Abstract

The number of SME (Small Medium Enterprises) locating in Jepara with a lot of product variance make this district become more popular. SME locations’ mapping is made in purpose promoting these SMEs. There are 2 categories’ sample in this observation, they are regional sample and SMEs sample. This mapping result will be published in the webblog in order to make the existance of the Jepara’s SMEs are known by the public.

Abstract

Archives as  the result of this administration continue to grow in akumulatif, as a result of getting more complex functions and tuggs, then an archive as a source of information, need proper management as an effort to increase effectiveness, efficiency of labor productivity employees so that by contrivances orderly whoose archive make it easier for employees in implementing administrative offices.Increase in the number of archives are potential to cause problems among others : storage space to be full, extravagance change for the use of equipment, the provision of energy and its treatment. Therefore necessary  depreciation archive in institutions with the way : depreciation retention that has outlived archive and having no value, transfer the files of the inaktif of processing unit into unit chancery, the static archive of chancery to  archive institution.

Abstract

The brand is a sign of a picture, name, word, letters, figures, composition of colors, or the combination of these elements, which has distinguished features and uses in the trading of goods or services. Thus it can be said that the brand is the identity of a product or service. Furthermore, these products are known and trusted by the business community. It needs to be introduced, maintained the quality of the product and protected from the efforts from others who want to take an advantage of the brand of goods or services illegally. The product brand registration is a step to secure the ownership and legal protection. Besides from the field of law, the product brand registration also provides many other advantages which can be gained.

Abstract

The objective of this final report is to know  influence of the implementation of performance management system (PMS) to employee’s performance at Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah.  Observations, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies are the instruments used to collect data. Questionnaires were distributed to 57 employees as respondents.The analysis data used the method of multiple linear regression coefficient analysis. Regression analysis is used to determine the influence of performance management system (PMS) to employees’ performance. Data are processed using SPSS 18.00.The data showed that the calculation of regression coefficients was Y = 0,285X1 + 0,285X2 + 0,371X3.  It means that result of regression gives positive influence on employees’ performance.  The coefficient of determination is 0.289.  It means that the employees’ performance of 28,9% is influenced by performance management system (PMS).  While the rest of 71,1% is influenced by other factors.  The value of variable regression coefficient indicates a positive effect, Performance Management System (PMS) has significant influence to employees’ performance.The recommendation in this study are Perum Perhutani should improve evaluation performance, especially; supervisors identify problems and provide solutions.  Implementation performance, especially; employees strive to achieve planned performance targets.  Planning performance, especially; superiors and subordinates set performance targets that are relevant as well as employees know clearly how performance is measured.

Abstract

As one of payment methods in international trade of goods, letter of credit is used more and more by exporters and importers all over the world. Letter of credit is commonly written as a text in English, which needs interpretation. The interpretation on L/C text also needs another text, i,e Uniform of Customs and Practice for Documentary Credit (UCP-DC) - an international publication by International Chamber of Commerce.  The failure in interpreting an L/C may cause financial loss for an exporter, an importer or paying bank, because the L/C contains instructions directly or indirectly for parties involved in the operative L/C. This article is written with 2 (two) aims. Firstly, it is aimed at interpreting both the implied and explicit instructions in letter of credit, and secondly at giving inspiration to English teachers to learn subjects other than English study. The first aim is unquestionable because the correct interpretation may lead to a success in flow of goods, documents of the goods, and payment. The second aim is crucial in relation to giving broader horizon to English teachers or lecturers, because English teachers are required to improve their knowledge when teaching commercial correspondence for international trade of goods (export-import of commodities). Abstract

The research with the title: THE CALCULATION INCOME TAX IN 2012 AT PKP RI OF BOYOLALI” have purpose to know the way of calculating of income tax, how to process of payment and report income Tax and also to comare the calculation of income Tax at PKP RI of Boyolali with Tax regulation, which PKP RI of Boyolali is effort organization as a tax subject. According to the result of the calculation, there are some differences between calculation PKP RI of Boyolali and calculation accourding to UU PPh No 36 of 2008. Accourding to the cooperation calculation, the tax payable is Rp 8.736.875,00  And accourding to the UU No 36 of 2008, the tax payable is Rp 11.228.125,00 this differences caused by fiscal.

Abstract

This research is based on the questions that can not be answered in the first research, those are : (1) How the SME’s Surakarta batik export empower process innovativeness to increase product’s performance; (2) How the SME’s Surakarta batik export empower behavior innovativeness to increase product’s performance; and (3) How the SME’s Surakarta batik export empower behavior innovativeness to increase product’s performance. To answer these questions, this research used qualitative research design with case study approach. This approach is chosen because, this research is aimed to answer the question, how innovativeness is empowered by SME”s Surakarta batik export to increase the product performance.The result of this research show as follow : Behavior innovativeness is empowered by SME’s Surakarta batik export through, benevolence based trust and competence based trust. These trust is really effective to increase the product’s performance.Product innovativeness is empowered effectively by SME’s Surakarta batik export, through the development of ; the leader’s trust toward the supordinates’expertise; the leader’s trust toward the subordinate’s vision forward; and the leader’s trust toward the subordinates’ technology competencies.Process innovativeness is empowered effectively by SME’s Surakarta batik export , through the development of ; the leader’s trust toward the subordinates’ technology competencies; the leader’s trust toward the subordinates’ capabilities to learn and develop continuesly; the leader’s trust toward the subordinate’s kindness; the leader’s trust toward the subordinates’s fulfillment of their promes; the leader’s trust toward the supordinates’expertise; the leader’s trust toward  ; and the leader’s trust toward the subordinate’s vision forward.

Abstract

For company employee, especially secretaries and journalists, ability for quick writing is essential, because quick writing can lead to quick  delivery  of message to addressees. Skill in quick writing (stenography) needs to be applied vocational school students, particularly for those majoring in office and administration. It is hoped that the work of Indonesian people will not get missing. Keeping Indonesian people’s work is the duty of educators and government.    Feeling shy  and inferior is not necessary in learning stenography writing, because those feelings may cause obstacles for beginners in understanding stenography. Patience, hard-work and thoroughness is the base in writing stenography.
