Abstract

Tata Kelola administrasi desa merupakan hal yangh sangat penting dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa. Sebab pemerintah desa akan dapat menjalankan tugas secara baik dan benar jika didukung oleh pengelolaan administrasi desa yang baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjelaskan tata kelola administrasi Desa Tutumaloleo Kecamatan Galela Utara Kabupaten Halmahera Utara. Dengan menggunakan desain kualitatif maka ditemukan bahwa transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsbilitas, indepedensi, maupun kesetaraan dan kewajaran merupakan aspek yang perlu dilakukan dalam mewujudkan tata kelola administrasi Desa Tutumaloleo Kecamatan Galela Utara Kabupaten Halmahera Utara.Kata Kunci : Tata Kelola; Administrasi Desa; Pemerintah.

Abstract

Abstract Market management is the process of completing something related to achieving the desired goals in order to control, maintain, and organize systematically. Therefore, good management is needed by the market. If the management of a market is well managed. Then it will create a market that is clean, healthy and conducive. This research is intended to explain how the management of the 66 Bahu Market in Manado City. This study uses case study research techniques as a form of descriptive qualitative approach with the aim of revealing facts, phenomena, and factors. The research was conducted at the 66 Bahu Market in Manado City. The presence of researchers as observers. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study revealed that the management at the 66 Bahu Market in Manado City had four stages, namely the planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring stages. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Pasar 66 Bahu Kota Manado. Kehadiran peneliti sebagai observer. Sumber data primer dan sekunder digunakan. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, terdapat empat langkah pengelolaan Pasar 66 Bahu Kota Manado: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan, Pasar, Tradisional

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada dasarnya Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) merupakan suatu kredit atau pembiayaan modal kerja dan atau investasi kepada usaha mikro, kecil, menengah, dan koperasi di bidang usaha produktif dan layak namun belum bankableyang sebagian dijamin oleh perusahaan penjamin. Melalui program KUR, pemerintah mengharapkan adanya percepatan pengembangan kegiatan perekonomian terutama di sektor riil, dalam rangka penanggulangan atau pengentasan kemiskinan dan perluasan kesempatan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi program Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) terhadap pengembangan usaha mikro masyarakat di Kecamatan Tondano Utara Kabupaten Minahasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah masyarakat yang tergolong dalam penerimaan pemberian Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) sebanyak 40 responden. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu; Implementasi Program Kredit Usaha Rakyat berpengaruh positif terhadap Pengembangan Usaha Mikro Masyarakat ditunjukkan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 29,440 ₊ 0,175X serta pengujian hipotesis dengan Uji-t yang menunjukkan nilai t hitung =6,789 lebih besar dari t tabel =1,686 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000< 0,05 yang berarti bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Besar pengaruh yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien determinasi dengan R Square sebesar 0,548. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa besar pengaruh implementasi program KUR terhadap variabel pengembangan usaha mikro masyarakat sebesar 54,8%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Strategy of the Agriculture and Plantation Office in Minahasa district in Increasing Agricultural Production. This study used qualitative descriptive method using SWOT data analysis. SWOT analysis is used with the Internal Summary Matrix (IFAS) and the External Factory Analysis Summary (EFAS) to show the current position of the organization. From the results of the data analysis, the Minahasa Regency Agriculture and Plantation Office is currently in a position between the Opportunities and Weaknesses sumbe, namely Quadrant III (W-O Strategy), where the Agriculture and Plantation Office in Minahasa Regency gets external opportunities, but on the other hand it experiences several internal obstacles/problems. So in such conditions the Department of Agriculture and Plantation needs to carry out a Trun Around strategy, namely fixing or minimizing internal organizational problems so that it can seize opportunities from outside well. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, there are 13 strategic issues which are then continued with testing the strategic level of issues with the Litmus Test and through the Litmus test there are 8 issues that fall into the strategic category, namely issues about further developing agricultural facilities with adequate infrastructure and infrastructure support to further improve again the efficiency, productivity and sustainability of the agricultural sector, issues regarding providing agricultural education to farmers regarding the correct use of agricultural facilities, regarding how to operate, maintain and carry out preventive maintenance to minimize the risk of damage, issues regarding taking advantage of market opportunities that are still open so that further optimizing the role of farmer groups by cultivating idle land so that it can be utilized, issues about optimizing the use of agricultural infrastructure and facilities as well as further developing science and technology in existing agriculture such as tractors and irrigation channels, even though the amount of infrastructure is not much, issues about developing farmers' knowledge and skills to increase access to capital through the support of natural resources and wide open market opportunities, issues about focusing on increasing agricultural products and increasing farmers' knowledge, abilities and capital to strengthen their bargaining position in agriculture, issues about optimizing agricultural land use by support from existing natural resources, as well as having a clear comprehensive plan, to reduce land conversion due to many public needs, the issue of establishing an affordable and reliable agricultural insurance program to protect farmers from the risk of extreme weather changes and normal weather changes.

Abstract

This research is to find out how effective the use of the Male_O 1.9 application is at the Regional Office XI of the Manado State Civil Service Agency for Appointment and Retirement? This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using the Male_O 1.9 application at the Regional Office XI of the Manado State Civil Service Agency in the field of appointment and retirement. This research is a qualitative research. The informants in this research were the creator of the Male_O 1.9 application, the head of the appointment and retirement sector, employees in the appointment and retirement sector, BKD employees, and civil servants. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, and retrieval of documentation. Data analysis in this study used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show the effectiveness of using the Male_O 1.9 application, namely: (1) Achievement of objectives, the Male_O 1.9 application for service time is not good enough, the service time provided must be increased, as well as clarity on the targets of the Male_O 1.9 application, (2) Integration, The Male_O 1.9 application, seen from the procedures, already has clear procedures, but is still considered too complicated, because data input is not carried out directly by civil servants, and there is a lack of socialization from BKN employees to civil servants regarding returning files, (3) Adaptation, employees are able to adapt to the Male_O 1.9 application, seen from the increase in ability from those who don’t understand until they understand and understand how the Male_O 1.9 application works.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk menjelaskan kualitas sumber daya aparat di Desa Raanan Baru Kecamatan Motoling Barat Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Penelitian ini mengunakan desain kualitatif. Temuan penelitian bahwa Latar belakang pendidikan formal sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku, didominasi oleh aparat desa dengan latar belakang pendidikan SMA/Sederajat. Aparat desa yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan formal yang lebih tinggi terlihat lebih mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerja. Semua aparat desa memiliki pengalaman dalam berorganisasi, terlibat secara aktif dalam organsiasi sosial kemasyarakatan dan organsiasi keagamaan di desa.akan tetapi tidak semua aparat desa memiliki pengalaman dalam bidang pemerintahan, bekerja di kantor. Tidak semua aparat memiliki kompetensi dalam pengelolaan administrasi desa, pengoperasian computer dan penggunaan teknologi baru. Juga tidak semua aparat memiliki kemampuan dalam berkomunikasi secara baik di muka umum. Akan tetapi tunjangan merupakan salah satu motif yang membuat aparat desa mau bekerja lebih baik.

Abstract

Inspectorate of Manado City has 13 Internal Auditors in reviewing the financial statements of regional apparatus. This study was conducted to determine the competence of internal auditors in improving the quality of Manado City Regional Financial Statements. This research uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation and secondary data collection. The data is analyzed through the stages of rediction, presentation and conclusion. This study suggests that the competence of the Manado City Internal Auditors with regard to Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes, is good but the lack of time given by the auditors to review and the Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) are slow to submit reports and the auditees' lack of knowledge of reporting standards, this is an obstacle for the auditor team in carrying out the review. Development and improvement of the competence of the Inspectorate Internal Auditors can be implemented by recruiting prospective members of the auditor team with an educational background and experience in the field of auditing, as well as by attending special training related to the use of the review application, as well as maintaining the professional attitude, ethics and integrity already possessed by the Internal Auditors of the Manado City Inspectorate.Abstract. Abstract

Abstract Community participation is a form of involvement of community members in all development which includes activities in planning and implementing development programs. Community participation in This form of participation supports the success of programs provided by the government.There are several forms of participation that the community can provide in a development program, namely money participation, property participation, energy participation, skills participation, idea participation, social participation, participation in the decision-making process, and representative participation. Of the varios forms of participation mentioned above, participation can be grouped into 2 types, namely forms of participation that are given in a real form (having a form) and also forms of participation that are given in an intangible foem (abstract). Tangible forms of participation include money, property, energy and skills, while intangible form of participation, social participation, decision making and representative participation. The aim of this research is to determine Community Prticipation in Development Planning in North Ambia Village. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and data collection with documents. Based on the results of research examined by researchers through observation, data collection and interview processes in Development Planning in North Ambia Village, South Essang District, Talaud Islands Regency, it is still not good. The community itself needs to increase awareness about participating in development planning in decision making, musrembang and participation in implementation. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis studi literatur untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pembangunan berkelanjutan yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat wisata di Pulau Semut, Kelurahan Limbungan, Kecamatan Rumbai Timur, Pekanbaru. Dalam studi literatur, peneliti mengumpulkan informasi yang ada untuk menjelaskan fenomena yang sedang diteliti. Pembangunan berkelanjutan menjadi isu penting di daerah wisata, terutama dalam konteks pengelolaan sumber daya alam dan budaya lokal. Melalui kajian literatur yang mendalam, penelitian ini menggali berbagai strategi yang telah diterapkan di lokasi serupa, serta best practices yang relevan dengan konteks lokal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa integrasi antara pelestarian lingkungan dan pengembangan infrastruktur yang berkelanjutan merupakan kunci untuk mencapai kesejahteraan. Pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan masyarakat dalam pengambilan keputusan, serta kolaborasi antara pemerintah, swasta, dan komunitas lokal, diidentifikasi sebagai faktor penentu keberhasilan strategi ini. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi stakeholder dalam merancang dan melaksanakan programprogram pembangunan yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan di Pulau Semut

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak penerapan Digital Governance terhadap kualitas pelayanan diBPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Manado. Menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dankorelasi pearson, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Digital Governance berpengaruh positifsignifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan dengan koefisien determinasi 73,6%. Infrastrukturteknologi, pengelolaan data, serta kebijakan yang jelas berkontribusi dalam meningkatkanefisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi layanan. Rekomendasi penelitian ini mencakup peningkatanedukasi digital kepada masyarakat dan pengembangan akses layanan pelanggan untukmemperbaiki kualitas pelayanan. Temuan ini mengonfirmasi bahwa Digital Governance esensialuntuk pelayanan publik yang responsif dan efisien di era digital.
