Abstract

Self- knowledge and career knowledge of high school students are important aspects that need to be improved. This study aims to determine the significance of improvement in aspects of self-knowledge and career knowledge aspects of high school students through the classical service of career guidance using PowerPoint media based on object superiority effects, which was designed using the one-cycle classroom action research method in the students population of class XII of ITP high school at Surabaya city with a sample of 78 students taken by random class techniques. The research data was collected using the scale of students' self-knowledge and the scale of students' career knowledge. The research data were analyzed using parametric statistical t test techniques with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 23.0 program. The results of the data analysis of students’ self-knowledge obtained a value of t = -.399 at a significant level of .691 which means not significant, while the results of data analysis of students' career knowledge obtained a value of t = -1.758 at a significant level of .081, which also means insignificant. The results of this study indicate that the classic service actions of career guidance using PowerPoint media based on object superiority effects significantly cannot improve self-knowledge and career knowledge of high school students. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that further research be conducted by using integrated guidance and counseling services in an effort to improve self- knowledge and career knowledge of high school students.

Abstract

Self-concept is one component that describes itself due to the experience of interaction with the environment. The purpose of this study was to identify the level of self-concept of Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya students. In addition, this research is used as an empirical study in developing personal-social guidance programs for UNIPA students. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The results of this study illustrate that the level of self-concept of Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya students is in the positive category with a percentage of 93.18%. The data can be used as a reference in the development of curative social-personal guidance programs for students at the Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya (UNIPA). Based on the results of the research obtained, where the self-concept of students has a low category on personal self, physical self, moral ethical self, and self identity can be a reference for the preparation of hypothetical counseling and guidance service programs.

Abstract

Keterampilan sosio-emosional sangat dibutuhkan oleh setiap individu. Salah satu intervensi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosio emosional yakni melalui penerapan play therapy dengan menggunakan permainan tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan efektivitas penerapan play therapy dengan menggunakan permainan tradisional untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosio emosional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 21 penghuni panti asuhan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan yakni Social Emotional Competence Questionnaire (SECQ) yang dikembangkan oleh Zhou & Ee. Data tentang keterampilan sosio emosional dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. Temuan dari penelitian ini yakni terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan keterampilan sosio emosional penghuni panti asuhan sebelum dan setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa play therapy dengan menggunakan permainan tradisional. Berdasarkan temuan di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan sosio emosional dapat ditingkatkan melalui pelaksanaan play therapy dengan menggunakan permainan tradisional. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya melaksanakan play therapy di panti asuhan oleh pakar/ahli sehingga dapat membantu penghuni panti asuhan untuk mencapai kehidupan yang efektif.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat perolehan proses pelaksanaan plan/perencanaan, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan refleksi kegiatan lesson study dalammengidentifikasi dan mengasesmen Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus pada pada settingpendidikan inklusif untuk Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus Anak Usia Dini (ABK AUD)oleh guru Pendidkan Anak Usia Dini di Kab. Jember. Pendekatan dalam penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menghasilkan data berupa tulisan atau lisanmengenai program lesson study dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengasesmen ABKpada setting pendidikan inklusif untuk ABK AUD oleh guru PAUD di KabupatenJember. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian evaluasi dengan modelpenelitian analisis. Pada berlangsungnya kegiatan pada kegiatan Study lesson studydalam mengidentifikasi dan mengasesmen ABK AUD pada setting pendidikaninklusif untuk ABK AUD oleh guru PAUD di Kabupaten Jember diperoleh nilaikriteria mencapai 83,5% dengan kriteria baik. Sarana dan prasarana pada prosespembelajaran sebagai media dalam menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsungmemperoleh 81,5%. Dilihat dari aspek kualifikasi pendidikan guru memperoleh 95 %artinya telah sesuai dengan nilai standar kualifikasi yaitu S1 dengan latarbelakangpendidikan pendidikan PGPAUD, dari segi aspek pelatihan guru memperoleh 93,5%telah mengikuti diklat dan 85% guru telah memperoleh sertifikasi. Ketercapaianperencanaan pembelajaran telah sesuai dengan standar proses dengan perolehan86,29% yaitu kriteria baik. Kriteria dengan penilaian baik menunjukkan bahwasannyapemateri memiliki kualitas kompetensi dalam perencanaan pembelajaran, diantaranyakemampuan guru memformulasikan goal pembelajaran pada materi telah sesuaidengan karakteristik ABK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mengungkapkan bahwadampak dari kegiatan pengelolaan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam kegiatan lessonstudy dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengasesmen ABK pada setting pendidikaninklusif untuk ABK AUD oleh Guru Pendidkan Anak Usia Dini di Kab.Jember dalamkriteria cukup baik.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi dalam keluarga dan unttuk mengubah pola komunikasi dalam keluarga di desa Bulusan Kediri. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan mengunakan desain pre eksperimental desain. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 1 keluarga di Desa Bulusan Kediri, teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala pola komunikasi yang telah dibuat sendiri oleh peneliti berdasarkan masalah yang muncul dalam keluarga yang terdiri dari 10 item pernyataan. Analisis data yang digunakan paried Sampel t-test (Uji-t). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan tingkat permasalahan yang di sebabkan oleh pola komunakasi yang maladaptif yaitu 2.69 sebelum (pre tes) dan sesudah perlakuan (pos tes) sebesar 2.38. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya penurunan tingkat permasalahan dalam keluarga, sehingga intervensi memberikan perubahan dalam komunikasi antar anggota keluarga.

Abstract

Ethnicity Chinese is group society nomads who almost occupy all over Indonesian territory arrived in remote areas even though even ethnicity this is almost too occupy all countries in the world. Existence of ethnicity Chinese in Aru has a long history and very interesting for examined. The Problem in research this is: how history society Chinese in the District The Aru Islands with use Method historical research. Historian England, Robin George Collingwood (1889-1943), gave three understanding about history, namely: (1) all history is history thinking, (2) knowledge history is enforcement back thought in mind historians whose history is being studied , and (3) knowledge history is a business inviting back thoughts of the past are wrapped up in context thoughts today are with contradict it, limit it from different fields from field them (Collingwood 2004: 134-139). It seems Collinwood is more emphasis on history thoughts and how the historian uses his mind to understand various things that are in event history. Way of thinking this is also dominant in thought the history of Michel Foucault (1926-1984) who tended to the history of ideas or thought (Foucault 2002). He admitted that history Indeed is ' cheap ' fields to anyone who wants to learn it, but on him also there space astray for those who aren't able to dive in room knowledge history in a manner deep particularly related with network knowledge unvisible. Research results showing that: Arrival ethnicity Chinese in Aru are caused because of reason economy because the difficulty life economy in China are urging the community to do migrant Exit from China. Social adaptation conducted by ethnicity Chinese to the Aru community is very binding life social The Aru community own because ethnicity Chinese in life daily not create differently or distance between they are.

Abstract

The application of learning and the use of the proper learning model really need to be considered in order to help find out students' understanding of what is conveyed by the teacher. Problem Based Learning is a learning model that focuses on students or student center. The problem-based learning model has a way of dealing with problems in real life and is learning emphasizes investigative activities in solving problems. This study uses descriptive qualitative research method with qualitative descriptive phenomenological analysis techniques to describe broadly and deeply about the learning process when using Problem Based Learning model. By observing and examining the focus of reality or experience experienced by the object of research. The research object chosen in this study was STKIP PGRI Situbondo students who participate in the discussion class on citizenship education.
