Abstract

In this era which require big amount of data, text summarization becomes a needs. With text summarization, everyone can get information that describe all of big text in just few of sentences. The problem in text summarization is quality of the summarization result. One of the known method for text summarization is TFIDF, this method is a method for summarizing text using statistical approach. The other approach for summarizing text is statistical approach. In a general way, summarization result is consist of sentences with statistical features such as total of words, total of keywords, and sentence position in the original text. Those features can be used to classify a text into class of summary or class of non summary. The summarization result come from the composite of every sentence in summary class. In this research, writer combines the use of statistical feature and linguistical features to summarize text. The testing result of this research show that summarization with statistical and linguistical features using Naive Bayes method came with f-score average 0.206538 and realive utility average 0.116657.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is the 4th largest cause of death in the world and causes more deaths than other diseases so needed serious attention is required. One that can be done is by diet therapy that is composing daily food menu. Diabetic diet is done with attention of energy, carbohydrates, proteins, and fats with precise and accurate. The calculation of the patient's energy can be done manually or with the help of a system that implements an algorithm. If done by manual process will take a long time especially if the available food is very much and diabetic diet every complication has different needs. With the help of computation process system will take place quickly and if applied a calculation algorithm will yield more optimal solution, one of the algorithm is genetic algorithm. Genetic algorithm is a heuristic method that is a search method, in implementation there are rules to obtain a better solution than the previous solution. Genetic algorithm is widely applied to various optimization problems so it is also expected to optimize the problem on the optimization of food composition. The results obtained from the research conducted are individuals in the optimal population of 250 individuals with the number of generations of 145 and the combination of cr and mr most optimal is 0.7 and 0.3 with fitnes 0. 01857.

Abstract

Alat ungkap masalah is an instrument in guidance and counseling are used to discover and understand any problems experienced by students. Alat ungkap masalah is used because of the lack of a deep understanding of teachers' guidance and counseling to students. Although already used alat ungkap masalah student counseling service process is still less than the maximum because of the lack of human resources that exist in schools and teachers' understanding of guidance and counseling about the tool according to the problems and issues faced by the students. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an expert system that can adopt the knowledge of an expert counseling in the process of recognition of the problem by using the tool revealed the problem. The purpose of this application is to help the teachers counseling to ease the process of guidance and counseling and facilitate students in recognizing the problems that it faces. This application uses the FCM Clustering as the generation process and FIS rules Tsukamoto as an inference engine, the application can generate an accuracy rate of 75.71% compared with the results of the expert diagnosis.

Abstract

Crossings train is a cross where meetings of railway line with the way , the highway or a trail other. In indonesia , many cases accident in the area were caused lack of keys no have facilities cross bar train , hence often to cause casualties .In addition , there are also some cases accident on an area of crossings train because the factors human error like road users lacking in discipline or guard at the cross bar that causes inactive of cross bar as its function .To reduce factors accident above , so designed a system control cross bar train automatically with combined some ir censors or censor infrareds as count vehicles and read the speed of a train. Based two of the input , so produced a decision of output the movement of cross. The movement of the decision cross arranged using fuzzy logic sugeno which will produce cross movement move quickly , medium or slowly. For communication the submission of the data in wireless using module nrf24l01. Into execution of the entire program when run , 9971 been gained up to cross 10071 milisecond will close fast , 13031 up to cross 13080 milisecond will close medium and 22461 up to cross 22571 milisecond will close slowly with delivery performance data is wireless 460 up to 580 milisecond by inference a system of working to fit as desired with the execution of the program in do a decision less than a time limit set 61.2 seconds that is the train travel time prior to the the crossing gate railway with the top speed of 60 km per hour with error ratio 4.6 % between system time and realtime.

Abstract

One of the major problems that Indonesia has is unemployment. It happens because of the low number of the job vacancy meets the high number of the graduate and job seeker. The unbalanced number of the job vacancy to the graduate and job seeker causes an increasing in the unemployment rate in Indonesia. The high rate of unemployment will inevitably give a direct or indirect impact to the poverty, crime, and other social issues. However, according to the survey conducted by BPS, Indonesia's unemployment rate was even increasing from the year of 2014 to 2015. It would really help the Indonesian government to make planning, program, or policy related to the job vacancy by being able to predict the number of unemployment. In addition, the data result from the prediction could be used as the measurement of the success of government's previous programs. Backpropagation is one of the methods that used to predict. This research works on the optimation of weights initialization in Backpropagation using Bayesian method that is a modification of the Kalman filter. According to the test result done in this research, the lowest value of Average Forecasting Error Rate (AFER) is 2,1003%. From that result, the combination method between Backpropagation and Bayesian has better accuracy rate than Backpropagation method with random initialization that has 2,5793% lowest value of AFER, but need a lot of iterasion. The sistem of this research can predict some future of years immediately but the most optimal result is the first year while in subsequent years the result of the prediction is more inaccurate.

Abstract

Hydroponics is a method of farming that does not use soil as a growing medium, but only use water containing nutrients that plants need. One of the factors success of planting with this method is affected by how the owners do care for the plants. Primary the treatments are done to ensure the circulation of nutrients or watering is given a timely manner in sufficient quantities. There was a time hydroponic plant owners are not anywhere near the planting area so that is not directly taking care of the plants. In order for hydroponic plant owners will still be able to care for and monitor the environmental conditions of the plant although it is far from the planting site, the project in this paper provides an alternative solution to overcome these problems. Device made in this project combining the capabilities of arduino mega as a data acquisition system incorporating ethernet shield for data transmission through the Internet, DHT11 sensor to read the temperature and humidity, special applications android blynk as monitoring tools, and RTC for timing in realtime. Arduino Mega is also associated with ignition relay to set the sprinkler pumps or circulatory water. Based on testing conducted found that each module can work well according to its function. With the appropriate network quality testing (average delay to blynk server is 1242ms, obtained by the process of sending commands and execution watering and environmental data delivery takes about 1-2 minutes.

Abstract

The number of open unemployment in Indonesia has increased and decreased every year. The factors that can make unemployment happens is the number of the labor force is not balanced to the available jobs. In addition, the weakening of labor absorption in some industrial sectors has also the cause of the increasing number of open unemployment in Indonesia. Predict the number of open unemployment, expected can help the government and related parties to take the appropriate policy to reduce the number of open unemployment in Indonesia. Genetic-based backpropagation is one of the methods that can be implemented to perform predictions. This method performs weight and biases optimization process as parameters in backpropagation training. In this research the result value of Average Forecast Error Rate (AFER) of backpropagation method is 4.715198444% and genetic-based backpropagation method is 3.877514478%. Based on the result value of AFER, genetic-based backpropagation method can be used to predict the number of open unemployment in Indonesia with a better accuracy.

Abstract

As a distributor company, the cost of distribution is very influential on the benefits to be obtained UD.TOSA. The affect of distribution cost is the distance distribution. Besides affected by distance, cost is also influenced by the frequency of maintenance vehicles used in the distribution process. The more frequent occurrence of damage to the vehicle, it will increase the frequency of maintenance so that adds to the cost of distribution. One cause damage to the vehicle is because vehicles are often excess payload (overtonase). Excessive loads can also increase the potential for accidents that could result in damage to the product as well as the vehicle itself. This will result in reduced profits obtained. Products are distributed and used vehicles have their respective characteristics. Each vehicle has a limited capacity, so not all products can be loaded, the distributor can perform any combination of products that should be loaded in order to maximize cargo volume without exceeding the capacity of the vehicle. The combination of products in the distribution process is a complex combinatorial problems, problems of this combination into the multi-dimensional knapsack problem (MKDP). Utilization of genetic algorithms in multi-dimensional knapsack problem is to perform such optimization of capacity in the distribution process.The algorithm parameters used in this study is a population of 200, the generation of 100, cr by 0.9 and 0.1 mr. Excess load on the solutions produced by the system is equal to 0% of the maximum load capacity of the vehicle. Solutions generated by the system can be ensured not exceed the capacity, both of maximum space vehicles as well as the maximum load of the vehicle. It can reduce the risk of damage to the vehicle so that the frequency of maintenance is not too often.

Abstract

Generally, timetabling is done by using conventional tables or spreadsheets. As a result, its affect the quality of timetable and it could drain time and energy if data is considered in thousands. Based on these problems, it requires an intelligent system that not only automates its process but also optimizes the result. PSO is proved effective to solve multidimensional and multiparameter optimization problems compared with other methods. DPSO is used in this study because of combinatorics problems. Various strategies are also used in this method such as clustering particle representation, transposition method for particle movement, time-variant approach, guided random strategies, particle's position repair strategies, and multithreading. The strategy is expected to improve timetabling result. With the various strategies that have been used, this study will use “Hybrid Discrete Particle Swarm Optimization” approach. The test results showed the combination of parameters that resulting the best fitness is: bloc_min=0.6, bloc_max=1, bglob_min=0.6, bglob_max=1, brand_min=0, brand_max=0.002, particle total 2 and iteration total 50,000. The resulting fitness is 248,515.76 with the total execution time is 1 hour 46 minutes 14 seconds and 600 milliseconds.

Abstract

Physical exercise is an effective way to improve the welfare and quality of life. In modern society physical exercise is a must, not only to maintain health, but also as a means to rehabilitate from injuries. But it is inevitable that there is some risk that occurs during physical exercise can cause injuries such as bruises, sprains or even broken bones. More importantly, it was found that the knee and ankle are generally exposed to injuries, sprains and strains which proved with 949 cases for men and 194 for women. Despite the fact the physical rehabilitation can help recover from injury, but also very boring. This is mainly due to the exercise of no interest to most patients, and discomfort should be monitored through regular visits to a specialist. One effective way is to use a technology that provides visual feedback to the patient's proper exercise adequately, using Augmented Reality technology. This research will be built based augmented reality application designed to support therapy aims to help patients sprained ankle rehabilitation. This technology can run on android mobile devices, making it easier for patients to perform rehabilitation of a sprained ankle. From the results of tests performed acquired 80.9% average value of respondents' interpretation of 20 votes, which showed that the level of acceptance of the respondents said "Strongly Agree" to the rehabilitation of this AR technology.
