Abstract

Besides most of the people live in rural areas and his life is highlydependent on agriculture. Indonesia also having human resources quitedifferent. Social values the foundations for mutual cooperation or help oneanother the most important part in society. This is what makes life workedtogether to easier interwoven in Tumobui society, because can help andmutual assistance until all intractable.The Tumobui farmers in general tenant rice fields. They are not only comefrom the surrounding neighborhood but there are also farmers originatingoutside and mutually supported for efforts to improve the income to wellbeing. Therefore the farmers especially in urban Tumobui village understandon efforts to manage rice fields in the system mutual help. Human life as asociety to build and develop a habit or ability and customs held by the orgroup farmers.In the process of culture change especially at the Tumobui happened shiftcultural values. This influenced by the buildings (shop-houses and hospitality),resulting in agricultural land dwindling. Abstract

This study is intended to describe the strategy survive Tikala coffee shop manager in order to face the competition of business an increasingly tight coffee house in the city of Manado.This research method using qualitative research approaches with key informants consisting of managers, workers and customers. Data obtained from the informants with observation and in-depth interviews. While data on the development of business coffee house Tikala obtained with the method of the approach to history.The results of this research show that the strategy used by the surviving coffee shop manager Tikala using two strategies: to address production strategies on facets of the production on the one hand, and marketing strategies for addressing the problems of marketing itself on the other side.The strategy of holding out is part of the overall knowledge of the coffee shop manager Tikala looked at that side of production i.e. coffee drinks should be maintained his trademark, good taste or aroma must be the best and stay awake the quality as well as its traditional confectionary should also be tasty ? palatable. As for the sides of the game largely determined by the quality of the production of the good must be precisely maintained that when promoted confidence, either through the mass media as well as social media. By maintaining production quality then among the visitors ever sipping coffee in coffee shops has helped promote it through their personal social networks such as facebook, twitter, or blog-blog them so that coffee shop Tikala persist to this day.Keywords: Strategy, maintain, coffee house

Abstract

Policy of TPP to Regional civil servants Manado City is expected to increase the performance of the apparatus. But implementation is still found weaknesses. Destination this study was to determine the effect of the policy of TPP in improving the performance of officials in the Deportment of Communication and information Monado. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Sources of data, research respondents was 35 employees Office of Communications and informatics of Monado (no sampling). Collecting data using questionnaires and assisted with interviewing techniques. The analysis technique used is regression analysis and product moment correlation. Results of data analysis showed: (1) the regression coefficient of the variable policy of TPP to the increased performance of the apparatus is a significant positive and (2) the correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination TPP policy variables to the increase apparatus performance is high and significant. Based on the results of these studies concluded that the policy of TPP effect and has a high power and a significant determinant of the increased performance of the apparatus. Departing from the results of the study suggested that the policy of the city of Monado Regional civil servants TPP to be continued in order to maintain and improve the performance of officials/employees. Abstract

Rural communities in general are people who use natural resources in the field of agriculture. Land is a renewable natural resource, but because the amount that still causes land has a strategic role in human life, with the increasing number of people causing more and more gaps in the land. The existence of land resource inequality will cause mastery over the land in the community, this is what can lead to changes in social and economic status in the community. One aspect of the field of agriculture is to see the socio-economic aspect, because the socio-economic aspect is an important factor in agriculture.The presence of traditional tribes in the village of Bapa Tolikara Regency is very helpful farming activities. Actually, farmers are intensified in institutional, it will spur social change for farmers ' own people. In socio-economic life for farmers ' families, from the farming aspect, the mental aspect, the aspect of education and the direct aspects of income, also affects the living standards of the farmer's family.In fulfilling the socio-economic life of the farmer family still have constraints on agricultural field efforts. 1) Issue of farmer Business Capital 2). Marketing issue of production results 3) farmer institutional Issue 4) The problem has not been effective agricultural counseling as an aspect of farmer empowerment.Agricultural field has an important meaning for the life of farmers in improving its business. Abstract

As human beings social and cultural, mutually need each other in a positive thing. Cultural differences have the identity of each suit character and tradition on a particular society. The traits that have become identity it is attached to a lifetime concomitant her life. Who shown actual not separated from social group that same culture . The rise of the user groups motorcycle Yamaha RX King in large cities describe that it is loved by many observers with various backgrounds. On the other hand society sometimes have a negative view of users against motor group, they consider the group less work, disrespectful in dress, robbed, scrappy and various other negative image indicated. Whereas those who views this negative not yet have an in-depth group activities motorcycle Yamaha RX King users. Started from exchange information in between users of motor Yamaha RX King in Kota Manado, then formed a group that does not reflect individual ego, but more form assembled brotherhood of a group in order to strengthen the relationship between fellow fans. Social solidarity that develops in this group, then becomes the pattern lifestyles and solidarity in the group. Abstract

Some the conflict has its own genealogy and its anatomy. Was triggered the different ethnic and gap, religion, political, and other foult line (SARA) problems. The Sawai community most embraced the Christian faith, and there are Islamic. Awareness of the diversity of in turn bring up attitude tolerant and attitude open to the existence and the presence of ethnic other. The community Lelilef adheres to the principles of local knowledge, to want a life together in realizing atmosphere safe, peaceful, from harmonious in the community. Philosophy fagogoru which means ngakure ra sai (fraternity), budi re bahasa (reason and language), sopan re hormat (polite and respect) timtat re mimoi (fear and shame). Therefore, this is being ground or foundation for the Lelilef to keep religious life, so they always live in climate safe, peace and prosperity (legae santuli). There are three factors for people who live in the Lelilef village in District Weda Tengah in social life the environmental factors, the historical, the language and another factor is religion and politics. Seksualitas, pada zaman dahulu menjadi sesuatu yang tabu untuk dibicarakan atau dibuka di halayak umum. Kini seksualitas sudah tidak lagi menjadi konsumsi sehari-hari, diperdebatkan bahkan dikampanyekan secara besar-besaran. Dari iklan-iklan televisi yang secara gamblang mempromosikan pembersih alat kelamin wanita, sampai pada pergerakan ekstrim kaum minoritas homoseksual demi pengakuan dan eksistensinya. Incomes and expenditure function of rural development in Desa Borona Kecamatan Ibu Utara Kabupaten Halmahera Barat, cannot walk properly because of the low public participation in planning, implementation and monitoring. It is seen also from the low level of education, mastery of tasks and work discipline, affecting the smooth implementation of development in the village. For all of the elements contained in Desa Boroma heads and village device, BPD, LPM, Karang Taruna, Tim PKK and the community should participate in APBDes function, so that the construction carried out in the village. Abstract

In the social context, the characteristics of the fishing communities vary with the characteristics of the farming community, along with the difference in the characteristics of the resources at hand. Fishermen face access resources that are currently still are open access. Characteristics of resources such as these cause the fishermen must be moving in order to obtain maximum results, so the risk becomes very high. The condition of the resources that are at risk of the fishermen have a hard character, firm, and open.The fishing Maitara can be grouped into several groups of fishermen i.e. that traditional fishing activities of catching fish by using a capture tool that still are simple so bring a limited range that is the marine environment Maitara.With the economic limitations due to uncertainty resulting from the income of fishermen were forced to seek refuge to another person that is the owner of the ship in order to guarantee the sustainability of life. The pattern of the working relationship which is reflected in the relationship between the client-patron and owner laborer fishermen is to guarantee a growing socio-economic communities. The mechanism of this working relationship are dependency, patron (owner fishers) had the capital and capture tool while clients (workers) have the power to run the business of the owner of the boat.Patron-client relationships can drive economic activity because it provides employment for workers of the fishing result in accordance agreement between them so influential in meeting the needs of their life. Abstract

The community fishers are justpeople living in parts of the coast and suspending their lives at sea, thatproblems concerning the community fishermen is a problem that ismultidimensional. Hence, to be known to the root cause of the issues of povertyin fishermen. There are several aspects of that to be poor fishermen or thecoastal communities, of them; there is no attention a government that considerthe fishermen. The low of human resources and equipment that is used byfishermen influential on how to catch fish, to restrictions in technologyunderstanding make quality and quantity of catch not been improved. Government programs that areimpartial the community fishermen, in which many policies on poverty reductionfor the fishermen are top down and always make the community fishermen as anobject and not a subject. Several programs that relating to the communityfishermen absolutely necessary, namely a social policy prosper the communityand fisherman 's life. Increasing poverty fishermen inmafututu very associated with various other obstacles between the absence ofpolicy development and application of coastal areas and the community fishermenwho integrated or integrated among the development agents, the lack ofconsistency production quantity ( catch ) results. Besides that the lack ofcapital or investment will certainly complicate fishermen in increasing theeconomic activities of fisheries, and finally very influential on the level ofthe income of the fishermen.
