Abstract

Essentially education includes the pricples of gender equity biased gender in education results on unobtionable of educational goals. For that reason it is required an equal education where the curriculum of the institution integrates gender within its subject and lectures. One of education goal is how to realize fair society, by not discriminate one sex. But the reality exist discrimination at education that necessitate several effort to solve it, on of it is by formulating curriculum that have gender perspective. Curriculum is a development of vision and mission of educational institution that want to realize education goal. Gender curriculum is based on an assumption that woman and man are equal in education, and have equal opportunity to get education. In its application, gender curriculum can be formulated implicitly (hidden curriculum), or explicitly (overt curriculum). However, to explain gender problems we recommend explicit way.

Abstract

RausyanFikr Institute is an agency of the study and publication of the book lies in Kaliurang Yogyakarta. The institute focuses on the study of philosophy and Islamic thought. Study participants were students from various regions in Indonesia. In this study, the authors focused on building the Islamic epistemology through the book “Our Philosophy” by Baqir Sadr, an Iraqi cleric concerned about world issues and an architect revolutionary thinking. This book thoroughly dissected in RausyanFikr Institute and has been a curriculum epistemology at the agency. The author will show the opinion epistemology Baqir Sadr to view some Western thinkers such as Plato, Descartes, Immanuel Kant, and John Locke. He himself offered his thoughts as he constructions as “disposesion” (nazhariyah intiz’ā).

Abstract

This study discusses about the implementation of character education in the town of Parepare. Samples were selected based on purposive sampling (samples intended). Type of research is a feld of research using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the implementation of character education at Secondary School Level town of Parepare is not maximized. The indicators include many still occur cheating in examinations, both at the level of indiscipline students and educators, and a lack of evaluation of the relevant parties. Therefore, repeninjauang important and more serious effort from both schools, teachers, pupils, parents, the wider community and the Department of Education for the City level with seriously address the issue of character education implementation and prepare facilities means that pre-associated with these efforts

Abstract

Learning fun English so far can be done in various ways, and each way creates its own diversity of results. Of course, this can be happened after the teacher knows the situation of the class and students, before preparing teaching plan. The strategy of involving students in learning is a powerful way to support their better understanding, because directly practice what they have learned can support their memory to imprint deeper, especially in auditory, visual, or even kinesthetic learners. The main point is that students are directly involved when learning, not just seeing or hearing but in thinking, speaking, and analyzing learning activities. Considering how difficult it is to keep students interested when learning English, involving them from the start to keep them active, focused, and motivated is a step that can be taken.

Abstract

Mathematics is continuous learning with previous materials. Students consider this lesson difficult, especially during the Covid-19 period, because they cannot study normally. This causes students to have difficulty learning mathematics and making mistakes in solving problems. This research was conducted to analyze students' errors in solving problems of powers and roots. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. A written test consisting of 4 numbers becomes a research instrument. The percentage of student errors based on the Nolting Theory consists of carelessness errors that are 3.45%, conceptual errors that are 19.59%, application errors of 3.69%, and errors in determining the answer results are 12.56%. Result determination error has a higher percentage than other types of errors. These errors occur because students do not understand the material, including basic mathematics. Lack of understanding of the concept of powers and roots.

Abstract

This study discusses the relationship between competence and teacher responses to the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in the Elementary School in Parepare. This type of research is descriptive qualitative data collection methods such as structured interviews, questionnaires, and documentation study. Once the data is collected, verified and tested its validity. The results showed that elementary school teachers in Parepare have proven competent at teaching certificate, however the degree of their competen faced with technical problems in the implementation phase as access to information. They responded positively to the implementation of Curriculum 2013, with the record prior to the enforcement of government must be prepared for all possibilities including the setting up of facilities and pre-supporting means.

Abstract

Construction of Curriculum 2013 islamic religious education subjects can not be separated from the influence of the world in terms of epistemology is the epistemology of the West, the indicator is the ratio of the dominant use in the learning process, where the ratio is a key tool in the philosophy of rational epistemology West. This paper discusses the West's hegemony rationalism construction PAI Curriculum 2013 subjects who dissect the influence of Western rationalism epistemology in Curriculum 2013 subjects PAI. Analysis of the data used in this paper is the analysis of documents that a thorough analysis of curriculum documents in 2013 subjects PAI. Findings is that the curriculum in 2013 on the subjects of PAI greatly affected even hegemony by Western rationalism.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the deconstruction of the meaning of learning by using ascientific approach to learning Arabic in the State Islamic Middle School in MarosRegency. Data collection methods in this study were observation, indepthinterviews and document analysis by using the analytical techniques version ofMiles and Huberman. The results of the study indicate that; Deconstruction of themeaning of learning occurs in Arabic subjects or at least attempts to reconstruct themeaning of learning from the old paradigm to the new paradigm. The old paradigmin question is from students being told to find out, from teachers as the main sourceto multiple sources or various sources, from textual learning to scientificapproaches, from content-based learning to competency-based learning, frompartial learning to integrated learning, from learning a single answer to multidimensionalanswers, from verbalism learning to applicative learning, the use of ascientific approach in learning Arabic can be seen in the learning process using the5 M principle as a strategy or the way a teacher activates his students in thelearning process. 5 M stands for asking, trying, reasoning, communicating andcreating. Its implementation in learning Arabic, teachers stimulate students to ventthemselves by asking questions, trying new things, using reason in analyzing andconcluding learning, communicating ideas and ideas through coversation methodsand creating new paragraphs from a collection of vocabulary or vocabularypreviously mastered and there are technical constraints in order to maximize effortsto deconstruct the meaning of learning including: Arabic language teachers havenot comprehensively understood the meaning of learning and scientific approachesthat apply to all subjects, there is not sufficient training from Arabic teachers sothat their knowledge of the meaning of learning and scientific approaches areobtained from colleagues and information from social media and the internet,moral and material support from the Ministry of Religion, especially the Ministryof Religion of Maros district in the implementation of 2013 Curriculum for ArabicLanguage at State Islamic Middle School.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the effectiveness of the online learning process in the Covid-19 pandemic. The outbreak of the corona virus (covid-19) in Indonesia which continued to increase until early March 2020, the implementation of this system also automatically encourages education practitioners to carry out online learning. Teachers and students are forced to be ready in their implementation, although so far some schools have never done learning with an online system. Through this research, the researcher wants to analyze how effective the implementation of the learning system is from the teacher's perspective. The sample of this study was 35 teachers who teach at the primary school level from public and private schools. The instrument used was a questionnaire distributed online using the ms. form link. Based on the data obtained, shows that the implementation of online learning has been carried out effectively seen from the readiness of the teacher, the ability to use applications, responses and benefits obtained. Abstract

This research was motivated by a change in the learning process that was initially carried out face-to-face and turned into online learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the importance of literacy regarding information and communication technology in teaching and learning. This type of research is literature review research by utilizing reference sources related to the discussion. The results of this literature review show that it is important for educators and students to have and understand basic information and communication technology literacy in learning that has the courage to make an impact during the learning process and achieve the goals to be achieved
