Abstract

This study purpose analyzed in applied of balanced scorecard at RSUP X Palembang. Beside compare the dimension method through the traditional approach by the balanced scorecard. The research has done at RSUP X in palembang with using the seconder data on 2011-2012. Balanced scorecard as the main system of management strategy has four superiors, namely : motivated personal to think and act the strategy will be carry to aim the company to the future. Based on the demension of four perspectives are look like that the first place is installation of the treatment stay has best method, the second place is installation of the children health treatment stay, the third place is obstetrics, the fourth place is the installation of surgery treatment stay, the fifth is the installation of non surgery treatment stay and the last one is the installation of intensive treatment stay. The hospital RSUP X Palembang will be the best hospital in south sumatera which has to rise are : Human resources, sorrounding, safety/quietude, attendance, purity, rooms for the patient, parking place, buildings, rules of the proper conduct for the visitors, facility of equipments (bed, bathroom, air circulation etc).

Abstract

This paper is to contrast the positive and negative impact of franchise in Ogan Komering Ulu, since modern retail franchises are hypothetically remark to hold responsible for overthrowing the existing local retails. The role of government, local and central, is also remark as the sole policy maker to halt and trim down any negative impacts, and to sustain and radiate positive impacts.

Abstract

Bank Mandiri as a state-owned bank that continues to be demanded to compete competitively requires good human resources management. To achieve the goals of the organization, Bank Mandiri must have a good level of employee engagement and implementation of organizational culture. The aim of the study was to analyze the perceptions of the employee on the organizational cultures and employee engagement of Bank Mandiri Region V Jakarta 3The data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis and using SEM PLS. The result of descriptive analysis of the perceptions of the employees in Bank Mandiri Region V Jakarta 3 on organizational cultures and employee engagement, indicated that it is considered good implementation. The result of SEM PLS shows that the variables of organizational culture have influences on the employee engagement of Bank Mandiri Region V Jakarta 3. Indicators of organizational culture values and employee engagement aspect that most describe are integrity, customer focus values and vigor aspect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture and job training on employee performance PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Post Office Baturaja 32100. This research is an explanation research with a population of 30 employees. Using multiple regression analysis techniques and for testing the research hypothesis, F-test and t-test were used. From result of calculation, got result that: 1) value of organizational culture coefficient equal to 0,470 (47%),; 2) The coefficient value of job training amounted to 0.361 (36.1%), mean organizational culture and job training affect employee performance. From result of hypothesis test t, got result as follows: 1) tcount (2,156)> ttable (2.052) means There is influence of Organization Culture to Employee Performance; 2) The value of tcount (2.082)> ttable (2.052) which means that there is the influence of Job Training on Employee Performance. While the results of hypothesis F test, obtained the value of Fhitung (21.212)> Ftabel (3.35), this means that the variable Organizational Culture and Job Training variables together there is a significant influence on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan audit operasional terhadap proses produksi pada PT WKB Wilayah Penjualan II. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada proses produksi di PT WKB adalah data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi serta menggunakan analisis data dan teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil dari pemeriksaan operasional menyatakan bahwa prosedur proses produksi yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. WKB yaitu tugas, wewenang dan tanggungjawab telah sesuai dengan peraturan yang ditetapkan berdasarkan job description, dan pelaksanaan audit operasional telah dilakukan secara memadai di PT. WKB. Pelaksanaan proses produksi telah berjalan secara efektif sesuai dengan standar ISO 9001:2008, di bagian dokumen-dokumen administrasi terdapat kelalaian/kekurangan.

Abstract

Students at the Islamic Business and Economy Faculty has the potential to become an entrepreneur indicated by the participation level of students in various extracurricular activities the field of entrepreneurship. Increasing Islamic Business and Economy Faculty student participation in the entrepreneurship program is an indication that there is a change in the behavior of entrepreneurial students. Therefore, the purposes of this research are to analyze characteristics and behavioral factors of entrepreneurs Islamic Business and Economy Faculty student. The study was conducted in Islamic Business and Economy Faculty on September-October, 2017. The analysis used in this study, namely descriptive statistics and cross tabulation analysis. Results showed that most students have entrepreneurial behavior is high, the level of entrepreneurial knowledge is high, being entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial action is high.

Abstract

PT XYZ menyadari perkembangan industri asuransi yang signifikan di Indonesia mengakibatkan semakin ketatnya persaingan dalam industri tersebut. Selain itu, PT XYZ mengalami penurunan signifikan pada investment income di tahun 2014. Kondisi ini menjadi referensi bagi PT XYZ untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan kualitas SDM melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Menganalisis evaluasi pelatihan Marketing Skills pada tingkat reaksi, tingkat pembelajaran, tingkat perilaku, dan tingkat hasil di PT XYZ (2) Mengidentifikasi hasil efisiensi pelatihan melalui pendekatan DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer yaitu melalui kuesioner dan wawancara dan data sekunder melalui buku, jurnal, skripsi dan thesis serta data perusahaan. Metode pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Deskriptif dan Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada tingkat reaksi terdapat dua variabel yang perlu diperbaiki yaitu modul dan fasilitator dan pada tingkat hasil terdapat variabel yang perlu ditingkatkan yaitu motivasi. Hasil analisis efisiensi menunjukan terdapat tiga section yang sudah efisien dan satu section yang belum efisien dilihat dari skor efisiensi.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of partially or simultaneously comprising Financial Ratios Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Earnig Per Share, Price Book Value and Price Earning Ratio affect On Manufacturing Companies Stock Price Indonesia Stock Exchange listed securities. Sampling technique is done by using a purposive sampling method. And acquired 30 companies as the study sample. Observation period is for 3 years 2009 to 2011. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Simultaneous analysis of the results of the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Earnig Per Share, Price Book Value and Price Earning Ratio significant effect on stock prices with a significant level of 0.000. But partially Debt to Equity Ratio, Earnig Per Share, Price Earning Ratio significant effect on stock prices with a significant level of Debt to Equity Ratio is at 0,029, Earnig Per Shareis at 0,000, Price Earning Ratio of 0.003. While the Current Ratio, Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Book Value Price does not significantly affect the stock price.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara kinerja keuangan perbankan Syariah dan perbankan Konvensional dengan menggunakan metode CAMEL. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Sumber data adalah laporan keuangan dan laporan kinerja keuangan bank yang dipublikasikan oleh Bank Syariah Mandiri dan Bank Negara Indonesia selama periode 2006 sampai dengan 2010. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan perbankan Syariah (Bank Syariah Mandiri) memiliki kinerja keuangan lebih baik dibandingkan dengan perbankan konvensional (Bank Negara Indonesia Persero Tbk) dilihat dari rata-rata rasio CAR, NPL, ROA, ROE, BOPO dan LDR. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dapat dikatakan bahwa secara keseluruhan ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja keuangan perbankan Syariah dengan perbankan Konvensional.
