Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to describe the influence of leadership style and organizational culture with the mediating variables of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This study uses a case study method for employees of educational institutions in Purwokerto. Respondents in this study were 74 employees from management level to staff level. PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 is the analysis technique used in this study. The results obtained are first, Leadership Style has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Second, Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, and Third, Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Based on the research results prove that Job Satisfaction can only mediate the relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment while the relationship between Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment cannot be mediated by Job Satisfaction. Abstract

This study explains about compensation and its effect on employee performance, where the spirit of work is used as a mediation variable. The method used in this study is a case study on the employee of educational institutions in Purwokerto. Questionnaires were administered to 74 employees from the management level to the staff level as respondents. Data analysis techniques used are the analysis of PLS (Partial Least Square) using Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that Compensation has a significant positive effect on Spirit of work, Spirit of work has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Compensation has not a significant effect on Employee Performance and Compensation has a significant effect on Employee Performance through Spirit of work.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of word of mouth, perceived quality, and use of technology on application-based transportation decisions. The method used in this research is a case study of the Muslim community in Purwokerto. Questionnaires were given to 100 respondents consisting of several members of the Muslim community in Purwokerto. The data analysis technique used is PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis using Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that word of mouth had a significant positive effect on decisions to use application-based transportation, perceived quality had a significant positive effect on decisions to use application-based transportation, and use of technology had a negative effect on decisions to use application-based transportation.

Abstract

This study explain about the effect employee engagement and emotional intelligence on organizational commitment where job satisfaction is used as mediation variable. The method used in this study is case study on employee of Islamic education institution in Purwokerto. Questionnaires were administered to 100 employees from the management level to the staff level as the respondent. The analysis PLS (Partial Least Square) were used in this study. The results showed that Employee Engagement has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Emotional Intelligence has significant effect on Job Satisfaction. The results also showed that Job Satisfaction and Emotional Intelligence has no significant effect to organizational commitment, Employee Engagement has significant effect on organizational commitment. And the result showed that Job Satisfaction cannot mediate between Employee Engagement on Organizational Commitment, also cannot mediate Emotional Intelligence on Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Changes in consumer tastes of food products, tend to take place quickly. Products that are currently excellent can be one or two months down. Various types of products are increasingly varied, one after another. No matter how bestselling a compilation product will meet the saturation point. Thorny palm fruit is widely produced in the village of Bojanegara, Sigaluh District, Banjarnegara Regency. So far, thorny palm farmers sell their crops directly to the market. Although there are one or two farmers who process thorny palm into thorny palm crackers. Previously, there were many preparations and other creations that could be produced from the thorny palm fruit. The purpose of this activity was to increase the income of the community members of Aisyiyah Branch Bojanegara, Sigaluh Subdistrict, Banjarnegara District, by diversifying products from thorny palm fruit and using digital marketing as marketing media. This activity was carried out for 1 day with a total of 38 participants. The method used in this activity is the lecture, question and answer, and discussion methods. The results of this activity add to the knowledge participants with their activeness and demand to be able to increase revenue through product diversification and the application of digital marketing as a media product promotion. Participants immediately practiced various kinds of preparations that could be produced from thorny palm fruit and applied social media as a means of promotion. Abstract

Bisnis membuat hantaran pernikahan sangat menjanjikan dan penuh keuntungan, karena pernikahan hampir selalu ada di setiap bulannya. Keterbatasan waktu dan banyaknya urusan membuat konsumen lebih memilih merogoh kocek untuk memsan atau menggunakan jasa pembuat hantaran pernikahan. Kondisi pandemi juga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk berbisnis masker. Saat ini memang sudah banyak yang menjual masker, akan tetapi kali ini kita akan membuat masker dengan kreasi yang lebih menarik. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra (siswa SMA). Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di SMA Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) Zam-Zam, Kecamatan Cilongok, Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian adalah dengan penyuluhan atau sosialisasi yang meliputi kewirausahaan secara umum, inovasi produk dan kreasi produk hantaran pernikahan serta kreasi masker. Selain itu juga ada pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan hantaran pernikahan dan kreasi masker. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini ditandai dengan antusias dan semangat dari para peserta pelatihan serta memiliki kemampuan wirausaha dengan membuat hantaran pernikahan dan kreasi masker.

Abstract

The research aims to find out the extent of the role of human resource management, from the point of view of employee training and development, work environment, and compensation at An Ni'mah Wangon General Hospital. The survey method used in this research uses a quantitative study. Respondents in this study were employees of the An Ni'mah Wangon Regional General Hospital who were permanent employees and did not belong to the nutrition and security services division. The sample used in this study was 100 employees who were then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the analysis show the acceptance of Human resource management influences organizational commitment. The results shows that training and development has a significant effect on organizational commitment. The results of the analysis also show that the work environment has a significant influence on organizational commitment. The results are different for the compensation variable, the compensation has not significant effect on organizational commitment. Abstract

The Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) is one theory that has been widely applied in various fields of behavioral research, and several studies have proven that Islamic entrepreneurs must have characteristics. This study examines the antecedent of MSME performance from the point of view of the characteristics of Islamic entrepreneurs. This research was conducted in MSMEs in Purwokerto City on the grounds that there is still a lack of application of Islamic entrepreneurial characteristics in SME activities. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the characteristics of Islamic entrepreneurs (honesty, willpower, keeping promises, orderly administration, praying, paying zakat and alms, having leadership spirit) on the performance of MSMEs. The sample used was 87 Muslim MSMEs in Purwokerto. Primary data collection techniques are observation and discussion, direct observation in the field using a distributed questionnaire. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the unsupported hypothesis related to the variables of willingness to work hard, keep promises, Islamic leadership and pay zakat had no effect on the performance of Muslim SMEs in Purwokerto. Meanwhile, orderly administration, honesty and prayer support the performance of Muslim SMEs in Purwokerto, thus supporting the acceptance of the hypothesis.

Abstract

MSMEs have become the backbone and buffer zone that saves the country from the economic downturn. However, the current COVID-19 pandemic has left many MSMEs helpless. One by one they fell quickly. They lost their market due to the weakening of people's purchasing power due to the decline in economic activity during large-scale social restrictions in a number of areas. The impact of this pandemic was also felt by Banyumas Regency, whose MSMEs were also affected. So that a strategy to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in Banyumas is needed to survive during the covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to find out strategies to increase the competitiveness of SMEs. Knowing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of SMEs. Knowing the problems in MSMEs and strategies to increase MSME competitiveness to achieve high competitiveness. This study uses descriptive methods and SWOT analysis to obtain a strategy to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs during the covid-19 pandemic. MSMEs in Banyumas Regency is located in square I, meaning that in this position MSMEs in Banyumas Regency are very supportive of aggressive growth strategies to gain company advantages in order to compete with other business entities. Abstract

Keberadaan UMKM tidak dapat diragukan karena terbukti mampu bertahan dan menjadi penggerak ekonomi, terutama setelah krisis ekonomi. Di sisi lain, UMKM juga menghadapi banyak masalah, yaitu keterbatasan modal kerja, sumber daya manusia yang rendah, dan kurang cakapnya penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Sehingga dibutuhkan strategi pengembangan UMKM untuk membangun kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pengembangan UMKM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan UMKM untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Mengetahui faktor kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman UMKM. Mengetahui permasalahan serta solusi dalam pengembangan UMKM serta strategi pengembangan UMKM untuk mencapai daya saing yang tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Analytical Network Process (ANP) untuk memperoleh strategi pengembangan UMKM untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Aspek yang menjadi prioritas dalam pengembangan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di Banyumas yaitu aspek kewirausahaan. Berdasarkan hasil ANP, maka diperoleh prioritas alternatif strategi yang digunakan untuk memecahkan permasalah yang ada yaitu Strategi peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas produk.
