Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis Financial Distress pada Bank Umum Syariah. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan indikator Financial Distress yaitu Return On Asset (ROA), Retun On Equity (ROE), Debt Ratio (DR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Dewan Komisaris Independen (DKI), dan Dewan Direksi (DD). Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, sampel yang diperoleh adalah 6 perusahaan Bank Umum Syariah, yaitu Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Mandiri Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah, Bank BRI Syariah, Bank Syariah Dubai Panin, dan Bank Bukopoin Syariah. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program STATA 16. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi logistik dengan data panel. Periode observasi penelitian dari triwulan pertama 2010 hingga triwulan ketiga 2019. Hasil penelitian ini sesuai dengan teori sinyal yang menunjukkan hubungan Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), dan Non Performing Financing (NPF) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Financial Distress di Bank Syariah, namun Debt Ratio (DR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Dewan Komisaris Independen (DKI) dan Dewan Direksi (DD) memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap Financial Distress.

Abstract

For company employee, especially secretaries and journalists, ability for quick writing is essential, because quick writing can lead to quick  delivery  of message to addressees. Skill in quick writing (stenography) needs to be applied vocational school students, particularly for those majoring in office and administration. It is hoped that the work of Indonesian people will not get missing. Keeping Indonesian people’s work is the duty of educators and government.    Feeling shy  and inferior is not necessary in learning stenography writing, because those feelings may cause obstacles for beginners in understanding stenography. Patience, hard-work and thoroughness is the base in writing stenography.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of excise postponement facility and production level on excise revenue in KPPBC TMC Kudus. This research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. Secondary data used are monthly period data from January 2015- December 2017, obtained from Department of excise, Directorate General Customs and Excise. The analysis uses the multiple of linier regression statistic. The result shows that 25% the variance of independent variables can explain the variation of excise revenue. The excise postponement facility and production level simultaneously have significant influence on excise revenue with significant level at α = 5%. Partially, it showed that postponement facility had positif significantly to excise revenue. Subsequently, the production level influence positif significantly to the excise revenue. The result implication is the importance role to increase amount of postponement facility and intensify supervision and service to support the cigarette companies increase production of a good quality product.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe shopping experience enjoyable and unforgettable is the basis of experiential marketing. All human senses to function as an input medium are taken through the sense of taste (sense), then by four other senses (feel, think, act, and relate) is processed into a pleasant and memorable experience. Model of experiential marketing is needed in abstraction and tools to decide the election priority in marketing strategies. The purpose of this study was to design experiential marketing model that can be implemented on the Small and Medium Enterprises. Survey methods used to obtain the data of research variables. Validity and Reliabelitas done to find the constructs of variables valid and reliable. Regression and correlation analysis were used to analyze the relationship between variables. The conclusion of this study are: Cognitive Sensory Marketing Experience (Sense) has a positive influence on cognitive Creative Thinking (Think), and Cognitive Creative Thinking (Think) positive influence on experiential marketing. Based on the conclusion of the study, it is advisable to increase the Cognitive Sensory Marketing Experience (Sense). Increased Cognitive Sensory Marketing Experience (Sense) will encourage creative cognitive Marketing Thought (Think), which will increase the experiential marketing in the form of shopping that good impression, and hard to forget. Keywords: experiential; fun; batik; taste; think  ABSTRAKPengalaman berbelanja yang menyenangkan dan tak terlupakan adalah dasar dari pengalaman pemasaran. Semua indra manusia berfungsi sebagai media masukan yang diambil melalui indera perasa (sense), maka oleh empat indera lainnya (merasakan, berpikir, bertindak, dan berhubungan) diolah menjadi pengalaman yang menyenangkan dan berkesan. Model pemasaran pengalaman diperlukan dalam abstraksi dan alat untuk menentukan prioritas pemilihan dalam strategi pemasaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang model pemasaran eksperiensial yang dapat diimplementasikan pada Usaha Kecil dan Menengah. Metode survei yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data dari variabel penelitian. Validitas dan Reliabelitas dilakukan untuk mengetahui konstruk variabel yang valid dan reliabel. Analisis regresi dan korelasi digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: Cognitive Sensory Marketing Experience (Sense) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Thinking Creative Thinking (Think), dan Cognitive Creative Thinking (Think) berpengaruh positif terhadap experiential marketing. Berdasarkan kesimpulan penelitian ini, disarankan untuk meningkatkan Cognitive Sensory Marketing Experience (Sense). Meningkatnya Cognitive Sensory Marketing Experience (Sense) akan mendorong creative cognitive Marketing Thought (Think), yang akan meningkatkan pengalaman marketing dalam bentuk belanja yang terkesan baik, dan sulit untuk dilupakan. Kata kunci: pengalaman; menyenangkan; batik; rasa; berpikir

Abstract

This qualitative research is meant to describe the implementation of acrreditation program at Business Administration Department. The main issues discussed cover the knowlegde of facilitators about the program, the benefits of the program for stakeholders, the process of study program evaluation using BAN PT’s accreditation system, and the awareness of the importance of accreditation rank and the real quality of management and admimistration performance of Busuness Adminisration Department. All these are under the perception of Business Administration facilitators. This research uses purposive sampiling, The samples or informen are selected on the basis of some determined  criteria. Data collection uses in depth interview, observation and literature study. The infomation  resulted from the interview was put in a matrix table with the purpose to compare collected information from informan 1, 2, and 3. In this way the information was conluded systematically and regarded as valid and reliable data for the research. Data analysis was processed by following the steps recommended by Moleong, nemely data reduction, unit processing, categorization process, analysis, conclusion and recommendation. Based on  the research it can be concluded that Business Administration Department facilitators perceived that accrediaion program at the department had been successfully done but there were some weaknesses whcih should be solved as recommended. The most important finding resulted from the research was the quality of study progams’ management and admiminstration was considered as more important than accreditation rank.

Abstract

A large number of textile industry in Central Java increasing the demand for cotton as a raw material. However, the high demand for cotton is not followed by a large quantity of cotton production in domestic country. The problem statement in this research is how the influence of dollar/rupiah’s exchange rate and textile production toward cotton import in Central Java. The purpose in this research are to analyze the influence of dollar/rupiah’s exchange rate and textile production toward cotton import in Central Java. The independentvariablesin this researcharedollar/rupiah’s exchangerateand textile production, while the dependentvariable is cotton import in Central Java.Thedata that were used was secondary data during period 2009-2013 in monthly, the type of data were used quantitative data, time series data, and ratio data. The results of this research show that dollar/rupiah’s exchange rate and textile production simultaneously had significant influence toward cotton import in Central Java. Nevertheless, partially only textile production has significant and positive influence toward cotton import in Central Java. So, cotton is a derived demand, because it depends indirectly on the demand for the product.  Then, dollar/rupiah’s exchange rate has not significant and negative influence toward cotton import in Central Java. So that, cotton is an elasticity product and the availability of cotton became the important thing.

Abstract

Manajemen logistik merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam kegiatan operasional perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, kompetensi manajemen logistik perlu dimiliki oleh siswa SMK jurusan manajemen perkantoran dan layanan bisnis. Namun, hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi manajemen logistik siswa SMK Negeri 9 Semarang masih belum optimal. Pengabdian masyarakat unggulan prodi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi manajemen logistik siswa SMK Negeri 9 Semarang. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada guru dan siswa SMK Negeri 9 Semarang. Pelatihan dan pendampingan ini meliputi materi-materi dasar manajemen logistik, seperti perencanaan logistik, pengadaan logistik, penyimpanan logistik, transportasi logistik, dan pengendalian logistik. Pengabdian masyarakat unggulan prodi ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru SMK Negeri 9 Semarang dalam bidang manajemen logistik. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode Forum Group Discussion serta pemberian literatur untuk acuan kurikulum kedepannya . Upaya peningkatan kompetensi manajemen logistik siswa SMK jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran Dan Layanan Bisnis dapat dilakukan melalui pelatihan dan diskusi oleh dosen maupun praktisi kepada guru SMK Negeri 9 Semarang. Kesimpulannya, Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas kompetensi guru SMK Negeri 9 Semarang dalam kurikulum Manajemen Perkantoran Dan Layanan Bisnis, sehingga para siswa lulusan SMK Negeri 9 Semarang siap untuk memasuki dunia kerja.
