Abstract

Siti Khadijah RA's Islamic entrepreneurial spirit is the basis for this article. The aim is to study how modern entrepreneurial women behave. This was the only Islamic educational tradition during the time of the Prophet where women served together. The aim of this research is to create an entrepreneur in the style of Siti Khadijah RA as an example of Muslim women who were successful in business in history as a solution for today's female entrepreneurs and spread this entrepreneurship throughout the world. Siti Khadijah RA, wife of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), was one of the most famous female traders due to her success as a respected and wealthy business woman of her time using Islamic Business Ethics. Women do many important things in life. Women are not just teachers, but also a source of family love. In the modern world, the differences in roles between men and women are gradually decreasing. Many women work in important positions. Many women work in important government positions. Moreover, the majority of modern entrepreneurs are women. Women became more important after Islam entered Arabia. Women are given the opportunity to participate in business and demonstrate their abilities in society. As a data source for this research, literature research was used and relevant scientific articles were studied. The results of this research contain a number of basic verses in the Koran regarding entrepreneurship. Muslim entrepreneurs not only pay attention to the definition of entrepreneurship, but also social entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Baitul Mal in Aceh is different from Baitul Mal in other provinces in Indonesia, where the Baitul Mal Subulusalam Institution is a functional institution while the secretariat is a structural institution that is directly responsible to the mayor. The aim of this research is to analyze the collection and distribution of zakat, infaq and alms funds from philanthropic institutions. The research method uses a qualitative design. The research object is the Baitul Mal Subulussalam institution in Aceh. The data collective conducted interviews with Baitul Mal Subulussalam administrators while data analysis used content analysis. The research results emphasize that the collection of zakat, infaq and alms funds at Baitul Mal Sulussalam comes from three sources. Firstly from the State Civil Apparatus and honorary staff who work in the Aceh Government, employees of state-owned enterprises and regional-owned enterprises in the province of Aceh. The two partners are working together on a government project worth IDR 50,000,000 (Fifty million rupiah). Third, zakat infaq and alms funds from the Muslim community in Aceh. Zakat is levied on employees from class three and above at 2.5% and employees who do not meet the requirements are subject to a 1% deduction from their salary. The collection of Zakat infaq and alms funds at Baitul mall Subulussalam in Aceh has not been implemented optimally even though it has been regulated by the Qonun that every State Civil Apparatus must pay zakat mall through salary deductions. There are still institutions in the government that have not paid zakat mal through Baitul Mal Subulussalam, such as the Republic of Indonesia Police and the National Army in Aceh. So the target for receiving zakat, infaq and alms funds has not yet reached the target. In 2022, the target of receiving zakat infaq and alms funds of twelve billion can only be realized at four point seven billion. The distribution of zakat infaq and alms funds has been carried out to eight eligible asnaf, except for the asnaf riqab, which does not exist. The most dominant distribution of zakat funds is given to Asnaf Fakir and Masakin. Productive zakat has been distributed to ultra-micro traders in order to improve the welfare of the people of Aceh. The distribution of infaq zakat funds and alms distributed for productive zakat is not followed up by providing business assistance. The effectiveness of the distribution of zakat infaq and alms funds at Baitul Mal Subulussalam cannot yet be measured in its success in reducing the poverty rate because the distribution of zakat infaq and alms funds in the form of productive zakat has not been followed up and assisted, so it cannot be measured to what extent the distribution of zakat infaq and alms funds has been succeeded in improving welfare in the form of mustahik turning into muzaki.

Abstract

Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world. With this growth, many new mosques have emerged, but they are not necessarily accompanied by good mosque performance. The purpose of this research is to provide an understanding of the relationship between mosque resources, innovation, and mosque performance in Indonesia. This study involved 100 respondents who regularly or have made repeat visits to the mosque. Respondents participated by completing questionnaires through online surveys. The data were analyzed using regression and path analysis. The results of this research indicate that innovation plays a crucial role in improving mosque performance. Innovation needs to be supported by the availability of resources in order to achieve good performance. Innovation has a greater influence compared to resources in enhancing mosque performance. The indirect effect of mosque resources on mosque performance through innovation is greater than the direct effect without going through innovation. Novelty is achieved by testing and analyzing the relationship between mosque resources, innovation, and mosque performance in one model, as well as revealing the important role of innovation as an intervening factor that affects the relationship between resources and mosque performance.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the practice of hybridcontract in rice field pawn contracts based on an emic perspective. The research method used is qualitative and the data source is taken from interviews with the parties involved in pawning. The type of data in this research is qualitative data. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and interviews with the parties involved in pawning rice fields. The data analysis technique is carried out by explaining the implementation of pawning rice fields and then analyzing it using an emic approach. Based on research conducted, it shows that hybridcontracts in rice field pawning take place when the pawned rice field is then managed by the rice field owner, then the harvest obtained is divided between the rahin and murtahin based on the agreement at the beginning of the contract. This practice contains two contracts, namely a pawn contract and a rent or maro contract. This aims to protect the rights of the pawnbroker as the holder of the margin. The implementation of gadai maro provides benefits for rahin and murtahin, which is fairer for both parties according to the pawn actor.
