Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio(CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Return On Asset (ROA) dan Tingkat Inflasi terhadap besarnya pembiayaan yang diberikan perbankan syariah untuk UMKM. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analaisis regresi linier berganda.Penelitian ini menemukan bukti bahwa dana pihak ketiga mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pembiayaan perbankan syariah untuk UMKM, Capital Adequacy Ratio(CAR) tidak mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap pembiayaan perbankan syariah,  non performing financing mempunyai pengaruh positif  terhadap pembiayaan perbankan syariah untuk UMKM, Return on Asset (ROA) tidak mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap pembiayaan perbankan syariah untuk UMKM, dan tingkat inflasi mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap pembiayaan perbankan syariah untuk UMKM. Hasil uji F  memperlihatkan kelima variabel independen tersebut di atas secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap pembiayaan untuk UMKM Kata kunci: Capital Adequacy Ratio, Dana Pihak Ketiga, ,  Non Performing Financing , Return On Asset, Pembiayaan UMKM dan Tingkat Inflasi

Abstract

Program Penerapan Ipteks Bagi Masyarakat (IbM)  ini berjudul Pelatihan  Kewirausahaan Melalui Pembuatan Produk Kunyit Instan. Tujuan dari Memberikan pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan dan pembuatan produk kunyit instan. Khalayak sasarannya adalah anak-anak Panti Asuhan Putri Muhammadiyah yang berjumlah 21 orang. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan ini ini berupa pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan,  produk kunyit instan dan pemasarannya. Selanjutnya, hasil kegiatan IbM dapat digunakan mitra sebagai bekal untuk berwirausaha karena produk kunyit instant ini merupakan produk yang mudah untuk diproduksi dan biaya produksinya relatif murah. Selain itu produk tersebut juga mudah dipasarkan di warung-warung, pasar tradisional dan pasar modern.  Kata kunci: Kewirausahaan; Produk kunyit instan

Abstract

Lagu dolanan Jawa Tengah, dhondhong apa salak dan gundhul pacul, mempunyaiperanan yang penting untuk anak-anak karena di dalam lagu dolanan tersebut terdapatnilai-nilai pendidikan dan simbol-simbol kehidupan yang dapat dijadikan tuntunanuntuk anak-anak. Penelitian ini akan menggali makna budaya yang tersembunyidi dalam lagu dolanan Jawa Tengah yakni dhondhong apa salak, gundhul pacul,dan kupu kuwi agar menemukan pemahaman budaya Jawa Tengah yang tersiratdalam lagu dolanan tersebut. Metode pengambilan data dalam makna budaya lagudolanan di Jawa Tengah dengan cara interview atau wawancara secara personalyakni mewawancarai 3 informan. Model memvalidasi data ini mengarahkan penelitimengambil data harus menggunakan beragam sumber data yang berbeda-beda. Lagu dolanan di Jawa Tengah seperti dhondhong apa salak, gundhul pacul, dan kupu kuwi mempunyai makna budaya yang baik dalam pendidikan maupun kehidupan anakanak. Lagu dolanan dhondhong apa salak mempunyai makna budaya yakni karakter manusia ada 3 diilustrasikan seperti buah dhondhong, salak, dan duku. Sifat yangpaling baik diantara ke tiga ilustrasi tersebut yaitu buah duku karena sifat luar dandalam sama-sama baik, halus, dan lembut. Lagu dolanan gundhul pacul mengandungmakna budaya yaitu jika orang yang mempunyai kehormatan, kedudukan, dankemuliaan janganlah menjadi sombong karena Allah dapat memberikan balasaanyang setimpal karena kesombongannya. Sedangkan, lagu dolanan kupu kuwi juga mengandung makna budaya yakni bagaimana manusia mendapatkan kebahagiaan,kebahagiaan itu tidak bisa diprediksi kapan datangnya, kapan munculnya, dan arahmana kebahagiaan akan muncul.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the independence of student learning in class VIII of SMP Negeri 11 Pekalongan before being given service mastery of mind mapping content, (2) determine the independence of student learning in class VIII of SMP Negeri 11 Pekalongan after being given service mastery of mind mapping content, (3) determine differences the independence of student learning in class VIII of SMP Negeri 11 Pekalongan before and after services mastery of mind mapping content. This was an experimental study with the study design one group pre-test and post-test. The population in of  this study were are all of the students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 11 Pekalongan. The sampling technique that used is purposive sampling techniques. The method of collecting data in this study is using psychological scale in the form of independence of learninng  scale. The results showed that students learning independence increased after treatment in the form of services given control of the content of the mind mapping. So we can conclude that the services mastery of mind mapping content effective to enhance the independence learning of class VIII SMP Negeri 11 Pekalongan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of partial and simultaneous variables green marketing, product design, and brand trust toward a purchase decision of Tupperware product in Purwokerto. The research type is using a quantitative method. The amount of sample this research is 100 respondents who are divided into 4 sub-district which are North Purwokerto, East Purwokerto, South Purwokerto, and West Purwokerto. The data collection technique used is purposive sampling, while analyzing data instruments this study is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and goodness of fit. The analysis result showed that simultaneously of green marketing, product design and brand trust had a significant effect towards purchase decision, besides that in partial green marketing had a positive effect and had not significant towards purchase decision, whereas product design and brand trust had a positive effect and significant toward on purchase decision

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership, work discipline on performance through organizational commitment as a mediating variable. This research is a case study at a workshop company in Purwokerto and respondent from this study were 100 employee from supervisor and technical staff. This study used data analysis techniques namely PLS (Partial Least Square) analyisis using Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that the leadership had a negative and no significant effect on organizational commitment, work discipline had a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. The results also show that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results showed that organizational commitment cannot mediate between leadership and work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to describe the influence of leadership style and organizational culture with the mediating variables of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This study uses a case study method for employees of educational institutions in Purwokerto. Respondents in this study were 74 employees from management level to staff level. PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 is the analysis technique used in this study. The results obtained are first, Leadership Style has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Second, Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, and Third, Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Based on the research results prove that Job Satisfaction can only mediate the relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment while the relationship between Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment cannot be mediated by Job Satisfaction. Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of word of mouth, perceived quality, and use of technology on application-based transportation decisions. The method used in this research is a case study of the Muslim community in Purwokerto. Questionnaires were given to 100 respondents consisting of several members of the Muslim community in Purwokerto. The data analysis technique used is PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis using Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that word of mouth had a significant positive effect on decisions to use application-based transportation, perceived quality had a significant positive effect on decisions to use application-based transportation, and use of technology had a negative effect on decisions to use application-based transportation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of institutional ownership, board of directors, and audit committee, which are proxies of corporate governance structure, and firm size on firm performance. Company performance is measured using profitability. The sample of this study, companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) from 2017 to 2018. The ROA data in this study ignores the positive and negative ROA values. Hypothesis testing using regression analysis found empirical evidence that institutional ownership and board of directors variables do not affect ROA. While the audit committee variable has a positive effect on ROA, the firm size variable negatively impacts ROA. Keywords                    : Institutional Ownership; Board Of Directors; Audit Committee; Company  Size; ProfitabilityCorrespondence to      : rinamudjiyanti@ump.ac.id Tujuan penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kepemilikan institusional, dewan direksi, dan komite audit yang merupakan proksi struktur corporate governance, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Kinerja perusahaan diukur menggunakan profitabilitas. Sampel penelitian ini, perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Jakarta Islamic Indeks (JII) selama periode 2017 sampai 2018. Data ROA dalam penelitian ini mengabaikan nilai ROA positif dan negatif. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi ditemukan bukti empiris bahwa variabel kepemilikan institusional dan dewan direksi tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA.
