Abstract

The background of this study was to determine and describe one of the cultural heritage of traditional fishing carried out in the village Kakorotan Sub Nanusa district Talaud islands known as the ceremony mane'e, mane'e tradition in society Kakorotan a unique culture and a social event that contains the values for the benefit of society. This study aims to provide information relating to the implementation of the traditional ceremony mane'e ranging from initial preparation to the summit ceremony as well as the benefits the ceremony on people's lives, this study using a qualitative descriptive study to describe the cultural, social groups in the ceremony mane'e. Sources of data obtained from the village government, traditional leaders, religious leaders, and local communities as well as through photographs and video footage of traditional ceremonies mane'e implementation, data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation study. This study concluded that the implementation mane'e ceremony begins with a period of abstinence or e'ha for 1 year both on land and at sea, about three months before the ceremony village leaders, indigenous, religious ceremonies to invoke the protection of a brief thanksgiving to the Creator in order to be given the smoothness, safety, and the results at the time of the ceremony. After that the measures will be implemented is marra'ca pundangi, mangolom par'ra, mattuda tampa pane'can, mamabi'u sam'mi, mamotto'u sam'mi, manganu ina, ina,, matahia manar'maalama This research can be used as a reference for the community and the government in preserving regional cultures, especially the traditional ceremony in public Kakorotan Talaud Islands. Abstract

The work effectiveness of the employee highly determines the success of an organization or an institute. To achieve such effectiveness, there we find several factors such as payment motivation and work discipline. High working motivation can result in a good work effectiveness. Likewise the payment offering and work discipline, these two both have an effect toward the work effectiveness of the civil servant. Dereliction toward these variables has an effect on the deterioration of employee’s behavior in doing their work or their service to society. This research aims to know the effect of motivation, payment, and work discipline toward the work effectiveness of the civil servant in subdistrict office of Malalayang District, Manado City. The result of the research shows that those who have high motivation both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation indicate the more effective result in working rather than those who are less motivated. Abstract

Study of Soakonora village of Karang Taruna Programs that have been realized since the year 2018 and to enhance community development (social welfare) in the village of Soakonora. Such activities (football and volleyball) in which children, youth and women. Participated to activities undertaken Karang Taruna Soakonora Village. On certain programs can be done with a conducive, in the village Karang Taruna learn Soakonora (Karang Taruna Youth Training, supervision and create an inherent good working environment). Chairman (Chairman) to all members of the Organization of Karang Taruna Village Soakonora so what is expected of the parties supporting the head Village/Soakonora Village Karang Taruna Builder, religious figures and community leaders the activities can be realized. The program distributed Karang Taruna to the Community-is very big impact and nothing is unmatched from Karang Taruna in other villages. This activity became a Community feel Life Guidelines of development, due to a social welfare which can reduce inequalities-inequalities which exist in the community, basically a youth who belongs to the Karang Taruna Village Soakonora capable of organizing the social welfare problem (Hijinks, free sex, Booze and Brawl. Therefore the Government authorize Village organizational karangtaruna are able to accomplish what is becoming the responsibility of the Youth pioneers the true Young Blood, tough, courageous, Honest and Act for the sake of ideals a nation's future Optimistic. Thus KarangTaruna the village Soakonora is a form of overriding high honor by the Government of the Village where it has been successful and the realization of the program due to the construction of a community around and created a Harmony and Creativity is intact. Abstract

Man in her everyday will not be separated from the culture, because the human being is the creator and the user of culture itself. Human life because of the culture, while the culture will continue to live and thrive while people want to preserve the culture and not ruin it. Modern society as technologically complex products technology advances, mechanization, industrialization and urbanization gave rise to many social problems. As the impact of people and developing patterns of tingkah-laku stray from general norms, with the road do all alone for the sake of profit and personal gain, then disruptive and detrimental to the other party. Inconsistency, contradiction between ambitions and personal abilities, then such events is encouraging people to perform acts of criminal. Or, if there is an aspiration aspirations with personal potentialities, it will happen "maladjustment" economical (inability to adapt economically), which encourages people to act maliciously or doing criminal acts. Crime in the city of Manado, the biggest ratings in Malalayang subdistrict. The factors that really big chance against crime is a newcomer (urban) and consumption of alcoholic beverages (alcoholic beverages). Abstract

Human resources development can be seen from two aspects formal education and non-formal. Human resources that develops or forward even say will can contribute to the community development. The government of Kecamatan Pirime, especially Umbanume village encourage people to improve education good formal and non-formal to accelerate the development of any individuals and families. From reality is that man is will determine the ability of the community in a village to develop himself, although in the village is in its natural resources. Such things this is what is one of them are in the land of Papua, where natural resources which is abundant, but yet to be in full by the community Papua itself, so that other group which should enjoy the result of natural resources on in the land of Papua. The participation of the Umbanume village still at a low rate to moderate. Human resources affect public participation in the Umbanume village, it means the higher education someone so the higher the level of participation. Abstract

The combination Islamic beliefs and and local culture bring a distinctive image to every local religions especially in the practice of religious different in general from religion. Local community believe a function of religion or faith it is guide human life to obtain safety in the world and safety after the day of death. Claims astray and run of teachings of surely not new things in the life of the community proselyte local were not been recognized but it who is frequently in listen, but this does not cause inharmonious a relationship religious communities, like local religion who was in the area Sangihe called Islam Masade.Local religion this survives and still have a good place in the liver the Sangihe community especially the community in Lenganeng village. About the labeling a bad name to Muslims used by Islam Tua until now theological debate between Islam religions has not been discharged. Islam Masade own believe that an oral tradition or transformation followers of teaching was the doctrine left by an ancestor and verbally hereditary and must be kept. This is what make Islam Masade to be unique.The purity of the truth that applied in life of religion and participate in community events make that they exist and are still survive until now without causing conflict between groups often occurring in other regions. Until now government programs to straighten out the teachings of Islam Masade return to Islamic teachings surely did not work. Because of customary and ways of Islam Masade have viscous are both rooted in every society. Abstract

Ethnic diversity in the city of Manado is one of the capital to build a structure of a society that leads to the development of a multicultural society. Diversity profession they pursue an idea that lives in the Kelurahan Kairagi Weru vary by profession, education level and social status. These conditions affect the understanding of environmental hygiene carried by each individual with colors taken from the culture of origin. Pockets of culture has had a major role to create a continuous process in order to create a clean state in the region. Cultural symbols become accessories in community participation on display in the halls of the complex to promote a healthy environment. The participation of the public in relation to environmental hygiene in the region reflects reinforced that each describes the diverse ethnic identities. It is very clear the people wanted to participate because of the things that cannot be abandoned. Abstract

The younger generation is the backbone of the nation, which is expected in the future is able to pass on the baton of the relay of the struggle and the leadership of the nation in order to be better. Globalization has been going decline in morals, morals and decency, their impact is certainly related to problems towards them into free association. As the younger generation should think more clear avoid norms or decency layout deemed to deviate from the neighborhood association. Deviant behavior impacts as a result of free association may give rise to excesses or the social impact that also affect their behavior from drift norms, norms, morality or law that among other things consuming liquor, drugs/addictive substances, free Sex, gambling and so on. The issue of free association can be affected by the problem of the lack of social control especially of the elderly, the problem of uncontrolled environments as well as the existence of the Era of globalization. The influence of strong drink among teenagers enough potentially to the problems of crime in particular sexual crimes, crimes through fights between free-range. In order to reduce the problem of free association, then it takes the role of religious figures. Because religion is one of the alternatives in reducing and tackling the existence of free intercourse among teenagers. In addition the role of families is very important in shaping the personality of the adolescent, because from a parent or keluargalah fortress personal resilience of teenagers can be formed. Abstract

Indonesia has the beauty of art and culture; e.g. the traditional custom ceremony 'Puputan' and 'Selapanan'. The ceremony is important to Javanese community related to the baby delivering process. This researched aimed to find the process of the traditional custom ceremony Puputan' and 'Selapanan' and the meaning of the symbols of the equipments used. Qualitative method was used to the object that the traditional custom ceremony baby delivering process in Javanese community to be investigated. 'Puputan' is the third phase in ceremony after the baby experienced the broken off the navel cord. 'Selapanan' is the last phase of ceremony in welcoming the baby after delivered for fifty-five days. There are many symbols appeared in the ceremony that reflect the philosophy and culture meanings. Keywords: Traditional custom ceremony baby deliverance
