the system can display growth and development graphs, immunization graphs, weight graphs, from all these graphs you can see toddler development data.
