Abstract

The Medical Record contains records and documents of patient identity, examination results, treatment, actions and services provided to the patient. Medical records are very important for patient care because with complete data can provide information in determining diagnostic and clinical decisions. The completeness of the medical record determines the quality of the services provided. Regarding the pattern of the tendency of disease suffered by a group of people still not excavated to be used as a reference when doing panyuluhan or prevention of disease. Finding a common pattern of disease groups in the community based on the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) -X. In this study used the classification method with algorithm C4.5 with the amount of data as much as 709 sourced from the Medical Record of General Hospital General Hospital (RSUD) Major General H.A Thalib Kerinci. Determination of the next analysis is to apply the grouping into several attributes, namely group of regions, age groups, disease groups and groups of sex. Further data is processed and done by using Rapid Miner software. The results of the calculation is a pattern that can be used to analyze patterns of disease tendency experienced by the community.

Abstract

The high low price of gold influenced by many factors such as economic conditions, inflation rate, supply and demand and much more. The Naïve Bayes algorithm is capable of generating a classification that is used to predict future opportunities. By using the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm obtained a prediction of gold prices that can help decision makers in determining whether to sell or buy gold. By using the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm obtained a prediction of gold prices that can help decision makers in determining whether to sell or buy gold. Gold data will be processed using Rapidminer software. Stages of processing are reading training data, calculating the mean and standard deviation, entering the test data and finding the density value of gauss and then looking for probability value. Based on the calculation that has been done, Naïve Bayes Classifier method is able to predict the price of gold for 1 day ahead or every day. With the results of this calculation is expected to help gold investment actors in increasing accuracy to predict gold prices for decision making.

Abstract

Data mining is a technique to extract new information from the data warehouse, information is considered very important and valuable because by mastering the information so easily to achieve a goal, this makes everyone competing to obtain information, as well as on trading businesses such as minimarket Ayu in Kota Batam. Minimarket is located close to the home of the population, this certainly affects the level of sales, with the daily sales activities, sales transaction data will continue to grow, causing data storage is greater. Sales transaction data is only used as an archive without being put to good use. Basically the data set has very useful information. The analysis of market basket with Apriori Algorithm is one method of data mining which aims to find the pattern of association based on consumer spending pattern, so that it can be known what items are purchased simultaneously. The result of this research found that the highest support and confidence value is Oil and Milk with a support value of 42.85% and confidence of 85.71%.

Abstract

The high consumption activity done by the community is directly proportional to the increase of waste production. One of the problems of high waste production is the low public awareness of waste management. This is a problem encountered in big cities. Garbage has a negative impact on changes in existing natural conditions, namely the occurrence of air pollution, water and soil that causes the environment to become unhealthy. Waste management activities through the socialization of the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) program on waste, but this program has not maximized the public awareness about the importance of a healthy environment. as population increases have an impact on increasing waste production. So that requires sufficient land disposal land in the long term. To overcome these problems, data analysis of long-term waste land disposal estimation using data mining techniques is used. from the data mining analysis using a simple linear regression algorithm with respect to population growth from 2018 until 2025 by 201484 people, it is known that the increase of waste from 2018 to 2025 is 36,052,326 tons. So from the land area of ​​30000 M2 only available land disposal until the year 2025 of 5,965.1 M2.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an is a scripture which contains the saying of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’aala and was revealed to Prophet Muhammad. The 30th juz is the juz that exists in the Al-Qur’an. When studying how to read Al-Qur’an well, the first thing that is learned is reading and memorizing surahs in the 30th juz. Nevertheless, there is a problem in remembering or knowing the surah name and the verse which are in the 30th juz. An android application was developed in order to recognize the surah names in the 30th juz by utilizing speech recognition technology to overcome that problem. Markov Model (Markov Chain) algorithm was implemented in this application. This algorithm will process user’s speech and compute probability of the surah name that was spoken. Speech detection testing gave result that the highest accuracy of application in recognizing the speeches was in the environment without noise with the accuracy of 100% in the most ideal distance is 50 cm for male and for female user. Based on the blackbox testing result, all functionalities of the application have functionated well. Control flow testing gave result that the value is 7 which indicates that the code is simple and well written. 87,74% respondents answered, by filling up the questionnaires, that the application is useful in order to make user knows better about the surah names in the 30th juz.

Abstract

Steganography exists due to the need to hide data in another data. The purpose of this research is to find another alternative in doing steganography via Office Open XML text document files. The research is done by library review, and application building. Design is done using flowcharts. Tests are done by comparing the result, and testing the endurance of the message via file format change, and content and name changing. From the result of the result, steganography done using space color code bit position randomization will not visually affect the document significantly. The message can endure conversions to file formats DOC, ODT, and PDF, 93% endure conversions to RTF file format, and cannot endure conversions to TXT file format, and can endure content change as long as there’s the sequence of files, and the spaces left intact.

Abstract

Public services issue becomes major issue in the provision of public services, especially at higher education as one of the public sector in the field of education. Innovation is needed sistematically in developing service system especially on employee of higher education with good governance principle. This development is depend on Pusat Data dan Sistem Informasi UMMagelang. However, the control and development control of the system is autonomously assigned to each institutional. So the system is not developed based on the business function that is executed or the required data entity, but limited to the spontaneity of short-term needs. it needs an in-depth relationship analysis between the development of information systems with business functions running as well as data entities required. This research using Zachman Framework which has advantages in the depth of analysis on the data architecture as modelling method. This research relate 3 variables such as business functions, data entities and applications that facilitate the identification of positions that need to be addressed immediately.

Abstract

Conservation of nature is a central issue at this time, this is caused by the increasing number of natural damages that occur because of human ignorance to keep the nature of the world remains a friendly place for our lives. One of the important factor of nature conservation is the sustainability of peatlands which is capable of storing carbon gases that serve to withstand the rate of earth temperature rise. One of the efforts undertaken to maintain the sustainability of peatlands is the availability of the lastest and comprehensive data and information about peatland conditions that can be accessed by stakeholders that related to peatland conditions. For that reason, we need a Geographic Information System that is designed and built using the Classic Life Cycle Model approach and supported by ArcGIS software, UML Model and PHP programming language. Geographic information system provides peatland mapping information such as: location of peatlands, peatland categories, peatlands category that already managed and peatland category not yet managed.

Abstract

PT XYZ is one of the companies in Indonesia that produces cement and has 3 factories spread across the region. This company has long utilized Information Technology (IT) in supporting its business process, but not yet know the level of maturity of the IT application because it has not been measured yet. Measuring the level of maturity of IT governance is important to do, so that management knows the extent to which IT governance helps management to achieve organizational goals. Measurement of IT governance can be done if it is known what processes should be measured. Measurement of the value of IT governance maturity in PT XYZ using COBIT 4.1 framework. Data collection was done by interview, literature study, observation, and questionnaire. The result of this research is known that IT governance at PT XYZ is at the third level (defined process).

Abstract

Clustering K Mean is used for grouping. The K-Means method seeks to group the existing data into several unique groups, where data in one group have the same characteristics with each other and have different characteristics than the data exists in the other group. To perform student grouping the potential drop out required attributes. Total Semester Credit System, Comunative Achievement Index, and Total Semester. Clustering process K- Mean is done by determining the nearest initial centroid point in a group of potential drop out students. Clustering results K-Mean by Total Credit System semester, Comunative Achievement Index, and Total Semester. Results Clustering of potential drop out students for class of 2014 is in cluster 0 of 4 students or 30.77% of 13 Samples, class of 2015 is in cluster 1 amounted to 4 students and cluster 2 amounted to 2 students or 66.7% of 9 samples , the force of 2016 is in cluster 0 amounting to 2 students and cluster 1 is 10 students or 50% from 24 samples, and force of 2017 is in cluster 2 strength 4 student or 22,22% from 18 Keywords: Data Mining, Clustering, K-Mean, Potensial Drop Out,,
