<![CDATA[This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of family harmony on deviant behavior in Polewali 2 high school students in class X specialization in social sciences. This research uses quantitative methods to 36 respondents of Polewali Class X SMA 2 students who are interested in social sciences selected proportionally random sampling. The data analysis technique uses simple regression test statistics with the help of the statististical program for social science (SPSS) program. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of family harmony on the occurrence of deviant behavior in students of Polewali State High School 2 class X specialization in the social sciences with the influence of family harmony towards deviant behavior. Thus family harmony has a positive effect on deviant behavior. This positive effect means that the increasing harmony of family students will influence the decline of deviant behavior in public high school students 2 Polewali Specialization in Social Sciences.]]>

<![CDATA[Information technology has grown rapidly, this was accompanied by changes that were present behind it. This study aims to unravel the problems faced by Sociology students at Makassar State University, namely the phenomenon of being trapped on social media. Qualitative research methods are used to unravel the changes that arise because of social media, purposive sampling was used to determine the quality of the informants to be interviewed, documentation guarantees the authenticity of the information and data contained in the document, and library studies are used to add references to similar problems. The conclusions from the results of this study indicate the form of entrapment of informants on social media as follows: with high access and activity on social media, the habit of making the media as a source of information is full of hoaxes, there is a change in consumption activities by online game user informants, namely the consumption of pseudo commodities that have a lot of risk. In the end this study presents the contemporary reality of information behavior on social media that influences its social relations.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explain how leaders construct opinions about the function of public relations (PR) in Indonesian universities (Universitas Brawijaya and Hasanuddin University). This research is qualitative research using the construction paradigm and phenomenology approach. The results of the study indicate that the construction of leadership roles and functions of public relations in these two universities has similarities and there are also differences in perspectives due to circumstances. The construction of leadership occurs according to the conditions on campus.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the causes of conflicts and the Kerinci Regency government's strategy in conflict resolution. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews and documentation. The main cause of conflict between Pulau Sangkar Village and Kebun Baru Village was due to lack of agricultural land, and unclear boundaries between villages. The strategy of the regional government in resolving conflicts is through mediation between the two conflicting parties so that a letter of agreement is formed between Kebun Baru Village and Pulau Sangkar Village so that the conflict does not recur.]]>

<![CDATA[This Research of district election committee secretariat as work principle in the regent and vice-regent election of Agam 2015. District Election Committee (DEC) Secretariat for the Agam Regent and Vice-Regent Election 2015 was appointed by the current Agam Regent. The regent who appointed the DEC Secretariat for the election of Agam Regent and Vice-Regent 2015 nominated himself to be the Agam Regent for the 2016-2021 period. This research uses the qualitative descriptive method and is intended to describe and analyze the principles of the electoral management bodies which apply to the DEC Secretariat in carrying out the Agam Regent and Vice-Regent Election 2015. This research uses 7 (seven) core principles of electoral management bodies, which are independent, impartial, integrity, transparent, efficient, professional, and willingness to serve. The result of this research shows that (1) District Election Committee (DEC) Secretariat for the election of Agam Regent and Vice-Regent 2015 could not fully exercise the principles of organizing election and (2) there are 3 factors that influence the DEC Secretariat in carrying out the Agam Regent and Vice-Regent Election 2015, which are regulation, communication, and competence. The appointment of district election committee secretariat by regent or mayor can affect of district election committee secretariat in carrying out the principle.]]>

<![CDATA[The study aims to describe procedural inequity, social inequity and political inequity for the poor in the accessibility to the Indonesian National Health Insurance. This study uses a qualitative method. Meanwhile, data collection uses in-depth interview, observation, and document study. Data analysis steps consist of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. Procedural inequity was shown the invalid data collection process of the poor, so that they are not recorded as beneficiaries (PBI/Penerima Bantuan Iuran) or participants of the Social Security Management Agency of Health (BPJS/Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial-Kesehatan). Social inequity was shown to be unclear in the eligibility of the poor, which resulted in them having difficulty getting as beneficiaries. Meanwhile, political inequity has shown that there are marginalized the poor. Limited budget allocation causes the power elite to prioritize the poor who are near the power elite. Even though, they have the right to get a national health insurance program.]]>

<![CDATA[Cooperation between ASEAN and South Korea has been established since 1989. Until now, various kinds of cooperation have been implemented, one of which is the ASEAN-Korea Centre, an intergovernmental organization that aims to promote exchanges between South Korea and ASEAN member countries. Indonesia, as one of the member countries of ASEAN-Korea Centre, implements its foreign policy based on active and independent principle through the various role in supporting ASEAN-Korea Centre programs. This research is aimed to analyse the roles that Indonesia plays in the ASEAN-Korea Centre using the concept of national role conceptions from Holsti. The process of collecting and analyzing data is done by qualitative methods through the process of interviews, literature studies and content analysis. The result shows that Indonesia has a national role conception as a regional leader, active independent, and regional-subsystem collaborator in the ASEAN-Korea Centre. Indonesia's national role in the ASEAN-Korea Centre has strengthened Indonesia's international reputation and supported a variety of Indonesian diplomacy in ASEAN.]]>

<![CDATA[Radio is one of the mainstream media with many listeners around the world. Technological developments have spurred the media economy to innovate so that it is not only used in conventional frequencies, and it is now available in the form of streaming. Elfara FM Radio was chosen as an empirical phenomenon because it has an alternative media in the form of a website for streaming services on www.radioelfara.com and primetime programs that are the choice of researchers is Hitzteria (at 14.00-18.00). This study aims to determine the differences in the level of satisfaction of listeners of the Hitzteria program through conventional media or streaming media on Elfara FM radio. Through quantitative methods, researchers will try to find differences in the level of satisfaction through the technique of data collection, namely the questionnaire on Radio Elfara. The researcher used the MAIN model to test the hypothesis, which consisted of Modality, Agency, Interactivity, and Navigability. The results of the study will be very useful for the development of communication science studies, especially the study of economic media and intestinal gratification.]]>

<![CDATA[Tourism has grown spectacularly as a mainstay sector of various countries in gaining foreign exchange and economic growth, including Indonesia. Likewise for one of the regions in Indonesia, namely Cianjur Regency which has a variety of interesting tourist attractions and is visited by tourists such as Cipanas. Tourism in Cianjur Regency is not only North Cianjur but also in South Cianjur has very potential tourism potential. But unfortunately, the management is not optimal so that its potential has not been explored. Therefore, this study will examine the extent of Cianjur Regency tourism policy in developing South Cianjur tourism. This study uses descriptive analysis method to explore the object under study. The type of data used is data in the form of interviews and secondary results. The results of the study show that the policies that have been implemented have not been able to improve the performance of the tourism sector optimally. Some indicators that have not been optimal include infrastructure development, tourism promotion, and commitment to policy implementation.]]>

This research is library research, which collects and analyzes documents, both written documents, pictures and electronics as well as books that discuss leadership, journals and research that have been conducted relating to ideal leadership in millennial generation era. In the millennial era, effective governance will be realized if the leader can meet the qualifications as a credible leader, has the ability, intelligence, and vision far ahead.
