Abstract

Document audit system is a means of evaluating documents on the results of delivering information, administrative documentary evidence in the form of texts or others. Currently, these activities become easier with the presence of computer technology, smartphones, and the internet. One of the examples is the documents created by various government institutions whether local, city and central government. The instance is online-published documents that are shaded by certain government institutions. Before the documents are published or used as an archive or authentic evidence for reporting or auditing activities, the documents must go through the editing stage to correct if there are errors and deficiencies such as spelling errors or incomplete information. In the editing process, however, a person may not be able to escape from making mistakes that result in the existence of writing errors after the editing process before the submission. Word spelling mistakes can change the meaning of the conveyed knowledge and cause misunderstanding of information to the readers, especially for assessors or the audit team. Based on the problem, the researcher intends to assist the work of the audit preparation team in document analysis by proposing a system capable of detecting word spelling errors using the Dictionary Lookup method from Information Retrieval (IR) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) science combined with Stream Deep Learning algorithms. Dictionary Lookup method is considered effective in determining the spelling of words that are true or false based on Lexical Resource. In addition, String Matching method that has been developed can correct word-writing errors correctly and quickly. Keywords: spelling mistake detection, dictionary lookup, audit of government institution documents, stream deep learning

Abstract

Inflation is a indicator which illustrated the economics condition of a country. This moneter phenomenom is signed with the increase of price in entire case. It can cause an effect for political sector which impact to economic stability in a nation. The importance of inflation control is very important due to the high and unstable of inflation will cause negative impact  to economic and social in society.  One of the solutions to control the inflation rate is predicting the inflation rate. This research using SVR as machine learning that is being optimized by GA as evolutionary agorithm as predicting method. SVR can solve nonlinear regression problems to linear regression using Kernel function that easy to implement. But, in SVR there is no general rule to set the parameters of SVR. Therefore, this research proposed to use GA to optimize the parameters of SVR. GA can solve the optimization problems in various research of economics prediction problem. Based on the testing that has been conducted, GA-SVR generate the MSE value is 0.03767, lower than SVR basic method is 0.053158. It proves that GA-SVR method can be utilized for predicting.

Abstract

The use of Internet of Things (IoT) plays an important role in supporting wireless communication for middleware in collecting data sensors. An actor-based middleware is designed to bridge protocol differences between cloud and sensor nodes. This middleware also acts as an initiator in accessing data from several sensor nodes, and then sending data that has been collected to the cloud. Incorporating the differences of communication protocols and data formats between sensor nodes and cloud is the responsibility of middleware. This Middleware acts as an actor by acting proactively accessing data from each sensor node, so that it can facilitate the completion of sending data from the sensor node to the middleware by avoiding from "signal collisions” among sensor nodes. After the data is collected in the middleware, the data is sent to the cloud using the Websocket or HTTP protocol above the TCP / IP protocol. The performance of the system is evaluated based on the success of the middleware bridging communication between sensor nodes and the cloud, as well as the readability of IoT data sensors that have been adjusted by cloud. The test results show that built-in middleware can bridge protocols between cloud and sensor nodes. In addition, the Websocket usage protocol produces a lower delay value than the MQTT and CoAP protocols.

Abstract

From the total time of making traditional Batik, the batik stage is the most time consuming because there are a lot of mistakes due to lack of carefulness when making batik motifs on cloth. To overcome the problem of making Batik motifs, this research utilizes the strengths and capabilities of Marker-Based Augmented Reality technology. The development of Marker-Based Augmented Reality applications is done by replacing digital objects with Batik motif images and markers attached to the fabric. Development of Marker-Based Augmented Reality applications using vertex markers to reproduce Batik motif objects in order to overcome the limitations of the reach of hands when making Batik motifs on fabric Finally, by using Marker-Based Augmented Reality applications batik makers do not need to draw Batik motifs in pencil on fabric because of Batik motifs directly displayed on the fabric surface by the application, so that it is expected to reduce the process time of making Batik motifs compared to making Batik motifs using traditional methods.

Abstract

Classification method is misled by outlier. However, there are few research of classification with outlier removal, especially for Nearest Centroid Classifier Method. The proposed methodology consists of two stages. First, preprocess the data with outlier removal, removes points which are far from the corresponding centroid. Second, classify the outlier removed data. The experiment covers six data sets which have different characteristic. The results indicate that outlier removal as preprocessing method provide better result for improving Nearest Centroid Classifier performance on most data set.

Abstract

Procedural Content Generation (PCG) is an emerging field of study in computer science that focuses on automating the process of generating content by using algorithm, making the content generation process with less human effort. However, a more specific empirical evidence on how it is being used in a game-related implementation are still lacking. This paper presents the findings of review performed in the past 5 years looking on how PCG are being applied in game-related content, whether it is from the basic paper characteristic to analyze the trends, the field of PCG itself, and the game domain of game model and game genre. The studies had shown that PCG are being used extensively in game-related content but has seen more uses on specific type of contents rather than being used ubiquitously in all sorts of contents. The result shown that there are not specific best type of PCG method or algorithm being used instead an array of approach can be used based on what content being created. Result also shown that PCG are being used in multiple type of games, but similarly, based on the paper found, only certain types of game benefits PCG extensively such as action and platforming games while other model and genre of games have not seen much PCG application yet. Further studies are also required to analyze how experimentation and evaluation of PCG are being done as well as PCG domain in educational games as well as game-based learning, the quality catachrestic being analyzed on the papers are also worth mentioning to understand the underlying result of PCG usage in game-related contents.

Abstract

A proper use of design patterns has proven to be very useful in the development of robust applications over time. In this paper, the design patterns are introduced in the early stage of the software development where model-driven architecture is used as the engineering approach. A RESTful internet payment gateway API (Application Programming Interface) wrapper is selected as the case study. At the beginning, Platform Independent Model (PIM) is created as the domain model. After that, the PIM is transformed into the Platform Specific Model (PSM). Before converting the PSM into the source code, three design patterns such as builder, observer, and factory pattern are added into the model. To evaluate the impacts of implementation, static analysis is used to examine the generated code before and after adding the design patterns. The result shows that the design decision increases cohesion, complexity, coupling, inheritance, and size metrics of the source codes.
