Employment issues in Indonesia today has reached a very alarming condition Characterized by the number of unemployed and underemployed large, relatively low incomes and uneven. Not only Western culture, but the culture of developed countries in Asia today have crowded in consumption by Indonesia, one example of a culture that is currently massively use by Indonesian society is the culture south Korea, which was known as hallyu or Korean wave. Hallyu is quickly and surely come and stay into the Indonesian community life especially in the hearts of young people. With their products that are very simple but always full of innovations, hallyu has now becoming one of the youth culture in Indonesia. Technological advances in the field of transportation, becoming the socio-cultural reality going on in the community, that the current internet is very influential to the citizens of the community in living the life the community. The rise of smartphone users, either the system android or iOS makes the community dependent on Smartphones and the internet. The opportunities for making business founder Taxi online (Go-Jek) is presenting an online-based. The phenomenon of online transportation currently being discussed, because warm-based booking applications are easily downloaded by users of smartphones good System android or iOS.The research method used was based on qualitative methods of study case as well as the collection of data is done with the techniques of observation, interview and documentation. The main source of data retrieved from the interview several students and drivers on the Unsrat campus environment. Results of the study showed that college students online taxi users greatly helped by using taxi online. Online taxi exploited students not only deliver them home leave, but also to order food and supplies for academic purposes with rates that are relatively inexpensive. Rural communities in general are people who use natural resources in the field of agriculture, where the community has hereditary activities in the agriculture sector, so that people in rural areas and The margins of earning or relying on businesses engaged in agriculture.Farmers are synonymous with marginalized people in the bustle of development. The unbiased situation on the farmer, then it affects the performance of farmers in their field. In North Minahasa regency, especially in the village of Patokaan Coconut is considered as one of the main livelihood for farmers to support the familyeconomy. This behavior become a social capital to interact with people in their environment. Capability of interact can be affect with people’s existence. With a good interact ability, then he can quickly adapt with each others. The student from Tidore that study in Manado is already stayed in a long time ago. And until now they can easily adapt. The reason is they have a capability to adapt quickly and some factors that can support them to interact is environment factors, historical factors and language factors. The majority of student from Tidore in Manado, some of them stayed in Titiwungen Selatan. They choose this place because the location is located in central of Manado City. So, they can be easily going to the university around Manado. Beside that, the environment is peaceful and comfortable and the people is friendly and outgoing, that’s make the student can easily interact and adapt. With all of social activity, like social services, social religion activity and the other activity. <![CDATA[Conflict elections of regional heads the governor and vice governor North Maluku involving the supporters so as to campaign vying for power as the governor and vice governor North Maluku. Conflict take place due to the presence of the same interests both of stronghold to lead North Maluku. Based on field findings show, that: first, the conflict started seen since registration stage candidates, not fulfilling the applicable provisions namely 15% to votes support and seats support. Second, stage campaign period, conflict can also be seen start hardened on the of this phase because third candidate couple and team the success of protest against the schedule some of which day has fallen during Ramadan and Eid, whereas when the socialization of future phases of this campaign is well accepted by all parties. Third, calculation stage and recapitulation the ballot, in this phase conflict is more open and prolonged because caused the political elite prefer the interests of each as to be almost no space negotiations to conflict resolution. The political elite just focused on the results and ignore the process so that allowed various ways of winning candidates which results in conflict. Fifth, conflict general election governor and the vice governor of North Maluku in 2007 it ended after the issuance of the decisions law for the winner by Mahkamah Agung (MA) and the rejection dispute authority between agencies requested by KPUD provincial North Maluku in Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK). This statement drives to the theoretical understanding which not only supports our knowledge about those things, but also could be a stimulant to build practical functions from the foundation of peer communication processes. This article aims to described peer groups communication which been built to support communication processes between students in the internal environment or even in those processes with another schools. Newcomb’s model or more popularly called ABX model is a helping tool to facilitate communication processes. The capital placement as the central service has an important role in accessing all the society’s need. In Government Regulation Number 19 of 2008 about District on Chapter II article 6 verse 2, it is said that “ the nominated location of a capital should observe the spatial aspect, facilities availability, accessibility, geographical situation, demography, economy social, politic, and cultureâ€. Ignoring these aspects affect the deterioration of the service and the failure of a development. This research aims to evaluate the placement policy of district capital of Kepulauan Botang Lemang in Bajo Village. <![CDATA[There is one value or philosophy of life in the Bugis tribe namely Siri’ (shame) or better known as Siri’ na pesse’. This Siri’ culture affects many joints of social life in south Sulawesi, even hierarchically has shaped the character and mentality of the people of south Sulawesi it self. As well as the marriage system that is very thick with siri' culture because marriage is considered the right moment for the whole family to show their dignity’s.  This is the case for the Bugis tribe in Bitung City who up hold siri’ values so that in this modern era Bugis indigenous communities there still strongly maintain the tradition of Panai Money 'which is one of the main conditions and is considered an ideal marriage in the Bugis tribe.  The initial form of Panai money 'as a form of appreciation to women, turned into an arena of social prestige that took the name of siri', the higher the social and level of stratification women have the higher the nominal value of their customary money.  In this case it can be said that Panai Money as part of the culture turned into a disaster and made people feel anxious. No wonder the marriage is canceled only because of the Panai' money which is less than what the bride asks because she remains adamant to the nominal she wants.
