Jurnal Teknologi dan Sistem Komputer (JTSiskom, e-ISSN: 2338-0403) adalah terbitan berkala online nasional yang diterbitkan oleh Departemen Teknik Sistem Komputer, Universitas Diponegoro, Indonesia. JTSiskom menyediakan media untuk mendiseminasikan hasil-hasil penelitian, pengembangan dan penerapannya di bidang teknologi dan sistem komputer, meliputi sistem embedded, robotika, rekayasa perangkat lunak dan jaringan komputer. Lihat fokus dan ruang lingkup JTSiskom. JTSiskom terbit 4 (empat) nomor dalam satu tahun, yaitu bulan Januari, April, Juli dan Oktober (lihat Tanggal Penting). Artikel yang dikirimkan ke jurnal ini akan ditelaah setidaknya oleh 2 (dua) orang reviewer. Pengecekan plagiasi artikel dilakukan dengan Google Scholar dan Turnitin. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. JTSiskom telah terindeks DOAJ, BASE, Google Scholar dan OneSearch.id Perpusnas. Lihat daftar pengindeks. Artikel yang dikirimkan harus sesuai dengan Petunjuk Penulisan JTSiskom. JTSiskom menganjurkan Penulis menggunakan aplikasi manajemen referensi, seperti Mendeley, Endnote atau lainnya. Penulis harus register ke jurnal atau jika telah teregister, dapat langsung log in dan melakukan lima langkah submisi artikel. Penulis harus mengupload Pernyataan Pengalihan Hak Cipta saat submisi. Artikel yang terbit di JTSiskom akan diberikan nomer identifier unik (DOI/Digital Object Identifier) dan tersedia serta bebas diunduh dari portal JTSiskom ini. Penulis tidak dipungut biaya baik untuk pengiriman artikel maupun pemrosesan artikel (lihat APC/Article Processing Charge). Jurnal ini mengimplementasikan sistem LOCKSS untuk pengarsipan secara terdistribusi di jaringan LOCKSS privat.

Abstract

This research developed expert system using fuzzy Mamdani to diagnose the spread of diseases affecting the growth of chili plants based on environmental factors. Environmental variables used as fuzzy input parameters are soil pH, air temperature, air humidity and solar irradiation. The input-output relationship uses 81 rules with the AND operator and the MIN implication function. For a case, the results showed that the percentage of the potential spread of the disease showed 60.25%, so the category of potential disease spread with soil PH 7.5 pH, 28 ° C air temperature and air humidity 75 RH and 35% sun irradiance is moderate.

Abstract

The shopping center generally uses the questionnaire instrument in measuring the level of customer satisfaction services. Processing and presentation of conventional questionnaire data tend to be long and less effective. The problem will be solved by using smart robots to measure consumer satisfaction at shopping centers. This robot has a digital questionnaire module located on the robot's chest and the facial module that is used as a robot expression when the consumer chooses to be satisfied or not with the shopping center service. The digital robot questionnaire module is able to accommodate, store and process customer satisfaction data in statistics. Robotic expression when receiving a choice of consumer satisfaction in the form of happy or disappointed facial expressions combined with a voice expression in the form of thanks to customers who have visited.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a decision support system in determining employees which will be laid off. The data used in the research sourced from PT. Mitra Andal Sejati Medan in 2017. This study used the ELECTRE method to conduct an assessment of company employees. The criteria used in the research were absence (C1), appearance (C2), performance (C3), and sales volume (C4). This ELECTRE system can provide an effective decision for termination of employment based on lowest employee rank.

Abstract

Various methods for the diagnosis of breast cancer exist, but not many have been implemented as an application. This study aims to develop an application using SMO algorithm assisted by Weka to diagnose breast cancer. The application was web-based application and developed using Javascript. Test dataset and model formation used original Breast Cancer Database (WBCD) data without missing value. Test mode used 10-fold cross-validation. This application can diagnose breast cancer with an accuracy of 97.3645% and has a significant increase in accuracy for the diagnosis of malignant cancer.

Abstract

This research proposed a tuning method of power system stabilizer (PSS) using an intelligent method based on flower pollination algorithm (FPA) on Pajalesang generator located in Soppeng district. The observed result is the deviation response of velocity and rotor angle in case of disturbance. The case study used as the disturbance to this generator system is a load addition of 0.05 pu. The results show that velocity deviation response without PSS is 0.01152 pu to -0.0248 pu, using PSS trial is 0.007014 pu to -0.02174 pu, using PSS bat algorithm is 0.003972 pu to -0.01865 pu, and using the proposed method of PSS flower algorithm is 0.002149 pu to -0.01678 pu. The rotor angle response shows better results with reduced oscillation and rapidly leading to the steady-state condition. The performance of Pajalesang diesel power plant increased with the installation of FPA PSS, with parameters respectively Kpss=8.5956, T1= 0.0247, T2=0.2484, T3=0.4776, and T4=0.8827.

Abstract

Abstract - This paper proposes a new novelty on telemetry-based cocoa bean circular dryer control system using android applications. There are four new additions compares to the previous one. Its communication is duplex communication which is better than the simplex communication in the previous research, and it also decreases delay due to pushing push button on 2x16LCD. It also lengthens the coverage by adding internet connection via access point. It is easier to use for operator in controlling machine continuously because the number of machine available and no more record for agitator activation and turning-off. There are several tests, namely the telemetry test which checks on the distance covered using bluetooth, wifi esp8266, and accuracy test which checks the accuracy of agitator control of cocoa bean dryers using application in android. The testing process is carried out under N-LOS conditions and LOS conditions. From the test with these two conditions result in range coverage and the accuracy of Agitator Dryer control of cocoa beans using an android based telemetry system, and apply the concept of Internet of Things.Abstrak - Penelitian ini memutakhirkan sistem kendali agitator circular dryer biji kakao berbasis telemetri dengan aplikasi android, penyempurnaan dari penelitian sebelumnya yang hanya menggunakan komunikasi telemetri satu arah, perbaikan pada LCD 2x16 yang menimbulkan delay pada saat menekan push button, menambahkan koneksi internet melalui wifi Access point untuk memperjauh jarak jangkauan. Memudahkan pengoperasian agitator bagi operator dalam mengontrol mesin secara kontinyu sebab mesin lebih dari satu serta tidak adanya catatan agitator saat diaktifkan dan harus dimatikan. Pengujian yang dilakukan, menguji kinerja sistem telemetri yang digunakan yaitu jarak maksimal yang dapat di jangkau oleh piranti nirkabel bluetooth, serta wifi esp8266, dan untuk mengetahui keakurasian pengendalian agitator Dryer biji kakao menggunakan aplikasi di android. Proses pengujian ini dilakukan pada kondisi N-LOS dan kondisi LOS. Dari pengujian dengan dua kondisi tersebut menghasilkan jarak jangkauan dan juga keakurasian pengendalian Agitator Dryer biji kakao menggunakan sistem telemetri berbasis android, serta menerapkan konsep Internet of Things.

Abstract

Driving at high speed is among the frequent causes of accidents. In this research, a warning system was developed to warn drivers when their speed beyond the safety limit. Haar cascade classifier was proposed for the detection system which comprises Haar features, integral image, AdaBoost learning, and cascade classifier. The system was implemented using Python OpenCV library and evaluated on road traffic video collected in one way traffic. As a result, the proposed method yields 97.92% of car detection accuracy in daylight and MSE of 2.88 in speed measurement.

Abstract

In December 2016, Bank Indonesia (BI) officially launched the 2016 Year Emission Rupiah. With the development of technology, the process of buying and selling are not only possible between humans and humans, but humans with a machine. In addition, the machine must also be able to read and recognize the nominal banknotes in various variations of face and rotation. This is because humans can put money in machines with various variations of face and rotation. This study aims to apply and analyze the level of accuracy of nominal rupiah banknotes identification with the SURF and FLANN methods for rotation variation. Testing for identification of nominal rupiah banknotes is carried out with different rotation variations, namely 0o, 90o, 180o, and 270o. The proposed identification method provides 100% of accuracy.
