On the use of the computer network technology continues to evolvefrapidly. One of the solutions to these problems are Software defined network liquid separating the concept of control plane and data plane. Control plane SDN is programmed allows to implement a wide range of applications, including network load balancing. Load balancing server performance Test liquid distribution in mere play every request and divides the incoming requests to be given to a server by providing the same service. There are several algorithms of load balancing that is used in one round-robin algorithm, but the algorithm does not pay attention to the traffic. An important aspect of liquid traffic to choose the path the sound server. In this research. A load balancing algorithm is used in this researchis the Algorithm a little traffic the algorithm allocates liquid special lines to the server with the shortest traffic. This algorithm will be tested and performance analyzed. This test is used in the test is has the functionality, throughput, packet loss, and time korvegensi. On testing the functionality of server-mapping algorithms a bit traffic handling big demand from the clients is better than a round-robin algorithm because the algorithm at least traffic would not choose the path to the server that there is a burden of the past Cross and will choose the path to another server. Throughput testing of the algorithm a little traffic is superior compared to the round robin algorithm on a high category. While the Pack lost the roud robin has an average of 6.96% higher than little traffic with an average of 2.97%. On the results of the test of convergence, convergence time is the time gained Round Robin Algorithm is 10.51 seconds compared to 14.80 seconds time obtained the algorithm a little traffic

Radio frequency Identification (RFID) is an automatic identification technology that transmits data via radio frequency electromagnetic ranging is applied to various fields, replacing the other automatic identification system. However, RFID has a fatal weakness, that is very vulnerable on collision data, that caused interference between signals the reader to each other. In this problem required an anti-collision algorithms to resolve the collision. in this study the algorithms used are Distributed Color Selection (DCS). DCS is anti-collision algorithms based Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) that uses the specified time interval called timeslot. Each reader choose timeslot each and when the system began, the reader will only be active in accordance with selected timeslot. The system was tested using the RFID reader module MFRC522 13.56 MHz and RFID tags 13.56 MHz with the different variation number of readers and the total number of timeslot customized with number of readers. RFID is connected to the Arduino Uno microcontroller and the results are displayed on serial monitor Arduino IDE which then calculated the efficiency of identification works. The result of calculation and testing can be inferred, the highest efficiency when using 2 readers for identification without the use of algorithms is 40% while using DCS is 100% Results for used 3 readers without the algorithms was 10% while using DCS is 80%. As well as using 4 readers without algorithm is 0% while using DCS is 70%.

The website of Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park becomes an influential tourism website for some users, one of which is climber. But 5 climber as well as users still have difficulty understanding the content of this website, because the user interface is still difficult to understand such as the font size is too small, then irregular content, and inconsistent language. So this website is still far from usability aspect. To generate a website with user-understandable interface, a User Centered Design (UCD) approach is used which will involve the user in the development process. There are 5 climbers who became respondents in this research. In this research also use 3 usability aspect that is aspect of effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. Aspects of effectiveness and efficiency using user tasks. Full Scale Task Scenario, while the user satisfaction aspect uses PSSUQ questionnaire. These three aspects will be used for evaluation of the website before and after improvement. Comparative results during the evaluation before and after the improvement have increased. On the effectiveness aspect, the percentage of success increased by 4%, the efficiency aspect increased as much as 37.13 seconds, and the user satisfaction aspect increased as much as 37.7%.

Dinas Cipta Karya and Tata Ruang Kabupaten Malang (DCKTR) is a local service that has a useful website to provide information. There is a problem where the local service has difficulty in improving their website design. This problem has not been resolved in the absence of appropriate inputs and no evaluation to improve the website. An interface evaluation is required to optimize the use of the DCKTR website as media communication and information. To make this happen, DCKTR took the initiative to commit a website evaluation for interface optimization. Evaluation using Human Centered Design approach. The result of the prototyping from the DCKTR input will be compared and evaluate with the current website using a questionnaire and usability test. In addition, This research produces clickable prototype products, as well as recommendations derived from the usability problems of the existing evaluation data analysis.

Multiple salesman problem (M-TSP) is an advanced problem from TSP that is looking for minimal cost from tour in some location which can only be visited once. There are many problems that are included in the case of M-TSP, one of them is the passenger pickup route. Choosing the right path in the process of picking up passengers will certainly affect the effectiveness and cost in those activities. Ant colony optimization (ACO) is an algorithm that adopts the intelligence of a group of ants in a food search and able to solving the M-TSP problem. In this study there are two parameters used in finding the best solution that is distance and time. In equalize the value of distance and time parameters, applied min-max normalization in data. The best results are obtained when the parameter NcMax or iteration is 300, the value of α is 0.5, the value of β is 0.5, the value of Ï„0 is 0.5, the value of Ï is 0.5 and the number of passengers in one car as much as 5 with cost 148.829.

Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) or we knownby plane without crew is type of sky's robot explores have incrase develop in nowadays. One kinds of UAV is quadcopter, quadcopter is kinds of sky robots have four motors as vane drive. On process make quadcopter have many trouble, that is experienced pilot requirements for fly quadcopter use remote, expecially for the take-off, because take-off on quadcopter is absolute phase to keep the stability. So need have auto pilot system to manage process a great take-off. Based on that trouble so made experiment about guide system of take-off quadcopter use fuzzy logic with rule 7x7 where have two input is acceleration and change of acceleration, while output which result is speed. For know the error phase is examination as much as ten times with high 1 - 4 meter. And for know time need quadcopter for get hover use record time with stopwatch. So the result of this experiment is the precision obtained is already good but the time if takes is still need a long time while the rule is match with result output.

Master of Business Administration is a program of masgiter study at Faculty of Administrative Sciences Universitas Brawijaya Malang. Currently every stage of thesis work is using physical forms that must be filled by students. The physical form is changed hands or forwarded to the parties involved in the thesis workflow for approval or signature. The use of physically transferred or forwarded forms for approval may slow the flow of thesis work. This happens because the physical form is submitted and checked manually. Based on the mentioned problems, so the solution can be given is to develop a thesis management information system that serves to overcome the problem due to the use of the physical form. The result of this research are 52 functional requirement and 1 non functional requirement. From Black-box testing, 52 functional requirements have been tested and 100% valid. Compatibility testing that has been done, resulting the system can run smoothly on the computer web browser and mobile device web browser except on the web browser IE 9 and web browser BlackBerry 7.1.

Batu City is a city famous for its tourism, therefore every year the population and the number of vehicles in Batu and surrounding areas continue to grow. This fact caused the traffic density in Batu City and its surrounding area to increase, this traffic density caused many problems, one of them is traffic accident problem. Currently there is no information system used to handle traffic accidents problem in Batu City. One solution that can be used is to build a geographic information system (GIS) that can identify the locations of the highest level of traffic accidents. Data used in the development of this system are coordinate data of traffic accidents location, the number of traffic accident victims obtained from Polres Kota Batu, and road network data. Data collected during the period of 2013-2016. GIS analysis was utilized Street Profile Analysis method to determine the progress of traffic accidents on a certain road segment. Meanwhile, to determine the level of traffic accidents Equivalent Accident Number (EAN) method was employed. The result of this GIS is a WebGIS that displays the locations of traffic accidents along with identification of locations that have the highest traffic accident rate. With this system, the location that has the highest traffic accident rate has been identified is on Jalan Raya Waturejo. While mapping the location of traffic accidents found a number of 26 points during the year 2013-2016. Black box testing test results of 100%. Then for compatibility testing results, the system can not run on Internet Explorer browser only. While for the results of testing UAT get results almost 88% for admin user and almost 90% for community users.

Differences in screen size between the desktop screen, tablet and smartphone and the diversity of the number of website columns cause the problem of decrease value effectiveness and efficiency of the website. This problem happens because the layout arrangement is less good when a website has a certain number of column conditions and transformed into a particular device. So it is necessary to rearrange a good website layout by adjusting the number of columns and certain devices. The layout arrangement consists of a website with the number of columns that is one column, two columns, and three columns and the device selected for layout arrangement is tablet and smartphone. The rearrangement of the website layout is derived from the application of Material Design Guidelines (MDG) and User Centered Design (UCD) approaches to find out which approach is better applied for layout arrangement with specific column counts and certain devices to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the website. The equation of effectiveness and efficiency of Anton Sergeev (2010) is used to determine the increase or decrease in effectiveness and efficiency on website before and after modeled. Based on the results of this study, the MDG approach further increases the efficiency of website time of three columns tablet version. While UCD approach further increase the efficiency of website time one and two columns version of tablets and smartphones and three-column website version of the smartphone.

TurunTangan Malang is a social community located in Malang City and it is part of Turun Tangan Indonesia. Currently, TurunTangan Malang is engaged in several fields, including education, culture, environment, and other fields that are adjusted from the existing problems in Malang. During did social activities, Turun Tangan Malang has several problems. Problems faced are the need of funds in conducting activities, limited human resources and not good enough in volunteer management. From the problems stated above, it is necessary to analyze and to design an application that can help Turun Tangan Malang search for donations, managing activities and volunteers. In this research, The analysis and design process are used Rational Unified Process (RUP) method. in RUP Method, developer and user are together define all needs sepecification to be on system and control all required resourches in determining the scope. The RUP method also systematically controls the changes that occur in the system. This research results are modeling of current business processes and proposals, user needs lists use case modeling, system design and system prototypes. Moreover, evaluation is did of tracebility and cognitive walkthrough to trace the scope of needs with implementation and prototype review to the user.
