Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Cabang Panakkukang Makassar. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 80 orang karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) dispilin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Cabang Panakkukang Makassar. 2) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Cabang Panakkukang Makassar. 3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Cabang Panakkukang Makassar. 4) disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Cabang Panakkukang Makassar.Kata kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan                                                                             ABSTRACT               This research has been done at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Branch of Panakkukang Makassar. The research method was quantitative approach. Technique of data collection was questionnaire method. The data analysis of this research applied multiple linear regression with 80 employees as a sample. Sampling technique in this research use saturated sampling technique.               Research result shows 1) work discipline has positive and significant influence on employees performance at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Branch of Panakkukang Makassar. 2) organization commitment has positive and significant influence on employees performance at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Branch of Panakkukang Makassar, 3)  work environment has positive and significant influence on employees performance at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Branch of Panakkukang Makassar, 4) work discipline, organization commitment, and work environment have positive and significant influence on employees performance at PT. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) kepuasan kerja perawat sebelum dan sesudah penerapan Model Praktek Keperawatan Profesional (MPKP) di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara. (2) kualitas pelaksanaan standar asuhan keperawatan (SAK) sebelum dan sesudah penerapan Model Praktek Keperawatan Profesional (MPKP) di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara mulai tanggal 24 Oktober sampai 23 Desember 2016. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan quasi eksperimen dengan dengan rancangan Pre test and post test nonequivalent control group dengan mengambil sampel 60 responden yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik probability atau random sampling dan Pengumpulan data menggunakan kosioner pengolahan data menggunakan fasilitas program SPSS yang disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan narasi. Uji statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji-t dengan nilai signifikansi α

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to (1) To determine and analyze the impact of competence on the application of patient safety in nursing care diruang hospitalization. (2) Determine and analyze the influence of motivation nurses on the application of patient safety in nursing care diruang hospitalization. (3) Know and analyze the influence of discipline nurses on the application of patient safety in nursing care in room hospitalization. This study was conducted at Hospital Haji South Sulawesi province in October to December 2016. This type of research is cross sectional with a total sampling 48 respondents. Questionnaires as a means of collecting data from respondents. The research method using the t test, test and test f β with SPSS version 20 for Windows. Results simultaneous Competence (X1), motivation (X2) and Discipline (X3) influence on the implementation of Patient Safety in Nursing in patient wards Ar-Rahim, Ar-Rahman and Sayang Duafa Haji Hospital of South Sulawesi province. Partially, Competence (X1), motivation (X2) and Discipline (X3) Impact of the implementation of Patient Safety in Nursing. Based on the results of the regression coefficient (β), the variables that have a dominant influence on the implementation of Pateient Safety in Nursing is a Nurse Competence in which the obtained value of regression coefficient (β) of 0.410 and a significant 0.000. The conclusion of this study is that there is significant influence between the nurse's competence, motivation, and discipline on the application of patient safety in nursing care. Keywords: Competence nurse, motivation and discipline with the implementation of patient safety ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi perawat terhadap penerapan keselamatan pasien dalam asuhan keperawatan diruang rawat inap. (2) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi perawat terhadap penerapan keselamatan pasien dalam asuhan keperawatan diruang rawat inap. (3) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kedisiplinan perawat terhadap penerapan keselamatan pasien dalam asuhan keperawatan diruang rawat inap. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada RSUD Haji Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan bulan Oktober sampai dengan Desember 2016. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan total sampling sebanyak 48 responden. Kuisioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data dari responden. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan Uji t, Uji f dan Uji β dengan bantuan SPSS Versi 20 for Windows. Hasil secara simultan Kompetensi (X1), Motivasi (X2) dan Kedisiplinan (X3) berpengaruh terhadap penerapan Patient Safety dalam Asuhan Keperawatan di Ruang Rawat Inap Ar-Rahim, Ar-Rahman dan Sayang Duafa RSUD Haji Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Secara parsial, Kompetensi (X1), Motivasi (X2) dan Kedisiplinan (X3) Berpengaruh terhadap penerapan Patient Safety Dalam Asuhan Keperawatan. Berdasarkan hasil nilai koefesien regresi (β) maka variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap penerapan Pateient Safety dalam Asuhan Keperawatan adalah Kompetensi Perawat dimana didapatkan nilai koefesien regresinya (β) sebesar 0,410 dan signifikan sebesar 0,000. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kompetensi perawat, Motivasi, dan Kedisiplinan terhadap penerapan patient safety dalam Asuhan Keperawatan. Kata kunci : Kompetensi perawat, motivasi dengan penerapan patient safety.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to analyze the growth of local Finncial Performance Of Districts/Ciies (PAD Growth, PAD Share, PAD elasticity, Financial Capabilities Index (FCI) the era before and after the implementation of regional autonomy, and to measure its impact on economic growth in  the district / city of South Sulawesi Province.The research method was quantitative and  described  20 years of data series on budget realization (10 years before and after the era of regional autonomy) by   some mathematical equation as a comparative test and multiple linear regression with SPSS-16 to test the effect.The results showed that in the era  of regional autonomy, PAD Growth showed a slight but not  significant improvement. However PAD Share and elasticity was found to be lower. Fiscal capacity map lower in the era of regional autonomy while  fiscal capacity index improved. It wasalso revealed that partially PAD  Share had positive and significant impact on economic growth while in contrast, PAD growth and  elasticity showed negative effect but  growthand it was found  that Financial Capabilities Index Contributions to economic growth was very small and insignificant. Keywords: Effectiveness of the implementation of regional autonomy, the financial capability index and economic growth.  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pertumbuhan PAD, Share PAD, Elastisitas PAD, Indeks Kemampuan Keuangan (IKK) era sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan otonomi daerah serta mengukur pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di kabupaten/kota Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.Metode penelitian bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif atas 20 tahun data seris realisasi APBD (10 tahun sebelum dan sesudah era otonomi daerah) dengan mengadopsi metode kajian Bappenas (2012) sebagai uji komparatif dan uji regresi linier menurut Sugiyono (2013) dengan software  SPSS-16 untuk uji pengaruh.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1). Pertumbuhan PAD pada era otonomi daerah sedikit lebih baik, namun tidak signifikan, 2) Share   PAD pada era otonomi daerah  lebih rendah, 3) Elastitias PAD pada era otonomi daerah lebih rendah, 4) Peta kemampuan keuangan daerah lebih rendah pada era otonomi daerah, 5) Indeks kemampuan keuangan daerah lebih baik pada era otonomi daerah, 6) Secara parsial Share PAD berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada pertumbuhan ekonomi sedangkan  Growth PAD dan Elastisitas PAD berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan.  Secara simultan ketiganya  berpengaruh tidak signifikan, 7) Kontribusi Indeks Kemampuan Keuangan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sangat kecil dan berpengaruh tidak signifikan Kata Kunci : Efektivitas pelaksanaan otonomi daerah, indeks kemampuan keuangan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze (1) Influence of Motivation, (2) Influence of Family Support, (3) Influence of Social Environment to improvement of Rehabilitation Success, (4) Influence Individual Motivation, Family Support, Social Environment to improvement of Rehabilitation success. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang meliputi keandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, kepedulian dan bukti nyata terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada pelayanan rawat inap Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa data sekunder, yang bersumber dari dokumentasi dan laporan tertulis yang dibuat secara berkala dan berhubungan dengan pokok permasalahan yang sedang diteliti dan data primer yang bersumber dari hasil sebaran kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pasien rawat inap sesuai sampel yang dibutuhkan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Keandalan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar; 2) Ketanggapan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar; 3) Kepastian/jaminan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar; 4) Kepedulian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar; 5) Bukti Nyata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar; 6) Kualitas Pelayanan berupa keandalan, ketanggapan, kepastian/jaminan, kepedulian dan bukti nyata secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar. Kata Kunci: Keandalan, Ketanggapan, Kepastian/jaminan, Kepedulian, Bukti Nyata, Kepuasan Pasien. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of service quality dimensions which include reliability, responsiveness, assurance, care and evidence to the satisfaction of patients in Makassar Bhayangkara Hospital. The research was conducted on inpatient care at Makassar Bhayangkara Hospital. The source of the data in this research is secondary data, sourced from the documentation and written reports are made regularly and deals with the subject matter being studied and the primary data sourced from the distribution of questionnaires given to inpatients according the required sample. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis The results showed that; 1) Reliability positive and significant effect partially on patient satisfaction in Makassar Bhayangkara Hospital; 2) Responsiveness positive and significant effect partially on patient satisfaction in Makassar Bhayangkara Hospital; 3) The assurance/guarantee positive and significant effect partially on patient satisfaction in Makassar Bhayangkara Hospital; 4) Concern positive and significant effect partially on patient satisfaction in Makassar Bhayangkara Hospitals; 5) Real Evidence positive and significant effect partially on patient satisfaction in Makassar Bhayangkara Hospital; 6) Quality of Service in the form of reliability, responsiveness, assurance/guarantee, care and evidence together positive and significant impact on patient satisfaction in Makassar Bhayangkara Hospital. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui pengaruh supervisi kepala ruangan terhadap kinerja perawat dalam Pendokumentasian Asuhan Keperawatan pada Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar. 2) Mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja perawat dalam Pendokumentasian Asuhan Keperawatan pada Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar. 3) Mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja perawat dalam Pendokumentasian Asuhan Keperawatan pada Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar. 4) Mengetahui secara simultan pengaruh supervisi kepala ruangan, beban kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat dalam Pendokumentasian Asuhan Keperawatan pada Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar, dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 192 orang perawat. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik slovin, sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 49 orang perawat. Penentuan sampel sebagai responden dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Supervisi kepala ruangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. 2) Beban kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. 3) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. 4) Supervisi kepala ruangan, beban kerja, dan motivasi secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Kata Kunci : Supervisi, Beban Kerja, Motivasi, Kinerja. ABSTRACT This study aims to: 1) Determine the effect of supervision of head room to the nurses' performance in the documentation of nursing care in Bhayangkara Hospitals Makassar. 2) Determine the effect of workload on nurses' performance in the documentation of nursing care in Bhayangkara Hospitals Makassar. 3) Determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of nurses in the Nursing Documentation in Bhayangkara Hospitals Makassar. 4) Determine the simultaneous effects of head room supervision, workload, and work motivation influence on the performance of nurses in the Nursing Documentation in Bhayangkara Hospitals Makassar. The research was conducted at the Bhayangkara Hospitals Makassar, with a total population of 192 nurses. To determine the number of samples in this study using techniques slovin, so the total sample of 49 nurses. The samples as respondents in this study using purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The study concluded that: 1) supervision of the head of the room positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses. 2) The workload is positive and not significant effect on the performance of nurses. 3) Motivation positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses. 4) supervision of the head of the room, workload and motivation simultaneously (together) significantly affects the performance of nurses. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to obtain explanations about the implementation of positioning mutation in the government of Soppeng regency. The method which used in this study is descriptive type in purpose to give a fact about the implementation of positioning mutation in the goverment of Soppeng regency in case of appointment the civil servant and find out about the implication of the implementation of positioning mutation in the government of Soppeng regency. Data is analyzed qualitatively. Data collecting technique which is observation and interview library study and documentation. The results of study showed that employees are in accordance with the principles profesionalism among base on competence, work performance, and objective condition only regardless of gender, religion, rece, or groups. Mutation were held in 2016, namely in August in government shows no political implications and administrative governmance. Keywords: mutation, government.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh program kemitraan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat, pengaruh program bina lingkungan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat, dan pengaruh program kemitraan dan bina lingkungan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan ditiga Desa/Kelurahan yaitu Desa Biringere Kecamatan Bungoro, Kelurahan Bontoa dan Kelurahan Kalabbirang Kecamatan Minasatene Kabupaten Pangkep mulai bulan Januari Sampai Februari 2017 Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan menggunakan populasi sejumlah 120 orang pada wilayah Ring 1 yang terkena dampak negatif atas proses produksi PT. Semen Tonasa dengan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode Slovin, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 93 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis model regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh program kemitraan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat, adanya pengaruh program bina lingkungan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat, dan adanya pengaruh program kemitraan dan bina lingkungan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kata-kata Kunci: program kemitraan, program bina lingkungan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of partnership programs on the welfare of the community, the influence of environmental development programs on the welfare of community, and the influence of partnership programs and community development towards community welfare. This research was conducted in three villages ie Biringere Village Bungoro Subdistrict, Bontoa Village and Kalabbirang Sub-District of Minasatene District of Pangkep Regency from January to February 2017 This study used primary data by using population of 120 people in Ring 1 area which negatively affected production process PT. Semen Tonasa with samples of research using Slovin method, so that the sample in this study as many as 93 people. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression model analysis technique.The results of this study indicate that the influence of partnership programs on the welfare of the community, the influence of environmental development programs on the welfare of the community, and the influence of partnership programs and community development towards community welfare.
