Abstract

Ricefor the poor program, known as  Raskin  is one of the government programs to reduce expenditure and the protection of poor families through the distribution of rice with a number and a specified price .in the distribution of Raskin often encountered obstacles or problems, one of them for leveling Raskin  amount received by all recipients Raskin. While there are different social degrees between the receiver  Raskin.  Raskin  distribution given the same amount to all recipients  Raskin, happens because it is still done manually allowing the occurrence of a subjective determination by the village government because it has not referring to predetermined criteria. In this study used methods of SAW  (Simple Additive Weight). SAW weighted summation , namely by finding a weighted sum of the value of the performance of each alternative on all attributes and requires a decision matrix normalization process (X) to a scale which can be compared with all existing alternatives value. The results of this analysis, a decision support system determines the amount of rice for the poor (Raskin ) using Simple Additive Weight (SAW)  in the village Puupi, Kolono, Southern Konawe district. Abstract

Gizi buruk adalah suatu keadaan abnormal protein terhadap tubuh manusia, yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya asupan makanan maupun protein dalam tubuh. Perlu adanya perhatian khusus secara cepat dan baik, untuk mencegah terjadinya gizi buruk. Proses Penentuan Status Gizi buruk dapat dilakukan dengan teknologi dan informasi. Untuk itu dibuat suatu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang dapat mengetahui secara langsung status gizi buruk seseorang. Proses identifikasi status gizi buruk balita atau ibu hamil dimulai dengan memilih alternatif dan kriteria/gejala. Untuk melakukan pembobotan Simple Multi Atribut Rating Technique (SMART) dapat dilakukan dengan, mengurutkan kepentingan suatu atribut dari level terburuk ke level terbaik.Implementasi metode SMART dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini berjalan dengan baik, metode ini dapat digunakan berdasarkan bobot dan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk mendapatkan nilai keputusan harus melalui proses input nilai dan bobot masing-masing kriteria, nilai dan bobot di-input berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan kriteria yang dipilih. Hasil analisis yang didapatkan adalah hasil perangkingan nilai terbesar untuk dijadikan bahan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan.Kata kunci— Gizi buruk, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Simple Multi Atribut Rating Technique.

Abstract

Watering is a matter that can not be discharged in maintaining and caring for plants in order to keep the plants thrive. needs enough water greatly affect plant growth. Examples such as chilli and tomato crops that require special attention because if the plant is not getting a good condition, the plants do not grow well, even be fatal for the plant. Monitoring of watering based on Soil Moisture via SMS based microcontroller is one way that can be used in monitoring and caring for the plants remain in good condition. So as to minimize the time and power plant owners in their activities without the direct care of a plant that belongs. By using Arduino UNO as a main controller is programmed to determine the  Soil Moisture  the plant through the Soil Moisture Sensor FC-28 were planted in the ground and the results of Soil Moisture the plants obtained will be sent to the mobile phone owner of the plant through the medium of SMS is connected to the GSM Shield ATWIN Quad-Band. When the condition of  Soil Moisture  detection sensors poor crop, then the Arduino UNO will give the command to start the engine Relay  for water and do watering plants. The test results of Soil Moisture monitoring via SMS based on the results of watering the plants showed that the Soil Moisture Sensor FC-28 can detect Soil Moisture and tools can be watering when the soil is dry then sms gateway will work automatically to send an SMS to the owner of the plant. Abstract

Kemajuan yang sangat pesat dibidang teknologi terutama teknologi informasi komputer mempengaruhi perkembangan dunia bisnis. Tripelka adalah komunitas pengusaha makanan online yang sangat membutuhkan teknologi internet untuk mempercepat penyampaian informasi. Berdasarkan hal itu maka dibuatlah aplikasi pencarian menu makanan berbasis android. Untuk mempersingkat proses penyajian data pada aplikasi ini maka diterapkan pencocokan string pada pencarian menu-menu makanan yang kita inginkan. Ada berbagai jenis algoritma string matching yang umum di gunakan, anatara lain : Algoritma Boyer Moore, Algoritma Brute Force dan Algoritma Knuth Morris Pratt. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis perbandingan antara Algoritma Boyer Moore dan Algortima Knuth Morris Pratt, untuk menentukan  algoritma yang paling baik digunakan dalam aplikasi Tripelka Foodshop Kendari. Parameter yang digunakan untuk membandingkan kedua algoritma tersebut adalah waktu pencarian dan tingkat keakurasian data yang ditampilkan.  Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Algoritma Boyer Moore dan Algoritma Knuth Morris Pratt memiliki tingkat keakurasian yang sama tetapi  Algoritma Boyer Moore adalah algoritma menggunakan waktu pencarian yang lebih cepat dibandingkan Algoritma Knuth Morris Pratt.Kata kunci—Android, Pencocokan String, Algoritma Boyer-Moore, Algoritma Knuth Morris Pratt

Abstract

The process of determining the feasibility of recipients or  Mustahik  at Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kota Kendari is still done manually. This is likely to cause a relatively high complexity and become ineffective both in time and the target of recipients. In this study,  Fuzzy C-Means  method was applied.  Fuzzy C-Means  is a data clustering technique in determining the truth of each data point within a cluster determined by the degree of membership. In this case the Fuzzy C-Means applied for a solution, each Mustahik candidate having the same data tendency will be included in a single cluster. Clustering is applied to  index criteria homes, businesses, and property to determine eligibility of Mustahik. The parameters included in this study is the number of cluster 2, rank / weighting 2, a maximum of 100 iterations, and the smallest error of 0.001. FCM calculation results  of the 200 test data obtained 144 data of Mustahik  candidate entitled to receive zakat. This suggests that the decision produced by the system using FCM method is equal to the manual determination through deliberation by the Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kota Kendari. But time spent on this system by FCM method to determine recipients is more efficient and more effective than Kendari Zakat Amil Agency. Abstract

Penyakit strokeatau Cerebrovascular disease merupakan penyakit yang dapat menyerang secara tiba-tiba dan menyebabkan kematian tanpa memandang usia, ras dan jenis kelamin. Karena itu dengan berkembangnya zaman dan peradaban manusia maka teknologi dan ilmu kesehatan dapat dikolaborasikan menjadi sesuatu yang dapat bermanfaat bagi manusia dan sekitarnya.Dengan melakukan klasifikasi menggunakan Naive Bayes Classifier yaitu algoritma yang melakukan perbandingan probabilitas, dapat dilakukan pengklasifikasian berdasarkan data training yang akan menjadi parameter perhitungan klasifikasi ke kelas HEMO atau INF. Data training atau data latih yang dimaksud didapat dari data-data pasien sebelumnya yang telah terkena penyakit stroke pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Undata Palu.Berdasarkan pengujian hasil data training yang dijadikan data testing yaitu sebanyak 203 data maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa algoritma Naive Bayes Classifier telah menghasilkan 89,65% keberhasilan dalam proses pengklasifikasian data.Kata kunci— Klasifikasi, Naive Bayes Classifier, Stroke, Data Training, Data Testing.

Abstract

Smoking is an activity that can damage not only the smokers but also the people around them.The main purpose of making this tool is to put up freshness air and lift a hand for both the smokersand the secondhand smokers in a same room. Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) and Fuzzy Logic byTsukamoto’s method are used in process of making this tool. This tool is designed to control toxic gases from the tobacco smoke by expediting the air circulation in the room. This tobacco smoke filterworks by taking the tobacco smoke outside. The input from this system is MQ2 sensor which detects tobacco smoke and MQ7 sensor that can detect the carbon monoxide then the input result of both sensors will be processing in a microcontroller. Afterwards, microcontroller commands to activate the disposal fan. Hence, this tool is expected can be used by the society and government to control thetoxic gases caused by the tobacco smoke in public areas especially can be used in smoking areas. Abstract

Penggunaan layanan Internet yang beragam sifatnya secara bebas dapat mengakses semua aplikasi yang ada dalam internet. Penyebabnya bandwidth yang ada telah terambil banyak untuk memenuhi user pertama dan kedua karena untuk melihat video secara online atau download yang membutuhkan bandwidth yang cukup besar, sehingga untuk user ketiga mengalami delay.Salah satu penyedia layanan ISP di Indonesia yang sering digunakan adalah Telkom Speedy dimana saat ini memiliki produk IndiHOME yang menawarkan paket layanan komunikasi dan data seperti telepon rumah, televisi interaktif, dan juga internet. Koneksi internet yang ditawarkan oleh produk IndiHOME berkisar dari 1-100 Mbps dan dapat digunakan oleh pengguna secara nirkabel atau Wireless dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya.Dalam penerapan jaringan berbasis nirkabel harus memiliki sebuah standar layanan atau yang dikenal sebagai Quality of Service. QoS adalah kemampuan sebuah jaringan untuk menyediakan layanan trafik yang melewatinya.Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan data pengukuran QoS pada layanan IndiHome 10 Mbps yang memberikan kesimpulan bahwa IndiHome 10 Mbps sudah cukup stabil tetapi sangat dipengaruhi oleh gangguan (noise) dimana jumlah pengguna yang sangat banyak dapat menurunkan nilai QoS.Kata kunci—Quality of Service (QoS), IndiHome, Wireless LAN, Wireshark

Abstract

The purpose of the research that has been conducted by the author is  to build and design an Academic Information System of Halu Oleo University that can maintain  academic data of Halu Oleo University. System  is built by the author focus on processing data related to academic transaction such Study Program Card and Post-Study Program Card, value weighting, standard of value, college student furlough application and transcript. In addition, this system also maintain data related to user management.   The author uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) as the system modeling language, PHP as programming language and MySQL as system database. The results of the testing that has been done on the system shows that the system can help users ( both students and lecturer) in the process of academic transaction such as bidding, creating Study Program Card and Post-Study Program Card, and also transcripts as well as perform user management more regularly. Abstract

The rapidly evolving information technology brings positive and negative impacts to the lives One of the negative impacts is plagiarism. Plagiarism is the act of plagiarizing the work of others and recognize as his own handiwork. Therefore, detection of plagiarism needs to be done to reduce plagiarism against other people's work. This thesis aims to detect text document similarity algorithm using Levenshtein Distance so that it can be used to help determine plagiarism. Type of document to be tested is .docx and .pdf .txt. Stages in the system is preprocessing that consist of Case Folding, tokenizing, Filtering, Stemming, Sorting. After the preprocessing the next step is to do the calculation using the method Levenshtein Distance and penggukuran value of similarity thus getting a percentage value of the similarity between the two documents. In testing using real data ie data documents berplagiat with Levenshtein Distance algorithm produces a high similarity value is above 77% to 100% for the document that a high level of similarity. As for the document with a low degree of similarity or not berplagiat then generate similarity values ​​below 40%.   Keywords— Document, Levenshtein Distance, Preprocessing, Similarity, Plagiarism
