Abstract

Abstrak E-Kiosk adalah suatu sistem vending machine informasi bagi publik yang dapat diakses kapanpun pada umumnya tersedia di tempat-tempat publik. Secara umum e-Kiosk terdiri dari tiga kategori besar :Information Kiosk, Transaction Kiosk, dan Multimedia Kiosk. E-Kiosk dalam perkembangannya telah menjadi suatu fasilitas akses publik yang interaktif (self-service), terhubung dalam suatu sistem jaringan infonnasi terpusat dalam LAN (Local Area Network), Intranet, bahkan Internet. Dengan terhubungnya e-Kiosk dalam jaringan, maka diperlukan aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat melayani fungsie-Kiosk selama 24 jam oleh suatu server. Hal ini mutlak diperlukan mengingat fungsi utama e-Kiosk yang selalu standby dan selalu diakses oleh publik kapanpun dan dimanapun.Selain itu, juga diperlukan suatu manajemen trafik jaringan e-Kiosk tersebut agar dapat memberikan layanan yang memuaskan kepada publik. Pada Penelitian ini akan dilakukan rancang bangun server jaringan e-Kiosk (Multi Client e-Kiosk) yang dapat melakukan fungsi memberikan informasi dan akses administrasi akademik di lingkungan PTIIK kepada civitas akademik. Kata kunci: Kiosk, sistem informasi akademik Abstract E-Kiosk is a vending machine system for public information that can be accessed anytime in general available in public places. In general, e-Kiosk consists of three major categories: Information Kiosk, Transaction Kiosk, and Multimedia Kiosk. E-Kiosk in its development has become an interactive public access facilities (self-service), connected in a network system, The information centralized within a LAN (Local Area Network), Intranet, and even Internet. By e-Kiosk interlinked in a network, it is necessary to web-based applications that can serve fungsie-Kiosk for 24 hours by a server. It is absolutely necessary given the major functions of e-Kiosk is always standby and always accessible to the public whenever and wherever. It also required a traffic management e-Kiosk networking order to provide a satisfactory service to the public. This research will be conducted on the design of e-Kiosk network server (Multi Client e-Kiosk) that can perform the function of providing information and access to the academic administration, PTIIK and the academic community. Abstract

AbstrakDalam penelitian ini diimplementasikan sebuah teknik robot bergerak yang berkaitan dengan kesetimbangan pada media tidak stabil. Tujuannya adalah merancang dan mengimplemntasikan sebuah sistem control diskrit digital yang  memberikan stabilitas yang diperlukan. Kontrol PID dan Algoritma filter Kalman  menjadi implementasi pengujian ideal model robot ini. Kedua algoritma tersebut  mampu meningkatkan performa control pada sistem. Penelitian ini menguji kinerja sistem control PID dan Algoritma filter Kalman. Uji software dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan hasil kinerja kedua Algoritma kontroler PID dan Filter Kalman. Kinerja sistem kontrol secara langsung tergantung pada Algoritma filter Kalman dan parameter masukan controller PID. Penelitian ini menggunakan EnKF dan PID controller sebagai algoritma penyeimbang robot. Dilakukan tunning manual pada kovarian filter. Percobaan dilakukan dengan metode trial and error dengan mengubah-ubah matrik kovarian noise proses. Overshoot sistem bisa dikurangi dengan cara mengatur matrik kovarian noise proses. Dari hasil percobaan sistem optimal pada Q_accelerometer : 0.001, Q_gyroscope        : 0.05, R_pengukuran         : 0.03,  P = 1790.005, I = 0.129 dan D = 96.881.Kata kunci: Ensemble Kalman, Kontroler PID, Performansi, RobotAbstractOne technique that is commonly used for mobile robots is an inverted pendulum based model. This research has been implementing a mobile robot technique in an unstable environment. The goal is to design and implementing a discrete digital control system that will provide robot stability. The PID controller algorithm and Ensemble Kalman filter (EnKF) implementation would be an ideal test model of this robot. Both of these algorithms are able to improve the performance of control systems. This robot already tested the performance of the PID control system and the EnKF algorithm. The performance of the PID controller algorithm and EnKF is tested by software. The Control system performance is directly dependent on the EnKF algorithm and input parameters of PID controller. Research uses EnKF algorithm and PID controller as a balancing robot. The covariance filter tuned by manually. Experiments carried out by the method of trial and error by varying the process noise covariance matrix. The system overshoot can be reduced by processing noise covariance matrix. The experiment results showed system optimal on Q_accelerometer: 0001, Q_gyroscope: 0.05 R_measurement: 12:03, P = 1790,005, I = 0.129 and D = 96 881.Keywords: Ensemble Kalman, Kontroler PID, Performance, Robots

Abstract

Banjir menjadi permasalahan yang sampai saat ini masih belum dapat diselesaikan. Permasalahan banjir hampir selalu terjadi di beberapa daerah di Indonesia, khususnya pada saat musim hujan. Apabila hujan turun dengan curah hujan tinggi, dan sungai tidak dapat menampung curah hujan tersebut, maka akan terjadi banjir. Untuk mengatur dan menjaga debit air sungai agar tidak meluap dan menyebabkan banjir, pada aliran sungai digunakan pintu air. Pada penelitian ini penulis akan melakukan perancangan sistem pengendali pintu air dengan menggunakan logika Fuzzy dan Simple Additive Weighting. Logika Fuzzy pada penelitian ini akan digunakan untuk menentukan besaran pembukaan pintu air yang didasarkan pada data ketinggian permukaan air yang didapatkan dari hasil akuisisi sensor water level, dan data curah hujan, yang didapatkan dari hasil akuisisi sensor rain module. Sebagai actuator untuk menggerakkan pintu air digunakan motor servo. Data hasil akuisisi sensor akan dikirimkan ke Arduino Mega 2650, kemudian pada mikrokontroler tersebut, dilakukan proses perhitungan Logika Fuzzy dan metode Simple Additive Weighting. Secara keseluruhan perhitungan logika Fuzzy pada Sungai Utama dan seluruh Anak Sungai memiliki persentase error sebesar 0,09875%, sedangkan pada perhitungan metode SAW yang digunakan untuk menentukan anak sungai yang menjadi alternatif terbaik, tidak terdapat perbedaan antara perhitungan manual dan perhitungan yang dilakukan oleh sistem.

Abstract

Data security becomes one of the things that need to be considered. The Sum of Product (SOP) Encryption is one of simple algorithm. The SOP encryption is not a public-key system to encrypt data. it is almost unbreakable through brute force method and vulnerable to attack because the encryption models have a fixed pattern. However, this drawback can be avoided through the compression process to remove the pattern file. SOP encryption algorithm can use a Boolean algebra combination functions such as AND gate and OR gate. Simple algorithm in hardware language VHSIC Hardware Description Language (VHDL) is on data bits level. The purpose of this research is implementation of image encryption algorithm to produce a quick image encryption system. From result test, the image processing time without encryption average 4.999ns/px and 13.51ns/px with encryption.

Abstract

Research in the field of image classification has been widely applied and developed, especially in the field of satellite imagery. Image classification is the process of grouping the pixels in an image into a number of classes, so that each class can describe an entity with certain characteristics. The research aims to build software that can perform the classification of earth image results from UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) monitoring. The Image converted into YUV format then classified using Fuzzy Support Vector Machine (FSVM). This research designed elements that UAVs will be used for monitoring as follows: (1) the control station, which designed the software on a computer that is used to send or receive data, and display the data in graphical form, (2) payload, using the camera to capture images and send to the control station, (3) communication system using TCP/IP protocol, and (4) UAV, using X650 quadcopter products from xaircraft. All of data can be received if it is sent by several segmented package into smaller parts. The results of image classification, the image of the monitoring carried out on the UAV sized 256 x 256 pixels with a total number of 450 training data size. It is 16x16 pixel image data. Tests performed to classify the image into 3 classes, namely agricultural area, residential area, and water area. The highest accuracy value of 77.69% obtained by the number of training data as much as 375.

Abstract

This paper describes a system that is designed to be able to receive packet voice signal using the Ethernet protocol in local networks using FPGA which was programmed decode the data packets. The digital data packets are then converted back into analog data that will be used to control another system. The design was implemented as four components consisting of frame starter unit, address matching unit, buffer unit and DAC processing unit. The system was designed on Xilinx development board using ISE design suite and simulated on ISIM. The test results showed that the system response was less than 40 ms. The result also showed that our proposed design only occupies 11% of number of slices and it also requires 5% of total IOBs on Xilinx Spartan 3-E.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem characterized by height and weight problems. Toddlers who have height and weight of more than minus 2 standard deviations are at risk of suffering from stunting and require monitoring for 3 to 6 consecutive months. Currently, the system still measures toddlers' height and weight, then matches it with the World Health Organization(WHO) growth data table. Therefore, we proposed to develop a system to detect height and weight as well as the risk of stunting in toddlers using an ultrasonic sensor, load cell, and backpropagation algorithm. In its implementation, the ultrasonic sensor achieves an accuracy of 99%, and the load cell reaches 93%. The system uses backpropagation neural network method, which achieved an R of 0.99845 using 3 inputs, 16 hidden layers,1 layer for re-weighting, and 1 output layer. The mean squared error reaches 0.01 with 2 prediction classes, low risk, and high riskstunting. Overall, the total system accuracy can reach 97.75%.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang pendulum terbalik yang mempunyai karakteristik yang tidak stabil dan nonlinier banyak dilakukan diberbagai belahan dunia. Salah satu penelitian pendulum terbalik adalah pendulum terbalik pada model kereta, penelitian model kereta ini tidak bisa berpindah tempat hanya terpaku pada relnya saja, agar bisa berpindah - pindah supaya bisa dipergunakan untuk alat transportasi diperlukan perubahan dari model kereta ke penelitian Inverted Pendulum pada prototipe mobil. Penelitian ini membuat setimbang bandul atau pendulum pada badan prototipe mobil dengan cara roda prototipe mobil maju atau mundur sesuai dengan arah jatuhnya bandul agar bandul dapat berdiri tegak, kontroller PID digunakan untuk mengatur pergerakan 4 roda terpasang pada prototipe mobil sehingga memungkinkan bandul atau pendulum dalam posisi setimbang atau tegak dengan cara bergerak maju atau mundur sesuai pembacaan sensor. Dengan menggunakan metode proporsional integratif derivatif yang ditanamkan pada kontroller arduino uno dengan nilai Kp = 100, Ki = 2 dan Kd = 0 sistem dapat berjalan sesuai yang diinginkan yaitu bandul atau pendulum dapat setimbang dan motor mampu bergerak sesuai arah jatuhnya bandul atau pendulum.

Abstract

Crossings train is a cross where meetings of railway line with the way , the highway or a trail other. In indonesia , many cases accident in the area were caused lack of keys no have facilities cross bar train , hence often to cause casualties .In addition , there are also some cases accident on an area of crossings train because the factors human error like road users lacking in discipline or guard at the cross bar that causes inactive of cross bar as its function .To reduce factors accident above , so designed a system control cross bar train automatically with combined some ir censors or censor infrareds as count vehicles and read the speed of a train. Based two of the input , so produced a decision of output the movement of cross. The movement of the decision cross arranged using fuzzy logic sugeno which will produce cross movement move quickly , medium or slowly. For communication the submission of the data in wireless using module nrf24l01. Into execution of the entire program when run , 9971 been gained up to cross 10071 milisecond will close fast , 13031 up to cross 13080 milisecond will close medium and 22461 up to cross 22571 milisecond will close slowly with delivery performance data is wireless 460 up to 580 milisecond by inference a system of working to fit as desired with the execution of the program in do a decision less than a time limit set 61.2 seconds that is the train travel time prior to the the crossing gate railway with the top speed of 60 km per hour with error ratio 4.6 % between system time and realtime.

Abstract

Lapindo hot mud in disaster area affected the quality of ambient air. Monitoring ambient air pollution in affected area of Lapindo hot mud performed by classifying the level of ambient air pollution. The classification also describes the impact that can occur from each category based on the level of ambient air pollution. Based on the result of testing system with samples from three affected areas of Lapindo hot mud, fuzzy output has the accuracy 84% in Siring Barat village, 93% in Mindi Village, and 95% in Jatirejo village by using methane gas, dust particle (PM10), and CO gas as parameters. Furthermore, Jatirejo village has an average index value of air quality is about 54.43 with an average methane concentration is about 4.60 ppm. Therefore, Mindi village has an average index of air quality is about 41.95 with an average methane concentration is about 2.40 ppm and Siring Barat village has an average index of air quality is about 37.00 with an average methane concentration is about 15.18 ppm. The analysis result shows the concentration of methane exceeds the threshold level even the air quality index in a safe range, It shows that the level of ambient air pollution in those three affected areas of Lapindo hot mud is in Hazardous level.
