Abstract

Toddlers are children with 1-5 years age range. According to Riskesdas, in the year 2007, 2010, and 2013 the percentage of cases of malnutrition tends to increase, especially in toddlers. In the fulfillment of nutrients, one type of food alone is not enough so it requires a variety of food ingredients that contain all the elements of nutrients. Efforts to improve child nutrition have been done by the government through Posyandu to monitor and provide more servants to toddlers. Nutrition needs of Indonesian people has been set in the guidelines of Pedoman Gizi Seimbang by the Ministry of Health Republic Indonesia, including nutritional guidelines to meet the nutritional needs of infants. However, the nutritional guidelines only provide the value of the nutrient content of each foodstuff, making it difficult for Posyandu staff to provide menu variations to fit the needs of children according to their health condition. In this research give recommendation of variation of foodstuff automatically by using optimization process of Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm so that it can facilitate Posyandu and parents of toddlers in providing daily food according to the nutritional needs of toddlers. Based on the test results, the most optimal parameter is the number of particles = 30, Wmin = 0.4, Wmax = 0.7, C1 = 2, C2 = 1.5, Number of iterations = 40 and Upper Limit Permutation number of 75 resulting in average energy, protein, fat and carbohydrate difference of 16.04%, -8.08%, 2.85% and 25.98% which can save parents toddlers by 28.56%.

Abstract

Twitter is one of the popular social networks where short message communications (called tweets) have attracted large numbers of users. Popularity and openness twitter structure has attracted large number of automated programs called bots. Bots is automatic programs designed to simulate conversations, either being similar like human or pure information. Pure information bot is bot that the existence intended to provide information to user. This research automatic notification is applied to reply to the questions frequently asked FILKOM coolege students about FILKOM in the form of FILKOM FAQ. FILKOM FAQs bot-based system that are applied to twitter social networks are easier to access, quicker, and interactive responses. The exchange of information that occurs between the webserver-bot system-and the users / students is done on a scheduled basis.

Abstract

Augmented reality is one of the new trend in the way of playing game and pretty popular among video game fans nowadays. Augmented reality become pretty popular among video game mainly because the high level of interactivity and immersivity for the game that using augmented reality. One of the technique that can be used in playing video game is projection mapping technique. Because all of that, in this thesis' project, the 2D platformer game developed with projection mapping technique. This game designed with methods such as game's formal elements, which in turn digital prototype to be used as metod to develop the game's prototype. Based on the result of functionality testing using basis path testing, it can be shown that functionality of 2D platformer game are running well. Based on the gameplay testing can be concluded that 2D platformer game that has been developed with projection mapping technique is pretty interesting, interactive, and immersive.

Abstract

Swadaya Graha (Semen Indonesia Group) is a company engaged in the manufacture and construction services. Based on the observation results of the company project report document can be concluded that the manajer proyek at PT. Swadaya Graha has the task to manage the project (project management). There are problems that occur in the current project management process, including the need for tools to facilitate the process of planning activities and project costs, tools to control the discrepancy between the plan and the realization of the project, tools that can reduce the number of report documents that must be filled, and can provide Project data in real-time. This study aims to develop a project management application system that can assist planning, project monitoring, real-time reporting data, and as an information tool for stakeholders. Built using a software development model called waterfall, the programming method used is object-oriented programming and embraces the concept of view controller model, besides the main method used in the project activity planning is the critical path method, aims to assist the process of project preparation and project scheduling . The results of the research indicate that at the testing stage there are 3 unit tests which resulted in conclusion that the functions are easy to understand, implemented and tested, 68 validation tests showing 68 functions to work properly, and compatibility tests showing the system can be used well on 8 type of web browser.

Abstract

BI rate is the interest rate policy that reflects the monetary stance policy which set by the Central Bank of Indonesia and announced to the public. BI rate greatly affects the trade, industry, stock prices, and especially banking. If the policy rate set by the Board of Governors is not in accordance with the trend of economic conditions at a certain time it will have a negative impact on the economic condition of Indonesia. This is what causes the importance of BI rate forecasting in the hope that business players can anticipate the long-term impact of BI rate determination. This research implements fuzzy time series using percentage change as the universe of discourse to predict BI rate in certain period. This method focuses on forming the universe of discourse and the development of steps to form an interval. Based on the results of the tests that have been done, using the best variable values ​​are 12 as the initial interval length, 2 as the value of n-topFrequency 2, and 10 as the length of sub-interval produce MAPE of 0.09005%. The final result obtained is the result of BI rate forecasting according to the period that the user wants to forecast.

Abstract

Along with the growing number of Indonesian population, also raises the competition in looking for work. The limited job vacancy impacts the increasing number of unemployed every year. Until February 2016, the labor force in Indonesia reached 127 million people with an overall unemployment rate of 5.5% or 7 million people. To overcome this increasing number of unemployment, needed step solution that is in the form of decision support for entrepreneurship. Decision support systems can be used to recommend an entrepreneur for unemployment or everyone. AHP method and TOPSIS method is one of the methods of decision support system that can be combined with calculating the weight of criterion using AHP method then continued by calculating the value of preference for ranking from entrepreneurial alternative using TOPSIS method. The AHP-TOPSIS method will recommend the results of 3 entrepreneurs with the highest preference value. In accordance with the test results, that these application can help to recommend entrepreneurs in helping decisions support for user to choose an entrepreneur.

Abstract

Schizophrenia is a severe mental disorder that contains thoughts, language, perceptions, and self-awareness. There are several types of schizophrenia. The relationship between the type of schizophrenia and its symptoms has uncertainty, where a symptom A is not necessarily only result in schizophrenia type X, but can lead to schizophrenia type Y. In rural areas, mental health facilities are still inadequate, so that the people there treat patients with schizophrenia with unnatural as at the brackets even in stocks. Actually, people with schizophrenia can be handled with the provision of drugs and psychological therapy with regular. Based on these problems, the authors create expert systems that are able to find solutions as do an expert in diagnosing and providing treatment solutions in patients with schizophrenia. Thus, general practitioners in small community clinics or hospitals in small areas can diagnose patients suffering from the schizophrenia. This expert system uses Bayesian Network method, PHP programming language and MySQL database. Experimental functional test results show all functional requirements can run well. In addition, the highest accuracy test results in testing the variation of training data is 92.86%. With the results of such accuracy, this expert system has a good performance to make the diagnosis of schizophrenia disease

Abstract

Implementation of duties by the Department of Transportation and LLAJ is done by disseminating information about project execution through Layanan Pengadaan Secara Elektronik (LPSE). The large number of bidders requires the Department of Transportation and LLAJ to make a good selection of winners. The winner's assessment can be done by applying the Preference Ranking Method Method of Organizational Methods for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE II) on the system to consider several alternatives and choose the best alternative based on administrative aspects, quality, price and qualification. The method of Promethee II performs calculations with several stages: weighting, multicriteria preference index calculation for 3 types of preferences, usual, level and quasi then continue by calculating of leaving flow, entering flow, and netflow. Based on the test, the highest accuracy of the system is 84.21% with usual criterion and quasi criterion type preferences. The lowest accuracy is 63.15% with level criterion type preference. The degree of accuracy in testing is influenced by the weighting conditions used for each of the criteria and the type of preferences used in the calculation process. Implementation of Promethee II method is expected to determine the winning bidder with a good assessment process by considering all criteria.

Abstract

Getting qualified human resources to fill vacant positions is certainly not an easy matter. Both agencies and companies generally use selection to get staff according to established criteria. Selection is done because it sees the important role of staff in helping run the wheel of the workplace concerned. Getting the staff with the desired abilities will certainly have a good impact not only on the related places but also on the existing resources. This research uses Profile Matching and Weighted Product method to assist the selection process. Both methods are selected because the Profile Matching is considered to help the human resources or team selection in giving the weight of the value according to the level of importance of the criteria for the position offered. While Weighted Product is the best method according to Vijay Manikrao Athawale and Shankar Chakraborty for robot selection. Based on the test performed, the accuracy obtained from the incorporation of this method is 80%.

Abstract

Smart home is one of wireless technology development. Smart home system makes devices in the home can be connected each other, so can make activity easier. One of wireless communication module which can be applied in smart home system is nRF24L01. The necessary of protocol communication and devices configuration can be said that it is not easy being a obstacle for smart home developing. Pervasive service discovery protocol method can be a solution for solving that problem. By using this method, the users doesn't need to do difficult configuration, software will search hardware and users can access service which is offered by that devices immediately. This research applies pervasive service discovery protocol method in smart home by using nRF24L01 communication module. The system is made in order to sensor node can communication as pervasive by using master node. Pervasive communication which is mentioned is a automatic addressing by system. Master node which is coordinator node will give different address to every sensor node. Based on trial which is done for 10 trial times, time needed for one sensor node to be connected with master node is 1011 ms, while time needed for two sensor nodes to be connected with master node simultaneously have average times 1011 ms and 1123.2 ms. The result of fungtional system experiment indicate that the user can monitoring and controlling device by serial monitor in master node
