Abstract

ABSRTAKPenelitian ini berjudul Analisis Teori Antrian Pada Stasiun PengisianBahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) Esau Sesa Manokwari bertujuan untuk menganalisisjumlah jalur fasilitas yang optimal dan kinerja pelayanan pada tingkat optimal.Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan sumber data yang digunakanadalah data primer yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Metode analisis yangdigunakan adalah analisis teori antrian sesuai dengan model antrian yang di terapkan pada SPBU Esau Sesa Manokwari yaitu Model Antrian Jalur Bergandaartinya terdapat lebih dari satu jalur fasilitas dan hanya ada satu tahapanpelayanan yang harus dilalui oleh pelanggan untuk menyelesaikan pelayanan.Hasil dari penelitian pada SPBU Esau Sesa Manokwari denganmenggunakan analisis teori antrian yaitu dengan perhitungan Model Antrian jalur berganda di peroleh antrian terpanjang dalam Sistem (Wq) 0,60 dan terpendek (Wq) 0,28. Dalam perhitungan kinerja sistem antrian pada penelitian masih optimal sesuai dengan standar layanan yang telah ditetapkan.Kata Kunci : Teori Antrian, model antrian jalur berganda (M/M/S), pengoptimalan pelayanan. ABSTRACT            This study entitled Analysis of Queuing Theory at Esau Sesa Manokwari Public Gas Station (SPBU) aims to analyze the optimal number of facilities and service performance at optimal levels. The type of data used is quantitative data and data sources used are primary data, namely observation and interviews. The analytical method used is queuing theory analysis in accordance with the queuing model applied to Esau Sesa Manokwari gas stations, namely the Multiple Line Queue Model, meaning that there are more than one facility line and there is only one service stage that the customer must complete to complete the service.            The results of the study at the Esau Sesa Manokwari gas station using queuing theory analysis, namely the calculation of the Multiple Path Queue Model obtained the longest queue in the System (Wq) 0.60 and the shortest (Wq) 0.28. In calculating the performance of the queuing system in research is still optimal in accordance with predetermined service standards.Keywords : Queue Theory, multiple path queue model (M/M/S), service optimization.

Abstract

Human Resources Information System (HRIS) provides information to all leadership in an organization. One of the efforts made by the Magelang City Government to create a good personnel administration system as well as in order responding to the rapid development of information and communication technology by developing the Management Information System Staffing (MISS). The purpose of this study is to find out what is meant by HRIS and describe it MISS  at the Magelang City Government . In this study, the author uses design qualitative descriptive research. The results of this study indicate that the system can serving staffing administration becomes easier, such as employee transfers, promotions and retirement as well as ease in managing and completing various staffing documents and other requirements such as rank decree, position decree, STTPL and training needs.

Abstract

Badan Perkredian Rakyat (BPR) which was named the best BUMD 2020 in the award of 2nd Infobank. The purpose of the research carried out in the first trimester of 2020 is to find out how the role of the promotion mix is in increasing the number of customers at PD BPR Bank Bapas 69 North Magelang Branch Office in the first trimester of 2020. Data management and analysis techniques are carried out using descriptive analysis techniques by analyzing previously collected data then presents the data that has been processed in the form of a description that explains the object under study. Data obtained by observing related companies and secondary data in the form of annual reports of branch offices annual reports which are then processed and analyzed based on existing theories. In order to increase the number of customers, PD. BPR Bank Bapas 69 use promotion mix variable such as advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations and publicity, and direct marketing. The results from the research we can see that the promotion mix applied has an effect on increasing the number of customers at PD BPR Bank Bapas 69 North Magelang Branch Office seen from the 2020 branch office annual report.

Abstract

Perubahan di era globalisasi saat ini menuntut perusahaan memiliki karyawan yang dapat bersaing dalam perkembangan bisnis saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang ada di PD BPR BANK BAPAS 69 MAGELANG. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi. Teknik penentuan informan yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah purposive sampling. Kepala HRD serta para staff karyawan merupakan informan dalam penelitian ini. Penulis menggunakan teknik triagulasi sebagai teknik untuk menguji keabsahan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan metode yang digunakan terbukti efektif, seperti proses pelatihan karyawan menggunakan metode teknik presentasi informasi berupa metode ceramah dan metode diskusi, sedangkan dalam pengembanganya menggunakan simulasi dan pemantauan pengembangan dilihat malalui KPI (key performance indicator).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan dari sistem informasi manajemen yang ada di PT. Suara Merdeka Press Semarang dalam memyajikan informasi bagi karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara selama periode magang bulan Januari-Februari 2020. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa PT. Suara Merdeka Press kurang optimal dalam mengoperasikan sistem informasi manajemen agar menjadi evaluasi dan pertimbangan bahwa penggunaan sistem informasi akan mempermudah karyawan dari top level management hingga lower level management agar lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the American stock exchange index (DJIA) and the effect of Bank Infonesia – 7 Days (Reverse) Repo Rate or known as BI7dRR on one of the stock indices in Indonesia that has comapnies with high liquidity, namely the LQ45 stock index. The period used as testing data is data derived from the publication of the movement of the Dow Jones Industrial Average and LQ45 stock index and percentage data from Bank Indonesia – 7 Days (Reverse) Repo Rate (BI7dRR) in 2016 – 2019. Data source of this study is a secondary data source obtained through the official stock movement websites (idx.com and nyse.com) as well as Bank Indonesia publications regarding BI7dRR movements. The design of this study uses a quantitative research design using multiple linier regression analysis models so that before testing the model, the data is tested first using classical assumptions. The results of this study indicate that the American Stock Exchange Index (DJIA) is significant and positive for the LQ45 stock index. Meanwhile, BI7dRR has an opposite or negative insignificant direction of influence on the LQ45. The positive influence of the American Stock Exchange Index (DJIA) on LQ45 is due to the fact that the United States is the country with the largest stock index and is the destination country for exports from Indonesia so that growth or movements that occur in America can shake growth in Indonesia. On the other side, BI7dRR is not significant and negative towards the LQ45 stock index, this is because the type of investor in Indonesia is the type who likes to make short-term investments compared to long-term invesments. BI7dRR is a monetary policy in replacing the BI Rate so that at the beginning of its implementation there was a decrese in the percentage of the BI7dRR movement, this was done in order to encourage the domestic economy in accodance with the objectives to be achieved by the government through more optimal credit distribution in the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ada tidaknya pengaruh sistem imbalan, otonomi pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan pembiayaan sepeda motor di Kota Batam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan perusahaan pembiyaan yang berlokasi di Kota Batam yang berjumlah 460 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 214 responden  yang tersebar di perusahaan pembiayaan yang ada di Kota Batam. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling.Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 18.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem imbalan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan otonomi pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi profesional dan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Akademi Sekretari Budi Luhur yang mengikuti perkuliahan korespondensi bahasa Indonesia. Purposive sampling dan sebanyak responden 46. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependet dengan Fhitung 9,135> Ftabel 3,214 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0f 0,000 ≤ 0,04.Dan Beroperasi parsial variabel Kompetensi dosen (X1) berpengaruh positif Dan signifikan Terhadap Prestasi belajar mahasiswa DENGAN thitung 3361> t tabel 1.680, DENGAN taraf signifikansi 0,002 ≤ 0,05. Sedangkan variabel fasilitas belajar (X2) tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dengan thitung -2,205 <ttabel 2,020, dengan taraf signifikansi 0,033 <0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, explain and analyze the effect of asset allocation policies and risk levels on the performance of Islamic mutual funds in Indonesia (Period 2016-2018). The independent variable in this study is the Asset Allocation Policy and Risk Level, while the dependent variable in this study is the Performance of Sharia Mutual Funds. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling and used 10 samples of Islamic mutual funds. The method used to calculate the performance of Islamic mutual funds is the Sharpe Ratio. The method used is quantitative methods with descriptive approach to the verification by descriptive statistical tests, classic assumption, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using Software SPSS 16. The results show that asset allocation policy variables and the level of risk has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Islamic mutual funds registered with the OJK and still active in the 2016-2018 period. The coefficient of determination test results show that the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.461. The results of 46.1% state that the independent variable can explain the dependent variable, while the remaining 53.9% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The problem of poverty is not only due to the pressure of economic factors but there are other factors that are more influential, namely the very low human resource factor of farmers. The problems of unemployment and poverty remain problems that have not been resolved properly in the Indonesian government. Unemployment in Indonesia, one of which is the unavailability of jobs for new graduates and lack of adequate human resources. The purpose of this study is to describe how big the role of village heads is in increasing the entrepreneurial spirit for people's lives, in order to improve the welfare of economic life for As a real effort that can be made by the Village Head is to conduct various trainings and assistance for farmers so that they can have skills that they can use, as a provision for them to work. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Result: The spirit of service shown by the village head and the approach of a leader figure who is able to provide a good example to the community so that it can influence changes in the mindset of the community itself. Changes in the mindset of the community can occur by conducting a lot of training and mentoring. Conclusion: In this study, the findings are described in several parts: The spirit of service and the approach of a leader who is able to set a good example to the community turns out to influence changes in the mindset of the community for the better. As a solution to the problem of lack of adequate human resources, a lot of training and mentoring can be done.
