Abstract

The decline of Islamic civilization and the rise of Western civilization caused economic stagnation in Islamic countries. To address this problem and establish a scientific framework separate from the secular perspective, Muslim scientists develop Islamization of science movement. Muslim scientists are pushing for the Islamization of development economics. But the literature on Islamic economic development has been highly constrained and challenging to develop due to the study's confinement to material objects. The study uses the bibliometric and systematic literature review (SLR) methods to obtain a much broader picture of the development of Islamic economic development study. In this case, the literature collected comes from the database of journals in the Google index. The results show that the trend of the study of Islamic economic development has been increasing, suggesting that for about a decade, the topic of Islamic development economic research has been favored by researchers in the field of economics. The results of the mapping with Vosviewer and by reviewing the selected journals indicated that the future scope of the study of Islamic development economics is based on publication trends in Islamic finance system development, Islamic sustainable development, Islamic human development, Muslim community-based development, and Islamic agriculture development.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence between machiavellian personality and whistleblowing intentions on whistleblowing behavior in the form of retweets on reporting news threads on Twitter with whistleblower intentions. This research is a quasi-experiment with 154 research participants who actively use the Twitter application. Participants were asked to give a reaction to a thread. Whistleblower behavior is seen from the behavior of participants who retweet and quote retweet the threads sent by the researcher. The results of this study indicate that machiavellian personality does not directly affect whistleblowing behavior in the form of retweets and quote retweets. However, whistleblowing intention has an influence on whistleblowing behavior in the form of retweets and quote retweets. It is suspected that the types of posts that are not directly related to the interests of people with machiavellian personality make them not show whistleblowing behavior.

Abstract

The Indonesian government has implemented the Family Hope Program since 2007, in an effort to accelerate poverty reduction. PKH companions are one of the determinants of achieving success in programs that are carried out intensively and sustainably. Facilitators are not fully able to resolve problems that exist between KPM PKH or between companions and KPM PKH. The aim of this research is to find out how the implementation of assistance to KPM PKH improves the social welfare of the Adiluwih Village community and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the effectiveness of implementing assistance to KPM PKH in Adiluwih Village. This research is field research using qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research explain that the assistants in implementing PKH in Adiluwih Village have been effective. The research results show that PKH facilitators have effectively implemented empowerment programs for PKH KPMs in the form of; Program to develop interest in learning through Tutoring, Limited Land Utilization Program, and Family Capacity Building Meeting Program (P2K2). As for the supporting factors for the effectiveness of the implementation of mentoring, namely that the companion has good skills in communicating with the community and recipients of PKH assistance because the companion has attended Social Worker education and training and the companion has been certified as a Professional Social Worker, making it easier for the companion to provide understanding and solve problems. problems faced by the community during the process of implementing the Family Hope Program assistance. Meanwhile, the factor inhibiting the effectiveness of the implementation of mentoring is that PKH facilitators find it difficult to allocate their time to each implementation of empowerment program monitoring activities because the assisted area is too large and there are still KPMs who are not present during the socialization of the program being implemented.

Abstract

The Human Development Index (HDI) is an indicator to measure the quality of human life that aims to achieve the level of public welfare. The HDI has three elements, namely health, education achieved, and a decent standard of living in terms of the economy. In increasing the Human Development Index (HDI) can be achieved by increasing education, health, and income. The income in question is per capita income, and to support education and health in order to continue to increase, a budget issued by the government is needed. This study uses quantitative methods and data processed using Eviews 12 with technical data analysis using Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable per capita income (X1) in the long term has a significant negative effect on the Human Development Index (Y) and the magnitude of its influence is 27.1%. The Education Budget variable (X2) in the long run has a significant positive effect on the Human Development Index variable (Y) and the effect is 12.4%. And the Health Budget variable (X3) in the short term has a significant positive effect on the Human Development Index variable (Y) and the effect on the Y variable is 1.6%.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the effectiveness of income from the Punden Rejo Tanjung Morawa Deli Serdang rice fields tourist attraction, the type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. With data collection methods, namely interviews, documentation and observation. This research was conducted to see, assess and analyze the success of pure tourism destination revenue management in increasing regional income. Based on the results of the analysis of the effectiveness of the income of the Punden Rejo rice field tourist attraction, it is said to be less effective because in January it was 99.2%, based on the percentage criteria, the criteria are quite effective, while the percentage of effectiveness is most drastic in November, namely 71% based on the criteria in this percentage. then it is categorized as ineffective. If you look at the percentage in 2023, it is in the less effective category because it shows an average of 76.6%. This is because the number of visitors and income at the Punden Rejo rice field tourist attraction counter has decreased every month. This decrease is possible because there are still problems where human resources have not been maximized in supporting the development of rice field tourism in the village and have not been maximized in organizing financial management and marketing. . income from rice field tourism objects has decreased, thus affecting the effectiveness of tourism income. Promotion to the surrounding community also needs to be strengthened with digital marketing so that progress in managing rice field tourism can be maximized.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of investment and consumption in the renewable energy sector in sustainable economic development. This research uses a quantitative method of multiple linear regression analysis processed with Eviews 13 software. This research uses renewable energy sector investment data in 2017-2023 with data sources from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and the Ministry of EBTKE, renewable energy consumption data sourced from the World Bank as well as emission reduction data as a result of the existence of renewable energy in accordance with the 7th pillar of the SDGs. This research found results where there is a negative relationship between investment and reducing CO2 emissions and a positive relationship between consumption and reducing CO2 emissions. However, partially and simultaneously all independent variables have an effect on reducing CO2 emissions. This is in accordance with data from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, currently the renewable energy mix is only 13%, this is weakening due to the pandemic in 2020-2022. So, to increase energy security in the future, there must be increased investment in renewable energy in sustainable development because conventional energy sources are increasingly depleted and environmental pollution can disrupt ecosystems and economic systems.
