Abstract

Sebagai kota yang sedang tumbuh Kota Malang mengalami berbagai masalah, salah satu aspek yang sedang menjadi masalah kota adalah masalah kebersihan kota. Produksi sampah semakin tahun semakin meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan penduduknya. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pengelolaan sampah yang efektif dan efisien terutama dalam hal pengangkutan sampah. Namun pengangkutan sampah di Kota Malang dirasa masih kurang karena belum adanya rute khusus untuk truk-truk pengangkut sampah, sehingga waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mengangkut seluruh sampah dari 70 TPS ke TPA membutuhkan waktu dan biaya bahan bakar yang cukup boros. Dari perbandingan antara metode Nearest Insertion Heuristic dengan metode modifikasinya, menunjukkan bahwa metode Nearest Insertion Heuristic menghasilkan jarak yang lebih pendek. Hasil terbaik didapatkan apabila dari 35 truk pengangkut sampah, urutan jalan truk yang digunakan adalah 18 truk berkapasitas 8 m³ kemudian 17 truk berkapasitas 6 m³.

Abstract

Smart home were developed to do some daily activity automatically. To operate or monitor some devices in home wirelessly using smartphone. Nowadays, there's lot of smarthome control application based on smartphone that being developed but without paying attention to the basic principle of design, that's why in this research we will make smart home control application using android smartphone with bluetooth connectivity that could control some devices with basic design principle of human and computer interaction in mind with user friendly feature. Those priciple were designed to increase usability of the application to ease the user in operating smart home. Design process used in this application development is begin with what method that we wanted, and the we analyze the skenario and HTA the implement the interaction design principle. Usability test of the application were done using verification and observation.The result of verification test were work as predicted skenario. While in observation test, user need 43,1 second in average. Analysis of usability test by giving USE questionnaires to 30 respondents with the provision 15 users with basic knowledge of IT and 15 non IT with 5 categories based on the Likert scale ratings. usefulness, ease of use and easy to understand and satisfaction category get 4 (agree). From this research, we can conclude that this application is having high usability and from the observation test, user have agreed that this application would help them in controlling their home.

Abstract

PT. Citra Anggun Pratama is a company engaged in construction, one of their human resources are the builders. Problems often encountered in the company is the incompatibility of builder election to the needs of corporate projects that resulted in disruption of the project. Genetic algorithm is one type of Evolutionary Algorithms (EAs) are the most popular and commonly used because of their ability to solve various complex problems, so it can be applied to find optimal solutions to the problems of election workers. Process of finding solutions in this study begins with the generation of chromosome accommodated in the population, then carried the crossover and mutation rate to get the new generation then be selected to get the best solution. Based on test results obtained best results on the population size of 420, 150 iterations, combination of Mr 0.5 and Cr 0.5 which is optimal or near-optimal results. The result is a recommendation in the way of the builder selection.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahannya dalam bidang optimasi yaitu penentuan rute distribusi air minum kemasan. Air merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok bagi manuasia, sehingga banyak sekali permintaan untuk pemasokan air minum kemasan . Penentuan rute terpendek sangat penting karena pengiriman barang harus dilakukan dengan singkat dan tepat waktu dengan memaksimalkan penggunaan alat transportasi untuk mengurangi biaya transportasi. Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) cenderung menyelsaikan permasalahan dengan meminimalkan biaya yang direpresentasikan oleh total jarak tempuh dan jumlah kendaraan yang digunakan. Oleh karena itu untuk menyelsaikan masalah lebih tepat menggunkan (Vehicle Routing Problem With Time Window) VRPTW, dengan tujuan menentukan optimasi rute yang dipengaruhi dengan Time window. Time window yang merupakan waktu pelayanan khusus yang disediakan oleh pelanggan. Algoritma Genetika merupakan salah satu algoritma yang dapat diterapkan untuk menyelesaikan Optimasi Distribusi Air Minum Kemasan dengan mendapatkan rute terbaik. Pencarian Solusi dilakukan dengan mengkombinasikan kromosom kemudian diproses dengan operator genetika (crossover, mutasi dan seleksi) dengan menginisialisasi parameter genetika (ukuran Populasi, probabilitas crossover, probabilitas mutasi dan jumlah generasi). Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh hasil terbaik dengan nilai fitness tertinggi pada ukuran populasi 100, jumlah generasi 2500 nilai probabilitasi crossover 0,3 dan probabilitas mutasi 0,7.

Abstract

Heartbeat and body temperature are vital signs that routinely checked by the hospital to determine the clinical signs are used to confirm the diagnosis of a disease. In the process, heartbeat and body temperature checking in some hospitals still use manual system where a nurse had to come to the patient room to check and record heartbeat and body temperature of the patient. This system is less effective because it takes a lot of time. In this research has been created a monitoring system of the heartbeat and body temperature wirelessly. The system uses pulse sensors to detect the heartbeat, LM35 to detect body temperature, for data processing using Arduino nano and utilize NRF24L01 as wireless data transmission media. This system detects heartbeat and body temperature in real time. The processed data is then displayed on an application. The information provided on the application include heartbeats per minute, body temperature, and indicators of the condition of the heartbeat and body temperature of the patient. The application also have a features that can store heartbeat and body temperature at a certain time. Based on the test results, the success rate of the system in detecting heartbeats is 97.17%. While success rate of the system in detecting body temperature is 99.28%. For data transmission, the system can perform data transmission smoothly at a maximum distance of 15 meters to the barrier. For storage in the database, the system can store data as expected.

Abstract

Public information is information resultant, saved, and / or received from with regard to the organizers and the implementation of other public bodies in accordance with the Act as well as other information relating to the public interest. Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia no. 14 years 2008 about public information openess explain that every one have right to get information as written in the Law on public Information. Based on result of interview with someone from Kominfo's Probolinggo city, dissemination information by "Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID)” Probolinggo city with two manners, that is dissemination informations with electronic and non-electronic. in the spread informations via electronic in website untill now not been evaluated. evaluation is an effort to carry out the development and improvement of the system To see the extent to which the website provides convenience to the community then be required for analysis of the extent to which the quality of the website. Analysis of the quality of government websites can be done using e-GovQual dimensional approach which will then be determined priority to the problems found using Importance Performance Analysis. after found problems priority will be given recommendations for websites improvement using Heuristic Evaluation approach. From the results of existing recommendations, so it can be used as a reference by the Government of Probolinggo to develop the website so even easier to use by the public. Based on the results, there are fact that the level of satisfaction of the user community in using the website PPID Kota Probolinggo on perception of the average of 2.99 and an average interest rate of 4.07 on a scale of 5. But there are parameters of perception based on instrument e-GovQual question, ie in that ease of use with value 2.7 which indicates dissatisfaction with the structure of the website. In addition, there are parameters of perception based on instrument e-GovQual question on ease of use, reliability and the content and appearance with a value of 4.2 which indicates the importance of the ability to make adjustments, perform timely service delivery, speed of transactions and completeness data and information on the website.

Abstract

In the rapid development of information technology, many efforts has been done to provide more efficient and effective service for information exchange. One of the architecture that attracts researchers's attention is publish-subscribe architecture, which included in Information Centric Networking (ICN). Publish-subscribe system will help data exchange between nodes. Subscriber node will not care who is the data sender as long as the data matched the topic they has subscribe. The current publish-subscribe application is not capable to run in area with unstable connection. One of the solutions to solve that problem is to build publish-subscribe architecture in Delay Tolerant Network (DTN). In this study, publisher had uploaded some book file. Brokers had been able to forward the files to subscriber according the topic. Subscriber had been able to receive files published by publisher according the topic they choose. Three of them run in DTN. Success rate of sending files to destination in testing of 5000 file-sending is 100%. All files had been sent successfully to broker and subscribers according to its destination without data-lost. File with size of 1 MB, more than 10 MB, and more than 100 MB had been successfully uploaded to publsiher's storage and also successfully sent to subscribers. This system also has re-sending mechanism for lost data-packets that functions properly.

Abstract

Forecasting systems with fuzzy time series capturing the pattern of past data and then use it to project future data. The process also does not require a complex learning system as it exists on genetic algorithms and neural networks, so that make the system is easy to develop. In the prediction using fuzzy time series, the length of the interval has been determined at the beginning of the calculation process. While determining the interval length is very influential in the formation of fuzzy relationships also will have an impact on the prediction of the outcome differences. Therefore, the formation of the fuzzy relationship must be precise and it requires the determination of an appropriate interval length. One method that can be used to determine the effective length of the interval is an average based method. In this paper, the authors implement the fuzzy time series to forecast the monthly visitor data, as for the data used for testing is derived from Dinas Pariwisata Kota Batu and from the results of tests conducted that data forecasting using Average based earned value error AFER best of 0.0056% by using 60 training data

Abstract

Before distributing zakat, required the selection data of recepients by considering some of its criteria because the scholarship must be received by people who are truly in need. The amount of data along with the various criteria that lead to the selection time to produce a long lasting decision. The system of priority SOS scholarship recipients are expected to produce a recommendation candidate who is suitable to receive the zakat with a relatively short time. In some studies mention that the use of fuzzy Tsukamoto methods sometimes does not necessarily produce the optimal final result. In this study, the accuracy of the test results by using fuzzy Tsukamoto alone is 0.725. One of the technique that can be used to provide a more optimal final result is the optimization of limited membership functions using genetic algorithms. The chromosome representation which is used is real-coded, crossover technique using a one-cut-point crossover, mutation techniques using random mutation and chromosomal repair using a hill climbing algorithm. The calculation result of the accuracy system by using the Spearman correlation in the optimization of Tsukamoto fuzzy membership using genetic algorithms with chromosomal repair mechanism is 0.986. While the accuracy test results of the optimization system of Tsukamoto fuzzy membership by using a genetic algorithm without chromosomal repair mechanism is 0.845. The accuracy results shows the increase of the accuracy value with the function optimization of Tsukamoto fuzzy membership by using the genetic algorithms and chromosome repairs with hill climbing.

Abstract

Various diseases and pest attacks can cause serious problems to the soybean crop. One threat to the soybean crop development research centers and is the developer of the plant pests. Pests can reduce soybean yields by 80 % even if no serious control. Classification is needed to determine the types of diseases that attack soybean plants. This research use of Soybean Disease Data Set consisting of 266 training data and desktop-based applications to be built by implementing the algorithm Modified K - Nearest Neighbor, the parameter value of K is determined by the system using brute force methods to find the best K value. Each value of K with accuracy the best results will be recorded and used as the parameter value of K in the process of testing new data. K values in this method to define the number of nearest neighbors used for the classification process. The test results showed that the value of the parameter K affects the classification results and the accuracy result. Average accuracy tends to decrease with the addition of the value of k , while increasing the number of training data also accompanied by an increase in the accuracy of the results, for training data with imbalanced class accuracy values decreased with increasing amount of data. The results of the highest accuracy on the test at 100 % with a value of k = 1 and an average accuracy of 5 times the experimental is 98.83 %.
