Abstract

This study discusses the effect of shift work and motivation work on performance employees at PT. KAI (Persero) UPT. Stasiun Tigagajah. The data collection technique used in this writing is through the distribution of questionnaires. The total population in this study was 33 people. The analytical method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is concluded that either partially or simultaneously shifts work and motivation work to performance employees at PT. KAI (Persero) UPT. Stasiun Tigagajah. The coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.591. This means that the contribution of the variable effect of reward, punishment, and teamwork on employee performance is 59.1 % while the remaining 4 0.9 % is influenced by other variables not examined in this research, namely responsibility, work discipline and incentives. Abstract

This research focuses on the implementation of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) in the tofu industry in Bohar, Sidoarjo, with the aim of increasing efficiency and reducing environmental impacts. The research method used is a qualitative approach through interviews and direct observation in the field. The results showed that the tofu factory in Bohar has implemented GSCM practices, including pollution prevention, product management, and sustainable development. One example is the utilization of solid waste as animal feed and the treatment of liquid waste using a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), which has a positive impact on the environment. However, challenges such as efficient water use management still need to be addressed. Recommendations from this study include the importance of innovation and collaboration with stakeholders to improve the sustainability of the tofu industry in the area.

Abstract

The aim in this research is to find out whether the budget is efficient or not at the Sultan Kuto PadangPoktan in Bandar Agung Village, OKU Regency. The method used is the descriptive method usingobservation, documentation and interview data collection techniques. The data analysis technique used isQualitative analysis and Quantitative analysis, namely data obtained using quantitative descriptivetechniques which provide objective observation results on data obtained using a simple formula researchmodel for efficiency ratios and efficiency assessment criteria.After conducting research, it was found thatthe results of the 2019 Budget analysis of IDR 1,155,924,600.00 were realized at IDR 1,016,766,200.00, thisshows that there was a cost efficiency of IDR 139,158,400.00 or a percentage of 87%. Meanwhile, in the2020 budget, Rp. 881,375,180.00 was realized at Rp. 751,774,930.00 and showed an increase in efficiency ofRp. 129,600,250.00 or a percentage of 85%. The 2021 budget cost of IDR 1,023,429,440.00 was realized atIDR 819,976,296.00 and showed an increase in efficiency of IDR 203,453,144.00 or apercentage of 80%. Andthe 2022 budget of IDR 1,086,299,125.00 was realized at IDR 870,103,730.00 and showed an increase inefficiency of IDR 216,195,395.00 or a percentage of 80%.

Abstract

This research discussed the influence of third party funds and liquidity on profitability instate-owned commercial banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI)for the 2017-2022 period. The analytical method used in this research was Multiple LinearRegression. Apart from that, this research also carried out classical assumption tests whichincluded normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelationtests. The results of this research showed that partially Third Party Funds (DPK) did nothave a significant influence on profitability with a significance value of 0.155 > 0.05.Meanwhile, liquidity had a significant negative influence on profitability with a significancevalue of 0.021 < 0.05. The results of this research showed that Third Party Funds (DPK) andLiquidity (LDR) simultaneously or together had a significant influence on Profitability (ROA)with a significance value of 0.035 < 0.05. The results of the R Square DeterminationCoefficient Analysis were 0.273 or 27.3, this showed that the contribution percentage of theinfluence of Third Party Funds (X1) and Liquidity (X2) on the rise and fall of Profitability (Y)was 27.3% while the remaining 72.7% was due to by other factors not researched or used inthis research

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of compensation on employees’ job loyaltythrough job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Astra Internasional Tbk. (Toyota Auto 2000)Baturaja branch. This research was a quantitative research. The population in this research was employeesof PT. Astra Internasional Tbk. (Toyota Auto 2000) Baturaja branch with 49 respondents. The analysismethod used was path analysis. The results of the research partially showed that the compensation variable(X) had an influence on employees’ job loyalty (Y), job satisfaction variable (Z) had an influence onemployees’ job loyalty (Y), compensation variable (X) had an influence on job satisfaction (Z), and indirectlyjob satisfaction (Z) intervened between the compensation variable (X) to the employees’ job loyalty variable(Y)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of brand image and service quality on sales growth at CVPurwasari Motor, a spare parts outlet and car service provider. The study sample consisted of 84 customers.Data analysis used multiple regression with a determination coefficient of 0.130 or 13.00%. The variablesof brand image (X1) and service quality (X2) affect sales growth (Y), while the remaining 87.00% isinfluenced by other factors not examined. These results are supported by a significance value of 0.023 <0.05. Service quality significantly influences sales growth, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.026 <0.05.

Abstract

The aim to be achieved in this research is to determine the influence of customer experiences on revisitintentions at The Zuri Baturaja Hotel in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The method used in this research is adescriptive method, with qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. Based on the results of theresearch and discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that from the simple linear regressionequation, namely Y= 0.583 + 0.977 . The coefficient of determination or R Square is 0.847 or equal to 84.7%.This shows that Revisit Intention (Y) is influenced by 84.7% by Customer Experience (X) while the remaining15.3% is explained by other factors not explained in this research. The results of the hypothesis test show thatthe tcount of the Customer Experience (X) variable is 13.620. Thus tcount> ttable (23.251>2.03693), thismeans Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is an influence of Customer Experience on GuestRevisit Intention at The Zuri Hotel at The Zuri Baturaja Hotel in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of entrepreneurial spirit, peer environment, and proactive personality on the entrepreneurial mindset of STIE Dwi Sakti Baturaja students. The results of multiple linear regression obtained the equation Y = 1,294 + 0.201 X1 + 0.437 X2 + 0.305 X3. Based on the R value of the correlation coefficient obtained using the interpretation guideline table, it can be seen that R = 0.908 is in the position 0.800-1.000, so the relationship is stated to be very strong, while the r square figure (coefficient of determination) is 0.825 or 82.5%. This value shows that the contribution of all independent variables, namely Entrepreneurial Spirit (X1), Peer Environment (X2) and Proactive Personality (X3) is 82.5% to the dependent variable, namely Entrepreneurial Mindset (Y). Meanwhile, the remaining 17.5% was contributed by other factors not examined in this study. Partially or t-test, namely with the t-count value of the Entrepreneurial Spirit variable (X1) of 2.561 > ttable 1.995, meaning that there is an influence of the Entrepreneurial Spirit on the Entrepreneurial Mindset (Y) of STIE Dwi Sakti Baturaja students. In the peer environment variable (X2) tcount is 6.952 > ttable 1.995, meaning that there is an influence of Peer Environment on the Entrepreneurial Mindset (Y) of STIE Dwi Sakti Baturaja Students. Meanwhile, the t-count value of Proactive Personality (X3) is 4.648 > ttable 1.995, meaning that there is an influence of the Entrepreneurial Mindset (Y) of STIE Dwi Sakti Baturaja students. Simultaneously from the F test, it can be seen that the value of Fcount > Ftable (106,732 > 3.13) so the conclusion is that all variable (X2), and Proactive Personality (X3) on the Entrepreneurial Mindset (Y) of STIE Dwi Sakti Baturaja Students..
