Abstract

This study intends to ascertain the impact of the halal label, product quality, and price on purchase decisions for apple cider goods in Andonosari Village in part and concurrently. This study is quantitative in nature. The instrument test, traditional assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing are the methods used to assess the hypothesis. In this study, 52 respondents made up the sample. The major data utilized were those from customer surveys on apple cider products in Andonosari Village. The findings demonstrated that the Andonosari Village consumers' decisions to purchase apple cider products were influenced both partially and concurrently by the halal label, product quality, and price. According to the study on this hypothesis, price, product quality, and the halal label all have positive and substantial effects on buying choices. They also all have a positive and significant impact on the quality of the product.

Abstract

The management of waqf assets is one of the key points in developing waqf productivity. The success of waqf programmes is largely determined by good management in order to provide benefits for the people. The importance of waqf asset management helps in utilising the potential of waqf assets that have been collected to be more productive and beneficial as a whole. This research aims to map previous research on waqf asset management using bibliometric analysis. The research approach used is quantitative with bibliometric analysis method. The data source used is secondary data with VOSviewer software analysis tool. The results showed that there were 251 articles obtained through the DOAJ and Garuda websites from 2019-2023. In addition, there is a journal that dominates publications is the International Journal Reglement & Society related to waqf property management.

Abstract

Numerous studies have revealed a negative relationship between economics and religiosity, suggesting that an improvement in economic conditions can decrease an individual's religiosity. This assumption is based on the hypothesis of secularism, which posits that economic progress reduces religious adherence. The present study aims to examine the influence of economic variables, measured by individual income and daily working hours, on the religiosity of Muslim communities in Indonesia, as measured by participation in religious study groups (taklim) and prayer activities. A quantitative analysis using logistic regression is employed to explore the likelihood of individual religiosity levels when influenced by economic variables. Control variables in this study include age, proximity to Islamic traditions, level of adherence, place of residence, and Islamic education. The research findings indicate that income level does not significantly increase the likelihood of individuals engaging in prayer and taklim activities. Conversely, the number of daily working hours exhibits a negative relationship with prayer and taklim activities. The longer an individual works in a day, the higher the likelihood of abstaining from prayer and taklim activities.

Abstract

This study aims to portray the mechanism of waqf crowdfunding and as to how crowdfunding operator and nazhirs (waqf managers) show their accountability to the public. In doing so, an exploratory study at kitabisa.com, one of the largest donation-based crowdfunding platforms in Indonesia, was conducted. Data was collected through interviews, email correspondences, and web content analysis while data analysis was conducted through thematic analysis. The findings of this study show that there have been some efforts made by both crowdfunding operator and nazhirs to discharge their accountability to the public. Meanwhile, the absence of existing regulation to waqf crowdfunding in Indonesia could be a threat to waqf accountability. This study concludes with recommendations for the improvement of waqf crowdfunding in the future.

Abstract

The improvement of internet creates many e-commerce in Indonesia. E-commerce became a receptacle for millennial generation who want to buy goods and services online. In Indonesia, Shopee is e-commerce that has become market leader. Shopee is using Islamic marketing mix to maintain its position in Indonesian market. The purpose from this research is to analyze the influence of Islamic marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion, process, people and physical evidence) on customer loyalty towards customer satisfaction. This research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is random sampling and convenience sampling. Skala Likert will be used for measuring the data collected. There are 159 samples from millennial Muslims in Jember for this research. The data that has been collected will be analyzed using path analysis. The result indicated that product, place, promotion, and people significantly affect customer satisfaction while price, process, and physical evidence are not significant. Product, promotion, and physical evidence also have substantial effects on customer loyalty while price, place, process, and people are not. Customer satisfaction also has no significant effect on customer loyalty. The result also shows that customers cannot mediate product, price, place, promotion, process, people, and physical evidence towards customer loyalty.

Abstract

The existence of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) is an important factor in society’s progress. It also plays an important role in Indonesia’s economic recovery process. MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy because of the large number of industries in each economic sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effectiveness of business capital financing on MSMEs development in BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera (BUS) Pondok Gede. Testing the effectiveness of Islamic financial institution financing is important for measuring the extent to which disbursed financing is effective. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, using a case study approach. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation to managers and members/customers BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera (BUS) Pondok Gede. The results of this study show that the business capital financing scheme was implemented by Fatwa DSN-MUI No.07/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 on Mudharabah financing. The effectiveness of business capital financing distribution is measured using five main indicators: accuracy of targets, achievement of goals, program socialization, program monitoring, and financing procedures that have been running effectively and have a positive impact on the development of MSMEs assisted by BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera (BUS) Pondok Gede.

Abstract

Islamic financial institutions are divided into two main categories: Islamic banking institutions and non-banking Islamic financial institutions. One common form of Islamic financial institution found in society is the Shariah-based Savings and Loans Cooperative, which is a microfinance institution. Shariah-based financing involves the provision of funds or receivables based on a contract or agreement between the Savings and Loans Cooperative and another party, obligating the financed party to repay the funds or receivables after a specified agreed-upon period. Regarding financing, the Shariah-based Savings and Loans Cooperative requires financial analysis to ensure that cooperative members are capable of repaying the received financing. When applying for financing at the BMT Khoiru Ummah Savings and Loans Cooperative in East Java, applicants must go through several stages in accordance with the procedures established by the BMT Khoiru Ummah Savings and Loans Cooperative. Firstly, the applicant is required to become a member by opening an account at the BMT Khoiru Ummah Savings and Loans Cooperative. Then, they follow the financing procedure, which includes submitting a financing application, undergoing administrative selection and fulfilling document requirements, undergoing a survey process, evaluation by the committee, purchasing the desired goods, entering into a contractual agreement, delivering the goods or funds, and finally making installment payments and full repayment by the members.

Abstract

Mohammad Hatta merupakan tokoh proklamator yang juga sebagai peletak dasar-dasar demokrasi dan ekonomi di dalam konstitusi Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Hatta sangat aktif memberikan masukan-masukan terkait konsep ekonomi, sekurang-kurangnya Hatta memberikan masukan terkait nilai fundamental ekonomi yang hendak dibangunnya yaitu nilai kepemilikan, nilai keadilan dan kebersamaan serta nilai persaudaraan. Pemikiran ekonomi Mohammad Hatta yang cukup dikenal yaitu ekonomi kerakyatan untuk membangun perekonomian rakyat, petani, nelayan dan lain-lainnya melalui koperasi. Pentingnya pembahasan yang lebih mendalam tentang konsep ekonomi yang ditawarkan Hatta karena pemikirannya memberikan signifikasi bagi perkembangan ekonomi, selain itu untuk mengetahui apakah nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam pemikiran ekonomi Bung Hatta didasarkan pada konsep ekonomi islam. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini yaitu library research, dimana sumber yang digunakan adalah bahan-bahan pustaka berupa buku, skripsi, tesis, artikel jurnal. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemikiran ekonomi koperasi bung Hatta apakah sesuai dengan konsep ekonomi islam.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Fatwa No. 23/DSN-MUI/III/2002 concerning early repayment discounts in Murabahah financing from the perspective of Al-URF. The main issues addressed in this study include the compatibility between Islamic finance principles and the concept of Al-URF, the influence of Al-URF on the interpretation and implementation of the fatwa, and the implications of Al-URF for Murabahah financing. The objective of this research is to investigate the impact of Al-URF on the understanding and practice of early repayment discounts as outlined in the fatwa. A mixed-method approach will be employed, combining qualitative and quantitative methods. The research will involve analyzing the fatwa, Islamic finance literature, case studies, and empirical data. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the ongoing discourse on the integration of Islamic finance principles with contemporary financial practices, highlighting any discrepancies or gaps in the understanding and application of early repayment discounts in Murabahah financing from the perspective of Al-URF.

Abstract

Profit maximization in an Islamic perspective really needs to be applied to companies, especially SMEs. The purpose of this study is to find out how to maximize MSME profits in the midst of a pandemic based on the point of view of Islamic Economics. Islamic economics is also an action-taking system that describes all phenomena based on Islamic morals and ethics. Then, to achieve this goal, library research or library research methods from various journals are used. The results of the study conclude that the maximization of MSME profits during the pandemic can be done by paying attention to the main points of the rules in Islam. Such as establishing good relationships, ensuring that the products sold are halal and safe, as well as innovating and being creative.
