Abstract

Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi dan industri suatu negara. Penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap UKM tenun songket di Palembang ini menemukan bahwa secara umum adopsi teknologi informasi (TI) oleh UKM tenun songket masih rendah. Kendala yang dialami baik pemilik usaha songket maupun pekerjanya disebabkan oleh minimnya ilmu pengetahuan dan keahlian yang mereka dapat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor pemanfaatan teknologi informasi pada karyawan/ti UKM kain tenun songket Palembang. Survei dilakukan pada 70 karyawan/ti UKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor sosial, kompleksitas, dan konsekuensi jangka panjang tidak berpengaruh terhadap pemanfaatan TI. Sedangkan kondisi yang memfasilitasi berpengaruh terhadap pemanfaatan TI karyawan/ti UKM kain tenun songket Palembang.

Abstract

Data traffic security in a network is very important, especially on a large scale such as companies, agencies and universities that have a lot of personal data. Effective data security is required, effective, flexible, not consuming enough time, big expense and have good advantages and shortcomings that are not too big so that data is not easy to be manipulated, analyzed, and attacked by irresponsible party. In the security analysis of data traffic on the ubuntu operating system is using Attack Centric method where each security attack will be analyzed its characteristics, after analyzing these characteristics then in the security mechanism for defense. This study aims to produce a system for analyzing, documenting attacks and how to handle it simply, in the hope that this analysis results, can reduce crime in the virtual world, to users who are not very proficient in cyberspace, and increase knowledge for users of the Internet network

Abstract

Seiring dengan kemajuan zaman, kemajuan teknologi informasi juga semakin berkembang pesat. Perkembangan teknologi informasi, memiliki dampak besar pada berbagai bidang kehidupan masyarakat baik dari segi sosial, ekonomi, pendidikan, pembangunan, dan pariwisata. Salah satu unsur penting yang mendukung sektor pariwisata adalah adanya hotel. Hotel sebagai sarana akomodasi umum sangat membantu wisatawan yang berkunjung dengan menyediakan layanan penginapan. Keragaman hotel sering membuat para wisatawan kesulitan dalam menentukan hotel yang akan dipilih sebagai tempat menginap. Sistem pendukung keputusan adalah model yang dibangun untuk memecahkan masalah terstruktur. Composite Performance Index (CPI) adalah metode yang umum digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan adalah). Metode CPI menggunakan pemecahan masalah dengan sistem Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) yang menentukan urutan atau prioritas dalam analisis multikriteria. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya sistem pendukung keputusan yang menghasilkan informasi mengenai peringkat hotel yang dapat dijadikan tempat referensi untuk tetap memperhatikan beberapa kriteria, termasuk tarif kamar, jarak ke pusat kota, fasilitas dan layanan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to build an application prototype for potential area data collection by using Location Based Service (LBS). In the prototype building stage of this application, use the method of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). This CRM method is for the benefit of a particular problem. The results obtained from this study are averaged average reliability (Reliability) with a value of 3.62, and category Usability category (Usability) with an average of 3.51. The model of this application will help local governments, to note the potential of their area.

Abstract

Design policy at UPN Veteran Jakarta, which can enhance the competitiveness, effectiveness and efficiency, to reach UPN Veteran Jakarta vision, mission and objectives. The methodology used Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) with approximate Zachman Framework. Consequences that were achieved from the research were to make a framework of the integrated strategic IS and IT planning to facilitate the information management needed. The conclusion of this research is the proposed IS/IT strategic planning framework which could be implemented and used in the UPN Veteran Jakarta in the future.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company that produces Type I Portland cement and Portland Composite Cement. PT. XYZ has used IS/IT to support its business processes, but does not know the alignment model between IS/IT that has been used against the company's business strategy. PT. XYZ also does not know the maturity level of the application of the IS/IT. This is because there has never been an assessment of the alignment of IS/IT strategy to business strategy and has never done the maturity level measurement from the application of IS/IT. Measurement of the maturity level of application of IS/IT can be done if it is known what processes should be measured. For that reason, mapping is required using a specific framework. Assessment of alignment of IS/IT strategy to business strategy at PT. XYZ uses Strategic Alignment Model (SAM), while to know the process to be measured maturity level used framework COBIT 4.1. The result of this research is known the alignment model of IS/IT strategy to business strategy and IS/IT process which can be measured maturity level in the next step.

Abstract

The HRMS program is the central database of all matters relating to Human Resources Development of PT. XYZ. The existence of HRMS program is very important for the sustainability of the company, especially in the employment sector. Therefore, this HRMS program should be able to run optimally and consistently. A risk analysis is required to obtain documentation of the various possible risks that are in the vicinity of the HRMS program and the risk treatment required to minimize the likelihood of these risks arising. Risk analysis used at PT. XYZ is ISO 31000. The first stage used in this research is the stage of risk assessment which consisting of 3 stages, namely risk identification, risk analysis, and risk evaluation. The second stage is the stage of risk treatment. The results of this research are used as a tool for the stakeholders of the company to be able to arrange documentation related to company risk management in the future.

Abstract

This paper describes the implementation of OCTAVE Allegro method to evaluate several aspects related to information security risks of the information technology applied in a health institution. The evaluation was conducted at RSUD XYZ and referred to five impact areas: reputation and customer confidence, finance, productivity, security and health, and also penalties and punishment. The results show that the impact area of reputation and customer confidence has the highest risk assessment result among other areas. The overall result and discussion presented in this paper certainly does not violate the code of ethics for RSUD XYZ.

Abstract

Remuneration of lecturers is closely related to the performance of lecturers as stated in Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. The Three critera of Tri Dharma are teaching, research and devotion. The remuneration data will be clustered into some clusters to analyze the lecturers group. Each remuneration data consists of seven attributes such as teaching, research, textbook, training, community service, presence and certificate. For case study, the remuneration data of lecturers of telecommunication engineering will be used.Fuzzy c-means is the clustering method that will be implemented on this system.Different with K-Means, in Fuzzy c-means data will be mapped on each cluster with varying degrees of membership from 0-1. Based on the test results, there are 3 clusters formed with the number of lecturers who enter cluster 0 are 4 lecturers, 10 lecturers in cluster 1 , and 14 lecturers in cluster 2. Based on the analysis of the test result data, cluster 0 has a better value than other clusters because it has the highest cluster center point so that the lecturer's performance value included in cluster 0 is also high close to the cluster center point value.

Abstract

BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) is one of public transportation that can be used in Semarang City. This bus is operated to break down the congestion in Semarang city which is increasing. This paper aims to make the application of the bus stop search system closest and is expected to facilitate the people of Semarang city in the use of BRT (Bus Rapid Transit). A* Algorithm, This algorithm is a Best First Search algorithm that combines Uniform Cost Search and Greedy Best-First Search. Where the Price considered f(n) is derived from the actual price g(n) plus the approximate price h(n). The created application provides the nearest stop information by using the A* method. From the calculations performed using the A* method and conducted 20 experiments at different locations, the A* method has 100% accuracy in determining the nearest up and down stops, if in an accurate Global Positioning System.
