Agriculture is one of the most important sectors to increase the economic growth of the Indonesian people. One of the most important factors in agriculture is the quality of agricultural land. To find out the quality of agricultural land regularly, the monitoring system of agricultural land using the MQTT protocol can be designed as a system that can monitor agricultural land in real time. This system is made using a soil moisture sensor which serves to read the value of soil moisture and also the DHT-11 sensor which serves to read values ​​from air humidity and temperature. Soil moisture sensor reads moisture with values ​​between 0-1300. As high as the value, the condition of the soil will get drier, if the value is lower then the soil conditions get wetter. For the DHT-11 sensor the first can read the value of air humidity that has a range between 0-100. The higher the value of the sensor reading, the higher the humidity value. For the second, it is to read the ambient temperature with units of degrees Celsius. The range of values ​​on this sensor reading is 0-100. The higher the value of the sensor readings, the higher or more heat the environment temperature. The sensor is processed by the Arduino microprocessor. The ESP8266 wifi module as the data sender to the IoT platform will be displayed on the Thingsboard webserver. Data from sensor readings are displayed in the form of diagrams, graphs and also real time conditions. From the implementation of the system, it can be concluded that this system can work optimally because it can display the results of reading sensor values ​​that can be displayed on the Thingsboard webserver.

The large number of posted tweets resulted in scattered tweets and appearing on the Twitter homepage very diverse and not classified by categories such as health, sports, technology, economics, tourism and so on. The absence of categorization causes the user difficulty to read or retrieve information related to certain desired categories. Solution that can be done is by the method of text classification, which in the process of classification is able to classify automatically against some categories on unstructured text with natural language. In this research will be done classification process using Naive Bayes method with additional query expansion to add term in initial document. The addition of term aims to optimize the classification process because the tweet is a short text that can lead to ambiguity of classification classi. The additions made are hyponym and hypernym from original documents extracted from WordNet. Accuracy calculation method used is k-fold that aims to test the robustness of system. The accuracy obtained was 72% for the classification without query expansion, 65.75% for hyponym and hypernym addition, 66.3% for hyponym addition, and 67.5% for hypernym addition. It can be concluded that the addition of queries made less effective to improve the accuracy of the classification process.

The battery power of the smartphone can not keep pace with other technological advances in improving performance such as CPU and memory, so research needs to be done in order to develop mobile apps that have low power consumption levels. According the survey, from the many existing mobile apps, media sosial apps are the most used apps by smartphone users. One way to develop mobile applications that can have low power consumption is to optimize library usage. Library Image loader is one of the most popular android libraries used in media sosial applications to handle image transformation. Library Image loader which will be tested in this research is library Picasso, Universal image loader (UIL) and Glide. The research is done by making a media sosial prototype application that resembles instagram timeline that will be used as a dummy system. The test will be performed over a specified time range and by using several different image size parameters to see the effect of image size differences on the power level of the Library Image loader. The results showed that the Glide library had the lowest average power consumption of 225,780 mW. While for testing with different image sizes, it only affects the Picasso and UIL libraries, that is the larger the image size, the greater the average power consumption level required.

Along with the development of technology, emerging new technologies are predicted to replace the function of the barcode. The technology is QR code technology. Quick Response Codes or QR codes are two-dimensional barcodes developed by Denso Wave Corporation in 1994. The QR Code is capable of storing information that is large enough therefore the QR Code needs to be secured because currently there is a lot of piracy of a code, which will harm someone or a related agency. There are several efforts to maintain data confidentiality so that it is not misused, one of which is by implementing the SPECK algorithm. SPECK is a family of lightweight blockcipers published by the U.S. National Security Agency. in 2013. From the results of the SPECK algorithm implementation can be concluded that this application can encrypt all types of characters in the form of strings, letters, numbers or symbols that need to be secured, and when decrypting the QR Code the application will activate the camera function and scan the QR Code that will become plainntext again. This is evidenced in security testing which proves that the results of ciphertext are very different from plaintext. The execution time of encryption and decryption can be proven by testing the performance of encryption time with the total performance required time is 0.061614036560059 seconds and in testing the performance of the decryption time total performance of the time taken is 0.0039241313934326 seconds.

Kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus L.) is a fiber plant that has many benefits. Kenaf is grown by seed so it is necessary to handle the seeds in order to ensure the quality of the seed is not decreased so as to increase the productivity of the kenaf. Balai PenelitianTanaman Pemanis dan Serat (Balittas) as the producer of the seeds has constraint to predict the yields of kenaf seed for the proper handling preparation of kenaf seeds. Therefore in this research proposed regression method using Support Vector Regression (SVR) by using Radial Basis Function (RBF). Hopefully this research can help Balittas to prepare the handling of the harvested of kenaf seeds properly. The research used 100 data about the characteristics of kenaf plants measured from the beginning of planting until the time of harvest. From the testing results that have been done, the result of prediction show the error value using Mean Absolute Percentage Error 3,5371% by using the best SVR parameters value which is cLR = 0,01, σ = 0,25, ε = 1 x 10-7, C = 0,5, λ = 0,6, and the number of iterations = 25000.

Dinas Kesehatan Kota XYZ is the implementing element of health sector in XYZ City Government led by a Head of Service responsibles to the Regional Secretary. One of the duties of Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) is to provide services for Health Workers who work in its administrative region. In the application for a work or practice permit process, Health Workers may go to the Dinkes office more than one time just to fullfill the requirement files, because the application will not be handled if it is not appropriate. Meanwhile, from the Dinkes side, the handling of the application will be impeded if the authorized officers are not in place because the printed file submitted by the Health Workers must be checked directly. Based on these conditions, an information system developed for the application of work and practice permits that can be used by Health Workers and Dinas Kesehatan Kota XYZ to apply and handle the submitted applications. This information system also provides the Health Workers to know the stages of handling that is being done by Dinkes officer, so that information related to work permit can be more transparent. In this study, V-Model was chosen as the software development method used during development. Furthermore, the results of the implementation of the functions are tested using responsiveness testing, compatibility testing and user acceptance testing.

PT XYZ is a company engaged in banking services. In handling complaints from customers, PT XYZ has a set of standards to maintain customers' trusts in using their services, namely the promptness of Service Level Agreement (SLA) in solving the problems that customers complain about. Unfortunately, SLA inaccuracy still occurs despite the small percentage. Thus, these problems need to be evaluated to measure the performance quality of the existing business processes and analyze whether there is a relevance to the evaluation results with the variation of business processes in PT XYZ. Business processes that have been modeled using petri net in YAWL are then simulated to generate the event log. Event logs are obtained by mining process in ProM tools using variant finder approach to determine the business process variation points. The QEF method is used to measure the gap between the objective of company and the quality of the existing business process. Then, we analyze the relevance of the evaluation results with the point of variabillity that appears. The result of this study shows that 5 points of variation and 3 factors that are not appropriate. Based on the results of calculations threre is no certain contribution with the variation of the evaluation results but can be the trigger of a new variation to reduce the number of nonconformities.

PDAM Malang is one of company that provide water distribution service. One of the services provided is complaint service which will help customers's complaints. The most frequently reported complaints services within the last 6 months of September 2017 - February 2018 are non-flowing water, booth meter checks, increased usage, leaking pipes, leaking cob and road reconditioning. Mission of PDAM Malang is to improve and give service priority. However, based on reviews from website of PDAM Malang, most of people gave criticism related to the handling of complaints on PDAM. Based on observations, the business process flow of complaint-handling service has variations on certain conditions that may affect targets from those already established. Variations can be formed due to an uncertain condition in a business process, so that variation has a major influence on the ongoing activity. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate the variation of 6 business process complaint services. Getting the variation will be conducted through applying process mining that will get two variations, then the evaluation will be conducted by using Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF) method, so it will found 15 quality factor in 6 types of complaint. From the result of the evaluation, that was founded is one of quality factor that is not in accordance with the target and has no relation with the resulting variation, but there are some quality factors that can be achieved or in accordance with the target.

Beef is one of the basic needs whose existence is greatly increased in Indonesia. The need to consume beef is very sharp in proportion to the increase in population and the awareness of the importance of consuming very high nutritious foods. Basically the need for animal protein cannot be replaced with other proteins. Estimating future consumer demand by making production plans a challenge for an industry. This makes predictions play an important role. Effective and efficient design must be supported by an accurate prediction system. ELM Is an artificial neural network consisting of feed-forward with one or hidden layer-forwad neural. Therefore, in this study the author uses the Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) method. The experimental results showed that the ELM method had a good error measured by the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) error rate of 0.344% using the ratio of the training data 90%: 10%, the input weight range between -1 and 1, the number of neurons in the hidden layer 7, then use the binary sigmoid activation function, and use the number of features 3. The results are proved by using the method of Extreme Learning Machine can predict the price of beef with accurate and precise and get the price of beef in the future.

Companies competition that engaged in the field of online trading was increasing especially in the development of e-commerce in Indonesia, they were competing to provide the best service and quality of the website for users to feel satisfied. Blanja.com is an online marketplace of e-commerce type. Blanja.com had aspect related issues of usability, information quality, service interaction quality. The purpose of this research is to show the scale of the priorities that appear then conducted research using quantitative approach. The population of this study is the total number of users who already have Blanja.com account (registered member) of 1.700.000 people and then selected a sample of 109 people by using convenience sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire. Conditions on variable usability, information quality, service interaction quality, and user satisfaction are in high categories at both performance and importance levels. Transaction and information security indicators are in quadrant A (concentrate here). Performance, timeliness, purchase satisfaction, and experience satisfaction indicators are in the C quadrant (low priority). The recommendations given for this research are to improve the quality of transaction and information security, performance, purchase satisfaction, and experience satisfaction.
