Abstract

Gamelan is one of the most popular musical instruments and is admired by international gamelan residents, divided into three types, namely Javanese Gamelan, Balinese Gamelan and Sundanese Gamelan. One of the Balinese Gamelan instruments that is still used today is Gender Gamelan. Gamelan Gender Wayang has almost the same function as gamelan music in general, but the Gamelan Gender Wayang is not accompanied by other musical attributes such as dots or flutes. The purpose of this study is to develop Gamelan Gender Wayang Games Based on Virtual Reality so that this application can facilitate the younger generation in learning the Gamelan Gender Wayang music. This application allows users to feel the atmosphere of playing gamelan in general with the help of an HTC VIVE tool. This Virtual Reality Based Gamelan Gender Wayang Game Development uses the ADDIE model. There are five stages in the ADDIE model, namely Analysis (Analyze), Design (Design), Development (Development), Implementation (Implementation), and Evaluation (Evaluation). Product development with this model can produce good products, because at each phase that is passed can evaluate. Tests to find out the response of the community after using the Gamelan Gender Wayang Game Based on Virtual Reality were conducted using the questionnaire method and had results with an average percentage of 87.72% which means the application was in a very good category.

Abstract

Games are media that can be used in the learning process to stimulate students in teaching and learning activities in the classroom. The game used is a game that has been adapted to the needs of learning in the classroom called game based learning or educational games. English subjects are difficult to learn by elementary students at SDN Bujur Barat II, so the use of learning media is needed to attract students' interest in learning the subject. In this study, an educational game was made based on the SD English curriculum consisting of writing, reading, listening, and speaking, which was built using the Ionic programming language and the PHP Framework.

Abstract

IDX Composite is a combination of all common stock and preferred stock which registered on Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). IDX Composite is often used by investor to predict the stock price to get profit. But, to predict the stock price is not easy, hence it yields a high risk to investor. This study offers the usage of backpropagation algorithm to minimize the risk. Backpropagation is a supervised algorithm and will be made in Python programming language, in this case, backpropagation will use and learn the past 5 days data to predict the outcome. Also, this study shows that backpropagation have a high accuracy which reflects in Mean Square Error Testing value of 320.49865083640924 to predict IDX Composite using 0.3 learning rate and 3000 epoch.

Abstract

Rice is a staple that is cooked so that it becomes rice for daily consumption. The type of rice that is often used for daily consumption is white rice. There are several types of white rice circulating in the market that are consumed by the public. Each type of rice gives different scent, taste and price. This study compares the accuracy of white rice type recognition based on several camera resolutions. The types of rice used in this study are Jawa Barat rice, Jawa Timur rice, Pandan Wangi rice, Thailand rice and Vietnam rice. The camera resolution used is 5MP, 8 MP, 12 MP, 14 MP, and 16MP. The shooting distance used is ± 9 cm between the camera and the object of rice. The recognition method used is BackPropagation Artificial Neural Networks, while for feature extraction using the Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) which consists of contrast, energy, homogeneity, and correlation. The highest results obtained at 12 MP camera resolution with the results of the recognition of 25 of 50 test data and the results of the calculation with confusion matrix obtained an average accuracy of 82%, precision of 55%, and recall of 50%. The results of this study can be used as a reference for research that uses objects of similar character, or further research with the same object in developing applications that are ready to use.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis is a field of study that analyzes one's opinions, sentiments, evaluations, attitudes and emotions that are conveyed in written text. There are several factors that cause low accuracy results from sentiment analysis. These factors such as less optimal stemming process, word negation process that does not produce maximum results, writing errors in the dataset, and others. These problems can be overcome by optimizing the process of normalizing words, negation, stemming, and adding methods of semantic expansion. The purpose of adding the Semantic Expansion method and improvement in the process is to increase the accuracy value of the Sentiment Analysis process. This study aims to create a sentiment analysis model from public comments on a public figure (Ridwan Kamil) using the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm. Based on the test results in the sentiment analysis model using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method with the addition of the semantic expansion method it is proven that it can improve accuracy. The accuracy obtained using the semantic expansion method is 72%. While the value of accuracy without semantic expansion is 70%.

Abstract

Based on the results of Nutritional Status Monitoring (PSG) conducted by the Ministry of Health in several regions in Indonesia there are sufferers of malnutrition from the age of 0 - 59 months. Banyumas Regency itself entered into the red zone the highest number of cases of malnutrition with 65 cases. For the Baturraden area with an area of ​​45.35 km2 and having 12 villages, there is a Puskesmas which only has 1 general practitioner, 3 nurses, 6 midwives and 1 nutritionist. Based on the Recaputulation of the Agency for Health and Human Resource Development, the Health Center I Baturraden is considered still not meeting the standard number of Health Human Resources. In addition, the lack of public awareness and economic reasons further worsened the condition of community nutrition. Seeing the cases that occur requires a system that can diagnose early conditions of malnutrition in children that can be accessed directly by everyone by utilizing expert system information technology. The purpose of this study is to design and build a mobile phone (android) application called ‘Gizie’ by using the forward chaining method for Puskesamas 1 Baturraden Banyumas Regency which can help medical personnel and parents diagnose early malnutrition in children. The research method used is the research and development method (R & D) to produce certain products, and test the effectiveness of these products.

Abstract

Ananda Purwokerto Hospital already has system such as hospital information system (SIRUS), website and mobile application. but in the process of using information technology there are still many obstacles and prevention of problems that have not been well documented resulting in losses. This research is about design business continuity plan that functions to maintain the business continuity of the company so that it continues to run when information technology in the company is disrupted, where this study uses the 22301 international standard organization framework. This standard will greatly help the company in the process of develop business continuity plan with an identification methodology and analysis of the use information technology and the risks that will arise in the company. The evaluation results have not yet implemented the overall business continuity plan and many employees have not yet realized the importance of business continuity plan in the use of information technology. From the analysis, it turns out that there is no business continuity plan process implemented so that business continuity plan is designed that refers to international standard organization 22301, cluase 4: context of organization, cluase 5: leadership, cluase 6: planning, clause 7: support.

Abstract

The development of e-government has become the focus of regional government nowdays. The move is meant to push the acceleration of an efficient and transparent governance particularly in public service improvement. One of the indicators of the success of transparency in financial management of local government is "unqualified opinion" by the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK). However, there are still some problems in verification stage such as error in data input, wrong budget usage and document of expendirure report are not in line with the prevailing laws and regulations. In the previous researches it was stated that e-government has emerged as a solution for the financial management, but yet to cover the verification process. The effort to solve the problem is by creating an IT-based e-verification information system using prototype development system method for the management of procurement verification of local government. The system is developed to verify the procurement of goods and services as stated in the procurement list (PaBJ) of budget implementation (DPA) as the referrence for the treasury department for budget disbursement

Abstract

SMK Telkom Bandung is one of the educational institutions under the Telkom Education Foundation called Telkom Schools. As a school that has a mission to implement information system based on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for learning media, SMK Telkom Bandung must have an information system that can process student data related to student absences and grades. The management of absence and grade of student is not efficient because in once assesment process still requires a long time, there are a lot of errors in the sum result and data loss. Where these data are used to measure of the progress of student achievement. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a monitoring system for students who can deliver absent report and student grades to parents quickly through SMS Gateway notifications to help monitor the teaching and learning process in schools. This information system was developed using the SDLC prototype and PIECES analysis approach by integrating Gammu SMS Gateway as a notification feature. In the testing phase using black box testing the results show that the system can documentation absent and grades in a structured manner, be able to convey student attendance report information and grades quickly, teachers can present and evaluate attendance report and reports and grades accurately, as well as with the SMS Gateway notification parents can help monitor the teaching and learning process at school.

Abstract

The limited knowledge possessed by gouramy cultivators on diseases that attack gouramy has become a problem and obstacle in the effort of hatchery and enlargement of gouramy and the lack of experts in gouramy to provide counseling about gouramy diseases, so it is necessary to develop expert system applications aimed at a forum for consultation with experts, diagnosing gouramy disease and providing solutions to prevent diseases of gouramy. In the expert system there are several inference machines that can be used, one of them is using dempster shafers which are mathematical theories for proof based on belief functions and plausible reasoning. Used to calculate the probability of an event obtained from a combination of separate pieces of information (facts). In this study an expert system for diagnosing disease in gouramy using a dempster shafer inference machine resulted in a calculation of the level of confidence in carp disease at the highest 99.85% in Red Disease (Motile Aeromonas Septocemia) and at least 90% in white spot disease (White spot ).
