<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of village government officials in the management of village finances in the east warm water district in the district of Kerinci. This research is an associative research using quantitative methods. The population in this study is the village government apparatus in the east warm water district of Kerinci Regency. Sampling using simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurements and interviews. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression test analysis techniques. Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained R square figures of 0.352 or 35.2%. This shows that there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on the performance of village government officials in the management of village finances in the warm water district east of Kerinci Regency. Job satisfaction variable contributed to the performance of the village government apparatus in village financial management by 35.2% while the remaining 64.8% was influenced by other variables not examined by researchers.]]>

<![CDATA[Enforcement of Environmental Criminal Law is one of the implementation processes of the utilization of principles, institutions, systems and criminal law sanctions to enforce environmental legal norms. The running or failure of the environmental criminal law enforcement process is very closely related to the settlement of the case. This can be illustrated from the pollution cases that occurred in the Siak River. Enforcement of Environmental Criminal Law must be done so that the Siak River is no longer a polluted river. Various kinds of laws and regulations concerning the protection of rivers from pollution both in the form of general regulations and specific arrangements are seen as not being able to control pollution of the Siak River in the city of Pekanbaru.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to describe the model of implementing entrepreneurship programs in developing entrepreneurial behavior, finding obstacles in managing and developing programs and products, and finding the results of the application of the program to the behavior of students at SMKN 3 Bandung. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative analysis. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The Entrepreneurship Program at SMKN 3 Bandung in developing entrepreneurial behavior of students is categorized as a partnership program. This is because the entrepreneurship program collaborates with several parties namely the Government of West Java in providing aid funds, as well as coffee observers to help students in producing coffee. In addition, the program is also categorized as a participatory program, because this program involves the school community in its implementation including the principal, students, teachers, and other staff members.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the process of diffusion of government programs with development communication studies on Anugrah farmer women's groups in Nagari Sungai Buluh Selatan, Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman District. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the innovation diffusion research show that the government program is an innovation for the Anugrah farmer women's group. The diffusion process occurs through information dissemination using communication channels, namely correspondence, face to face communication channels, with group meetings and mass media. The duration of the implementation of government programs is not so long, which is around 2 weeks -1 month, and has a positive impact on the social system and the surrounding environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Farmers in Alahan Panjang, Danau Kembar Subdistrict, are generally in the poverty line. Various efforts made by farm workers to survive and improve their standard of living. The purpose of this research is to describe the strategy of surviving farm laborers in the Alahan Panjang Twin Lake District. The results of the study show that the survival strategies carried out by farm workers have three strategies, namely active strategy, passive strategy and network strategy. An active strategy where farm workers use ways to exploit potential and talent, increase employment and income, increase working hours and buy and sell businesses online as a way of survival. Passive strategy, where farm workers use ways to save expenses and minimize needs as a way of survival. Network strategy, where farm workers use ways to utilize relationships and acquaintances and owe it to neighbors and relatives as a way of survival.]]>

<![CDATA[As a country with high disaster risk, the Indonesian people must prepare and anticipate disasters. The success of the disaster that hit Indonesia confirms that disasters are part of the daily lives of Indonesian people that must be responded wisely. In such conditions, disaster alertness and response also makes efforts to respond to disasters not only limited to curative aspects. This article discusses the ability of coastal communities in their preparedness efforts to face the threat of earthquakes & tsunamis. The communities studied were households that lived along the coast. Using a qualitative research approach, a case study in South Tiku Nagari and using the Theory of Structure of Antony Giddens Duality between agents and structure, this article shows that the ability of coastal communities in their preparedness to face the threat of earthquakes & tsunamis consists of earthquake safety dissemination in homes, bag distribution disaster preparedness, simulation of the tsunami early warning system, earthquake & tsunami simulations, the presence of disaster preparedness savings, increasing evacuation routes regularly, and applying the sister village concept to reduce risk.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to get a primary picture of the carrying capacity of rural areas on the West coast of Buru Island for the development of marine tourism in Buru Regency. The research will be conducted by taking samples in 3 Subdistricts namely Liliali Waplau and Airbuaya where the entire village is located on the North West coast of Buru Island and has the potential and richness of marine biota that has not been fully explored. The approach used in this study uses a qualitative approach and the number of informants to be interviewed is 20 people. For sampling techniques, researchers use stratified random sampling, which takes samples from the population by grouping them into several strata and then randomly selected from each group with the consideration that informants are considered as related parties to achieve the research objectives. This study uses data collection techniques or techniques that use observation, in-depth interviews to get data on the socio-economic conditions of the community, related to the implementation of the bupolo maghrib reciting. The analysis technique used in this study is qualitative data analysis following the concepts given by Miles and Huberman and Spradley. The results showed that coastal tourism activities by utilizing coastal and marine areas can be done directly or indirectly. The types of marine tourism that can be directly utilized on the West coast of Buru Island include boating, swimming, snorkelling, diving and fishing.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether there is a positive influence between emotional intelligence on mathematics learning achievement of Grade VII students of SMP Negeri 9 Buru. This research is an ex-post facto research. The subjects in this study were grade VII students at SMP Negeri 9 Buru, totaling 100 students out of 135 students. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, questionnaires and study documentation. The results of the study stated that there was a positive and significant influence between emotional intelligence on mathematics learning achievement of Grade VII students of SMP Negeri 9 Buru. These results mean that the higher the level of emotional intelligence, the higher the mathematics learning achievement obtained by students. Conversely, the lower the level of emotional intelligence, the lower the mathematics learning achievement obtained by students.]]>

<![CDATA[This article will discuss the link between social change and social solidarity. The discussion will focus on the form of social changes on marriage ceremony on social solidarity within Minangkabau rural communities. Based on a study in a nagari in Solok district in West Sumatra this article will convey the form of marriage ceremony changes that occurred in the nagari and consequently to the sustainability of the mechanism of maintaining the solidarity of relatives in the nagari community. It will be shown that the marriage ceremony changed from previously fully organized by relatives working together from preparing facilities to serving food and drink, and decorate the party location into the use of Wedding Service services that took over the preparation of party facilities, decorate the party location, and bridal makeup. This change is welcomed by the community, but the presence of Wedding Service has reduced the involvement of kin members in the preparation and holding of a marriage feast and this then disrupts the mechanism of social solidarity sustainability within the kinship group.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to analyze the effectiveness of village financial management in the Village Government in Sawahlunto City and the factors that influence it. The method used by researchers in analyzing the results of this study is to use a descriptive analysis method. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data from the Very Disadvantaged Villages, Disadvantaged Villages and Developing Villages. The results of this study indicate that the process of compiling village planning and designation as stipulated in the Village RPJM and RKPDesa refers to Minister Regulation No. 114 of 2014 and village financial management that refers to Permendagri Number 113 of 2014 and Sawahlunto Mayor Regulation regarding the amount of the village budget. The effectiveness of the absorption of village funds obtained from the results of this study shows the level of achievement of the realization of village finances reached 97.22% -100%. The factors that influence the effectiveness of village financial management are the quality of human resources, technology utilization, internal control systems, village financial supervision, and community participation.]]>
