Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh tarif ijarah pada gadai syariah terhadap mashlahah (kepuasan) nasabah gadai emas Bank Rakyat Indonesia cabang Serang periode 2019 - 2020. Bahasan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh tarif ijarah pada gadai syariah secara simultan dan parsial terhadap mashlahah (kepuasan) nasabah. dimana teori dan filosofinya diambil dari Al-Qur’an, Al-Sunnah, dan para ahli. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini termasuk jenis assosiatif yang bertujuan mengetahui hubungan atau pengaruh antara dua variabel. Bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antarvariabel disebut korelasional. Ditinjau dari tujuan yang dicapai termasuk penelitian terapan. Ditinjau dari datanya termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber datanya terdiri dari data primer, sekunder, dan populasi sampel. Operasional yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagai berikut : variabelnya terdiri dari tarif ijarah sebagai variabel bebas serta mashlahah (kepuasan) nasabah sebagai variabel terikat. Selain itu data yang digunakan dalam pengujian diperoleh dari manajer keuangan bank periode 2019-2020, juga hasil wawancara dan kepustakaan. Untuk mengolah data tersebut penulis menggunakan program SPSS. Yang dilakukan uji F untuk uji simultan. Dan uji t untuk pengujian parsial, dengan tingkat signifikan 0,5 (5%). Tarif ijarah terhadap kepuasan (maslahah) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan, karena diatas 0,05. Penulis menyarankan agar mencari variabel lain yang mempengaruhi kepuasan (maslahah) nasabah.

Bareskrim Polri has named two BJB Syariah Bank officials in Bandung City as suspects in a fictitious credit case worth Rp 548 billion. This is one of the big cases that has tarnished Islamic banking, especially in the city of Bandung. The purpose of this research is to conduct a deeper study of the role of internal auditors in detection and prevention of fraud at Islamic Banks in Bandung City. The research method used is descriptive analysis and verification with the type of survey. The independent variable used is the role of the internal auditor. Meanwhile, fraud detection and prevention is used as the dependent variable. The population of this research is all Islamic Banks in Bandung City. The sampling technique used random sampling in order to obtain a sample of 60 Islamic Bank employees in the city of Bandung. The data analysis used was correlation coefficient analysis, determination and hypothesis testing. The role of the Internal Auditor affects Fraud Detection by 26.72%. Meanwhile, the role of the Internal Auditor has an effect on Fraud Prevention by 43.16%.

The purpose of this study explains: 1) the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction, 2) the influence of Store Image on customer satisfaction, 3) the effect of price on customer satisfaction, 4) test service quality, store image and price on customer satisfaction in UD Menara 05 Kudus. This research is a field research with a quantitative description. Data collection was carried out by free guided interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Furthermore, the researcher conducted the validity of the data with the model of extension of observations, increasing persistence, triangulation, member checks, and peer discussion. The results showed that the influence of service quality, store image and price on customer satisfaction in Kudus is good and optimal. Because it is supported and encouraged from the company and within the family. In terms of service quality, the quality in UD Menara 05 Kudus is categorized as sufficient, Store Image is in the sufficient category, and Prices are categorized as good for customer satisfaction

The contribution of waqf as an instrument of Islamic philanthropy is seen as important in providing social benefits in meeting the long-term needs of the ummah. The contribution of waqf cannot be separated from the existence of nadzir as a waqf manager. The existence of nadzir (waqf manager) is seen as the responsibility of the party responsible for the productivity of waqf assets previously not included in the terms and laws of traditional waqf in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to analyze the existence and existence of nadzir in the perspective of waqf institutions in Indonesia. This research uses descriptive analytical method, using secondary data obtained from existing manuscript sources, one of the waqf laws. The data analysis in this study is based on a framework of four levels of institutional economy. The findings in this study are the institutionalization process of nadzir as an official institution in waqf management being analyzed using the four level of institutional economic, the first level I the institutionalization process for waqf managers in Indonesia based on customary law and then Islamic law. The second level formal institutional rules place the law as the formal management rule for waqf after the formation of the Republic of Indonesia. The third Level institutions related to waqf institutional governance that experienced improvements after the issuance of formal rules accompanied by guidance from the waqf accounting standards and the waqf core principles. Fourth Level of institutions related to the management of waqf resources in Indonesia provides wide opportunities for nadzir (waqf managers) to manage waqf. The role of the government in private waqf managers in Indonesia is as protector and issuer of regulations that support waqf productivity.

Technological developments are now penetrating the world of worship, for those who want to pay zakat even easier. A number of online applications including online shopping provide zakat payment features for muzakki. Looking at the data in the National Zakat Agency that the potential for zakat in 2019, based on the IIPZ association and Indonesia's zakat outlook, the potential for zakat is around Rp. 233.8 trillion divided into 5 objects of Zakat. In 2016 and 2017, zakat income was only around 6 trillion. The huge potential of zakat in Indonesia makes all zakat practitioners or zakat collection bodies have to find ways to maximize the potential for zakat and be able to create poverty in Indonesia. From efforts to manage zakat efficiently, Dompet Dhuafa as Amil zakat implements an online application system for zakat, the goal is to facilitate and improve zakat services for the better, with this online zakat application it is hoped that it will be able to absorb some of the existing potential zakat and help make it easier for people to pay zakat because limited distance and time.The purpose of this research in general is that the development and growth of zakat will increase with the existence of online zakat collection. In particular, to make it easier for muzakki in distributing zakat.This research uses qualitative research methods which are commonly referred to as naturalistic research methods because the research is carried out in natural conditions (natural setting), the research data sources are primary and secondary. The results and findings of the study are the growth of zakat from each year, either from the growth of zakat in the online zakat system or in the overall zakat income every year.

Buying and selling activities are one of the community’s needs as facilities and infrastructure of daily needs. Here, the market as one of the tools where there is buying and selling interaction. The marketing environment can change and be uncertain and provide not only opportunities but also threats. The Bandar market is a traditional market that sells the needs for essential materials at an affordable price for the community. The purpose of this research is to determine the behaviour of traders and compliance with the basic principles of Islamic markets. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, interview, and documentation. The conclusion of this research is the traders’ behaviour in the Bandar market which already tolerable and precise even though the city market is essentially a conventional market, and traders in the Bandar market already apply the principle of Ar-Ridhla, healthy competition, honesty, openness, and justice properly. Tokoh ekonom Muslim salah satunya yang bernama al-Ghazali sangat memperhatikan tentang permasalahan dalam kegiatan ekonomi yang terkait tentang perilaku pasar. Dalam ekonomi dapat ditemukan karyanya yang sangat fenomenal Ihya ulum al-Din, imam Al-Ghazali mengukapkan elemen-elemen pasar salah satunya tentang penimbunan uang, jual beli mata uang dan riba. Metode penelitian Ribrary Reaserch, data sekunder yang diperoleh dari buku-buku, artikel, surat kabar atau internet dan sumber yang berkaitan. Etika bisnis al-Ghazali dalam konteks kekinian terdapat banyak ketidak sesuaian satu dengan lainnya. penimbunan uang dalam masyarakat kini masih terjadi dengan istilah spekulasi praktik penimbun dolar untuk spekulasi, masyarakat terus menunggu kurs lebih tinggi dolar menjadi langka. penambahan dalam transasksi jual beli antara produsen maupun konsumen dalam perkonomian dikatakan dengan riba, jual beli mata uang masih terjadi istilah vala. Naik turun kurs mata uang dalam perkonomian negara, sehingga muncul persaingan yang tidak sehat timbulnya spekulasi yang mengakibatkan resiko tinggi.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Islamic financial inclusion in Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Dana Usaha Syariah Tambakboyo (BMT Dasa) in increasing the empowerment of MSMEs. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study indicate that BMT has implemented Islamic financial inclusion well. Social capital plays a role in the implementation of financial inclusion. Social capital in the form of value and trust, human capital, financial capital and physical capital. BMT has provided many facilities so that MSMEs can obtain funding and can be used to develop businesses and improve the economy as a whole. Supervision conducted by BMT Dasa has also been carried out well, but BMT does not provide training for its customers. Though the training is very important for customers, especially MSMEs.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence related to the influence of Indonesian Muamalat bank profitability. Characteristics of the influence of wadi'ah demand deposits, wadi’ah savings and mudharabah savings. This study uses secondary data with quarterly financial data population of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia from 2011 to 2018. The sampling technique uses quarterly financial data of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia has 32 data. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the wadi'ah giro variable partially had a significant effect on profit / ROA. Show that t count is 2,356 ≥ t table is 1,699 while the value of Sig. t 0.026 ≤ Sig.α 0.05. Wadi'ah savings variable partially has a significant effect on profit / ROA. Shows that t count is - 3,135 ≤ t table is 1,699 while Sig. 0.004 ≤ α 0.05. Mudharabah savings variable partially has a significant effect on profit / ROA. Shows that t arithmetic of - 0.334 ≤ t table of 1.699 while the value of Sig. α 0.741 ≥ 0.05, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results showed that multiple regression analysis obtained the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.412 or equal to 41.2%. This means that Wadi'ah Giro, Wadi'ah Savings and Mudharabah Savings jointly affect bank profitability.

Abstract - This study aims to describe the influence of leadership style and organizational culture with the mediating variables of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This study uses a case study method for employees of educational institutions in Purwokerto. Respondents in this study were 74 employees from management level to staff level. PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 is the analysis technique used in this study. The results obtained are first, Leadership Style has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Second, Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, and Third, Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Based on the research results prove that Job Satisfaction can only mediate the relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment while the relationship between Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment cannot be mediated by Job Satisfaction.
