Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the Onsite Online Service Program and CommunitySatisfaction at the Tondano Branch of the Employment Social Security Organizing Agency. This study usesa quantitative descriptive research method with Chi Square data analysis techniques or also known as ChiSquare. Existing data obtained is from the distribution of questionnaires / questionnaires to 40 respondents.Chi square analysis was carried out by testing nominal or discrete data from the output of the questionnaireand processed using the statistical analysis program IBM SPSS Version 26.0. The results of this studyindicate the relationship or relationship between variable X onsite Online Service Program and variable Y.Community satisfaction is at a moderate level (the result of the Chi Square Count) by analyzing theContingency Correlation Coefficient. This is associated with the factors that influence the level ofrelationship between the Onsite Online Service Program and Community Satisfaction. Namely, theuncertain period of the pandemic, facilities and infrastructure such as supporting technology, supportingfacilities, but also the individual capabilities of BPJSTK participants in which there is an age factor.Keywords: Onsite Online Service Program, Community Satisfaction, Chi Square Analysis

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the People's Economy Program inMalenos Baru Village, East Amurang District, South Minahasa Regency. By using qualitative researchmethods, research studies are carried out using the theory of Edward III (in Agustino, 2008: 149-154)which says that the measurement of implementation in general can be seen from four variables, namely:Communication; Resource; Bureaucratic and Implementing Attitudes (Disposition) and BureaucraticStructure. From the results of the study, it was found that the Implementation of the People's EconomyProgram in Malenos Baru Village was classified as not good because it was seen from the four variablesstudied, namely communication, resources, bureaucratic or implementer attitudes and bureaucraticstructure which were considered not good in implementing this program and there were still variousobstacles.Keywords: Implementation, People's Economy

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine public complaints on government policies in waste managementat the Sumompo TPA Manado City. This study used qualitative research methods. The data analysistechnique carried out is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. There are six dimensionsof public complaints in the focus of the research, namely: 1) Response speed, 2) Facilities, 3) Repair, 4)Apology, 5) Credibility and 6) Attention. Based on the results of the research, the government has madevarious efforts to deal with waste management problems by paying attention to complaints from thecommunity, providing infrastructure assistance and making improvements as well as direct supervision ofthe waste management and reduction process, reducing complaints from the public.Keywords: Community Complaints, Policy, Waste Management

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the community's satisfaction with the beach reclamation policyin the Malalayang area, Manado City. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Communitysatisfaction with the coastal reclamation policy can be seen through the relationship between the results in thefield and what the community previously hoped for. There are 3 indicators to measure community satisfaction,namely perceived quality, perceived value, and service user expectations. Based on the results of the study thatcommunity satisfaction with the beach reclamation policy in the Malalayang area of Manado City for theperceived quality it can be said to be quite good, but the government no longer pays attention to the shoulderreclamation area which has resulted in some being neglected and uncontrolled. Meanwhile, the perceivedvalue of this beach reclamation policy has not been fulfilled properly because the impact of losses that thecommunity feels is more and greater than the benefits of this beach reclamation. And the last is the expectationof service users to improve, control and provide assistance to coastal communities.Keywords : Community Satisfaction, Public Policy, Coastal Reclamation

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the impact of the Megamas beach reclamation policy on the fishingcommunity in the sub-district of the authority of the southern authority of the city of Manado. This studyuses descriptive qualitative research methods. There are several dimensions of policy impact, namely theexpected and unexpected policy impact, the impact of the policy on conditions or groups outside the policygoals or objectives, the impact of the policy on the current state of affairs or conditions in the future, theimpact of direct costs, costs incurred spent to finance public policy programs, the impact of indirect costsdue to public policies that make some people suffer the consequences. Based on the research results,coastal reclamation policy has an impact beyond the target of the policy. The beach reclamation policywhich aims to build a business area actually makes fishing communities have to bear the impact of thepolicies carried out. The coastal reclamation policy has affected the economy of the surroundingcommunity, especially the fishing community whose income has decreased because the fishing communityhas to go far to sea to find fish.Keywords: Policy Impact, Beach Reclamation, Fishing Community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of the Ranoraindang Hot Spring tourist attraction in LeilemVillage. The type of research used is qualitative research. This research utilizes the theoretical basis as a guide sothat the focus of research is in accordance with the facts on the ground, starting from the data, utilizing existingtheories as explanatory material and ending with a theory. Descriptive research in this study was conducted todetermine the Management of Ranoraindang Hot Springs Tourism Object in Leilem Village, Sonder District. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the Electronic Ticketing Program Implementationat the Traffic Directorate (Ditlantas) of the North Sulawesi Police. This research uses descriptivequalitative research. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data withdata collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used isthe theory of Smith (2016) which looks at policy implementation from four variables, namely;Ideal Policies, Target Groups, Implementing Organizations and Environmental Factors. Basedon the results of the study, it shows that the implementation of the electronic ticketing program atthe North Sulawesi Regional Police Traffic Directorate has not been running optimally. This isrelated to the constraints seen from the aspects of Idealized Policy, Target Group, andEnvironmental Factors.Keywords: Implementation, Program, Electronic Ticketing

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the management of dynamic archives at the office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of North Sulawesi Province. This research uses descriptive qualitative research is management. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used is the theory of Agus Sugiarto and Teguh Wahyono (2005) with five factors for the implementation of archive management. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of North Sulawesi Province had not fulfilled significantly as a whole. As for the findings of the study, it is known that ini quantity archivist employees only seve as functional, there is no special budget, the equipment and facilities are not fully adequate, and the dynamic archive arrangement system is not optimal as a whole. In finding the archives again. The suggestions from the researcher are that Human Resources (HR) should be optimized again regarding the number of archive employees, there must be a special budget for managing archives, it is necessary to provide archive storage tools, socialize digital storage related to the one-heart application, and reorganize the archive arrangment. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the effectiveness of the Family Planning Village(KB) Program in Temboan Village, Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency. This research isdescriptive with a qualitative research approach. The data collection technique used is by observation orgoing directly to the field, interviews with research informants, and documentation of existing research.The theory used is the theory of Richard M. Steers regarding the measure of effectiveness and theindicators that influence effectiveness, namely goal achievement, integration, and adaptation. Based onthe results of existing research, it shows that the effectiveness of the Kampung KB Program in TemboanVillage, Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency can be said to have been effective. However, thereare still some obstacles in the implementation of the Kampung KB program, namely Human Resources(HR) from some communities which are still lacking, resulting in a misunderstanding of the Kampung KBprogram, the socialization process is not yet mature in its preparation and implementation, and there arestill facilities. and infrastructure to be added. The suggestion from the researcher is to pay more attentionto the existing socialization process for more mature preparation and implementation so that thecommunity can understand correctly the KB Village program. As well as for the facilities andinfrastructure, it must be equipped so that the existing data can be pasted in the right place, namely MyData House.Keywords: Effectiveness, Family Planning Village Program, Community
