Abstract

Abstract Sunarti, Effect of Leadership, Competence and Training on Employee Performance Parts General Regional Secretariat Soppeng. This research aims: 1) To determine and analyze the effect on employee performance leadership of General Affairs Regional Secretariat Soppeng; 2) To know and analyze the effect on employee performance competence of the General Section Regional Secretariat Soppeng; 3) To know and analyze the impact of training on employee performance General Affairs Regional Secretariat Soppeng; 4) To know and analyze the influence of leadership, competence and training simultaneously on employee performance General Affairs Regional Secretariat Soppeng. The research was conducted at the General Secretariat of the Regional Section Soppeng. The population in this study were all employees at the General Affairs Regional Secretariat Soppeng as many as 37 employees. Given the relatively small number of the population, so the sample is determined by using census method. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Leadership positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the General Section Regional Secretariat Soppeng. 2) Competence positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the General Section Regional Secretariat Soppeng. 3) Training and significant positive effect on employee performance General Affairs Regional Secretariat Soppeng. 4) Leadership, competence and training simultaneously significant effect on employee performance General Affairs Regional Secretariat Soppeng. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi, motivasi, dan fasilitas kampus terhadap minat mahasiswa melanjutkan studi lanjut ke strata dua pada mahasiswa STIE Lamappapoleonro Soppeng. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kampus Lamappapoleonro Soppeng. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik non probability sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif, yaitu uji reliability, uji normalitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji t (uji parsial), uji F (uji simultan) dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Variabel persepsi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk melanjutkan studi lanjut ke strata dua dengan koefisien regresi 0,253, variable motivasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap minat mahasiswa melanjutkan studi lanjut ke strata dua dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,324, dan variable fasilitas kampus mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk melanjutkanstudi lanjut ke strata dua dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,254. Kata Kunci :Persepsi, Motivasi, Fasilitas Kampus, Minat Mahasiswa ABSTRACT This study aims to Know and analyze the influence between perceptions motivation campus facilities to the interests of students to continue their studies up to the postgraduate student STIE Lamappapoleonro Soppeng This research was held at the Campus Lamappapoleonro Soppeng. The samples were taken with non probability sampling techniques. The indigenous analytical method used is quantitative analysis, the reliability and validity testing, classical aberration test, hypothesis testing, determination coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis The above shows that: constant 2,135, the perception variables have a positive effect on the interests of students to continue further studies into two strata with regression coefficient 0.253, motivational variables have a positive effect on the interests of students to continue further studies into strata two with a regression coefficient of 0.324, and a variable campus facilities have a positive effect on the interests of students to continue further studies into strata two with regression coefficient implanted at 0.254 Keywords: Perception, Motivation, Campus Facilities, Student Interests

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is: (1) To know the effect of kopentensi on Performance of Nurse on Nursing Care Documentation at Rung Inpati RSW Wisata UIT Makassar (2). To know the Motivation of Nurse Performance On Nursing Documentation at Inpatient Room of RSW Wisata UIT Makassr. The research method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach, that is by focusing on hypothesis testing. With the number of popolasi 115, sampling using slovin formula with the number of samples amounted to 80 respondents. Data collection method through questionnaires and direct observation. The data analyst used is descriptively quantitative by using SPSS program of Multiple Linear Regretion Analysis method. The results of the research based on the persial test prove that (1). Competence variable has influence to nurse's performance in Nursing Documentation with significance value = 0.000n which means that alternative hypothesis e accepted that say there is influence of competence to Nurse Performance In Documentation of Nursing Asuahan With significance value = 0,001 which means alternative hypothesis accepted that there is influence Motivation with the performance of Nurse at Inpatient Room of UIT Makassar Hospital Tour (3). Based on the Simultaneous test that Competence has the highest Effect with 0.000 significance. Keywords: Competence, Motivation, Nurse Performance ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adadalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kopentensi Terhadap Kinerja Perawat pada Dokomentasi Asuhan Keperawatan di Rung Rawat Inap RSW Wisata UIT Makassar (2). Untuk mengetahui Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Pada Dokumentasi Asuhan Keperawatan di Ruang Inap RSW Wisata UIT Makassr. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu dengan menitik beratkan pada pengujian hipotesis. Dengan jumlah popolasi 115, penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah sampel berjumlah 80 responden.Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi langsung. Analis data yang digunakan adalah secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan program SPSS metode analisis Regeresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji persial membuktikan bahwa (1). Variabel kompetensi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat pada Dokumentasi Asuhan Keperawatan dengan nilai signifikansi = 0,000n yang berarti bahwa hipotesis alternative e diterima yang meyatakan ada pengaruh kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Perawat Pada Dokumentasi Asuahan Keperawatan Dengan nilai signifikansi = 0,001 yang berarti hipotesis alternative diterima yang meyatakan ada pengaruh Motivasi dengan kinerja Perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap RSU Wisata UIT Makassar (3). Berdasarkan uji Simultan bahwa Kompetensi memiliki Pengaruh yang paling tinggi dengan signifikasi 0,000. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Motivasi, Kinerja Perawat

Abstract

UIT Makassar Tourism (2). To know and analyze the impact of nonverbal communication on of patient satisfaction in the treatment room the second floor RSU roses. UIT Travel Makassar (3) To know and analyze the effect of verbal and non verbal communication simultaneously on of patient satisfaction in the treatment room the second floor RSU roses. UIT Travel Makassar, (4) To know and to analyze which of the more influential variables between verbal or nonverbal communication communication of of patient satisfaction in the treatment room the second floor RSU roses. UIT Makassar Tourism.The research method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach with cross sectional study approach using variables, both as independent variable and dependent variable. The sample used in this research is as much as 80. Data analysis is descriptively quantitative by using SPSS method of Multiple Linear regression analysis.The results based on hypothesis testing to prove that (1). Verbal communication positive and significant impact on of patient satisfaction in the treatment room the second floor RSU roses. UIT namely Makassar travel with a standardized parameter value of 0.409 with a significant value of 0.000. (2). Non Verbal Communication and the most significant positive impact on of patient satisfaction in the treatment room the second floor RSU roses. Abstract

ABSTRAK Semakin ketatnya persaingan serta pasien yang semakin selektif danberpengetahuan mengharuskan RSU Wisata UIT selaku salah satu penyedia jasa pelayanan keperawatan untuk selalu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya. Untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, terlebih dahulu harus diketahui apakah pelayanan yang telah diberikan kepada pasien selama ini telah sesuai dengan harapan pasien atau belum. Hal ini penting dilakukan sebagai acuan dalam pembenahan pelayanan agar dapat memberikan kepuasan optimal, sehingga RSU Wisata UIT dituntut untuk selalu menjaga kepercayaan dan kepuasan pasien dengan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan agar kepuasan pasiennya meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan keperawatan terhadap kepuasan pasien Di Ruang Rawat Inap RSU Wisata UIT Makassar(2).Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pasien Di Ruang Rawat Inap RSU Wisata UIT Makassar, (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh minat terhadap kepuasan pasien Di Ruang Rawat Inap RSU Wisata UIT Makassar, (4). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan keperawatan, fasilitas dan minat secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pasien Di Ruang Rawat Inap RSU Wisata UIT Makassar, (5). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel mana yang lebih berpengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan keperawatan, fasilitas atau minat terhadap kepuasan pasien Di Ruang Rawat Inap RSU Wisata UIT Makassar.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study menggunakan variabel-variabel, baik sebagai variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik slovin sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 responden.Analisis data yang digunakan adalah secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan program SPSS metode analisis Regresi Linier Berganda.Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji hipotesis membuktikan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan Keperawatan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap RSU Wisata UIT Makassar, Fasilitas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap RSU Wisata UIT Makassar. Fasilitas menunjang dalam memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan bagi pasien, Minat secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap RSU Wisata UIT Makassar. Semakin baik kualitas pelayanan maka akan menarik minat pasien untuk berobat di RSU Wisata UIT Makassar, Kualitas Pelayanan keperawatan,fasilitas dan minat memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap RSU Wisata UIT Makassar. Kata kunci:Kualitas Pelayanan, Fasilitas, Minat Pasien Abstract The increasingly tight competition and increasingly selective and knowledgeable patients require the UIT Tourist Hospital as one of the providers of nursing services to always improve the quality of service. To be able to improve the quality of service, it must first know whether the service has been given to the patient so far has been in accordance with the expectations of patients or not. It is important to do as a reference in improving the service in order to provide optimal satisfaction, so UIT Tourist Hospital is required to always maintain the trust and satisfaction of patients by improving the quality of service to increase patient satisfaction. The sample used in this research is to use slovin technique so that the number of samples in this study were 40 respondents. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Donri-Donri Kabupaten Soppeng baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan ex post facto (non eksperimen) dengan rancangan korelasional. Melalui penelitian korelasional dapat diketahui hubungan variasi dalam sebuah variabel dengan lainnya. Lokasi penelitian adalah pada Kantor Kecamatan Donri-Donri Kabupaten Soppeng, sedangkan objek yang diteliti adalah pegawai Kecamatan Donri-Donri. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Donri-Donri Kabupaten Soppeng yang jumlahnya sebanyak 41 orang pegawai. Teknik sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Untuk pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Donri-Donri Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Donri-Donri Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Disiplin Kerja dan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Donri-Donri Kabupaten Soppeng. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study are: (1). To know and analyze the impact of workload on the performance of the nurse in the treatment room the second floor roses RSU Makassar Tourism UIT, (2). To know and analyze the impact of satisfaction on the performance of the nurse in the treatment room the second floor roses RSU Makassar Tourism UIT, (3) to determine and analyze the impact of the facility on the performance of the nurse in the treatment room the second floor roses RSU Makassar Tourism UIT. The research method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach with cross sectional study approach using variables, both as independent variable and dependent variable. The sample used in this study is the population of 40. Data analysis is descriptively quantitative by using SPSS program of Multiple Linear regression analysis method. The results of research based on hypothesis test proves that (1). Workload has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Nurse In Raising Room of Floor II of UIT Makassar Hospital with standarized parameter value is 0.325 with significant value of 0.003. (2). Satisfaction has the positive and most significant effect on the performance of nurses in the second floor of treatment room of UIT Makassar RSU with the value of standarized parameter of 0383 with significant value 0.000. (3). Facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses in the second floor of treatment room of UIT Makassar RSU with standarized parameter value of 0.383 with significant value of 0.002. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Retribusi Daerah terhadap peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Pajak Daerah terhadap peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Retribusi Daerah dan Pajak Daerah terhadap peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Data penelitian ini adalah data runtut waktu (time series). Data time series yang digunakan yaitu data time series dari bulan Januari 2013 sampai dengan Desember 2016. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Retribusi Daerah berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng, 2) Pajak Daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng, 3) Retribusi Daerah dan Pajak Daerah secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Kata Kunci : Retribusi Daerah, Pajak Daerah, Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Abstract The aim of the study: 1) To test and analyze the effect of Local Retribution income to increase Local Revenue Soppeng Regency. 2) To test and analyze the effect of Local Tax income to increase Local Revenue Soppeng Regency. 3) To test and analyze the effect of Local Retribution and Local Taxes income to increase Local Revenue Soppeng Regency. The study was conducted at the Department of Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Regional Regency of Soppeng. This research data is a time series of data (time series). Time series data used is time series data from January 2013 until December 2016. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of study indicates that 1) Local Retribution has positive but no significant effect to increase Local Revenue Soppeng Regency, 2) Local Taxes has positive and significant effect to the increase of Local Revenue Soppeng Regency, 3) Local Retribution and Local Tax are simultaneously have significant effect to increase Local Revenue Soppeng Regency. Abstract

ABSTRAK Perawat merupakan tenaga profesional yang perannya tidak dapat dikesampingkan dari semua bentuk pelayanan rumah sakit. Peran ini disebabkan karena tugas perawat mengharuskan kontak paling lama dengan pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat di RSUD Prof. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu Kabupaten Bantaeng diantaranya faktor konflik peran ganda, stress kerja dan burnout. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian observasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi Cross Sectional Study. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di RSUD Prof. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu Kabupaten Bantaeng, rencana dilaksanakan mulai pada bulan Oktober sampai dengan Desember 2016. Populasi adalah semua tenaga perawat wanita rumah sakit RSUD Prof. Dr. Anwar Makkatutu Kab. Bantaeng teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Dijadikan sampel berjumlah 130 orang. Data diperoleh dengan wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner.Uji yang digunakan adalah uji Regresi Linear Sederhana dan Chi-Square dengan tingkat kemaknaan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan konflik peran ganda, stress kerja, burnout terhadap kinerja perawat wanita di RSUD Prof. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu Kabupaten Bantaeng.Saran penelitian ini adalah Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan agar kiranya dapat meningkatkan kinerja perawat wanita dengan memperhatikan konflik peran ganda, stress kerja dan burnout di RSUD Prof. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu Kabupaten Bantaeng. Kata Kunci : Konflik Peran Ganda, Stress Kerja, Burnout, Kinerja Perawat. This study was carried out in hospitals Prof. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng Regency, the plan was conducted from October to December 2016. The population was all female hospital nurses Hospital Prof. Dr. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng Regency sampling technique using simple random sampling technique. Sampled amounted to 130 people. Data collected from interviews, observations, and quationare used is a simple linear regression test and Chi-Square with significance level α = 0.05. The results showed that There is a significant influence dual role conflict, job stress, burnout on the performance of nurses in hospitals Prof. Dr. H. M.
