Abstract

This study aims to determine the waste management of the environmental and land office of Sitaro district. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with data sources in the form of interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study reveal that the Department of Environment and Land of Sitaro Regency has shown its role in managing waste so that it can be further processed that provides benefits for the environment. In carrying out waste management, the Environment and Land Office of Sitaro Regency through planning has been going well. However, the implementation of waste transportation is still very minimal because of the lack of accommodation for transportation of waste. Regarding education to the community, Department employees must always carry out effective communication so that collaboration is maintained to provide benefits for the community.  Keywords: Management, Management, Waste Management

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh dan seberapa besar pengaruhKeberadaan Objek Wisata terhadap Kondisi Ekonomi Masyarakat Kelurahan Lahendong KecamatanTomohon Selatan Kota Tomohon. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatankuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi kemudian dengan membagikankuesioner atau angket kepada masyarakat. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresilinear sederhana dan analisis korelasi. Dan mendapatkan hasil dimana variabel Objek Wisata (X)berpengaruh terhadap Kondisi Ekonomi (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yangpositif yaitu membuka lapangan pekerjaan bagi banyak masyarakat Lahendong yang menyebabkanperubahan kondisi ekonomi masyarakat kearah lebih baik, peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, sertameningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Kelurahan Lahendong.Kata Kunci : Objek Wisata, Kondisi Ekonomi

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui motivasi intrinsik yang di berikan oleh Kepala Desadalam hal pembangunan Desa Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Motivasi Intrinsik KepalaDesa Pada Penyelenggaraan Pembangunan Desa ( Suatu Studi di Desa Mondatong Kecamatan PoigarKabupaten Bolaang Mongondow). Metode Pelitian yang di gunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif,Teknik Pengumpulan Data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu melalui wawancara, observasi dandokumentasi, Penarikan Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu, terdapat perbedaan persepsi tanggapan dariinforman penelitian yang di temukan oleh peneliti, Penelitian dilakukan untuk menjelaskan motivasi KepalaDesa Mondatong Kecamatan Poigar Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow pada penyelenggaraan pembangunanDesa. Telaah teoritis yang dijadikan pijakan adalah konsep motovasi McClelland yaitu yang berkaitandengan Kebutuhan akan Prestasi, Kebutuhan akan Kekuasaan dan Kebutuhan akan Afiliasi.Kata kunci: Motivasi, Kepala Desa, Pembangunan

Abstract

: Design This study is being used in a descriptive method derives Researchers want to describe give elaborate on how the implementation of waste management policy in East kecamatan wanea District Government of the State, with the face of data collection is done by interview give documentation. This is Reported in Research Vice   give subdistrict head wanea, Head 5 (five), Head 4 (empathy) give the Community. Results showed realization give waste management program in kecamatan wanea State in 2014 in 4 (empathy) District of running properly, Environmental cleanliness program's budget from the central government, namely the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Manado City. Implementation of policy initiatives dominated give more initiative from the Central Government (Top Down). wanea district Government, giving it more community empowerment practicing general education as well as specialized as well as an evaluation of the implementation of the policy of the Government in the implementation of the waste management program. Then, in order to obtain the existence of political support from all elements of society and the social party political.

Abstract

This study aims to see the extent of the local government's strategy in dealing with unemployment in the Talaud Islands Regency and see what are the obstacles to the local government in overcoming unemployment in the Talaud Islands Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Based on the results of the study, it shows that, for the objectives or targets that have been implemented properly by prioritizing the unemployed community in every existing policy strategy, the policy strategies that have been made and are being implemented in tackling unemployment in the Talaud Islands Regency have not been able to overcome unemployment because not all the unemployed community that can be reached with the policy strategy that is being implemented, and for the activity stages of the policy strategy being implemented, it can be seen from the activities that have been carried out in order to support the policy strategy that is being carried out by the Regional Government. Keywords: Unemployment, strategy, SME Cooperative Service and Manpower

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui Implementasi kebijkan peningkatan    kapasitas sumberdaya aparatur di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Ternate. Metode yang digunakan yakni metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian  yang dilaksanakan di Kota Ternate Merupakan salah satu wilaya administratife di provinsi Maluku utara yang memiliki berbagai sumber daya alam beranekaragam kebudayaan masyarakat yang cukup kental dan berkarakter kuat. Oleh karena itu, potensi-potensi tersebut berupakan salah satu modal berharga bagi setiap pelaksana pembangunan daerah untuk memulai rangkaian program dan kegiatan pembagunan  sebagai upaya untuk mewujudkan kesejatraan masyarakat yang ada di BKD Kota Ternate, rencana pembangunan daerah memiliki fokus pada peningkatan dan peraturan pada kesejatharaan wilaya secara keseimbangan dan konsisten. Hal ini direncanahkan masi banyaknya wilaya utamanya pulau di luar pulau ternate, yaitu  Hiri, Moti, dan Batang dua yang masih perlu mendapatkan perhatian maksimal lagi, sehingga secara merata dapat dijangkau untuk menikmati hasil pembangnan daerah baik dari segi sosial mau pun ekonomi.                                                          Kata kunci : Implementasi Kebijkan; Peningkatan Kapasitas; Sumberdaya Aparatur

Abstract

Pemerintah dalam upaya pemenuhan energi memaksimalkan potensi yang ada di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Melalui kebijakan pengelolaan energi panas bumi maka masyarakat yang ada di wilayah tersebut terdampak secara social, ekonomi dan lingkungan. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif penelitian ini mengkaji dampak secara social, ekonomi dan lingkungan yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat dari kebijakan pengeoperasian PT. Geothermal di Desa Tonsewer Kecamatan Tompaso Barat Kabupaten Minahasa. Temuan penelitian bahwa Dampak yang dirasakan masyarakat dalam aspek sosial yakni meningkatnya kualitas sumber daya manusia lewat pemberdayaan CSR. Aspek ekonomi adanya kesempatan kerja bagi masyarakat untuk bisa bekerja di PGE yang membantu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dimana gai yang didapatkan bisa dijadikan modal bisnis  juga mengurangi angka kemiskinan dan pengangguran. Dampak pada aspek lingkungan tidak terlalu dirasakan oleh masyarakat karena kegiatan PGE termasuk kegiatan ekplorasi yang ramah lingkungan.Kata Kunci : Dampak Kebijakan; Sosial; Ekonomi; Lingkungan; Masyarakat; Geothermal.

Abstract

Institution Employees. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection technique used is the result of observation, interviews and documentation. In this study, the data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data display, and verification and conclusion drawing. The results showed that employees at the Class II A Manado Correctional Institution had the ability to adjust themselves through work mapping, work time division, use of work facilities, all planned tasks were carried out properly and all planned tasks were carried out. well. So it can be concluded that the ability to adapt through work mapping, work time sharing, use of work facilities and the achievement of work results in accordance with the plan, is well received by the leadership and in solving prisoner problems and the satisfaction felt by employees can be seen from the awards received. in the form of performance allowances, training and career paths as well as cooperation and mutual respect between the leadership and staff..Keywords : Work Effectiveness, Correctional Institution

Abstract

Pasar merupakan salah satu sarana yang digunakan oleh pemerintah daerah dalam memperoleh pendapatan melalui penarikan retribusi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjelaskan implementasi kebijakan retribusi Pasar Beriman di Kota Tomohon. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif ditemukan bahwa Perusahan Daerah Pasar Kota Tomohon mampu berkomunikasi secara internal maupun eksetrnal sehingga tidak ada penolakan dalam implementasi kebijakan retribusi di Pasar Beriman. Hal ini juga didukung dengan ketersediaan sumber daya (sarana dan manusia), disposisi/ sikap yang mempunyai kemauan untuk melaksanakan kebijakan – kebijakan yang sudah diterapkan dengan penuh tanggung jawab dan struktur birokrasi yang jelas.Kata Kunci : Implementasi Kebijakan; Retribusi; Pasar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of great urban village policies in public services in Bitung City. Qualitative research methods are also called naturalistic methods. For the results of this study, it can be seen that the policy standards for implementing the great village policy in Paceda Village have met the effectiveness criteria. And also this Great Kelurahan policy can be considered realistic to solve service problems so far because the service process provided is faster, transparent and uncomplicated and the standard of service provided is also easy for the public to access. The suggestions from the researchers are related to several problems in the application in the field where people who do not have cellphones/gadgets can coordinate with the head of the RT or head of the environment in the process of managing files via online in accordance with the policies of the Great Village. Keyword: Implementasion, Policy, Village, Public Sevice
