Abstract

This study discusses about the implementation of character education in the town of Parepare. Samples were selected based on purposive sampling (samples intended). Type of research is a feld of research using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the implementation of character education at Secondary School Level town of Parepare is not maximized. The indicators include many still occur cheating in examinations, both at the level of indiscipline students and educators, and a lack of evaluation of the relevant parties. Therefore, repeninjauang important and more serious effort from both schools, teachers, pupils, parents, the wider community and the Department of Education for the City level with seriously address the issue of character education implementation and prepare facilities means that pre-associated with these efforts

Abstract

In this time, fast growth of Islamic banking industry progressively is offce network side as consequence of improvement of requirement of society and enthusiasm of bank to provide service. This paper aims to know the perception of civil servants in STAIN Pare-Pare on the prohibition bank interest and to determine the effect of the perception of civil servants in the STAIN Pare-Pare on the decision to use the services of Islamic banks products. Civil servants in STAIN Pare-Pare already understand what it is about Islamic banking, in particular to understand the prohibition of bank interest. Thus, the MUI fatwa on prohibition of bank interest will not be much to change the perception of the civil servants and even the existence of Islamic banks does not affect the decision to use the services of Islamic banks.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the application of copyright law to provide adequate legal protection for the recording industry and to determine the role of law enforcement offcials with regard to the effectiveness of the implementation of Law No. 19/2002 about the copyright of the record company Restu Music Record in the District Pinrang.The legal protection given to the rights of the creator or copyright holder in the implementation of the agreement on basing a song to the provisions contained in the Act No. 19 of 2002 on Copyright, in particular on Article 12 of the Copyright Act. Form of legal protection against record company Restu Music Record confrmed by providing criminal sanctions against those who violate copyright by unlawful means.Law enforcement offcials, in this case the police and prosecution had attempted to use the Act No. 19 of 2002 on Copyright. The role of the police can be seen from the implementation of the raids and the raids of establishments selling pirated goods, as well as the confscation of proceeds of crime of copyright infringement. While the role of prosecutors are trying to bring the perpetrators of copyright infringement to court to seek supporting evidence that copyright piracy

Abstract

Raising public participation was very limited due to two things: frst, due to the limited ability to control resources that enable participation in progress and the unavailability of mechanisms for participation due to a closed system. Second, the limited resources allocated to the public does not allow them to participate actively, both in the economic as well as social and political. Similarly, in the case of a social system that does not provide flexibility in accommodating community involvement. The approach used is a qualitative approach because it examines the meaning of economic businesses which have not yet received of various government policies. So small or marginalized position masyasrakat received less attention in the market rotation resulting inequality is so obvious. Community development should start from the siding, which is a way of life and express the preferences of the community itself to prioritize the planned changes will be made. Society has a world of cognitive, evaluative world in the form of values and norms, symbolic world that need to be studied to gain an understanding of what is important and what is not considered important by the community. In this way penmbangunan process will lead to a match between the programs with the needs of specifc communities.

Abstract

The problem is what are the students’ needs and the other stakeholders’ expectations of the speaking course syllabus implemented in Department of English education at STAIN Parepare? The writer conducted needs analysis procedures to identify the linguistic needs and the learning needs of the students of English education study program. The data of the needs were collected by giving questionnaires to the respondents of this study i.e. the students, the lecturers, as well as the graduates. In order to obtain in-depth information on the needs and to cross check the data gathered from the questionnaires, interview was also used. The two types of instruments provide the perceptions and expectations of the students, the lecturers, and the graduates about the needs that should be available in the design of speaking course one syllabus. The perceptions of the students, the lecturers, and the graduates on needs analysis include the general perception of providing speaking subject in the English education study program, the perception associated with the linguistic needs in speaking course one syllabus, the perception according to the learning needs in speaking course one syllabus, and the overview of the design of speaking course one syllabus.

Abstract

This paper discusses about the system of division of inheritance in District Maritengngae Sidrap, implementation inheritance division between boys and girls in the District Maritengngae Sidrap, and the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence against the practice of inheritance in District Maritengngae Sidrap. Systems division of inheritance between boys and girls in the District Maritengngae Sidrap similar to that described in the Qur’an, which is 2: 1. Implementation inheritance division between boys and girls in the District Maritengngae Sidrap mostly do 1: 1 (the same versus).Islamic jurisprudence perspective to the practice of inheritance in District Maritengngae Sidrap listed in the Compilation of Islamic Law, which explained that the inheritance law has to be defnitive, ie 2: 1. three methods in diligence, namely: (1) Al-’Adah (habit). Guided from Abu Yusuf i.e. when a custom texts derived from the custom then turned and came new, then the law fall within the texts. During the traditions and texts are not in conflict as a whole, so that the recognition of the tradition is seen as left and ignore texts. (2) Naskh. Nasakh is shifting or cancellation of laws or instructions contained in the verses received by the Prophet, In earlier times. Because nasakh indispensable for the beneft of the people then Munawir using this method. (3) Maslahah

Abstract

This article discusses the Cooperative Financial Management System At-MT STAIN Pare Pare, where the main focus of study to see if the cooperative at-MT attention to the welfare of its members and adhered to the establishment of cooperative goals are: to help improve the welfare of its members, not to maximize proft cooperative enterprise. Initial observations the authors see that cooperative At-MT STAIN Pare Pare very helpful members. On the other hand, criticism and complaints from sebahagian members, as well as distrust in terms of capital and profts in the can through the division of SHU annually. This research is a feld research, data sources used in this study are: primary data, secondary data, and fnancial management of the cooperative.This study uses data collection techniques: (1). Observation, (2). Interviews, and (3). Document. To analyze the data that has been collected, the data is processed by qualitative analysis techniques.The results of this study indicate that: 1. Systems cooperative capital STAIN Pare Pare At-MT consists of principal, save mandatory and voluntary savings of the members of the cooperative. 2. The fnancial performance of cooperative inadequate and has not been managed well seen by the presence of some of the bad loans that have not been resolved by the cooperative management STAIN Pare Pare. 3. The health cooperative AT-MT STAIN Pare Pare is still very far from the standard assessment when returning to the assessment ratio cooperative fnancial services cooperatives (KJK) both in terms of capital, asset quality, proftability, and the quantifcation of management aspects.

Abstract

Teaching material contains a lot of people Buginese values of moral education which when translated include the value of moral education to Allah, the value of moral education to the Prophet Muhammad Saw, The value of the personal moral education, family value sakhlah education, moral education in social values, and the value moral education in the state that aims to helppeople become tautongeng process (human who complete/perfect man) who is the educational goals of the Bugis.Bugis society especially in Pinrang pay great attention to the cultivation of values education in her daily life. Although the value of education and other laudable traits (character) of the child is not fully carried out on the basis of religious orders but rather on the basis of inherited liabilities of social norms, but we realize it or not, many parents have instilled the values of education that is consistent with the teachings of Islam towards their children. Values of Islamic education include: The values of the personal moral education, values of Islam, especially moral education in the family that includes and values moral education in social relationships.
