Abstract

Pengangguran merupakan permasalahan yang yang belum terselesaikan meskipun berbagai upaya telah dilakukan untuk menurunkan jumlah tingkat pengangguran. Dalam hal ini tingkat pengangguran masih mengalami kenaikan dari tahun ke tahun. Untuk membuat kebijakan yang tepat, prediksi jumlah pengangguran merupakan langkah yang perlu dilakukan. Pada paper ini dilakukan prediksi tingkat pengangguran menggunakan Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS). Metode ANFIS ini diimplementasikan menggunakan fungsi keanggotaan generalized bell¸ inferensi fuzzy Sugeno Orde-Satu, dan fungsi aktivasi sigmoid biner. Untuk mendapatkan struktur ANFIS yang terbaik, dilakukan pelatihan jumlah data latih yang berbeda, dan learning rate dengan rentang 0,1 sampai 0,9. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian terhadap 30 data uji diketahui bahwa nilai Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) terbaik adalah 1,274. Selain itu juga dapat diketahui tingkat akurasi terbaik sebesar 93,33%. Abstract

AbstrakInformasi mengenai kondisi atmosfer yang cepat,akurat, dan terperinci sangat diperlukan oleh berbagai sektor. Salah satumetode yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan prediksi dan peramalan model yangkompleks dengan akurasi yang tinggi adalah Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy InferenceSystem (ANFIS). Dengankemampuan metode ini untuk melakukan prediksi dan peramalan, pada penelitianini dilakukan perbandingan kinerja dari kedua kemampuan ANFIS tersebut padadata time series cuaca berdasarkan parameter-parameter atmosfir yangmempengaruhinya.Padapenelitian ini, metode ANFIS baik untuk proses prediksi maupun peramalan diimplementasidengan struktur standar ANFIS yaitu lima layer. Namun pada proses peramalan dilakukan penggabungan dengan metode moving average untuk meramalkan nilai parameter input pada saat pengujian. Pengujian dilakukanpada data latih 40%, 50% dan 60% dari total data. Selain itu, pengujian jugadilakukan dengan mengelompokkan data berdasarkan musim, yaitu kemarau danpenghujan.Hasil ujicoba menunjukkan bahwa metode ANFIS cukup baik diterapkan untuk proses prediksijika tanpa pengelompokan data berdasarkan musim. Namun jika dilakukanpengelompokan berdasarkan musim, kemampuan ANFIS dalam melakukan peramalanmemiliki tingkat akurasi yang lebih tinggi dengan nilai error yang cukup rendah.Kata kunci: prediksi cuaca,peramalan cuaca, data time series, ANFISAbstractRapid and accurate information on the atmospheric conditions is required by the various sectors. One ofthe methods can be used to perform prediction and forecasting of complex modelwith high accuracy is AdaptiveNeuro Fuzzy Inference System(ANFIS).According to these two capabilitiesof ANFIS, this research is aimed to conduct comparison of accuracy on weathertime series data. This research implemented ANFIS using standard ANFISarchitecture that consists of five layers both to predict and to forecast theweather. However, the forecasting process combined ANFIS and moving averagemethod to forecast the input parameters were used at testing. This researchperformed learning process using 40%, 50% and 60% of total data. Beside, thelearning process also has been done on data was grouped into two groups basedon the season. The testing result showed ANFIS has better performance forprediction the data that were not grouped based on the season. However, ANFIShas better accuracy and lower error since the learning and testing were done onthe data that was grouped based on season.Keywords: weather prediction, weather forecasting,time series data, ANFIS

Abstract

AbstrakPenggunaan citra digital untuk keperluan penelitian sudah banyak dilakukan, salah satunya yaitu segmentasi. Segmentasi berfungsi untuk mendeteksi objek - objek yang terdapat pada citra, sehingga hasil segmentasi sangat penting untuk proses selanjutnya. Pada penelitian ini diusulkan teknik optimasi hasil background subtraction menggunakan kombinasi frame difference (FD) atau difference image dengan filter SDGD dan running average (RA) atau background updating dengan filter SDGD untuk diterapkan pada blob analysis. Alasan utama menggunakan penggabungan kedua metode tersebut adalah karena seringnya terdapat piksel objek yang tidak mampu dideteksi sehingga akan mengurangi tingkat optimasi pengenalan objek. Hasil pengujian akurasi dari 10 data uji yang masing – masing terdiri dari 30 frame menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini memiliki nilai akurasi tertinggi yakni 90% untuk pengujian threshold dan 100% untuk pengujian ukuran structure element. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi ini mampu melakukan segmentasi kendaraan dengan baik.Kata kunci: filter SDGD, blob analysis, video lalu lintas, background subtraction.AbstractThe use of digital images for the purposes of research has been often applied, one of them is segmentation. Segmentation is used to detect objects contained in the image, so the segmentation result is very important for further processing. In this study, the results of the optimization technique proposed background subtraction using a combination of frame difference (FD) or a difference image with filter SDGD and running average (RA) or background updating with SDGD filter to be applied blob analysis. The main reason to use the merger of these two methods is that often there are pixels that are not able to detect objects that will reduce the level of optimization object recognition. The results of accuracy testing using 10 data testing for each data consisting of 30 frames shows that the system proposed in this paper has best accuracy of 90% for testing the threshold and 100% for testing the size of structure element. So it can be concluded that this system capable to segmentation the vehicle properly.Keywords: filter SDGD, blob analysis, traffic video, background subtraction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is: to improve understanding of social problem concept of social studies through  applying cooperative learning model type think-pair-share in the students of Elementary School. This is classroom action research (CAR) with two cycles performed. Each cycles consist of four steps, there were planning, implementation of action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research is fourth grade students in Elementary School State 2 Kedungputeri Ngawi. Data collecting techniques in this research was observation, test, interview and documentation. For data analyzing techniques was reducing data, presenting data, and taking research conclusion or verification. The research result can be conclude that there is an improvement understanding of social problem concept of social studies in fourth grade students of Elementary School State 2 Kedungputeri Ngawi. On initial conditions, the class average value is 61,31 by the number of students who complete learned is 11 students (40,74%). In cycle I, the average value is 79,51 with students who complete learned is 22 students (81,48%). In cycle II, the average value is 91,26 with students who complete learned is 25 students (92,59%). Keyword: think-pair-share teaching, understanding concept.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe inside outside circle (IOC) pada siswa kelas 4 Sekolah Dasar Negeri Pintu Kecamatan Jenangan Kabupaten Ponorogo. Variabel yang menjadi sasaran perubahan dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan berbicara, sedangkan variabel tindakan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatiftipe inside outside circle (IOC).Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas sebanyak 2 siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas 4 Sekolah Dasar Negeri Pintu Kecamatan Jenangan Kabupaten Ponorogo yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif yang mempunyai tiga buah komponen yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada peningkatan kemampuan berbicara dalam kegiatan bermain peran setelah diadakan tindakan kelas dengan menerapkan model pembelajarankooperatiftipe inside outside circle (IOC).Kata Kunci : Keterampilan Berbicara, Drama, Inside-Outside Circle Abstract :The purpose of this research is to improve the ability to talk through the implementation of cooperative learning model inside outside circle (IOC) in the 4th grade students of State Elementary School District of Jenangan Doors Ponorogo. Variables that were subjected to a change in this study is the ability to speak, while the action variable used in this research is the application of cooperative learning model inside outside circle (IOC). This research is a form of action research as much as 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four phases: planning, action, observation and reflection. Subjects were students in grade 4 Doors Public Elementary School District of Jenangan Ponorogo totaling 20 students. Data collection technique used observation, interview, test and documentation. Data analysis technique used is an interactive model that has three components: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of this study concluded that there is an increased ability to speak after having a class action by implementing cooperative learning model inside outside circle (IOC). Abstract

This paper proposes the comparison of using K-Means and Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) to optimize the premise parameters on Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) for weather forecasting. The ANFIS architecture groups each of the feature inputs in the first layer into three clusters, and uses three rules for the second layer. The comparison is performed based on the RMSE value and the number of iteration. The testing is done on the percentage of 40%, 50%, and 60% of the total data. In addition, the testing is done by grouping the data based on season called rainy and dry seasons. The testing results show that both K-Means and FCM havealmost the same RMSE, except for rainy season where K-Means has better RMSE. However, K-Means requires relatively more iterations to achieve convergence. The use of FCM, in general, gives better results than K-Means. It is also shown that ANFIS provides the best performance for data onto the dry season.

Abstract

      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa setelah menggunakan bahan ajar fisika berbasis pendekatan saintifik pada materi fluida dinamis melalui pembelajaran discovery learning. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 6 Semarang tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Sampel penelitian ini diambil melalui teknik simple random sampling, didapatkan kelas XI MIPA 6 sebagai kelas kontrol dan XI MIPA 7 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa soal pretest-posttest kemampuan berpikir kritis yang terdiri dari soal benar-salah dan soal uraian. Hasil penelitian dianalisis melalui uji normalitas, uji gain, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil uji gain menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,52 lebih besar dari nilai gain kelas kontrol yang hanya 0,33. Hasil ini diperkuat oleh uji hipotesis yang menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa melalui pembelajaran discovery learning dengan menggunakan bahan ajar fisika berbasis pendekatan saintifik.   This study aims to determine critical thinking skills after using physics based teaching materials on a scientific approach to dynamic fluid materials through discovery learning. The population is the students of class XI SMA Negeri 6 Semarang academic year 2016/2017. The sample of this research is taken by simple random sampling, obtained XI MIPA 6 as control class and XI MIPA 7 as experiment class. The instrument used is pretest-posttest critical thinking skills consisting of true-false quetions and essay. The results were analyzed through normality test, gain test, and hypothesis test. The result of the gain test shows that the students critical thinking ability is 0,52 bigger than the control class gain value which is only 0,33. This result is reinforced by hypothesis test which shows that students' critical thinking ability is higher than control class. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an improvement of students critical thinking skills through discovery learning by using physics-based teaching materials approach..

Abstract

In applying remote sensing technology for inventory, evaluation and estimation of rice crop production, required the data of spectral characteristics changing of the plants during its growth phase. By identifying spectral characteristics, it will be recognized the objects in the images. This study identifies the spectral characteristics of high-yielding varieties of rice plants during their growth in Malang regency. Based on the results of field survey, the high yielding varieties that are commonly planted consist of IR64, Ciherang and Membramo. Then, from the identification of vegetation index is known that all these three varieties have different growth patterns, where the most distinct pattern found in IR64.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangakan produk berupa Assessment Of Inovation Learning Berbasis Revolusi Industri 4.0 untuk Guru Sekolah Dasar. Pengembangan mengacu pada model 4D Thiagarajan Prosedur pengembangan menggunakan langkah-langkah pengembangan yaitu: a) tahap pengumpulan informasi, b) tahap perencanaan, c) tahap pengembangan, d) tahap validasi dan uji coba. Pada tahap uji coba skla terbatas menggunakan intrumen berupa lembar validasi yang melibatkan 3 orang validator ahli dari segi materi, bahasa dan penyajian dan juga produk telah diujicobakan pada 40 pengguna yang terdiri dari 10 responden guru.Assessment Of Inovation Learning Berbasis Revolusi Industri 4.0. pada Guru Sekolah Dasar telah memenuhi kriteria 86.67% dinyatakan dalam kriteria sangat layak dari validator ahli bahasa, 88.89% dinyatakan dalam kriteria sangat layak dari validator ahli materi, 87.06% dinyatakan dalam kriteria sangat layak dari validator ahli penyajian, 84.29% dinyatakan dalam kriteria sangat layak.
