Jurnal Teknologi dan Sistem Komputer (JTSiskom, e-ISSN: 2338-0403) adalah terbitan berkala online nasional yang diterbitkan oleh Departemen Teknik Sistem Komputer, Universitas Diponegoro, Indonesia. JTSiskom menyediakan media untuk mendiseminasikan hasil-hasil penelitian, pengembangan dan penerapannya di bidang teknologi dan sistem komputer, meliputi sistem embedded, robotika, rekayasa perangkat lunak dan jaringan komputer. Lihat fokus dan ruang lingkup JTSiskom. JTSiskom terbit 4 (empat) nomor dalam satu tahun, yaitu bulan Januari, April, Juli dan Oktober (lihat Tanggal Penting). Artikel yang dikirimkan ke jurnal ini akan ditelaah setidaknya oleh 2 (dua) orang reviewer. Pengecekan plagiasi artikel dilakukan dengan Google Scholar dan Turnitin. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. JTSiskom telah terindeks DOAJ, BASE, Google Scholar dan OneSearch.id Perpusnas. Lihat daftar pengindeks. Artikel yang dikirimkan harus sesuai dengan Petunjuk Penulisan JTSiskom. JTSiskom menganjurkan Penulis menggunakan aplikasi manajemen referensi, seperti Mendeley, Endnote atau lainnya. Penulis harus register ke jurnal atau jika telah teregister, dapat langsung log in dan melakukan lima langkah submisi artikel. Penulis harus mengupload Pernyataan Pengalihan Hak Cipta saat submisi. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi mobile seluler sudah sedemikian cepat dan dapat dirasakan di seluruh dunia dan dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan. Perkembangan ini dapat pula dilakukan dalam dunia pendidikan dan memungkinkan terobosan baru dalam belajar secara mobile menggunakan perangkat teknologi informasi (handphone) atau disebut mobile learning (m-learning). M-learning memiliki beberapa kelebihan di antaranya adalah independensi dalam pembelajaran. Namun, di sisi lain, perangkat pembelajaran m-learning memiliki keterbatasan sumber daya dan keragaman platform sehingga diperlukan rancangan yang mampu menjamin kompatibilitas. Aplikasi Mobile Learning ini dikembangkan menggunakan Java EE untuk menangani servernya dan untuk sisi klien menggunakan Bootstrap mobile. Basis data yang digunakan adalah MySQL. Aplikasi ini akan mempunyai 3 role pengguna yaitu admin yang akan menangani penambahan user dan pengelolaan mata kuliah, dosen yang akan memberikan materi, tugas dan kuis dan mahasiswa yang dapat melihat materi, tugas dan kuis yang diberikan dosen. Mobile Learning ini dapat membantu dosen dan mahasiswa dalam melakukan interaksi dalam berbagi materi, dalam pemberian tugas dan mengerjakan kuis. Mahasiswa maupun dosen tidak lagi harus bertatap muka, yang diperlukan hanyalah koneksi internet untuk melakukan proses belajar mengajar. Selain itu Mobile Learning ini juga dapat berjalan dengan baik saat diuji pada 3 buah versi android yang berbeda yaitu versi 2.3, versi 4.0 dan versi 4.2.

Abstract

Air pollution is a problem that get a lot of people’s attention, especially at campus environment. It is evocate the stakeholder of campus to monitor the environmental conditions at the campus which themed a green campus. Advances in science and technology, especially in computer and embedded systems in principle can be applied to solve this problem. There are creating an application system that is equipped with sensor to monitor the air quality level wirelessly. The system supports several environmental monitoring sensors that are connected in a wireless sensor network. The objective of this research was to design and create a sensor system that can monitor environment condition quantity by providing the appropriate output value. Sensors that used to read the air quality parameters is TGS 2600 to read the gas concentration of carbon monoxide (CO), TGS 2201 for nitrogen dioxide (NO2), GP2Y1010AU0F for particulate matter, BH1750 for light ambient, and SHT11 for humidity and temperature. This sensor system using Arduino board that based on Atmega 2560 microcontroller. This system is equipped with RTC as a time and GPS as a coordinate where the sensor system is placed as a node. The result of this reseach is the system able to read parameters as air quality monitoring well. The error reading in this sensor system is 0.69 ppm CO gas, 2.8 lx on the intensity of light, 0.22 C in temperature reading, and 0.98% in humidity readings.

Abstract

Until now, Diponegoro University has become one of the favorite State Univesity for Senior High school students to continuing education college. During this time existing information of boarding house around the Diponegoro University still conventional, there is no mobile device applications that provide information and location of boarding house. Based on this information, it should be made an application on android Operating System to search the location of the boarding house in Semarang. Design of Mobile Location Based Service Application for boarding house locations in Semarang Based Android, a client server application created by using the Java, PHP, jQuery and MySQL for database. Intake form of latitude and longitude coordinates utilize the GPS feature on the mobile device and will be shown on Google Maps APIs. The results of this application design is the realization of a application that can search the location of boarding house based on android operating system, with features that can help users find the position of the boarding house. The application can help boarding house owners to promote their boarding house information rooming in their possession to the user. The design also introduces application android application development using the Global Positioning System functions for user navigation.

Abstract

The security aspect is often forgotten in the application of Information Technology. The attacks were caused by the negligence of the developer causes damage to the system used. SQL Injection attacks, Cross Site Scripting attacks, and no use of encrypted channels lead to the exposure of sensitive data users. Objectives of this research is to perform an audit and analysis of the security aspects against the Her-registration Colege Students Online Application of Diponegoro University. Audit and security analysis is prevention step so that the vulnerabilities found not to be a entrances to the system hackers. The results of this research are a security audit report that contains the vulnerability Her-registration College Students Online Application of Diponegoro University. The audit report will be used as a reference for application developers Her-registration Colege Students Online Application of Diponegoro University to improve the system.

Abstract

The environmental condition in a large areas often requires the monitoring. For example, in the case of greenhouse were used to cultivation experiments, fertilization experiments, plant resistance experiments, tissue culture experiments, experimental planting of crops in the off-season, and it needs equipment to monitor and control the environmental conditions to suit the characteristics required environment. The extent of land that is must be monitored, making it needs distribute the monitor at some point so that monitoring of environmental conditions can cover the entire desired area. This is the basis for the design of wireless sensor network for monitoring temperature and humidity using the communication module nRF24L01 +. The system consists of hardware for measuring the temperature and humidity at some point in a certain area. The system is divided into several sections that is referred to as nodes. Node in the system is divided into two functions, namely the sensor node and the concentrator node.. There are two the sensor nodes which will serve to data of temperature and humidity in separate areas and transmit data to the concentrator node. The communication between nodes is done using a module nRF24L01+. The design of communication protocol designed to connect between nodes concentrator with a sensor node capable of running properly. This makes the system capable of monitoring temperature and humidity through a web page, so it can be known conditions of temperature and humidity at some point at the maximum range of 93 meters.

Abstract

Indonesia is a maritime country with two of the three area consists of sea with a very favorable potential of the Indonesian economy. However. many thefts occur in marine fish Indonesia. Each year, the state must lose up to 11.8 trillion as a result of illegal fishing in the Arafura Sea. he Government has attempted to reduce losses due to illegal fishing by deploying surveillance vessels to conduct surveillance, but the ship still has limitations on deadlines related to logistics and fuel oil. Therefore, research must be done to develop a system of unmanned ship for patrol boats to patrol autonomously without the use of fuel oil. The system consists of hardware and software. The hardware consists of sensors such as GPS and compass as a navigational reference, Sonar sensor for obstacle avoidance, ATMega 2560 as a microcontroller and motor driver as the actuator. The software is built using C with Arduino IDE compatible with AVR microcontroller. The system will read the GPS coordinates and compass direction in order to run unmanned. The system is also equipped with a transmitter to control the system manually. The results show the system is able to move the ship to navigate automatically. The system able to read the GPS coordinates and the reading direction of the compass well. The system also able to avoid obstacles that are in front of the system. The system is also able to be manually controlled and can transmit serial data to identify the condition of the system.

Abstract

The development of hardware increasing rapidly has made game developers take advantage of a variety of new resources that can improve their games. Epic games is a mature game developer who managed to make thousands game and delivered to the hands of gamers . A game engine called Unreal Engine is a big secret behind the success of Epic Games . The game engine is free if you just want to learn or just want to create a personal project and the game is not to be in comercial purposes . It is unfortunate that many students don’t even know of the existence of unreal engine , most of them make use of simpler game engine like game maker , rpg maker , fps creator , and so on. Though unreal engine is superior in any aspect other than the game engine , be it graphics , tools , mechanisms of development , flexible in export-import assets , etc . Based on this information , the author had the idea to make a first person shooter game using the unreal engine as the engine game. Before doing the develpment process, the next step is studying the literature of unreal engine and other supporting software such as 3d studio max to create 3D assets , adobe flash to create the menus , adobe photoshop to create a 2D texture and speedtree assets to create the foliage elements . The next thing is to go into the design phase of scenarios , maps, missions , characters and items that will be placed in the game. The next stage is the development and testing phase to test the game that has finished .The results of the design of this game is the realization of a first person shooter game application using unreal engine with features that can support the player 's interest in playing the game . It’s also introducing unreal engine to students who are interested in designing games.

The development of a device move technology , facilitate human life in undergo kesehariannya .To progress , technology device move could determine the existence of users , find out which address want to intended , and give a route to the location .The use of devices movement for the district government tegal , and students tegal in particular made them in the visits to the agent travel and tourism tegal spread across the country .Needed a system that help you in seeking information on travel agent and tourist tegal especially for students and the tegal problems that hampered by the agent the location. The geographic information system created using the Java programming language with SDK (Software Development Kit) Android and using MySQL and SQLite databases, the system is a client-server. The process of making and development of Geographic Information System using SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) using prototyping life cycle. By using the life cycle of prototyping, the design can be quickly created and tested by users. Users can participate in helping the development of a system to provide feedback on the prototype that has been tried before, so that the system be made better. The result of design this program is a system for the geographic information on device move that would facilitate users in find information and to travel agent and tourist attractions contained in district tegal .Information systems geographical location use technology LBS ( location based service ) , this technology allows users to find the location of travel agent and tourist destinations want to visited .This system will developed in a move that runs the android operating system.

Abstract

General Election is the Indonesian greatest democracy party, which becomes an opportunity to the legislative candidates to compete. The success of the General Election is determined by the smooth running of the vote and the vote counting process. The process of organizing elections often encountered various problems, the fraud of several elements which inflate the votes in the polling stations, and corruption of the top elements’ functionary. In order to avoid those problems, a hitung cepat is needed to inform the prediction of the election result faster than the official counting by the Commission of General Election. A hitung cepat can also be the proof of the election fraud. In this case, a hitung cepat application becomes one of the solutions to finish the vote counting faster than if manual counting is used. This application will help the official supporting teams in predicting their supported legislative candidates’ winning. This application is created by using several phases; they are system designing, prototype making, implementation, and program testing. All this phases are called prototyping method. This method is appropriatefor this project because it has a fast flow to fulfill the official supporting teams need in a dynamic political condition. The application designing is modeled by the UML. This application is created by using PHP programming language to run the program itself, and supported by Gammu and MySQL to run the function of the SMS gateway. In implementation phase, the quick count application can be used to count the vote of the legistative election in 2014 General Election by using statistic method. The level of accuracy used in this study was 99% with a margin of error 1%.

Abstract

One of the factors traffic accidents is caused by a damaged road. Therefore, road improvements based on the priorities scale is indispensable. This study implements the Fuzzy C-means method. The method is capable of classifying data based on the characteristics. The results showed that the FCM algorithm was able to classify the road improvements into four groups; 1, 2, 3, and 4 priorities. Based on the test results the accuracy of calculations on the data of road damage, there are 8 correct data from 9 trial data or 88.89%, which indicates that the method FCM clustering results and a precise calculation.
