In education, the methods are an essential and have an urgent position (important), especially to achieve the goals and learning objectives. Methods " Tabsyir " is one method that has meant an important role in motivating children to always excited to participate in various learning activities implementation. Tabsyir in modern education is known as a favor reward (the reward) a teacher or teachers use this method aims to streamline the process of teaching and learning activities. Transformation process knowledge from a teacher to students who are considered immature should be accompanied by the application of the method in terms of rewards is now known as the reward (reward). In the paper the authors attempt to explain about the method tabsyir in Islamic education regarding understanding, position, verses and hadith that describes the method and form of the function tabsyir in Islamic and modern education.

Hindu religious notions have ingrained a sense of powerlessness in the psyche of many Indian women. Women are discouraged from making complaints of dowry harassment and abuse in the name of defending “family honor”. Awareness of women’s status in India is a key element for change and abolition of dowry abuse. But, families should be encouraged to defend the rights of its women. This needs to extend outward so greater solidarity among women can be built since women are often the ones inflicting and perpetuating the abuse of young brides. All such behavior would help to alter the core attitudes that victimized women develop of themselves. In these ways, women can empower their existence within the context not only of policymaking, but also within a world that will promote equality, respect, and dignity for all living beings.

As an organization that produces health services, one of the factors that determine the quality of product is personnel who worked with dedication and professionalism. This is achieved when the manager is able to give a satisfaction to all employees on the job. This study aimed to investigate the relationship individual and workplace characteristics with job satisfaction of employee. The populations of study were 32 employees of Environmental Health Department of Health Polytechnic of Aceh. Individual and workplace characteristic and job satisfaction were collecting by structural questionnaires. The product moment correlation was conducted to analysis of the data. The study showed individual and workplace characteristics were strongly correlation on job satisfaction (p=0.000 and r = 0.805) or 80.5% the independent variables are able to explain the dependent variable of job satisfaction is r-square = 0.647, or by 64.7%.

Seeing the close relationship between the issue of the role of persona thinking educational praxis, especially if the patterns of thought that are innovative and address the needs of the times. Bediuzzaman Said Nursi (Said Nursi) is a man of ideas fundamental and comprehensive, such as educational, political, social, and religious; more so in most of the Risale-i Nur contains many radical ideas and relevant to the current Islamic education. Secondly, there is a kind of line the main idea (philosophical) education as outlined Said Nursi, methods and approaches in an effort to shape the personality and instill the value of education based on the principle teachings of Islam.

This article begins with explaining the present problems of Acehnese cultural identity, then articulating how the art is usefully employed to solve those difficulties. Relying on post-colonial theories, I formulate the framework that Acehnese art has significant position to handling current cultural problem of Acehnese society. This work offers a cultural resolution of Acehnese present conflict between traditionalist and modernist Muslims, which are represented by Dayah and Muhammadiyah community in Aceh. It is commonly known that Islam is the pride of the Acehnese. To date, there is, however, no certainty about the nature of Islam in Aceh, as heated debate still exists between traditionalist and modernist Muslims upon the nature of Sharia application in the place. This dispute has generated different extreme perspectives upon seeing themselves in the way to treat their cultural identity. Here we establishes that Acehnese art plays great role in bringing togetherness to different groups of Acehnese society, which results in resolving horizontal conflict of Acehnese society. It shows that Acehnese art accommodates to all of different ness of Acehnese communities and, therefore, raises Acehnese collective consciousness.

The low outcomes of studying physics by student at MTsN Tungkob can be influenced by several factors. One of this factor is the implementation of the method or model of learning is not suitable with the submitted materials by teachers.This study aims to find out the activities of teachers and students, the skills of teachers in managing the learning, student learning outcomes and student responses to the use of ARIAS learning model which integrated by constructivist theory of learning process. The results showed improvement of the activities both teachers and students, increasing the skills of teachers in managing the learning, and improving students’ learning outcomes. Students' response to the use of ARIAS learning model integrated by constructivist theory tend to be positive. From this study it can be concluded that the implementation of ARIAS learning model integrated by constructivist theory can improve student learning outcomes on the topic of Aircraft Simple.

Every region has its own educational system that influence by culture and educational system developed by the state (national education system). Both of them are influence students attitude. Hopefully cultural factors in education can form civilized students and national education system form good civil. Apart from that, sometime both of them cannot work together. Aceh’s history proved that this problem still exist in educational system. It can be seen trough the apparance of educational institutions that bring their own main features. This writing attempted to analyze educational system in Aceh that adopted by dayah/pesantren (local terms for traditional Islamic boarding school), Islamic school, and state school.The analyzes are including: educational ideology, educational interaction, student’s arrangements, internalization the spirit of nationalism, and social interaction. The result prove that dayah/pesantren (local terms for traditional Islamic boarding school), Islamic school, and state school, has their own system that different each other. In resume, the differences produce different type of students (attitude).

A teacher or a lecturer does not only act as a tutor in the art of teaching but also act as an educator who provides guidance for the students. An educator must have a level of quality standard sets upon his or her teachings which incorporates values such as responsibility, authoritative as well as high discipline. Having all these values will be beneficial in the learning process which will maximize effort taken to fruition by observing and practicing the concept offered in Islam. Besides that, it is an educator’s role to instill and internalize Islamic values among the students they teach in order to prepare them in the development towards Islamic values dynamically and flexible within the boundaries of Islamic teachings based on Allah SWT’s revelation to his servants.

This is part of research result from a Ph.D thesis which is submitted to Flinders University South Australia. This is a study about the Acehnese dayah salafi and its recent change and development, both in general and in the light of messages from the government about the need for standardisation and regulation of the studies of these Islamic educational institutions. Through a qualitative case study of a purposively selected dayah salafi in Aceh province, Indonesia, this research tried to find how standardising or regulating might affect dayah salafi and their teaching activity. The result is perhaps a kind of snapshot of the current moving situation. To get a variety of views for this research, data were collected, using semi-structured interviews, from various dayah salafi people, from a government departmental officer and from a senior Islamic educational researcher. The research also used other sources of data such as general observation and documents related to this study.

The debate concerning Nigeria’s political life has, in recent years, pervaded several fora as Nigeria’s political life remains under the shadow of an enigma. The basic tenets of federalism touched by a global wind of democracy, quite forceful in some regions of the world, are said to be a field and sweeping across all continents. But in contemporary Nigeria, as in Africa generally, authoritarianism reigns. Federalism critical arguments hold, in spite of its many global ‘bastard’ incarnates which in Nigeria shows as weak, emaciated and a pitiable thing. This paper argues that the body politic of Nigeria is congenially unreceptive to the reproductive seeds of a largely potent federalism. It is this ‘unreceptive environment’ that this paper has characterized as the transfigurations of Nigerian federalism.
