Abstract

Hasil observasi awal di SMP Negeri 2 Kendal menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kompetensi psikomotorik belum sepenuhnya dikembangkan guru dalam pembelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik, kelayakan, kepraktisan, dan hasil kinerja siswa setelah menggunakan instrumen performance assessment berpendekatan scientific yang dikembangkan pada tema Kalor dan Perpindahannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Research and Development (R&D). Prosedur penelitian meliputi identifikasi potensi dan masalah, perencanaan, desain instrumen penilaian, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba skala terbatas, revisi instrumen penilaian 1, uji coba pemakaian, revisi instrumen penilaian 2, dan produk final. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen performance assessment yang dikembangkan bercirikan kegiatan ilmiah (scientific), yang terdiri atas kegiatan mengamati, menanya, mencoba, menalar, dan mengomunikasikan. Instrumen performance assessment berpendekatan scientific dinyatakan sangat layak dengan rerata persentase skor oleh validator substansi sebesar 95,19% dan validator bahasa sebesar 91,23%. Kepraktisan penggunaan instrumen performance assessment berpendekatan scientific pada tema Kalor dan Perpindahannya diperoleh hasil persentase skor sebesar 96,88% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Hasil analisis data juga menunjukkan bahwa instrumen performance assessment yang dikembangkan sudah reliabel, dengan koefisien reliabilitas rata-rata rating dari tiga orang rater sebesar 0,837 dan koefisien reliabilitas rata-rata rating bagi setiap raternya sebesar 0,659. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa 81,25% siswa sangat terampil dalam kegiatan praktikum, sedangkan 18,75% sisanya dalam kriteria terampil. The  result of initial observation  on SMPN 2 Kendal shows that assessment on  psychomotor competence have not been fully developed by the teacher in the Natural Science learning process. This researches to find out the characteristics, feasibility, practicability and also students performance after using performance assessment instrument using scientific approach that is developed on the Heat and its Movements theme. This research used Research and Development (R&D) method. The procedures include problems and potential identification, planning, designing instrument for assessment, design validation, design revision, limited-scale trial, revisions of assessment instrument 1, application trial, revision of assessment instrument 2, and the final product. Result of the research shows that performance assessment instrument developed has characteristics as scientific activity that consists of observing activity, questioning, experimenting, associating, and communicating. Performance assessment instrument using scientific approach is stated very decent with the mean percentage substance validator score of 95.19% and language validator of 91.23%. Practicability of using this instrument, performance assessment instrument using scientific approach on the Heat and Its Movements theme, obtained the result percentage score of 96.88% with very well criteria. The data analysis results indicate that performance assessment instrument developed is already reliable, with coefficient of reliability in average rating of the three raters of 0.837 and coefficient of reliability in average rating for each rater of 0.659. The research results also indicate that 81.25% of students is highly skilled in lab work activity, while the rest, 18.75%, is included in skilled criteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji proses pengembangan dan keefektifan video pada pembelajaran IPA terpadu tema mikroskop untuk siswa MTs. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D). Ada dua tahapan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu tahap proses pengembangan video pembelajaran dan uji efektivitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penilaian validator terhadap video pembelajaran sangat layak. Pada  uji coba produk siswa dan guru memberikan penilaian rata-rata sangat layak video pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini efektivitas diukur dari signifikansi pengaruh keterampilan siswa menggunakan mikroskop yang mencapai 91% dan signifikansi pengaruh pemahaman siswa yang mencapai nilai 77,5. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa video efektif dan layak digunakan pada pembelajaran IPA terpadu tema mikroskop untuk siswa MTs peneliti nyatakan layak dipakai pada pembelajaran mikroskop kelas VII MTs asy-Syarifiyah Sarirejo. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the development process and the video on the theme of integrated science teaching microscopes for students MTs . This study uses the approach of Research and Development ( R & D ) . There are two stages in this study , the stage of the development process and test the effectiveness of instructional videos . The results of this study indicate that the assessment validator to the video is well worth learning . In product testing gives students and teachers the average valuation is well worth learning videos . In this study measured the effectiveness of the significance of the influence of students' skills using a microscope reached 91 % and the significance of understanding the influence of students who achieve a score of 77.5 . Based on the results of the study showed that the effective and appropriate use of video on the theme of integrated science teaching microscopes for students declared unfit junior researchers on learning class VII MTs microscope asy- Syarifiyah Sarirejo .

Abstract

Salah satu model pembelajaran yang sesuai adalah pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan tema pencemaran lingkungan. Pembelajaran IPA berbasis proyek dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa di kelas dan mendukung perkembangan karakteristik habits of mind siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan instrumen penilaian habits of mind yang valid dan reliabel untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran IPA berbasis proyek pada tema pencemaran lingkungan dan mengetahui karakteristik habits of mind siswa yang tampak setelah mengikuti pembelajaran IPA berbasis proyek. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dan dilaksanakan di SMP N 6 Temanggung pada siswa kelas VII. Bentuk instrumen penilaian habits of mind berupa lembar penilaian guru berdasarkan penugasan proyek dan penugasan individu, serta lembar penilaian diri siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian habits of mind untuk pembelajaran IPA berbasis proyek mendapatkan nilai sangat layak dengan persentase 91% dari pakar evaluasi dan 93,75% dari pakar bahasa. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kriteria dari karakteristik habits of mind ‘berpikir dan berkomunikasi dengan jelas dan cermat’, ‘berpikir secara interdependen’, dan ‘memeriksa akurasi’ yang tampak setelah siswa mengikuti proses pembelajaran IPA berbasis proyek adalah ‘mulai berkembang’. Hasil penelitian ini sesuai dengan teori perkembangan kognitif menurut Piaget tentang tahap operasional formal. Respon positif siswa terhadap penerapan instrumen penilaian habits of mind dalam pembelajaran IPA berbasis proyek mencapai 87% pada tahap uji coba skala besar dan 89,2% pada tahap uji penerapan. One of suitable learning model is project-based learning with the theme of environmental pollution. Project-based sciene learning can enhance the acitivity of student in the classroom and support the development of student’s habits of mind characteristic. The development of habits of mind necessary to get attention from the teacher because a good habits of mind can help student in solving their problem. This research aims to develop a habits of mind assessment instrument that valid and reliable to be applied in project-based science learning with environmental pollution theme and to know the student’s habits of mind characteristics after they follow project-based science learning. This study is Research and Development (R&D) and implemented to 7th grade students in SMP N 6 Temanggung. Form of habits of mind assessment instrument consist of the teacher evaluation sheet based on project assignment and individual assignment, and also student self-assessment sheet. The result showed that the habits of mind assessment instrument for project-based science learning get very decent value with 91% from the expert of evaluation and 93.75% from the expert of language. The result also show that the criteria of the habits of mind characteristics ‘thinking and communicating with clarity and precision’, ‘thinking interdependently', and ‘striving for accuracy’, which looks after the students follow a project-based science learning process is ‘start growing’ criteria. That result is appropriate with Piaget’s theory of cognitive development about concrete operational stage. Positive response of students to the implementation of habits of mind assessment instrument in project-based science learning reached 87% at the stage of large-scale trials and 89.2% in the implementation test.

Abstract

Puzzle adalah sebuah media permainan merangkai potongan gambar yang berantakan agar menjadi suatu gambar yang utuh. Contextual puzzle merupakan hasil modifikasi dari permainan puzzle konvensional. Contextual puzzle dilengkapi dengan gambar, pertanyaan, serta tugas proyek untuk mengasah kreatifitas siswa. Media pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dengan memadukan unsur bermain dan belajar perlu dikembangkan karena proses pembelajaran di SMP N 1 bobotsari tidak pernah menggunakan media pembelajaran yang telah dimodifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang layak digunakan berupa contextual puzzle berbasis proyek pada tema pencemaran dan dampaknya bagi makhluk hidup dan untuk mengetahui keefektifan penggunaan media contextual puzzle berbasis proyek terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII dan VIII SMP N 1 Bobotsari. Penelitian ini menggunakan tahap penelitian Research & Development (R&D) menurut Sugiyono (2010). Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini berupa data kelayakan media contextual puzzle dan data keefektifan media contextual puzzle yang dilihat dari perhitungan n-gain berdasarkan nilai pretest dan posttest. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh didapatkan data kelayakan media contextual puzzle dengan rata-rata persentase penilaian kelayakan media dan materi berturut-turut sebesar 87,48% dan 96,65% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil belajar siswa pada uji coba pelaksanaan memperoleh n-gain sebesar 0,775 dengan kriteria tinggi dan rata-rata persentase keaktifan siswa sebesar 70,05% dengan kriteria aktif. Dengan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media contextual puzzle layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk siswa SMP/MTs. Puzzle is a game where we should arrange some pieces of picture to be a complete picture. Contextual puzzle is a modified version of the conventional puzzle game, completed with pictures, questions, and project assignments to improving the students’ creativity. Fun learning media combined with the elements of playing and learning aspect need to be developed because the learning process in SMP N 1 Bobotsari never use the modified media. This research aims to develop a feasible learning media of contextual puzzle based on project with theme of Pollution and its Impact on Living Organisms and to determine the effectiveness of contextual puzzle based on projects to increase the learning outcomes of students. The subjects in this research were students of class VII and VIII SMP N 1 Bobotsari. This research used the research phase of Research & Development (R & D) design by Sugiyono (2010). The data of this research are the feasibility of media and effectiveness of contextual puzzle, the data were obtained from n-gain calculation of the pretest and posttest score. Based on the data of contextual puzzle media’s feasibility with average percentage appraisal of media and materials respectively for 87.48% dan 96.65% with very decent category. Students’ learning outcomes in the trial implementation obtined n-gain of 0.775, it includes high criteria and the percentage of students’ activity of 70.05%, it includes active criteria. Therefore, it can be concluded that the contextual puzzle is proven to be feasible and effective to be learning media for SMP / MTs students.

Abstract

Hasil analisis perolehan nilai siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran IPA di SMP Negeri 2 Magelang, menunjukkan bahwa pada tema optik dan penglihatan, hanya 61% siswa yang memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan. Hal ini menunjukkan kurangnya pemahaman siswa, sehingga diperlukan alat tes yang dapat mendiagnosis tingkat kemampuan siswa dalam memahami konsep yang diajarkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development, yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-diagnostic test berbasis web, yang layak digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat pemahaman konsep siswa pada ranah kognitif, khususnya tema optik dan penglihatan.. Validasi oleh pakar instrumen tes dan media berturut-turut ialah 95,83% dan 94,44% dan termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Angket tanggapan siswa pada skala kecil sebesar 78%, skala luas 87%, dan implementasi 90%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang memenuhi kriteria kelulusan minimal hanya 6 orang, dari jumlah keseluruhan 22 siswa. Konsep yang paling rendah presentase tingkat pemahamannya ialah indikator 1 (mengetahui definisi dan sifat cahaya), dan indikator 2 (memahami syarat dan proses terjadinya pemantulan dan pembiasan cahaya). Pada pengetahuan definisi dan sifat cahaya, 36% siswa mengalami misunderstanding, dan 50% siswa mengalami instrumental understanding. Pada pemahaman syarat dan proses terjadinya pemantulan dan pembiasan cahaya, 36% siswa mengalami misunderstanding, dan 20% mengalami instrumental understanding. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-diagnostic test telah layak digunakan untuk mendiagnosis tingkat pemahaman konsep siswa. The science score analysis’ result of the 8th grade students’ in 2 Magelang Junior High School showed that there were only 61% of student who is achieved the criterion referenced. It shows the lackness of understanding by the students, so then we need a test instrument which is could diagnose their ability to understanding the concepts that have been tought. This research is aimed to develop e-diagnostic test on web-based, which is proper to be used to identifying the students’ understanding in cognitive domain, especially in optic and vision topic. Students’ capability and weakness are directly known, so then teacher could gives an appropriate feedback to each student. Validation of test instrument and media are showing the result 95,83% and 94,44%, which is included in a very appropriate category. Students’ questionnaire is showing result 78% on the small class stage, 87% on wide class, and 90% on implementation. The research result was showing that only 6 students who could pass the criterion referenced. The lowest percentage of concept understanding are the first indicator (Understanding the light’s definition and characteristics), and the second indicator (conceiving the requirements and the process of the light’s reflection and refraction). 36% students are on misunderstanding phase, and 50% are on instrumental understanding, in the ability of understanding the light’s definition and characteristics. 36% students are on misunderstanding phase, and 20% are on instrumental understanding, in the ability of conceiving the requirement and the process of the light’s reflection and refraction. This research result was showing that e-diagnostic test is able to diagnose the concept understanding of the students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan keefektifan kit pembelajaran IPA berbasis science edutainment pada tema “Bunyi dalam Kehidupan” untuk siswa SMP. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru IPA dan siswa kelas VIII MTs. Muhammadiyah Pekajangan. Data yang dianalisis berupa hasil validasi pakar dan hasil dari penerapan dalam pembelajaran. Hasil analisis validasi pakar menunjukkan bahwa kit pembelajaran yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran berdasarkan penilaian pakar baik dari segi materi maupun media dengan perolehan rata-rata persentase sebesar 96,25% dan 82,14%. Hasil belajar dengan menggunakan kit pembelajaran yang dikembangkan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari  0% siswa tuntas KKM pada pretest menjadi 79% pada posttest. Nilai N-gain mencapai 0,57 yang termasuk dalam kriteria sedang, sehingga dapat dikatakan kit pembelajaran IPA yang dikembangkan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada tema bunyi dalam kehidupan. Selain itu, berdasarkan data observasi aktivitas siswa menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan kit pembelajaran yang dikembangkan juga dapat merangsang keaktifan siswa dengan  persentase 57% siswa sangat aktif dan 47% siswa aktif dalam pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh simpulan bahwa kit pembelajaran IPA berbasis science edutainment pada tema bunyi dalam kehidupan layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran serta terbukti dapat merangsang keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran This study aims to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of science education kit based on science edutainment in “Sound in Life” themes for students in junior high school. The research design is research and development (R & D). The subjects are a science teacher and eighth grade students of MTs. Muhammadiyah Pekajangan. The data are the result of expert validation and implementation of science education kit based on science edutainment in learning. The analysis of the results shows that the developed science education kit based on science edutainment is feasible to be used as media of learning based on expert evaluation of material (mean percentage=96.25%) and media (mean percentage=82.14%). Learning outcomes by using developed science education kit  shows an increase of student learning result from 0% of students completed the KKM on the pretest to 79% on the posttest. N-gain values ​​reach 0,57 included in the medium criteria, thereby the developed science education kit is effective to be used as learning media on “Sound in Life” theme. Based on observation data, it indicates that the using of developed science education kit can also stimulate the activity of students with 57% of students are very active and 47% of students are active in learning. The result of research that has been done, it can be concluded that science education kit based on science edutainment in “Sound in Life” theme is feasible and effective to be used as learning media and can stimulate the activity of students in learning activity.

Abstract

Science comic merupakan media pembelajaran yang efektif untuk menyampaikan IPA secara sederhana dan mudah. Namun, media science comic dalam pembelajaran IPA di SMP masih jarang digunakan. Pengembangan science comic sebagai media pembelajaran dapat membantu siswa dalam memahami materi IPA secara mudah dengan tampilan yang menghibur. Selain itu, penelitian ini mendukung pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013 dengan mengembangkan media science comic berbasis PBL pada tema bunyi dan pendengaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana kelayakan dan keefektifan media science comic berbasis PBL pada tema bunyi dan pendengaran. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan R and D (Research and Development) yang diadaptasi dari Sugiyono (2008). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas VIII SMP N 1 Welahan. Kelayakan media science comic diuji melalui penilaian pakar media, materi, dan bahasa. Hasil penilaian pakar terhadap science comic berbasis PBL memperoleh kriteria sangat layak dengan persentase penilaian pakar media sebesar 95,83%, pakar materi sebesar 95,37%, dan pakar bahasa sebesar 99,07%. Keefektifan media science comic berbasis PBL dianalisis dari hasil Pretest dan Posttest dengan menggunakan uji N-gain dan t test. Hasil belajar siswa meningkat dengan kategori sedang dengan nilai N-gain sebesar 0,62. Selain itu, kemampuan berpikir siswa juga mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan berdasarkan perhitungan t test dengan nilai thitung> ttabel (22,4>1,68). Dengan demikian, media science comic memenuhi kriteria sebagai media pembelajaran yang layak dan media science comic juga efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar serta kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Science comic is an effective learning media to communicate science simply and easily. However, Science comic as a learning media is rarely used in science education for Junior high school. Development science comic as learning media can help student to understand science material easily in visual entertaining way. In addition, this research gives countenance to curriculum 2013 with development science comic based PBL on sound and hearing. This research type is R and D (Research and Development) by research design adapted from Sugiyono (2008). This research has been done in Junior High School of Welahan on 8th grade. The feasibility of science comic based PBL evaluated by science medium expert, material expert, and language expert. The validation result shows that science comic has very feasible as a learning media by score percentage from medium expert at 95.83%, material expert at 95.37%, and language expert at 99.07%.  Science comic based PBL effectiveness is analyzed from Pretest and posttest score by N-gain and t test analysis. Student’s learning outcome increases in average category which showed from N-gain score at 0.62. In addition, student’s critical thinking skill increases significanly by score of tscore > ttabel (22.4>1.68). Thereby, science comic based PBL have not only feasible value as learning media but also effective value in learning process. It increases student’s learning outcomes and student’s critical thinking skill.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang dilaksanakan kepada guru IPA di SMPN 22 Semarang diketahui bahwa lebih dari 75% siswa memperoleh nilai IPA belum melampaui kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM). Kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dilaksanakan belum menggunakan kurikulum 2013. Mata pelajaran IPA diampu oleh guru bidang studi, karena dasar pendidikan dan pengalaman guru bukan dari bidang studi IPA. Pembelajaran dilaksanakan belum mengoptimalkan media yang tersedia dan belum berpusat pada siswa sehingga kegiatan di dalam kelas membosankan. Kegiatan pembelajaran yang tidak berpusat pada siswa mengakibatkan penanaman nilai karakter rendah. Media yang dikembangkan adalah media permainan kartu UNO. Desain penelitian ini yaitu penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Terdapat dua tahap dalam penelitian ini, yaitu pengembangan media permainan kartu UNO dan tahap untuk menguji efektivitas yang dilaksanakan di kelas. Data diperoleh dari angket, tes hasil belajar, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Validasi dari ahli materi didapatkan nilai 94,2% dan ahli media didapatkan nilai 90,8%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan media permainan kartu UNO efektif dilaksanakan di kelas yang ditunjukkan dengan ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar mencapai 79,31%, uji gain 0,56. Berdasarkan hasil observasi didapatkan karakter rasa ingin tahu siswa mendapatkan nilai 88,51%, kerja sama 87,36%, mandiri 83,91%, dan komunikatif 88,51% dengan kriteria membudaya. Sehingga media permainan kartu UNO dapat mengembangkan karakter siswa. Based on interview to the science teacher in SMP N 22 Semarang known that there are more than 75% students got score under minimum score criteria. The 2013 curriculum had not used by the school. Learning process had not implemented integratedly because teacher’s basic knowledge was only on one field study (biology or physics). The using of media in science learning had not been optimal. Students did not learning actively made students character in low quality. the media was made was UNO Card Game Media with theme optic. The design of this research was Research and Development (R & D). This research had two phases, that were development of UNO card game media and research to know the effectiveness of media. The data was collected by questionnaire, evaluation test, observation, and documentation. UNO Card Game Media had been assessed by validator of content and media. The score was gotten by validator of content was 94.2%, from validator of media was 90.8%. This research shown that UNO Card Game Media was effective used in science learning that showed by minimal score criteria get 79.31%, gain test 0.56. Based on the observation of character, the curiousity got score 88.51%, team work got score 87.36%, independency got 83.91% and communicative ability 88.51%, was included in culturized criteria. Thus UNO Card Game Media was able to develop student character.

Abstract

Hasil Observasi di MTs Negeri Bonang Demak ditemukan bahwa pembelajaran IPA sudah diterapkan secara terpadu, namun lembar kegiatan siswa (LKS) belum terpadu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan LKS IPA terpadu berbasis konstruktivisme dan  pengaruh penggunaan LKS terhadap hasil belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (R&D). Pada penelitian ini, produk yang telah dikembangkan divalidasi oleh pakar desain LKS dan pakar materi kemudian dilakukan pengujian skala terbatas dan skala luas. Data yang dianalisis adalah hasil validasi produk oleh pakar, angket tanggapan siswa, observasi kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa, dan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penilaian pakar materi dan desain memperoleh persentase rata-rata skor ≥ 81% dengan kriteria sangat layak sehingga LKS IPA Terpadu berbasis konstruktivisme sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Pada uji keefektifan menunjukkan bahwa LKS IPA terpadu berbasis konstruktivisme efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran dengan perolehan N-gain 0,52 dengan kriteria sedang dan persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa adalah 87% dengan KKM ≥ 70. LKS IPA Terpadu juga mampu mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dengan persentase rata-rata 67,50% dengan kriteria baik. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa LKS IPA Terpadu berbasis konstruktivisme sangat layak dan berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar serta mampu mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa sehingga dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Observation result in MTs Negeri Bonang showed that already implemented in an integrated manner , but the learning support (worksheet) have not been integrated. This study aims to determine the feasibility of integrated science based contructivism worksheet  and its impact on learning outcomes and skills creative thinking. The method used was Research & Development (R&D). In this study, the products that have been validated by experts developed worksheet design and materials experts then testing a limited -scale and wide  scale . Data analysis used is the result of a product validation by experts, student questionnaire responses, students' observation skills creative thinking, and student learning outcomes. Theresults of study showed that Integrated Science Worksheets Based on constructivism  implied in the criteria very feasible with an average percentage score of ≥ 81% on the assessment of the feasibility of the design and material. In testing the effectiveness suggests that integrative science based contrukivism worksheets effective used in the learning acquisition N-gains of 0.52 with average criteria and percentage of student’s the classical learning mastery was ≥ 85% with ≥ 70 standart of minimum completeness. Integrated science worksheet also able to equip students with the skills of creative thinking with percentage score 67.50%  criteria undeveloped skills. It can be concluded that the integrated science worksheets based konstruktivism has been proven very feasible and positive effect on learning outcomes and creative thinking skills to equip students so that learning science can be used in learning activities.

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 mengharapkan pembelajaran yang lebih mengedepankan pengalaman personal, berorientasi siswa aktif, dan bersifat kontekstual. Salah satu pembelajaran yang sesuai adalah pembelajaran menggunakan alat peraga IPA Integrated Board yang dipadukan dengan kegiatan hands-on dan minds-on. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan metode control group pretest posttest design yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas siswa dan keefektifan penggunaan alat peraga IPA Integrated Board dengan perpaduan hands-on dan minds-on dalam pembelajaran IPA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 86,01 sedangkan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas kontrol adalah 81,25 dan persentase ketuntasan belajar klasikal kelas eksperimen mencapai 100% sedangkan pada kelas kontrol hanya mencapai 73% dari jumlah siswa. Rata-rata nilai semua aspek dalam kemampuan afektif antara kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol masing-masing sebesar 3,804 dan 2,993. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan alat peraga Integrated Board dengan perpaduan hands-on dan minds-on efektif meningkatkan pemahaman konsep belajar dan aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA tema cahaya dan optik. Curriculum 2013 expects learning that emphasizes personal experience, student-oriented, and contextual. One of many strategies to explain the lesson material attractively and pleasantly is by optimalizing the using of media, in this  case is the using of Integrated Board as science learning aid, that integrated with hands-on and minds-on activity. This was experimental research with control group pretest posttest design that aim to know students’ activity and the effectiveness of Integrated Board as science learning aid, that integrated with hands-on and minds-on activity. Result of the research showed that experimental students’ cognitive learning outcome average was 86.01, whereas control students’ was 81.25 and classical learning criteria of experimental group reached 100%, while control group 73%. The average value of all aspects of the affective abilities between the experimental group with the control group respectively 3.804 and 2.993. Whereas the average of all psychomotor aspect for experimental and control group were 3.727 and 3.011. The results of this research showed that used of Integrated Board as science learning aid, that integrated with hands-on and minds-on activity can increase improvements of students’ understanding, and students’ activity in the learning of science with theme light and optic.
