Abstract

This sponsorship and partnership search engine was initially designed to bring companies and communities together. Sponsorship is a form of financial support from a company to ensure the success of an upcoming event, which in return will help the company to gain awareness and good image through the event. However, there are many obstacles that communities often encounter. One being the difficulties in finding accurate information of the sponsor. As for the company, in order to settle into an agreement to support an event, must acquire detailed information regarding the event itself and take many factors into consideration. To solve the issues, a website is built to showcase not only a list of sponsors, but also list of events that might need one. That way, the product offer as well as the aim of the event will be shown clearly. This research is conducted using Object Oriented approach, with MVC [Model - View - Controller] design protocol, and will be developed using the waterfall methode. The sytem development will be conducted through MySQL database. The research has been succesfully tested through unit test, integrated test, validation test, and compatibility test. The entire research has been successfully conducted according to the previous design and analysis.

Abstract

Schizophrenia is one of psychiatric disorders which gets much concern all over the world. Schizophrenia requires a quick and precise treatment due to its chronic tendency. However, the insufficient service on mental disorder can cause patients are not addressed immediately and the height subjectivity amongst psychiatrists in determining the type of schizophrenia has similar symtoms can lead to schizophrenia classification errors. In this classification of mental disorders use the C5.0 decision tree algorithm, which has additional functions such as boosting. The data used were 106 data taken from the Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang Psychiatric Hospital, this data consists of 89 trained data and 17 test data. The test method being used is accuracy. Based on the results of testing the C5.0 parameter, the highest average accuracy value was 85.884% with the number of data = 71 samples, the number of trials or the number of decision tree = 100.

Abstract

Accident is incident that unpredictable both of victim and witness. But, the accident increased for every years. This is caused by increasing of vehicle unit that ciculate especially motor cycle. When accident happen, family of course doesn't know that an accident has occured to their family who drived the vehicle. So it's needed the system that give the information to the victim family in home. System designed used by many components like arduino mega that used for process datas, accelerometer sensor ADXL345 type for takes datas and GSM SIM900A module as sender of message for victim family. The system uses simple regression as fiture that will be used in K-Nearest Neighbour methode (K-NN) and classification methode K-NN to get incident class. Testing process of system by doing acceleration like brake and crashing and will be classified with K-NN methode so it will get value of accuracy 90% when the tragedy is sudden brake and 60% when accident use K value is 3 for both. While use K valueis 5, a precentage is obtained sytem to get right tragedy is 90% when sudden brake and 50% when accident. So as a whole precentage of system to get right tragedy is 83,33% when use K value 3 and 80% when value is 5.

Abstract

Laboratory of Prof.Dr.Soerojo Magelang Mental Hospital is medical support installation that has a function of serving the community to carry out examinations in diagnosing, healing, and recovering diseases. Operational and productivity in the laboratory need to be supported by good inventory management. However, this laboratory has several problems in inventory management. The main problem is finding a stock card to use an item which take a lot of time, so that the officers often make use of the item even before writing it in the stock card, it causses disrepancy between the physical data and data in the list. In the other hand, the receipt data records is written conventionally inside a book which causes the records to be piled up. Because of there are too many number of item, makes the recapitulation of the received and used items will be prone to errors. To reduce these problems, a system that could manage laboratory inventory should be developed. This system was developed based on web and using codeigniter framework with progressive web application technology to provide easy access. This research resulted in 91 functional needs and 1 non-functional needs with the features of managing demand, receipt, use, and report. The results of the system testing on unit testing produced valid status in 3 sample units, integration testing produced valid status, validation testing produced valid status on 91 needs and the alternatives, and compatibility testing shows that the system is free from critical issues so means that the system meet the compatibility aspect.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, Bank Indonesia has created services that can support educational needs in Indonesia, one of which is the application of a digital library called iBI Library. The iBI Library application provides benefits to the public in reading books wherever they are without having to go and search for books in the library. Feedback from some users complained that there were some problems such as difficulty in finding features to register an account, some buttons that were unresponsive, and features that were less familiar to users. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the usability value in this application through 3 stages: initial evaluation to measure learnability, efficiency, error and satisfaction survey using LEMTool to measure satisfaction components, the second stage is making recommendations for improvement based on problems found through observation and interview, the third stage is to carry out further evaluation of the results of improvements that have been made based on a number of combined guidelines and then compared the value of the initial evaluation and further evaluation. The test participants who were respondents were library visitors (users) who were users who had the character of leisure or necessity factor, namely merely filling their free time and Subject of study, which meant having the subject of the field being explored. Overall, the improvement recommendations that have been made provide an increase in the value of the learnability component with a value of 71.45% to 91.62%, an increase in the value of the efficiency component with a value of 0.04 goals / sec to 0.07 goals / sec, a decrease in the value of the error component with a value of 17.5 % to 2.8%, and improvement in quality of satisfaction with an average value of positive emotions of 54.8% and negative emotions of 45.2% to 97.6% and negative emotions of 2.4% after improvement.

Abstract

Meeting or consultation serves to bring two or more people to discuss together. Technology serves to facilitate access communication meetings and consultations are video conferencing. Video conferencing is communication using audio and video which connects users even though they are not in the same place and time. There is a service to share data or called file sharing when using video conferencing. Applications support video conferencing and file sharing is Skype, Cisco Webex, and Zoom. However, the above application has a disadvantage that each operating system is different and application installation is required for each different device. WebRTC is a solution to the problem. WebRTC can run on all browsers, open-source, and free. WebRTC uses JavaScript-based APIs to establish peer-to-peer connections. WebRTC requires two additional servers namely STUN and TURN to communicate peer-to-peer through NAT. Testing is to measure the reliability of file sharing to video conferencing. Testing is using six types of connections and three types of file sizes. First test result file sharing does not affect video conferencing because it runs on a different port. One Way Delay test results increase in line with the increase in the size of the file sent.

Abstract

Detection is a process of identifying objects or activities that are usually done by humans, in order to facilitate the process of introduction and initialization in initiating all activities. In this section, the detection of eyes movement and eyes blink, used to be able to identify that, a system can be run by only eyes orders only, without the need for direct interaction, requiring that both humans and computers be in touch, Using the face landmark method, ascertained the eye area to produce high accuracy, in the test resulted in an accuracy rate of 93,33% success, in detecting eye features using face landmark, based on distance The nearest 20 cm closest, the research also shows rapid computing results in one-time detection of eyes features and the direction of the eyes movement takes only 0.170 seconds within 20 cm and 0.380 within 40 cm, with the help of digital image processing, the feature of the eyes will be easily processed by the computer and do the menu selection, which is meant to be a menu of the options of activities that can be used as one of the needed or orders of the user, with only activations Using a blink of an eye for 3-10 seconds, and a menu of 70x70 pixels, will be activated, and can be utilized by the nurse in understanding the activity that the user wants to do, especially the stroke sufferer, who can still use the eyes features As input that can be used to access the system.

Abstract

Parents awareness in giving active immunizations to children in fact is still quite low. Based on data from Ministry of Health, it shows that in 2014 to 2016 there were about 1.7 million children in Indonesia who have not been immunized yet or their status of immunization is still incomplete. Based on the problems above, this document will be discus about the development of system that could provide a notification feature of immunization schedule and also could provide a monitoring feature both on the pregnancy growth and the child growth. The development of this system in total has 46 functional recruitments and 1 non-functional recruitment. System on admin side developed using waterfall life cycle and implemented using CodeIgniter framework with PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. While system on user side who are the expectant mother and the mother of the child that registered under puskesmas implemented using Android. The test result carried out by black box testing and white box testing show that all functional system can run properly, which is valid in all test cases. Whilst the compatibility test show that system can run on 7 different platform.

Abstract

Traditional cakes is one diversity form of indonesia. Traditional baking requires a prescription as the basis of material needed to process. Housewives today don't know recipe and how to make traditional cakes who is now drowning by things junk food so they feel lazy to make traditional cakes. Based on the problems that have been described , carried out a search to be the recipe for food in the form of traditional cakes. To get that recipe desirable, the method of Generalized Vector Space Model is needed to determine relevance that recipe desirable. That recipe is in the training having the number of likes and retweet supporting selection a document relevant. Documents recipe used 100 data recipe with 10 types of tradisional cakes. After testing 25 documents, the best Mean Average Preecision was 0.583 using the Generalized Vector Space Model method with weighted likes and retweets. This proves that the search results approach the query entered by the user.

Abstract

Scheduling is a process by which time is fully divided according to the activities carried out. However, the scheduling process that is not carried out properly will cause problems like what happened at the Disability Study and Service Center Brawijaya University (PSLD)r. The process of completing the schedule currently carried out in PSLD is by selling so that it is found a schedule that conflicts with human error factors. In addition, the scheduling system is still difficult to change volunteers. Volunteers offered cannot provide assistance. Therefore, this study aims to develop a scheduling system that can minimize human error and make it easier to make volunteer changes. System development is carried out through several stages, namely: needs analysis, design, implementation, and system testing. System development is done by object oriented learning. The software development method used is a prototype with 2 iterations. The system implementation is carried out using the PHP programming language with the help of the CodeIgniter and Bootstrap framework. Testing is done by testing the white box testing with unit testing using the basic path testing method and black box testing with validation testing. The results of this study indicate that the system is implemented in accordance with user requirements that have been determined, shown from the results of unit testing and validation testing of 100% valid
