Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the services provided to the community in the South Karombasan Sub-District in utilizing digital platforms as a forum for channeling community aspirations for public services in the South Karombasan Sub-District. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative.. The results of this study found that based on the four components put forward by Eggers and Singh regarding the innovation cycle, namely generating ideas, choosing ideas, implementing ideas, they have gone well, but in disseminating ideas, the South Karombasan government rarely implements them, so the use of this digital platform it is still not optimal, the use of digital platforms should help so that people can easily channel their aspirations for public services in the village. So that the use of the WhatsApp group digital platform is not optimal and is rarely used by the people of the South Karombasan Village. Keywords : Digital iPlatforms, Aspirations, Public iServices

Abstract

the purpose of this study was to find out the Reality of Poverty Alleviation Policy Implementation in Molompar Village, East Tombatu District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. This study uses a qualitative method that is descriptive. In every formulation of a policy (program) is always accompanied by an implementation. Where Implementation is a series of activities in order to deliver policies to the community so that these policies can bring results as expected. Overall the implementation of poverty alleviation policies in Molompar Village, East Tombatu District, Southeast Minahasa Regency is still not good and not optimal based on research results obtained through observation data collection, interviews, and poverty alleviation policy documentation studies assessed using 4 indicators including Communication, resources, dispositions, and bureaucratic structures where there are still many people who do not want to use resources to innovate, in order to produce products or businesses, communication that still experiences errors every time implementing policies, bureaucratic structures that are still not efficient and the attitudes of policy implementers are lacking Good. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the ability of government officials in financial management in Wanga Village, East Motoling District, South Minahasa Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. By using the theory from Robert R. Katz (2008) in Moenir (2013), the results of the study show that the basic abilities that a person must have to help someone complete a job or task and achieve maximum results are technical abilities, human abilities and conceptual abilities. it has been done well, but there are still many things that must be considered, such as administrative problems where technical errors often occur, and various problems that often occur in Wanga Village financial management, and this is of course influenced by a person's technical ability to manage existing administration. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengawasan keselamatan penerbangan Bandara Mozes Kilangin oleh Otoritas Bandara Wilayah II Timika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada upaya dan tindakan yang dilakukan untuk mencapainya keselamatan penerbangan di bandar udara, baik yang bersifat preventif (pengawasan preventif) maupun yang bersifat represif (represif). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi pengawasan represif dilakukan dengan melakukan pemantauan, pemeriksaan, dan penilaian langsung. Semua aspek/bidang yang terkait dengan keselamatan penerbangan di bandar udara menjadi ruang lingkup tugas dan fungsi Kantor Bandar Udara. Pengawasan secara represif terhadap segala aspek yang berkaitan dengan keselamatan penerbangan belum penuh. Kendala pengawasan represif juga adalah keterbatasan sumber daya manusia Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udara Wilayah II Timika baik secara kuantitas maupun kualitas, sarana pelaksanaan pengawasan infrastruktur belum sepenuhnya tersedia/terpenuhi; dan koordinasi dengan pihak terkait belum sepenuhnya terealisasi dengan baik. Kata Kunci: Pengawasan; Keselamatan; Penerbangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Evaluasi Kinerja dari PT. Indonesia Power Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Panas Bumi Unit 3&4 Lahendong. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan lewat wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analiasi data model interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dilihat dari “evaluasi tujuan dan sasaran” cukup baik.Proses perencanaan untuk sampai kepada tujuan dan sasaran ,perusahaan terus berupaya memaksimalkan kinerja sesuai dengan standar perusahaan. Dilihat dari “evaluasi proses kinerja” belum sepenuhnya maksimal. Masih perlu adanya peningkatan dalam bidang maintenance. Selanjutnya dilihat dari “evaluasi lingkungan” belum maksimal. Perlu adanya pemeriksaan udara secara rutin untuk mengetahui tingkat emisi yang keluar. Dan terakhir dilihat dari “evaluasi hasil” belum juga sepenuhnya maksimal. Perlu adanya komunikasi dan koordinasi yang aktif antara perusahaan dan pemerintah setempat. Key words: Evaluation, Performance

Abstract

Facing the global era, radio managers must improve and reach a standard level, so each broadcasting institution must focus their investment on improving the quality of human resources they have. The competence of every broadcaster in the Radio Republik Indonesia Manado environment is an important key in becoming attractive and selling point. However, there are still some things that have not reached the maximum word. Therefore, this research is proposed to answer questions about the Competence of Broadcasters at the Republic of Indonesia Manado Public Radio Broadcasting Institute. In this study using Gordon's theory, the competence of Broadcasters can be seen based on 6 dimensions which are the benchmarks. Knowledge. Awareness in the cognitive field, a broadcaster knows how to identify learning and how to do good learning. Understanding (Understanding). Cognitive and affective depth possessed by individuals. Ability (Skill). Something that is owned by the individual to carry out the work tasks assigned to him. Value (Value). A standard of behavior that has been believed and is psychologically united in a person. Attitude. Feelings or reactions to a stimulus that comes from outside. Interest (Interest). The tendency of a person to do an act. In this study using a qualitative descriptive research method, namely through interviews with 7 informants in direct observation, and looking for documents related to research assisted by recording devices and writing instruments. The results of this study generally indicate that there is still a need for activities aimed at increasing the competence of existing broadcasters. Abstract

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of supervision from the service on public sidewalk facilities in Wenang District in the study of public administration. This research uses a quantitative method by using the dimensions of setting measuring instruments or standards, carrying out assessment or evaluation actions, carrying out corrective actions for monitoring variables, having the right dimensions, appropriate structure and slope, stairs that are friendly for the disabled, comfortable, and safe, and using utility canals or drainage manhole covers for the variable sidewalk public facilities. This study used simple linear regression analysis with data collected using instruments in the form of questionnaires or questionnaires with a Likert scale. The results of the research under investigation show that supervision from the Department of Transportation has a positive effect on public sidewalk facilities in Wenang District. Government oversight in terms of setting measuring instruments or standards, carrying out assessment or evaluation actions, and taking corrective actions is in accordance with procedures or rules, but the quality of existing processes is still not optimal. Abstract

Abstract This research is to find out how the principles of good governance are implemented in public services at the Modayag Village Office, Modayag District, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency? This research aims to determine the application of good governance principles in public services at the Modayag Village Office, Modayag District, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The informants in this research were the Modayag Village Secretary, the Head of Modayag Village Planning Affairs, Modayag Village Office Employees, Modayag Village Community. Data analysis in this research uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show the implementation of good governance in public services at the Modayag Village Office, namely: (1) Transparency, the Modayag Village Government has not been optimal in conveying information related to the services provided, as evidenced by the absence of service information as well as procedures and conditions for obtaining services on information boards, (2) Accountability, the Modayag Village Government has not implemented well the presentation of information on the implementation of activities and there is no physical evidence regarding accountability reports, (3) Responsiveness, the Modayag Village Government has been very good at welcoming the community, but still lack of speed and punctuality in service, this is proven by employees who lack discipline when carrying out their duties, are not in the office during working hours and lack of understanding of the types of services available which hinders serving community needs, (4) Effectifitas and Effeciency, the Modayag Village Government has not implemented it properly , this is proven by employees who are unable to use existing facilities and infrastructure such as computers, so that administrative services such as correspondence have to wait for those who can use computers before they can be handled, what is more fatal is that service users are directed to the photo/copy place to ask for a letter to be made. required then return to the village office to ask for the number and signature.  Keywords:  Implemented Of Good Governance, Public Service.   Abstrak Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan prinsip good governance dalam pelayanan publik di Kantor Desa Modayag Kecamatan Modayag Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Timur?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui penerapan prinsip good governance dalam pelayanan publik di Kantor Desa Modayag Kecamatan Modayag Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Sekretaris Desa Modayag, Kepala Urusan Perencanaan Desa Modayag, Pegawai Kantor Desa Modayag, Masyarakat Desa Modayag. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan penerapan good governance dalam pelayanan publik di Kantor Desa Modayag yaitu : (1) Transparansi, Pemerintah Desa Modayag belum maksimal dalam menyampaikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan yang diberikan, dibuktikan dengan tidak adanya informasi pelayanan serta prosedur dan syarat-syarat untuk mendapatkan pelayanan di papan informasi, (2) Akuntabilitas, Pemerintah Desa Modayag belum menerapkan dengan baik mengenai penyajian informasi penyelenggaraan kegiatan serta tidak adanya bukti fisik mengenai laporan pertanggungjawaban, (3) Daya Tangkap, Pemerintah Desa Modayag sudah sangat baik dalam menyambut masyarakat, akan tetapi masih kurang cepat dan tepat waktu dalam pelayanan, ini dibuktikan oleh pegawai yang kurang disiplin saat menjalankan tugas, saat jam kerja tidak berada di kantor dan kurang memahami tentang jenis pelayanan yang ada membuat pelayanan kebutuhan masyarakat terhambat, (4) Efektifitas dan Efisien, Pemerintah Desa Modayag belum menerapkan dengan baik, ini dibuktikan dengan pegawai yang kurang bisa menggunakan sarana dan prasarana yang ada seperti komputer, sehingga untuk pelayanan administrasi seperti surat-menyurat harus menunggu yang bisa menggunakan komputer baru bisa ditangani, yang lebih fatalnya pengguna layanan diarahkan ke tempat foto/copy untuk minta dibuatkan surat yang diperlukan lalu balik ke kantor desa untuk meminta nomor dan tanda tangan.  Kata Kunci: Penerapan Good Governance, Pelayanan Publik.
