IT infrastructure at PT. Citra Multi Service is a very important part in the company where this is all part of the Foundation or framework that supports a system or organization to maintenance. The prospective employee selection process done by checking and selection is manually done by checking one by one the documentary was sent by the applicant, so make appraisers hassles and inefficient and require quite a long time, and the occurrence of human error as well as an assessment of subjective, sometimes the end result is not the best prospective employees. In this study using two aspects and in the aspect there are a few criteria. The basic Technique consists of aspect criteria Desktop Support, Network Engineer, Server Engineer, Security Engineer and Data Center Engineer. On the aspect of Personality consists of Dexterity, communication, discipline, Team Work and Responsibility. Method or Algorithm used is a Matching Profile. The results of this research is an application that produces the decision supporting systems output a rank of each prospective employees, so the management decision makers can see the ability of each candidate employees based on the rank.

PT Telkom Access has rules on travel rates approved by the Board of Directors. Each unit has the budget to do the trip, budget travel agency would have taken into account by the party Finance. Budget travel agency includes the price of the accommodation, transport, taxis, money and pocket money. For this assignment the fare has not been run properly because swelling the budget cost of the trip. Therefore, this research will be made an application that implements the method of Sequential Search. Sequential Search methods are used to help find the data mapping rates that are already stored in the database, the data rates will be stored in the array which will then look for data rates in accordance with PT Telkom access employees level. The results of this research resulted in an application as a tool for searching a data rate of travel service, so that the budget can be managed properly.

Economic demands make working mothers currently a trend in society, especially in DKI Jakarta. The dual role of a mother makes it difficult for them to divide the time to take care of the child, especially if the child is still at the age of a toddler. Along with this, the existence of a Daycare is increasingly needed as an alternative parents to take care of their children while they are working. Therefore, in this study a web-based Daycare search application will be created that can help parents search for Daycare in DKI Jakarta. This application uses the Content Based Filtering method that is by providing recommendations based on the similarity of criteria between Daycare that are being seen in detail by Parents and Daycare who have been given a rating by them with other Daycare available in the system so that it can be a comparison for Parents in choosing Daycare. The results obtained from this study are made with an application that applies the Content Based Filtering method that supports the "Daycares You May Like" feature in the application for the highest similarity Daycare with Parents details being seen as a recommendation tool in this application. After doing the research, it was concluded that by using the Content Based Filtering method the system can display Daycares that has similarities based on its facilities.

This paper is an attempt to focus on investigating the pivot (bridge) language technique, where the pivot language used to improve Statistical Machine Translation (SMT) quality. In this case, Indonesian is used as a pivot language, where each available corpus can be used to support the Madurese-Sundanese language pair. Experiments that have been carried out using the parallel corpus of the Indonesian-Madurese and Indonesian-Sundanese languages are equal to 5K and 6K sentences respectively, while the monolingual corpus used Malay, Sundanese and Indonesian each at 10K, 10K and 100K sentences. This study compares the results of applying the Triangulation and Transfer methods using Indonesian as a pivot language. The results of the research proved that the Triangulation method has better acceleration when compared to the Transfer method. From the results of the experiments conducted, the Triangulation method increased the average Indonesian pivot-based SMT testing by 6.18% for Madura-Sundanese SMT and 7.27% for Madurese-Sundanese SMT.

General elections are an important part of the political process so that many political figures participate in the process. Electability is one of the concerns, various things are done to be able to increase the electability of political figures who participate in general elections. Media has become one of the important tools used to increase electability, one of which is online news media. Reader comments can be used as an assessment of political figures in the form of sentiment analysis. However, it is not easy to analyze sentiments from comments on online news media, because comments contain unstructured text, especially in Indonesian text. Text pre-processing in text mining is an important part of getting the basic information contained in the comments. This research uses Indonesian text pre-processing using the Gata Framework Tetmining. Then proceed with extracting information using the Naïve Bayes classification algorithm and Support Vector Machine which are optimized using Particle Swarm Optimization. Tests carried out with both methods get the results that, Particle Swarm Optimization based on Support Vector Machine is the best method with an accuracy of 78.40% and AUC 0.850. This study found an algorithm that was effective in classifying positive and negative comments related to political figures from online news media.

This paper exposes a novel method has been developed during these 2 years. The method is named as “adjective based automatic rating system”. This method is developed to utilize the abundant availability of text on the internet for quality and performance rating purpose. The text is processed in such a way and leave only the adjectives. Semantic analysis is done by two knowledge: adjectives of performance definition and Indonesian adjectives database with its synonym-antonym relation. This research proposes several formula steps, therefore the method output is a rating score that can be tunned its scale. The experiment results have been gathered for several objects: tourism, courier service, and organization performance. With detail information in tourism object experiment, this paper cites the other experiment results as well. This paper also provides availability information of the method as Python library. The results show a high correlation score, always more than 0.9. The results also show acceptable error scores, never more than 45%.

Amount of information in the form of online news needs to be balanced with the ability of readers to sort or classify subjective or objective news. So that a special system is needed that can be used for online news objectivity classification so that it can help readers to pick up subjective or objective news. This research proposes the development of techniques in machine learning to help sort out news objectivity automatically based on the content of the news. The algorithm proposed is K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm. News samples obtained from kompas.com by scrapping occur imbalance classes where the number of objective news and subjective news are not balanced. So that it can affect the performance of the classification algorithm. One technique to overcome the imbalance class is to apply the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) technique.. SMOTE is the generation of minority data as much as the majority data. This study compares the performance of KNN algorithm without SMOTE and the performance of KNN algorithm with SMOTE. Based on the results of the study by applying a variety of neighboring k values, namely 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9, it was found that the application of SMOTE could improve the accuracy of the KNN algorithm at values k = 1 and k = 3 with an average increase of 3.36. At values k 5, 7 and 9 the algorithm experiences an average decrease in accuracy of 6.67.

Tracking the location from the side of the report and the position of the reporter in real-time is very much needed in validating the performance of irrigation field officers. The location tracking system represented in smartphone applications, and digital maps are a practical solution for supervisors in monitoring the performance of field officers. The Global Positioning System (GPS) module on Android smartphones and the Web Geographic Information System (WebGIS) are supporting technologies for the system. Each location coordinate on the report will be sent automatically to the MySQL database server, then each coordinate location of the field officer will be sent to the Firebase Realtime Database, coupled with a database synchronization system to handle reports offline when officers are in areas that do not have internet access. Database synchronization plays a role in handling report data stored in the SQLite database on an Android smartphone with a MySQL database server. This system is useful for supervisors in controlling and monitoring the performance of irrigation field officers and can be used as material for decision making. After being implemented in several Irrigation Areas in West Sumatra Province by 113 users consisting of 13 supervisors and 100 field officers, the supervisors can track the location of the report, follow the position of field officers in real-time and send reports offline.

Perum Perhutani is a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) that focus on forest management. One of the Perum Perhutani’s main businesses is Agroforestry. To achieve the business goals of Agroforestry, Perum Perhutani requires an information system that is capable of supporting its management activities. In developing IT, Perum Perhutani has a reference, that is the SOE Regulation Number: PER-03 / MBU / 02/2018 regarding the Information Technology Management Preparation Guide that every BUMN must align business strategy with the IT strategy. So, Perum Perhutani requires the design of Enterprise Architecture. The framework that will be used in designing Enterprise Architecture is the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) and the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) method. The output of this design is a blueprint and IT Roadmap for 5 years that can be used as an implementation guide.

One of the services in the university library is an information system to find the availability of library collections and the location of each collection shelf. But not many of these systems provide a mechanism that can recommend visitors not only about the books they want, but also other related books that may be needed. This study uses association rule mining techniques that are applied to library transaction data to identify relationships between books (titles) that attract visitors' attention. Relationships are built on interesting measurements between the titles, namely support and confidence, where support determines the combination of the most frequently borrowed book titles, while confidence produces the possibility that the title of the book will be borrowed along with other books. The pattern of book titles association with high confidence indicates that the titles are very related so it is recommended for visitors to consider borrowing along with the book they are looking for. In addition, the system can also recommend the procurement of new books and rack configurations to improve the visitor's experience when searching for books on the site. In the experiment, the precision of recommendations generated from the system reached 70%. Web applications were developed to help understand the effectiveness of the recommendation system based on association rules.
