Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the influence of the Online Single Submission (OSS) system quality, compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The research sample comprised all staff within the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Office in Manokwari Regency, totaling 57 individuals, including 23 civil servants and 34 contract workers. Employing a quantitative approach, the study relied on primary data gathered through questionnaires distributed directly to the respondents identified for this research. Hypothesis testing was conducted using SPSS version 26. The findings of this study reveal that the variables of compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction each exert a positive and significant influence on employee performance. In contrast, the OSS system quality variable showed no significant effect on employee performance, which can be attributed to shortcomings in its implementation. These results underscore the need for management to establish more effective policies aimed at enhancing employee performance by improving compensation systems, emphasizing work environment factors, and addressing job satisfaction. Moreover, the insights derived from this research present an opportunity for future studies to explore additional factors contributing to employee performance within the public sector, offering a foundation for continuous improvement in administrative and operational efficiency. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Social Media influencers, Consumer involvement and Brand Image on Consumer Purchase Intention on Kanky shoe products. The population of this study were consumers who had purchased Kanky products with a sample of 110 consumers. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the type of data used is primary data. The data collection method used a questionnaire via Google Form, data analysis using Smart PLS. The results of the data processing concluded that Social Media Influencers did not have a significant effect on Purchase Intention of Kanky Shoe products. Social Media Influencers through brand image and Social Media Influencers through Customer Involvement have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Kanky shoe products. The results of the study showed that brand image and customer involvement have a significant influence on Purchase Intention. Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the innovative business models the Ambon Ekspres print media applied in the digital information era. This research mainly focuses on understanding how Ambon Ekpsres can integrate digital technology into its operations and develop effective marketing strategies to create added value for readers and advertisers. Data from interviews, observations, and documents will be analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. These analysis steps include Transcription and Coding, Theme Grouping, and Narrative Arrangement. The results of this research show that print media needs to diversify its business relevant to modern society's needs. One thing that can be seen is the business strategy carried out by Ambon Ekspres print media, which is to maximize its digital content. In terms of company revenue, the contribution of digital content is still smaller than that of printed newspapers. However, the revenue growth trend continues to occur in line with the introduction and promotions carried out by management. Keywords: Innovation, Business Media

Abstract

Background: Green Human Resources Management is a workforce that understands, appreciates and practices environmentally friendly initiatives and maintains goals throughout the human resources process including recruiting, training, managing talented employees, compensation and separation. Employee performance is the result of the work achieved by employees in carrying out the obligations given by the company to its workers which are based on skill, experience, perseverance and time. Employee performance is the result of the behavior of company employees, where changing behavior for the better is the main priority. Work involvement focuses more on a high level of enthusiasm which is reflected in work activities (vigor and absorption), as well as a high level of joy in doing work. Objective: to analyze and prove whether work engagement can be an intervening variable between green human resource management and employee performance for UMKM. Method: The sampling technique uses a total sampling of 100 respondents. This research uses a quantitative approach with data analysis methods in the form of descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis. Results: prove that green human resources have a positive influence on employee performance, green human resources have a positive influence on work engagement, work engagement has a positive influence on employee performance, work engagement is able to mediate the influence of green human resource management on employee performance.

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative explanatory survey approach, by distributing questionnaires as a data collection technique. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling using the Cochran formula for sampling because the population size is too large and unknown. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents who were consumers of "ADA Supermarket" Siliwangi Semarang. The data analysis technique used is Smart PLS software version 4. The research results show that Service Quality has been proven to have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction and customer loyalty. On the other hand, product quality and price do not have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Service Quality can mediate the influence of Customer Loyalty on Consumer Satisfaction, but cannot mediate the influence of Product Quality and Price on Consumer Satisfaction. Abstract

Purchasing power parity (PPP) theory states that the exchange rate between two currencies should reflect the comparative prices of goods and services in both countries, and this study focuses on the effect of exchange rate, monetary policy, and inflation. In this study, secondary data is used to see how domestic and foreign inflation correlates with the Rupiah exchange rate. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant correlation between inflation and the exchange rate, which suggests that appropriate monetary policy is needed to maintain exchange rate stability and people's purchasing power. It is hoped that this research will help policymakers make plans to tackle inflation and increase people's purchasing power. Abstract

The study is to examine the effect of General Allocation Funds (DAU) and Regional Original Income (PAD) on Regional Expenditure and to see if there is a flypaper effect of District/ City on Sumatera Selatan Province in 2018- 2022. The population is LRA in 17 districts/cities and 85 observation units. The data in this study were tested by descriptive statistics, classic assumption test, coefficient of determination, t-value test, F-test, and flypaper effect detection on regional expenditure, which were processed using Statistical Package for the Social Application Sciences (SPSS) version 26. Abstract

This study is aim to determine and examine the effect of online marketing on the small bussines in city of Yogyakarta. Social media and e-commerce platforms are the online marketing media focused on this research. This study uses quantitative methods with a questionnaire as a data collection tool with qualitative data support to enrich quantitative data. Respondents in this study were small bussines practitioners with a sample of small bussines factors in city of Yogyakarta. Data analysis in this study used the Structural Equation Model (SEM). A pilot study was conducted first in this study to test the validity and reliability of the statement items on the questionnaire used in this study. The output of this research is expected to be additional reference material both in the academic field, especially marketing management regarding online marketing. As for the practical output of this study, it is hoped that it can become a material for consideration and reference for small bussines practitioners on city of Yogyakarta in particular, and in Indonesia in general in an effort to increase their income and maintain their business continuity. The results of this study indicate the influence of sales through social media and electronic trading platforms on the income of small bussines in the city of Yogyakartka.

Abstract

This study uses bibliometric analysis to analyze trends and patterns in academic literature on fraud and corporate governance. Based on 302 articles from the Scopus database between 2000 and 2024, it explores publication trends, identifies key topics, and maps the academic network in this field. The results show a significant increase in publications on these topics, driven by the global financial crisis and corporate scandals. The Journal of Business Ethics is the leading journal in publishing research on corporate governance and fraud prevention, while the United States is the top contributor with significant influence. This study provides a reference for future research on fraud and corporate governance.

Abstract

This study intends to analyse the influence of mathematical intelligence, learning media, interest and learning outcomes on students’ accounting comprehension ability at the vocational secondary level. The research was carried out using a quantitative method, determining the sample using simple random sampling in the student population of SMKN 1 Jombang, as many as 140 students and a sample of 104 students in grade XI of SMKN 1 Jombang. The researcher used questionnaires and documentation to collect and analyse data with linear regression tests through the SPSS version 26 application. The results of the study revealed (1) Students’ mathematical, logical intelligence, learning media, interests and learning outcomes of basic accounting students with test results F 0.049 < 0.05 showed a significant influence on the improvement of accounting understanding of grade students (2) Mathematical, logical intelligence partially had an influence of 21.1% on the level of accounting understanding of students (3) The learning outcomes of basic accounting partially had a significant influence of 44.5% on the level of accounting understanding students (4) Learning media did not have a significant influence with the results of the t-test 0.883 > 0.05 on students’ level of accounting understanding (5) Learning interest partially had a significant influence of 13.4% on students’ level of accounting understanding.Keywords: mathematic logics, learning media, learning interests, learning outcomes, students’ accounting understanding.
