Abstract

Indonesia has a plantation area of 25,302,200 hectares (BPS Data, 2021). One of the business entities that is a source of foreign exchange for the country is PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX, a state-owned company and a subsidiary of PTPN III (Holding) which owns palm oil, sugar cane, rubber, coffee and tea commodities. PTPN IX has 15 gardens spread throughout Central Java province, one of which is Balong Gardens. Balong Gardens is one of the business units owned by PTPN IX located in the Kab. Jepara, Central Java whose main commodity is rubber plants which produce RSS (Ribbed Smoked Sheet) and Lump. Company goals can be achieved if human resource management is managed professionally so that the company can get employees who work optimally and make a positive contribution to the company. The aim of this research is to analyze the direct and indirect roles in improving employee performance The type used in this research is quantitative. This research has a population, namely workers at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Kebun Balong, Jepara Regency, Central Java, as many as 539 people. Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX, Balong Gardens. The better the PT support. Perkebunan Nusantara IX, Kebun Balong to employees will further improve the quality of performance of all employees. Employee satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX, Balong Gardens. Compensation practices that have been implemented by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX, Kebun Balong is on the right track by carrying out digitalization in the process of distributing employee rights both financially and non-financially. The comfort felt by employees makes employees feel satisfied and tries to improve their performance for the company. The variables examined in this research include perceived organizational support and employee satisfaction. The most influential variable is employee satisfaction compared to perceived organizational support on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX, Balong Gardens. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX, Kebun Balong needs to take strategic steps to increase employee engagement, especially when climate conditions do not allow employees to work. Maintain employee motivation and maintain employee physical fitness so that they are more connected to the company.

Abstract

The era of the dynamic marketing revolution has helped make people more brand conscious in most of the products they buy. Before deciding to buy a product, customers associate it with many factors, making it difficult for marketers to predict how consumers will buy a particular product. The aim of this research is to find out whether price influences purchasing decisions, and to find out whether purchasing interest is able to mediate price on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were Bukalapak users in Semarang City. The number of samples in this research was 140 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and observation methods. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with a path analysis approach and the SPSS program. The research results show that the price variable has an influence on purchasing decisions, then buying interest also has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The results of the indirect influence test also show that purchasing interest is able to mediate the relationship between price and purchasing decisions. Implementing fair, reasonable and acceptable prices will influence Bukalapak users' purchasing decisions. Purchase interest also influences purchasing decisions and can mediate the relationship between price and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of mediation of innovation in the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, technological orientation and intensity of competition on the performance of MSMEs by Muslim women who cultivate melinjo in the village of Menes Pandeglang, Banten. This research uses quantitative methods and statistical analysis tools in the form of smartpls 4.0. This study used a sampling technique in the form of quota sampling as many as 62 female entrepreneurs who processed melinjo. The results of this study found that there was an influence of entrepreneurial orientation and technology on innovation but different results on the intensity of competition. Other results explain that the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and innovation on performance but technology orientation and competition intensity have no effect on performance. The role of mediation has an effect on entrepreneurial orientation and technology on performance but has no effect on the intensity of competition. This research focuses on the role of women in improving the performance of MSMEs processed melinjo. In addition, the focus of this research is on the village of Menes, which is one of the villages in Pandegelang, Banten. The novelty in this study is that apart from the object of research, it is also a research model that has never been studied before.

Abstract

Economic problems always attract people's attention in various fields of life, because economic stability is the basis of people's material well-being. While the monetary phenomenon that causes inflation is a continuous process of currency depreciation. The focus of this research is on the relevance of Al-Maqrizi's Islamic economic thinking in Indonesia, as well as the role of the government in overcoming inflation in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find a solution to the problem and control inflation so that it is not high in Indonesia, and to see how the government's policy is in overcoming Indonesian inflation from the perspective of Al-Maqrizi. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study are Al-Maqrizi's thoughts which are still relevant to the economy in Indonesia, namely regarding the problems of money and inflation. Al-Maqrizi to overcome the problem of inflation with the establishment of the Baitul Maal. Meanwhile, what the Indonesian government has done in dealing with inflation is combining central bank policies with finance department policies such as a tight money policy by the central bank.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to explore the entrepreneur's understanding of the human capital based on Gusjigang's business on managerial performance in the Creative Industry in Kudus. Research method: The research strategy used is quantitative research methods. The result of the research is that Human Capital based on Gusjigang has an effect on managerial performance in the Creative Industry in Kudus. The implication of the research is that the Gusjigang Culture strengthens the concept of Islamic Human Capital where in business it is always associated with worship, namely by always remembering Allah SWT, through trade and creation based on Islamic ethical principles.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles in operations, opportunities and challenges that affect BSI KCP Stabat KH Zainul Arifin. This article is qualitative research and uses secondary data collected through library materials as well as primary data obtained through direct interviews with BSI KCP Stabat KH Zainul Arifin. The study findings explain that BSI Stabat KH Zainul Arifin has systematically implemented ESG principles in its operations and obtained opportunities to increase customer trust in a sustainable economy. However, there are challenges such as ensuring compliance with sharia principles, measurement, ESG performance reporting, education and awareness of BSI Stabat KH Zainul Arifin. This study provides insight into how banks can understand, implement and measure their ESG performance, and can be used as a basis for recommending improvements in achieving long-term sustainability and maintaining a good reputation.

Abstract

Pengumpulan zakat menjadi permasalahan yang banyak dialami oleh Lembaga Amil Zakat di Indonesia. Tak terkecuali BAZNAS Ponorogo, dengan jumlah potensi zakat yang mencapai 10 miliar akan tetapi pada kenyataanya baru sekitar 35 persen saja yang sudah dapat dikelola oleh BAZNAS. Untuk itu perlu adanya strategi untuk meningkatkan pengumpulan zakat salah satunya dengan menggunakan Strategi Publik Relation. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi publik relation BAZNAS ponorogo dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan, brand image, dan pengumpulan zakat. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kajian pustaka yang memperoleh data dari penelitian terdahulu, hasil laporan BAZNAS dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan potensi zakat di ponorogo sekitar 10 miliar akan tetapi hasil pengumpulan zakat baru sekitar 35 persen dari total potensi hal ini dikarenakan kepercayaan dan brand image BAZNAS Ponorogo masih kurang di mata masyarakat. untuk ini BAZNAS menggunakan strategi publik relation untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan, image perusahaan, dan potensi untuk meningkatkan pengumpulan BAZNAS.

Abstract

Perencanaan keuangan dihari tua sangat penting dilakukan guna mempersiapkan terjaminnya kehidupan di masa tua. Dana pensiun syariah merupakan sarana yang memfasilitasi peserta dalam memenuhi kebutuhan di masa pensiun. Penelitian ini bertujuan dalam memberikan bukti empiris terkait hubungan Kinerja keuangan ROI, RITA, dan Liabilitas terhadap Inklusi peserta Dana pensiun Syariah di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif asosiatif. Sumber data penelitian mengguanakan data sekduner yang diambil dari publikasi statistik IKNB Syariah pada website Otoritas Jasa keuangan. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 17 data triwulanan pada periode 2019-2023. Objek Penelitian pada perusahaan Dana Pensiun Syariah di Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka artikel jurnal, website resmi yang mendukung literatur penelitian secara tidak langsung. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial bahwa Return on Investment (ROI) tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap Inklusi Dana Pensiun Syariah, Rasio Investasi terhadap Aset (RITA) berpengaruh positif terhadap Inklusi Dana Pensiun Syariah dan Liabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap Inklusi Dana Pensiun Syariah. Sedangkan secara simultan variabel independen (ROI, RITA, dan Liabilitas) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap berpengaruh positif terhadap Inklusi Dana Pensiun Syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of entrepreneurial marketing and its impact on business performance (Study on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Entrepreneurs in Banjarnegara). The qualitative method uses the question model "how" and "why" related to a phenomenon, while the quantitative method is more in the form of questions in the opposite form. The qualitative method is also a method that focuses on in-depth observation. Based on the results of interviews and documentation studies, it can be concluded that the majority of business actors have implemented proactiveness in running their business, although not all of them have implemented it optimally. In general, the informants have understood the concept of opportunity focus and have applied it quite well to their respective businesses. All sources are aware of how their respective business positions are compared to their competitors. And each business actor has a strategy for running his business, even when one of the informants experienced a setback in his business, now he is trying to get up and restart his business slowly by implementing an opportunity focus. Based on the results of the interviews, it can be concluded that all the informants have understand what entrepreneurial marketing is and have implemented customer intensity or the ability to maintain good relations with consumers properly. Based on the results of the interviews, most of the Banjarnegara ceramics business actors are aware of the importance of having an open mind towards new ideas in finding new customers, determining prices, and also packaging. However, almost all interviewees have not implemented innovation in running their business to the fullest. Judging from the results of the interviews, the application of risk taking to Banjarnegara ceramic entrepreneurs is quite good. Based on the results of the interviews, it appears that the interviewees are aware of and understand the potential of their human resources. Based on the interview results, all interviewees agreed that implementing value creation in doing business is very important.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of profitability, board size, and institutional ownership on corporate sukuk ratings. The data analysed in this research is secondary. Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Bursa Malaysia, which issue sukuk and are rated by PT PEFINDO and MARC Berhad between 2015 and 2021 constitute the population. The sampling method employed is purposive. The panel data regression technique is the analytical method utilised in this study, with Eviews 10 software as the tool. The outcome of the analysis show that corporate sukuk ratings are significantly affected by board size and institutional ownership, while profitability has no effect on them.
