Abstract

Monstreation is a business engaged in clothing convection, these business products are marketed online such as jackets and shirts for class, shirt and community clothing. The problem that occurs in this convection is the lack of product recommendation services to customers. Another problem is that if there are customers who order products that are not in accordance with their needs, the customer will rarely order products at Monstreation. The solution used is to provide services that match the characteristics of the customer, for example by giving product recommendations. Product recommendations are also needed considering this type of business is a business that has many business rivals. The steps taken in this study begin by collecting customer transaction data, then the data is transformed into RFM criteria data. After being transformed, the data is weighted using AHP, after that the RFM data is weighted then grouped / clustered. The grouping results are validated with DBI. From the experiments conducted it is known that the number of cluster 3 is the optimal number of clusters in product grouping. After it is ranked based on the value of the total weight. From the experiments conducted, it is known that the results of the 3 customer clusters, the customers who have the highest weight value are customers in cluster 1. The results of this study are a product recommendation that is an association of product history of customers who have a cluster similarity and a product recommendation information system.

Abstract

Information system Final Project Politeknik Caltex Riau has been built since 2015. However, this system has not been evaluated in terms of software quality. So that the problems that occur are not in accordance with the needs and user satisfaction. Software quality evaluation by user can be done by implementing an internationall standard model, one of which is ISO 9126-4 quality in use section. This quality model has four characteristics, namely Effectiveness, Productivity, Safety and Satisfaction. In this study two aspects of quality were raised, namely effectiveness and satisfaction. The implementation of these two quality aspects is by applying metric quality in use. The results of the evaluation of effectiveness can be concluded that the level of effectiveness of this system is good, especially for level of correctness of the output system is 100% and the error rate made by the user is 0%. Whereas the level of task that can be completed is>= 89%. And the results of quality satisfaction factors using satisfaction scale metrics can be concluded that the PA management system meets the satisfaction aspects for users. This is according to the results of the user's response to the statement on the questionnaire.

Abstract

Image results from quality edge detection are not optimal. From these problems a method is needed to improve the image quality of edge detection. The method used is Dilation Morphology on the results of edge detection of batik patterns. The results of testing the improved image quality of edge detection 10 batik patterns using Dilation Morphology show that Canny operators are able to produce very high accuracy from operators Robert and Sobel, with the percentage of Canny operators is 80%. While Robert operators with a percentage of 40% and Sobel operators 60%. The application of Dilation Morphology to operators Robert, Sobel and Canny can improve image quality of edge detection and improve accuracy in batik patterns.

Abstract

Scholarships are one of the factors that can increase learning motivation for students. This scholarship is one of the school programs to help parents of students to ease the burden of education costs of the students. In determining the scholarship recipients who meet the requirements and eligibility at the MA Raudlatul Ulum a decision support system is using the Weighted Product method. Decision making in the Weighted Product method is done by multiplication to connect the rating of each attribute, where the rating of each attribute must be raised by the weight of the attribute in question. In this study there are several criteria used in decision making, namely Average Value, Behavior, Extracurricular, Parent Income, and Dependents of Parents. The research carried out begins with determining the weight of each criterion, then the ranking process is carried out which will produce the most optimal alternative. Based on the results of testing that has been done, it can be concluded that the system is able to provide accuracy of 90% if compared with the results of testing manually.

Abstract

Guitar is a popular musical instrument in the world and is a metronome for every use in various music events and its correlation. As a metronome, the guitar must be well standardized on the quality of each part so that sound that comes in line with the user's expectations in this case is the guitarist. Damage to the guitar is something normal because of its intense use so it needs proper handling in the repair process. The easiest thing is to bring a broken guitar to the experts, but when there are not many guitar service experts or a long enough distance to reach it, then guitar repairs need to be done immediately. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system that can act as a tutor in the maintenance and repair of guitars by utilizing artificial intelligence embedded in the system. With the help of artificial intelligence, it is expected that the system can assist in the decision making of guitar technicians in the process of making guitar repair decisions based on the symptoms that occur. Decision making used uses the certainty factor method based on certainty factors. After going through the equivalence partitioning testing process, in general this system produces a total percentage of 100% on the success of the item test by experts in the testing process of the 25 items tested. Thus the application meets the requirements for making the program, which is readable and valid.

Abstract

Credit is one of the common practices that provide benefits for financial or non-financial institutions. However on the other hand, aid loans also have higher risks if the institutions give the wrong decision in giving a loan. Credit Scoring is one of techniques that can determine whether it is feasible to given a loan or not. The selection of a credit scoring model greatly determines the value in classifying credit that is feasible or not to giving a loan. Decision Support System (DSS) is one system that can be used to overcome this problem. The advantages of DSS are being able to overcome the problems that have semi-structured and unstructured data. In this study, DSS was supported by using Artificial Neural Network Backpropagation method and TOPSIS method to find the priority for seeking eligibility. Accuracy results obtained in this study reached 98,69% with the number of iteration is 300, the number of training data is 30, neuron hidden 12 and error tolerance is 0.001. TOPSIS method succeeded in ranking 185 data selected as recipients of credit. Keywords:Credit Scoring, Decision Support System (DSS), Artificial Neural Network (ANN), Backpropagation, TOPSIS.

Abstract

The company has an important role in attracting the attention of customers by promoting its products and services so that it can be widely known by the community through the sales division (sales person). The biggest challenge faced by companies is related to marketing, namely stable and sustainable income growth, and customer loyalty. So that the application of information and communication technology is needed in the business world as a tool to win the main competition in marketing products or services. In the company, order data made by the sales person is still via telephone. You need an application to speed up the product ordering process to customers. To solve these problems, each sales person will use a sales order application through a smartphone device that will make product orders. And product ordering data will go to a web-based application run by admin for the invoice creation process. This application is designed using the RESTful API which is one of the implementation models of the web service and. In terms of data exchange security using the Json Web Token. With this sales order application, it can simplify the sales person's performance in marketing their products. This application work runs well on the web and android device so the process of ordering products becomes easier. The use or json web token authentification on the RESTful API makes the application more secure because this application can not be accessed if it does not use tokens.

Abstract

D'Moze Salon is a company engaged in the sale of salon services established in 2009 with its first branch located in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta. Some of the factors faced by D 'Moze Salon are handling verbally delivered complaints, a large number of customers visit make a long waiting list for treatment, and it is difficult to identify and retain loyal customers. Implementing CRM is one way for companies to be able to create good relationships with customers and mutual benefits. Along with the development of information technology requires companies to apply technology in business because business competition is increasingly high. By applying the Electonic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) model that provides a means of interface for customers that can help solve existing problems so that they can benefit both customers and the company. The interface provided is a web-based E-CRM system created with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Using this E-CRM system D'Moze Salon is easier to manage the provision of services so the level of customer satisfaction increases also their loyalty. Thus, complaints will be reduced, testimonials from satisfied customers are increasing. This will capture potential new customers to choose D’Moze as the salon for treatment.

Abstract

Big companies that have many branches in different locations often have difficulty with analyzing transaction processes from each branch. The problem experienced by the company management is the rapid delivery of massive data provided by the branch to the head office so that the analysis process of the company's performance becomes slow and inaccurate. The results of this process used as a consideration in decision making which produce the right information if the data is complete and relevant. The right method of massive data collection is using the data warehouse approach. Data warehouse is a relational database designed to optimize queries in Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) from the transaction process of various data sources that can record any changes in data that occur so that the data becomes more structured. In applying the data collection, data warehouse has extracted, transform, and load (ETL) steps to read data from the Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) system, change the form of data through uniform data structures, and save to the final location in the data warehouse. This study provides an overview of the solution for implementing ETL that can work automatically or manually according to needs using the Python programming language so that it can facilitate the ETL process and can adjust to the conditions of the database in the company system.

Abstract

The purpose of the design and application of the ATMEGA8535 microcontroller system simulation circuit is minimize the damage of the practicum module, helping students improve their understanding of practicum goals through maximum frequency of practices. Every year damage the practicum module avr8535 increased. Based on the analysis, the damage of this module is mostly caused by the damage of the main component, namely the IC ATMEGA8535. This happen because a maximum of program downloading to the IC ATMEGA8535 is 1000 times and this ability can even be less if the operation procedure of the module is incorrect. This simulation software utilizes the facilities contained in the proteus software. The steps to make this simulation circuit are doing the needs analysis, designed the basic circuit, ouput circuit, input circuit, and ADC circuit. The test results show all units of the circuit can run according to the practicum module. This simulation circuit has been implemented in microcontroller practicum activities and interfacing as companion software. There was a decrease in module damage of 57.60% after the implementation of simulation circuit. With this simulation software programs that have been created can be loaded first into a simulations circuit, so they can extend the life time of the practicum module and can help lecturers in developing lecture material and maximize the understanding of learning for students through practical activities.
