Abstract

Various studies have identified the correlates of customer loyalty including satisfaction, trust, commitment, involvement, perceived cost, and service quality. This paper aims to describe customer loyalty to the Sharia microfinance institution in Indonesia. The main question developed was whether the customers of this institution have similar drives in maintaining their loyalty in using its services. The study uses qualitative method with a phenomenological approach and descriptive analysis. Data were collected from a series of interviews and focus group discussions with the management and the customers of Bayt al Mal wa al Tamwil Maslahah (BMTM) Sidogiri Pasuruan Indonesia. The study found that customer loyalty to BMTM Sidogiri was characterized by a positive response to and the utilization of products. The positive attitude towards BMTM products was based on the motives of meeting daily needs, business development and the acceptance of sharia values in the form of blessing and economic justice when using the products. In addition, the customer loyalty to BMTM Sidogiri was driven by emotional connection among the alumni of Sidogiri pesantren even though there is no structural connection between BMTM and Sidogiri pesantren. In maintaining its customer loyalty, the BMTM Sidogiri attempts to bring its services closer to the community, opens BMTM branches in other cities and adds new counters to ease customer transaction services. This study suggests that the customer loyalty to the Islamic financial institution is determined by a combination of shariah values acceptance and the fulfilment of daily need as well as business development

Abstract

We all know that the currency we use always experiences a decline in exchange rates from time to time. If it is associated with debt transactions, of course this is a problem. Do you still have to pay with the same amount as when borrowing, or with the currency value when paying off after experiencing inflation? This study aims so that people can find out the correct repayment of debt after inflation occurs or not and avoid usury. From the results of the study it can be concluded that inflation and exchange rates do not have a major impact on repayment of debts to the people of Trebungan Mlandingan Situbondo. Although there are some who ask for additional payments to be charged to borrowers due to inflation, the majority of them do not take into account the fluctuations in the exchange rate when paying off debt. So that inflation and fluctuations in the value of money do not affect the time of repayment of debt.

Abstract

This study describes a model of community empowerment by integrating MSMEs and nadzirs in using IPR waqf funds. Considering that MSMEs have a fairly central economic base and can be said to be the saviors of national economic development, support is required, especially in access to capital because internal capital is still a major problem for MSMEs to overcome. In the present. A conceptual model or framework is provided as part of the qualitative research methodology, and secondary data from systematic literature reviews, academic papers, and survey findings are utilized as data sources. IPR is considered one of the haqq maliyyah (property rights) in Islamic law that is legally protected in order to be waqf, specifically waqf in the form of moveable things other than money. The more royalties that are donated, the more money is gathered to be used as capital assistance for MSMEs so that more and more businesses can be run by the community. In addition, it can also create a healthy economic cycle, open up new jobs, lower unemployment, and speed up the economy. so that it may aid the neighborhood in meeting its everyday requirements, particularly its dharuriyah demands. For MSMEs to operate at their best, additional strategic actions must be made in addition to granting them access to financing. These actions include offering training and repair skills, business advising, enhancing product quality, markets, business networks, and technology

This study aims to analyze the application of entrepreneurial marketing and its impact on business performance (Study on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Entrepreneurs in Banjarnegara). The qualitative method uses the question model "how" and "why" related to a phenomenon, while the quantitative method is more in the form of questions in the opposite form. The qualitative method is also a method that focuses on in-depth observation. Based on the results of interviews and documentation studies, it can be concluded that the majority of business actors have implemented proactiveness in running their business, although not all of them have implemented it optimally. In general, the informants have understood the concept of opportunity focus and have applied it quite well to their respective businesses. All sources are aware of how their respective business positions are compared to their competitors. And each business actor has a strategy for running his business, even when one of the informants experienced a setback in his business, now he is trying to get up and restart his business slowly by implementing an opportunity focus. Based on the results of the interviews, it can be concluded that all the informants have understand what entrepreneurial marketing is and have implemented customer intensity or the ability to maintain good relations with consumers properly. Based on the results of the interviews, most of the Banjarnegara ceramics business actors are aware of the importance of having an open mind towards new ideas in finding new customers, determining prices, and also packaging. However, almost all interviewees have not implemented innovation in running their business to the fullest. Judging from the results of the interviews, the application of risk taking to Banjarnegara ceramic entrepreneurs is quite good. Based on the results of the interviews, it appears that the interviewees are aware of and understand the potential of their human resources. In countries with a Muslim majority, such as Indonesia, people should use a transaction process that is accordance with sharia principle. However, in fact, there is a lot of fraud, injustice and violations in the buying and selling process in the market. This study analyzes the implementation of Islamic business ethics in the buying and selling system in traditional markets. This research was conducted on a sample of traditional market sellers and buyers. The case study sample is Pasar Minggu, Aji Jaya Village, KNPI Tulang Bawang, Lampung, Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative method by collecting data through interviews with traders and buyers in traditional markets. This study produces an explanation which reveals that Islamic business ethics have been applied in the buying and selling process at the Sunday market, such as honesty, fairness, and cleanliness. However, there are still some violations of business ethics, such as fraud and price injustice. Further and measurable efforts are needed to increase the awareness of traders and buyers about Islamic business ethics and address violations for the legitimacy of the buying and selling process.

The author performed a thorough examination of 21 publications released between 2019 and 2023, which were indexed by Scopus and sinta.kemdikbud.go.id. The objective of this analysis is to discern the factors that influence waqf decisions in the current body of literature. Prior to completing an extensive examination of the literature review to provide evidence for future research, data is gathered, examined, and assessed. The factors encompassed in this list are age, education level, religiosity, attitudes, subjective norms, knowledge, understanding, income, performance expectations, business expectations, crowdfunding platform facilities, social incentives, experience, trust in waqf organisations, and waqif views. The decision was not influenced by the following factors: knowledge, employment, education, information medium, distance to the location of the waqf institution, faith in the waqf institution, fundraising approach, and social influence. Subsequent research endeavours should focus on investigating the determinants that impact waqf in order to enhance the level of waqf acceptability. This study has the potential to have substantial social ramifications for multiple parties engaged in waqf, including waqf institutions, waqifs, and waqf recipients.

Abstract

There are many rivals in the sharia fashion business, because of the rise of this sharia fashion business, many people are involved and competing in sharia fashion which is a challenge for those who have this business. With this employee empowerment, it will affect employee performance, because with employees who carry out their jobs correctly can grow employee performance to motivate employees to give their best in carrying out their goals and business. If employees are motivated to provide the best for their business, then employees will be much more familiar with the business and the goals of the organization or business which is also called organizational commitment. A business will also experience inequality, so there needs to be a quality of performance appraisal system which will discuss the evaluation of employee's performance and a business and aims to stay in the business goals. If the Islamic fashion business runs this in its business, then the business will continue to run even the latest innovations
